Definitely going back!!! didnt take long to get in when i did a walk in. it was a reasonable waiting time. and i’m in love with my nails.

I love Glo Nails! All the staff is amazing but I love Tim and Kathy! I wish I took pictures of the nails I had done for my gender reveal but I unfortunately didn’t! But here’s a set Kathy did for me and I absolutely loved! 🥰 She did an amazing job she always does! As well as Tim! I highly recommend this Nail Salon 100%! They are so great they are usually super busy but book an appointment online and you shouldn’t have a long wait! 😁

I took my daughter in for a fill and gel polish change which cost me $40 plus a $10 tip. After her appointment I noticed they didnt take off the old polish and just put new polish over the top. And then she told me they DID NOT even fill her nails, all they did was file them shorter and put new polish on and then fill her area that needed filled with heavy polish to make it looked filled. Because of this literally less that 12 hours later her new polish is already chipping. I called and spoke to the woman who I believe is the owner and told her what happened and she blamed my daughter for not putting her hands under the light correctly. I told her no, its because you didnt even take off the old polish. She then hung up on me mid sentence.Absolutely avoid them. This place took advantage of the fact that my daughter is 14 and didnt think it mattered. Disgusting.

Great nails, fair price. HOWEVER, Ive been waiting here more than 45 minutes AFTER making an appointment more than 3 days in advance. No end in sight. Theyre short-staffed, then they shouldnt have taken so many appointments. I also noticed 5 people go before me when I made an appointment, like I said , in advance.I think Ill be looking elsewhere.

Quality work. Clean booths. A mixed atmosphere with a variety of music playing. I made an appointment (def recommend) and showed up 20mins early and they sat me down in 10mins. If you make an appointment show up early so you have no difficulty getting in on time.

Well, it’s unfortunate to give a low review, but I’ve had a few issues with Glo Nails. I’ve gone there multiple times for pedicures, but after this last visit, I won’t be returning. (Usually I go to Villa Spa Nails on Barnes but this was a last minute decision).I called and asked if they were busy. The women who answered the phone (she’s the owner or manager, lean and always wears stilettos) was rude and stated they don’t take appointments and it’s walk in. (I’ll leave it at that).After I arrived, it took 25 minutes to be serviced. The nail tech didn’t remove all of my previous nail polish and the result of my pedicure looks as if a child painted them. Lastly, the whole 45 minutes of sitting in the chair, I’ve seen and heard four people walk in stating they had “appointments.” I thought Glo nails didn’t take appointments?I’m so thrilled that I wasted my lunch hour on poor service.

I have never had a bad experience here. They are amazing. On my last visit I wanted scar from the Lion King for my nail design for my trip to Disney World knowing it was a lot to ask he did an amazing job. He went beyond what I expected. He took his time, staying way past closing and didn’t once complain to make sure I was happy. Everywhere I went people would ask me if it was a sticker. It was more then I could have asked for. If your looking for something specific or anything for that matter you will not be disappointed. I will tell anybody and everybody to come here.

I cannot say enough good things about how great the service is at Glo Nails and how kind the staff is. Mia is absolutely amazing and I was impressed with how much time she spent on my nails and nail art to make sure it was perfect. I absolutely love my nails and would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Love it here!! It’s very clean with a good atmosphere & They’re so nice and helpful and they do a great job!! If you have long acrylics with a design I definitely recommend it cause they can do some intricate designs!! And they won’t just let you go to anyone they make sure you get a nail tech that knows how to do what you want! My nails came out great and if I pointed out something I wanted fixed my tech made sure they were perfect! I had a man named Polly (? Not sure on spelling) but he was great definitely come here!

I used to go here every 2 weeks to get my nails done but i will never go there again after this last time, they didnt wait for my nails to dry before applying acrylics to them and fungus has grown on 5 of my fingers. Now i have to be careful with gel or acrylics because of this. They didnt wax my eyebrows the way I wanted They rush too much, they need to start taking their time, getting it the way you want it. I found somewhere so much better!

This was my 1st time actually getting a pedicure here, the other times I came they were extremely packed. The lady who did my pedicure was nice but super rough to say the least. I got a simple pedicure and the price definitely does not match the service. When I sat to let my feet dry they sat another lady in the chair I got out of without cleaning it. This will be the last time I come here, it was so rushed

Had appointment at 12:30 for mani and pedi and got the pedi at about 1:40 they were so unorganized and slow and had to wait another 2+ hours before they did the mani. Will never go back Had to have these done today for wedding or I would of left

Pretty bummed. I got my nails done last Friday. On Sunday, my pointer finger dip had broken off on the side. Today, Wednesday morning, I noticed now my thumb too. All of the nails have huge cracks in them and a few others are beginning to lift. I’ve never had this issue before with dip especially not 5 days after it getting done.

I got a baby sitter just so I can get my nails done and I walk-in because when I have called in the past they say they don’t make appointments. I’ve now had to walk out twice because I have waited for 45 minutes each time so I can relieve my sitter on time. It sucks because it’s so close to my house but I saw this happen not just to me but 3 other women while I was there. Disappointed.

I made an appointment for 3 pm and left at 6 for a pedi and refill it was a LONG wait between nail sessions. Been there twice and both times it was busy and packed. Nails were rushed and not really what I asked for . Overall if you’re patient and got time to kill go for it lol my nails started chipping after three days.

Love it here! It was our first time getting a pedicure here and it was very clean, organized, professional and treated us and the kids great! Took their time didnt rush at all!!! We will be going back every time!

This place is suuuuuuuuuper busy and the wait time for us was long even though we had an appointment. Buuuuut I highly recommend Bianca! She’s amazing and can do just about any design! It’s also very clean inside.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t try to make an appointment online because once you receive your “confirmation” they are are going to tell you you don’t have an appointment. Drove down there three times after getting “confirmations” and still nothing on there system showing my appointment. Can’t call because the owner doesn’t know how to have a conversation nor does she try to fix any issues. Also don’t set an appointment for a specific person because you don’t get who you want. I got my nails done and not even one week later they broke, I was doing the dishes. They used to be good but now they are terrible and I highly don’t recommend if you actually care what you’re paying for. Very disappointed.

Amazing work done there. Clean fast and does a fantastic job. Ill be a regular from now on. Ive been to jc nails and skyline and California nails out here and they just dont meet up to these guys here. Phenomenal job. Im extremely happy 😊

First time customer. Annie was fantastic with my nails. She is very nice and pleasant to talk to.I guess the color I wanted was glow in the dark acrylic and I never knew until I woke up in the middle of the night to realize it. Made me laugh and I love it. I got a surprise! I was hesitant to go into this nail salon bc of all the negative reviews. I went in prepared that this was going to be a negative experience but it wasn’t. I went on a weekday and it wasn’t busy.

Bad vibe from calling. Very rude person who answered the phone. Definitely spending my money where people know how to speak to customers.

I call them for an appointment same day and I am told I can’t make an appointment for thr same day. Fine, I ask for an appointment for tomorrow. She then directs me to their website. I explain that their website directed me to a completely different website. She said it was glonailscolorado. Which is not the correct web site. They have a customer in the phone that really wants to isle their services and they won’t schedule an appointment. No thanks. I won’t be using your business nor will I recommend them to anyone. I will not be going back. In less then a week my dip nails started to chip on 3 different nails. He did not apply the dip to the nail bed. None of the nails are uniform. None of them were sociable. Very rude. He rushed everything. Kept getting kinked by the nail file or drill. Many nails look very think and wonky. Some nails are longer then other. I will never go back. Waste of my time and money.

Just paid $50 to be judged, treated poorly, and to receive the absolute least amount of customer service possible. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and sociable, and then my nail tech came, and the experience plummets from there. For starters she was rough with my hands, which would never ruin a manicure for me, until it gets to the point of being very obviously intentional. Then, when she went to draw two hearts on my nails, they came out poorly. She preceded to laugh and show them to two other employees who ALSO laughed. So to end this awful experience she she said, “Done. I need this chair I have another client.” She then preceded to invite the client to the chair I was hustling to get out of. I ended up having to ask the customer I was next to to hand me my purse as it slipped my mind in the hurry. Absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever had. I feel bad for writing this because I’m not the type of person to leave a bad review, and prefer to avoid ALL confrontation. But at the end of the day she provided poor customer service and I think that it was uncalled for. All I wanted was to get my nails done which is a rare occasion for me, and will now never be a desire of mine again.

I started going to this salon since leaving my last on a whim. I randomly made an appointment with Annie based on reviews, and I’ll never go anywhere else. My nails from here are stunning, a fair price and I’ve never felt so happy with my nails before in my life. If you come here, all the techs are amazing, but Annie will forever be my go to.

I use to love going here but its only gone down hill. They are too worried about getting people in and out they dont take their time anymore. The owner herself did my nails and they are awful. The shape is awful and they are very bulky. Not only that but she used a dirty instrument from her client before on me. I am livid and will never be coming back here again.

Used to love this place but they never honor appointments. Im standing here waiting for my appointment and this is the third time Ive been bumped in favor of a walk-in....its also the last. Love my nail tech but hate the customer service. Save yourself frustration and book somewhere else - a good place to try is Harmony Nails off Interquest. The salon is beautiful and owner Judy does nail art. Sorry to have to leave a negative review of Glo but if they wont service loyal, long term clients its time to move on. My new salon is Harmony Nails.

I wanted to start out with my name is Lexi Kaminski, I tried to leave a review on my own account from today but I’ve previously reviewed this place 4 years ago so it will not let me review again. So here I am using my fiancé’s because today was seriously THAT BAD. I am so disappointed. This use to be my GO TO place. And it’s just getting worse and worse every visit. I came in today for a dip and a pedicure. I arrived at 1 she said 20 minutes… I didn’t get seated until 1:47… okay I understand. Then I ask can I still get my pedicure after she finished my nails, they proceed to tell me I have to wait again… so I do.. she says 20 minutes again. And I should’ve known better and left then. Nope I waited an hour, then got seated in the pedicure chair to sit there until my water was cold. I left.. I will never be coming back here. I have babies at home, my time is valuable, and this was outrageous today. Also to add my dip set is bumpy, all different thickness, shape, size and length… I still tipped $10 being nice. I waited a total of 2 hours and all I got was a junky dip set for $50… this place has gone so down hill, I do not recommend to anyone. I have heard Gloss is good, I will be trying them next.Lastly, their restroom was pretty gross to say the least, it definitely needs some attention asap!!

Absolutely loved this place and have been coming since it opened. Unfortunately, we have been told over and over again to make appointments. We made appointments and they are NEVER honored. We walk in ahead of our scheduled time to check in only to find out our technician has been given a walk in and our appointments are now pushed -up to an hour- past our scheduled time. It’s very frustrating to plan your day and be respectful of their time while ours is not. After allowing this to happen the past 5 times, we are no longer interested in this type of service. We will not be returning.

I typically LOVE going here! In which I still do because they have great nail techs! However... today I got a different lady (never had her do my nails before), her name was “Annie” I’m assuming as her acrylic set was labeled with that name. Anyways, she kept telling me what I couldn’t do with my nails, she attempted to pull out colors and was going to use them until I said something about it, which then sent her into even worse customer service mode, getting agitated that I wanted a certain color. She asked what nail I wanted my design on I let her know and she must have not heard and responded back with “I SAID WHAT NAIL!” She rushed the entire time and had to repaint a few nails cause she rushed. I was so disappointed in this experience today. Otherwise the place is great and they do have other amazing techs who display great customer service and work! Especially the lady who is in the third row next to the wall!

Don’t bother making an appointment with somebody you really want to get. all they care about is getting people in and out of their salon as fast as possible. you also will not get to sit down at the time of your appointment. you more than likely will be standing waiting to get any service done. was in waiting to get a fill and was sat down and asked how short i wanted my nails and she cut them with nail clippers way shorter than i asked and super rough and sent me to go sit with another nail tech. wasn’t very easy to fix the shape after the way she cut them some are shorter than others. if i had waited one more minute the nail tech who did my nails would’ve been able to do it himself and more than likely would’ve been able to do a better job. came again to get my nails filled and she did it so fast my nail shape is horrible then the paint started to chip a couple days later went in to get it fixed and i could tell they were just annoyed and did a horrible job fixing the paint. loved this place at first and got referred here so many times but after requesting certain people and never getting them because they just want to get people in and out for an alright job most of the time it gets old and more of a waste of money. will be going somewhere else to get my acrylics removed just to have a new set put on. if you do go i would try to get pholly. he is amazing.

The only reason I’m not giving this review one star is because this place actually does nails very well. I went here a few times over the past few months and realized quickly that their customer service was nothing good, but I decided to continue coming because their nails are done really well. But I realize that even the quality they provide is not worth how bad they treat you. I walked in today without a maskAnd even though the mandate currently says fully vaccinated people do not have to wear a mask I was immediately yelled at for it. I usually wouldn’t have a problem except for the fact that the owner who was the one that told me I had to wear one, I have seen walk around multiple times without a mask in my past visits. out of the five visits I had, only once did I have someone actually speak to me and asked me how my day was going. There were also a few times I made an appointment online and still had to wait 45 minutes. No one there ever seems happy. and this place isn’t cheap, so in my opinion it’s not worth it.

I had dip powder on September 3rd.NEVER EVER have I had my cuticles cut to the point that 4 days later my thumb is still bleeding. When the nail tech cut my cuticle so that it bleed I said ouch and pulled my hand away from her.She said sorry and wrapped her fingers around my thumb I guess to minimize the bleeding and pain.Today September 7th I am still having to wear a bandaid on my thumb, it is still bleeding and painful.I will NEVER EVER go back. Also please note that the salon lacks cleaning protocols, they are a mani/pedi factory without respect for people who have appts.

Despite having a reservation you will sit around and wait for service. If you go, plan on spending several hours there. This is a reoccurring issue so I will find a place that respects their customers time.

I went there with my mom and sister. They told us it would be a 15 minute wait, after waiting 5 minutes they said they were ready. Only one chair was open, so my mom took the seat. 15 minutes later another chair opened up, so my sister took that one. (Keep in mind their feet’s were in water already) I waited another 15 minutes til my chair opened up. They started my mom and my sisters pedicures when I sat down. I than waited 10 minutes with nobody doing a service on me, so I decided it was time to leave. They seemed under staffed but were telling clients they only had to wait a few minutes. Very unprofessional, definitely don’t recommend coming here if you want to wait 40 minutes after being told 15 minutes.

Im currently finishing my pedicure and this is one of the best services Ive ever had. I had a young gentleman doing my pedicure and he was polite and gentle and did an amazing job with everything. My toes look beautiful and feel amazing. The atmosphere here is so relaxing and sweet and it smells so so amazing!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking 💕

Absolutely a terrific experience for me and my other. Every employee at Glo Nail Spa takes such pride in their profession it was truly a work of art. The nail techs that handled us were very professional, careful and considerate. My other also received the best custom art for her nails. I will recommend them 100 times over. Use Glo Nail Spa for your next Mani/Pedi!

Had one of the most expensive pedicure done and I was not impressed pedi was not done detailed and massage was super quick it felt like they were trying to finish pretty quick since they had a lot of people coming in closer to closing. I did love my nails they were done quick but beautiful!! I will come back but will not get the most expensive pedicure again.

Now I usually love glo and their services, but after today I don’t believe I’ll be back. I came in the other day to get a much needed pedicure and the service I received was less than subpar… My gel polish started to chip with in not even 24 hours of me getting my nails done and the application was bumpy and Matte like.. now I wasn’t too upset because I was reassured but the man on the phone that they’d fix them with no problem, but when I came in the woman up front made me feel as if I was trying to cheat the system or something… like what I was tryna to inconvenience them. I understand that they’re busy but communication is 30% what you say and 70% how you say it.. From Her body language to her tone was just all bad. The energy was off and I was confused because I just paid $60 like everyone else so why should I be treated ill when I didn’t receive what I paid for?? As a social media influencer and content creator on multiple platforms I feel like I couldn’t or would I confidently recommend glo nails or even be proud to show off the service I paid for.. very displeased. The man who fixed my nails was very kind and helped me, but ALL in ALL myself, my family, and my thousands of followers on my socials will no longer give service to glonails. I’d rather go to Da Vi Nails @ Walmart… maybe the service there is better

TERRIBLE service. I made my appointment 4 days ago and it hasn’t been confirmed. Tim’s (the owner) wife is horrible. When I asked about why my appointment wasn’t confirmed she said “we don’t know when Bella (the person I made the appointment with) will be there, sometimes they don’t want to work a lot so you will have to wait to see if we can confirm” It’s the second time they do this to me the first time it was the owner who didn’t show up for my appointment and they CONFIRMED it that time. They did this to my friend as well. Don’t go there.

3x in 2 months I have had appointments scheduled days in advance, I will get confirmation the morning of my appointment, just to go in and be told my tech isnt there. Then to make it worse Im offered no apology...just told to sit down and someone will be with me in the next hour or so! They care more about money than quality of service! I recommend Spoiled Nails now..better service better quality and better prices!

Went in with my daughter to get a pedicure and a fill. The pedicure was not to bad however when putting the gel on my toenails the tech did not dry them with uv just let them air dry. After sitting there for almost 30 min to dry was told I could put shoes on and go sit for fill. Polish wasnt dry and paint got messed up. Was told they were to busy to fix now. Got fill and asked for same color as toes and owner said it was same color as it clearly was not. She did a half a** job left bumps/lines on nails, did not correct color. My daughter asked for color tips and owner ignored her request and said she couldnt do them that way and just painted them all solid. Her nails were also bumpy and horrible. Owner only cares about getting people in and out and collecting money. No customer service and very rude. Will now take my business elsewhere.

I have been to this establishment three times to get gel manicures and pedicures. The nails always come out really good when they are using fresh product. You can tell when they’re using an older bottle of gel nail polish when it becomes hard for them to make a cat eye or when the finish for the gel nails look thin. Sometimes they’ll go the extra mile of correcting the finish if the cat eye isn’t popping out like it should, but if they’re packed at the moment then you’ll really have to advocate for yourself.

The salon is like a well oiled machine. They kept the appointment times, clearly articulated expectations, and were very safety conscience. I felt very safe going here during the middle of a pandemic! Highly recommend.

I love this salon; however i recently got a set done on a friday and my nail broke the next night. i came in on Monday, my nect available day,ar 11 am. Waited abt 15 min for toe to get fixed bc the polish chipped, and between 11:30 and 12:15 they sat 3 other ppl that came in after me when i needed my nail fixed. i was sitting in a chair at a table for that long. when i left they still ddnt have a person for me. I dint understand All i needed was my nail fixed i should not have to wait an hour

I would give 0 stars if I could. I get my nails done frequently and am really forgiving when it comes to a tech running late. The handful of times I have made appointments at this business, my nail tech has had me wait at LEAST 30 min over my appointment time (I never said a thing). My husband and I made appointments for our pedicures and yet again a wait..this time 40 min past our appointment time ( I was upset but I said nothing and still tipped our techs appropriately) I am in the same sort of industry so I GET IT!Today I had an appointment and was running 10 minutes late due to work. I called to ask if I could still be seen by the tech and was told that I am too late and will have to wait till shes done with the person in her chair because, get this...IM LATE!! Nope no more. My husband told me to stop coming here but I like the work that one particular nail tech does. Its unfortunate... I wont recommend this establishment to anyone ever again.

My friend recommended this place to me and I love it!! Tim did my nails and he is AMAZING. I accident broke one the next day and he fixed it the following day. It’s super clean and nice inside, the owner is also so sweet!! Great place and good quality service. Go see Tim, he is the best!

I cannot comment on the service provided because we never got that far. We had confirmed appointment for 2 pedicures at 11:30 on a Saturday. We showed up at 11:25 and they were nowhere close to prepared for our appointment. Every single station both manicure and pedicure were full. The waiting area was so full it was standing room only. The employee attempting to manage who was next was unmasked and put her finger in her mouth when trying to remember who was next. After watching her do that and immediately go back to her manicure station without washing her hands we left.

Although they were very busy when I came in to get my nails done, they were able to get me seated right away. The lady who did my nails was very nice and did a thorough job. I will definitely be back!

I went here once before and had a great experience and my nails turned out well. This time i Tried to make an apt online and went at my scheduled time. When I arrived I was told I couldn’t be seen because they aren’t accepting online appts but yet they have a online booking system. I never got any type of notification saying it was canceled or anything. It seems like I spoke to the owner and she was nothing but rude saying she was too busy for me. When asked how long a walk in wait (since they were not accepting apts,) was she wouldn’t give me an answer and just said she “didn’t know”I under stand they are busy but the rudeness wasn’t called for. I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you want good service, look somewhere else.

Worst pedicure I have ever gotten. The owner was very rude and not welcoming, I paid 60$ for an organic pedicure they tried to charge me 15$ extra to have gel nail polish which it said it included. Also in the description it said a foot massage and excellent products I did not get a foot massage and the products they had were very cheap and burned my toes. Also they got a 5 gallon pitcher and scooped out the water from my pedicure tub. Would not recommend going to this place one bit and definitely not worth the time or money.

I went in to get white tip fills and pink fills and the owner/hostess told me I couldnt so she just painted my nails with white tips instead. She went off on me in an angry rebuttal as to why she was painting my nails instead of filling my white tips. She said that she knew what she was doing. She lied to me just to save herself some time. I left 3 stars bc other employees have done a great job before. Shes always in a hurry when she does my nails and she does a poor job bc shes always preoccupied with everything else thats going on and tries to get me out of the chair as fast as she can. Great place to go if the owner/Hostess doesnt do your nails.

I went to a pedicure, it was Terrible. The gentleman left the dry gel poise all around my big toes and dry posing on my ANKLE! like how?!!! Super unhappy. Never going there again!There was also hair in the cup holder ( pedicure chairs)So nasty!

I drive 30 minutes to this nail salon! They are the best! Yes, it is true that they are ALWAYS packed but they are quick to get you seated. Some of their workers will work with you and help you choose what looks best. On the other hand, there is one lady who if you sit with her, you better know exactly what you want. No time to chit chat! She means buisness!! They keep up with the latest trends. Definitely recommend!

I finally found a good nail salon! They will do a great job and also make it a great experience.

So i absolutely love this place , im here every 2 weeks because my pregnancy makes me nails grow so fast, unfortunately the last time i had my nails done the owner did them, she is really nice but she rushed and my nails are awful, the polish is peeling off and the edges are so off and chipping. dont get me wrong im going back this weekend to have them redone, i dont like to complain, but maybe opt for someone other than the owner

I’m pretty disappointed with my nails. I was overcharged for a fill and color, and on top of that my nails literally chipped less than 2 days later. I’ve never received such poor quality work. For the same work by my original nail tech it was 10 dollars less and better quality/long lasting. I’m not sure what the hype is but I won’t be coming back. Oh yeah, they also made me wait 30 min for my nail tech who didn’t even show up for the confirmed appointment time and had to be reminded lol 👎🏼

They do my nails amazing, and I love that they use fruit. But when it comes to waxing (they did a terrible job, waxed one armpit several times so of course it would start sweating and then commenced to plucking the last 3rd of it, and this was a separate ocassion) and customer satisfaction, theyre not as good. My nails were done wrong and I came back the same day to get them fixed and they charged me the extra few dollars to fix their mistake. But not nails look BOSS

Paid $50 for this. I informed the tech before payment that I really didn’t like them and questioned the white mark on my middle finger that wasn’t there before I came in. I was shut down and told “It’s too late because I have other customers.” And to “Paint over them yourself if you don’t like them.” Then proceeded to mischarge me $95. After voiding the payment I left completely dumbfounded. I used to come here over anywhere else, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this place. I’ll never return due to lack of basic customer service and quality control.

They need someone working front desk specifically to organize the flow of people because they are always so busy. That way you will know your wait time instead of “I dont know” and that if you step outside you won’t be forgotten. Instead you have to stay visible which leads to a very crowded wait room. It’s unorganized and needs to be because of how busy they are.

I come here faithfully for my nail services, I have always had good, professional, and quick service. BUT Today I come on for a Fill-In with Gel and a cut down. The nail technician asks me to pick out a color, I show her the color I would like. and she speaks to her coworker in Vietnamese (she doesn’t know that I also speak Vietnamese☺️🙃) “This polish is a difficult polish that she chose, I’m going to charge her an extra $20 for it” SO, I don’t say anything and I was up charged for my service. It is annoying, and distasteful. I will not be returning to this shady establishment and will happily take my business elsewhere.

I got my nails done exactly a week ago. Now after a week, it started chipping 3 nails, I paid $50 for the deep powder.I Usually do myself my nails with deep powder and it last weeks!!!I’ve noticed the lady was kinda rushing. And it was at 9:00 am she was just focused to go gossiping with her coworkers.The nails were looking beautiful and left a good tip. I came here because the designs were nice. And the quality looked awesome.But it was for nothing !!! I am very disappointed with the results.Don’t recommend this place not worth spending your money!!!They don’t pay attention to customer service !!Everyone is just catching up talking to each other that’s their priority!!Don’t go! Save your time and money!

They’re durable, shaped exactly how I like them and the overall atmosphere in the building is very uplifting. Walked in several months ago shortly after they opened and I will never walk into another nail salon again as long as they are around. The salon is beautiful and most importantly VERY CLEAN, the entire staff is friendly, there are soooo many options for color rather you prefer regular polish, gel or acrylic, and the prices are very reasonable. I get compliments on my nails every single time I get them done. I HIGHLY recommend Glo Nail Spa.

Wonderful staff, super friendly, but I gave only 4 stars because truly the only downfall is that they are super packed on Saturdays and dont take appointments on the weekends. Overall, I was pleased with my mani/pedi. I work in the medical field and wash my hands a million times a day it seems. Im curious to see how long my nails and cuticles will stay nice.....update...Its been 5 days theres some chipped polish and I now have bruising all over my toes?

I went to Glo because my BFF recommended them. She said they did amazing nails, at affordable prices. She told me to get my nails done by Tim because he does some of the best nails she has ever seen. So I got a Full Set from Tim. And I must say that he was very kind and welcoming. I showed him a picture of the nails and design I wanted. He executed my nails fast and perfectly. He was engaging and polite the whole time he did my nails. And because of Tim and his amazing nails , I’ve never went anywhere else. I recommend Glow Nails to all my friends and family. And I tell them to ask for Tim. 😁
