My technician was very sweet. But the manicure was not worth what I paid for it. I hate writing negative reviews, especially when I nearly passed out on her. But my cuticles were hardly pushed back, you can see through the polish on some fingers, and I really wasnt aware that this was going to be polish only. I had wanted a French manicure for a professional look, but she was not able to do that for me.

Two weeks in advance, I made an eye lash appointment. We just relocated to the area permanently. I called today to verify my appointment and the receptionist gave me the wrong time. While Im on my way, the receptionist calls me and tells me Im late and needs to reschedule. She argues with me and told me she told me a different time. The owner calls me and I explained I called to verify, just moved to the area and have nails and hair coloring as well as lashes.She told me I.waa late to my appointment and unreasonable. When we had a cabin, I used to visit for massages. Dont waste your time or money. Im in Human Resources and the customer is always right.

Friendly, professional, clean atmosphere. I was able to book a same day appointment through their online booking tool. My stylist Olivia was super friendly, and did a great job with my hair! I will definitely re-book with this salon again, and again.

I was trying to book hair and make up for my upcoming wedding and communication was very poor from the start. Once I was finally in touch with someone they said they “had to check with the girls to see if they could make time for me” with my wedding being 6 months away thought that would give people plenty of time to figure out schedules as well as hair and make up would need to be done before noon so not asking for the girls to put in a long day.After waiting 3 weeks, for a response, I was told they couldn’t make it work.

I scheduled my appointment at 12:00pm, 25 minutes before my appointment I get a call that the girl that is doing my hair is going to be late. That was the first red flag. The girl is Hannah Mockros. When I got there, she asked what my goal was, I showed her a picture for reference and she couldn’t look more confused, so she tells me she is going to ask her boss what to do because she isn’t done with the apprenticeship program. How unprofessional is that?? How am I supposed to feel comfortable with a hairdresser that has to ask her boss what to do right from the start? Then she tells me to go to the wash station and starts putting a concoction on my hair does not tell me what is going on. She sits me under the hair dryer and leaves me there without telling me a time estimate or why we needed to do that. When we get back to her station, she asks her boss again what to do and asks me to hold up the picture for reference. I had to pretend my phone died because my arm was tired. And while she’s working on dying my hair she’s too busy looking around outside and listening to other people’s conversations rather than my hair. This girl didn’t even know how to put in a hair clip right, took her 3 times. She also needs to learn how to hide her facial expressions, it’s not very comforting to see your hair dresser internally panicking and confused while dyeing your hair. This should’ve taken 1.5 hours, but it took this dumb broad more than 3 hours to get me out of there. The end result was not what I wanted but it could be worse I guess. When I got home I tried to straighten my hair only to find out she didn’t wash the bleach or whatever was on my hair correctly and it was all melted on my hair straightener. My overall experience with Hannah Mockros was very very poor and would not recommend. The salon was very clean and the other hair dressers looked very professional and seemed to know what they were doing. I would recommend the salon 100%, just DO NOT schedule with Hannah Mockros. They should not have someone so clueless working for them unless they want a bad rep.

I was a first time client and I will definitely be making this my go to salon. I live in the metro area and I have never been to a salon that has actually cared about what Ive wanted to do to my hair. Stylists in the metro just want to get through as many Clients as they can. Courtney was my stylist @salonalexis and she was so awesome!!! Ive never been so happy with my hair!

I like the quality of the haircuts that I have had at Salon Alexis. Very professional. The best part for me is always getting my head massaged when the stylist is shampooing my hair! So relaxing...I also like the friendly customer service each staff has. My mom who is in her 80s likes Paige to cut her hair every time. Paige listens to how mom prefers to have the length and never feels pushed to get her hair curled or colored or to have product added to her hair. So Paige charges a very low price and mom is very happy with that. Especially on her limited income.I dont know anything about the nail salon or massage service but maybe I will try it some time.

I have loved every service I have ever received from salon Alexis. The massage area as well as the area for facials is set apart from everything else so the atmosphere is nice and relaxing.The pedicure chairs are comfy and have massage and the decor all around is so cute.

Ive been a long time client of Salon Alexis. Lisa Ann has always done exceptional work. She listens to when I am explaining the color and style I am looking for. She asks questions to ensure she understands and offers suggestions when appropriate. She has been wonderful in helping me come up with new ways to wear my hair. Lisa is very knowledgeable about their product offering. She makes suggestions on products that would work best for me and always follows it up with If this doesnt work, just bring it back and well try something else. Ive tried other salons for various reason and have always found my way back to Salon Alexis.

I went for a 90 minute massage and it was really good especially for me since I had regularly gotten massages in the twin cities at some higher end massage places. Not dropping names. But it started with a friendly greeting and quick 5 min consultation of what I was looking to get out of the massage experience. Very professional and good ambiance.Small complaint I think the walls dont go all the way to the ceiling so at one point I heard a lady talking about her week. It lasted 5 to 10 minutes. That was a little annoying, but overall a good place to go. Probably get my haircut there next or some other type of spa experience.

Rachel was my stylist here and she was the best! But she has relocated, so I wont be returning. But overall, everyone there appeared to be very nice and appeared to offer high quality service like Rachel did with me.

I have seen the same lady for almost 10 years! I have always walked out feeling beautiful! Not only does Salon ALEXIS do great cuts and colors, they also have done some of the most beautiful updos I have ever seen. I would highly recommend this Salon! You will not be disappointed! I have heard people coming from hours away just to get their hair done.

The team at Salon Alexis is fantastic! They continually educate themselves on the new color, cut, style and spa topics and are all very talented. They can handle large groups (prom, weddings, etc) or individual appointments. They offer everything from nail services, to spa services, make up services, and of course all hair services. They also have a large inventory of hair, beauty, and nail products for sale. I have been getting my hair done there for over 10 years and when I am in MN (several times a year) it is the only salon I go to!

Very comfortable atmosphere and theyre (Rachel was too) very friendly and they take their time ( but not too much time though) ..., the hair washing with a scalp massage darn near puts you right to sleep :) ! Horrible experience. I had a massage there recently and it was very uncomfortable. The room is set up in a way that you can hear everything else that is going on at the salon. I heard the radio from the salon, hair being rinsed in the sink, conversations, a waxing, doors slamming and even worse, construction. They are adding on and there was hammering going on for 20 minutes. The owner came out and was extremely rude and short. She apologized but clearly didnt have the time to make me want to come back. I will never go back here. Not because of my massage therapist, but because of the owners response. She even called me the wrong name! What a joke. Very rude for a small town salon. Terrible.

Didnt even get my hair cut here. The front desk staff was short when I checked in, and when my friend asked if they happened to have any walk in appointments available they just said no and went back to looking at the computer - they didnt offer to schedule an appointment for another day and just seemed very rude. I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time and as I went to the front desk to see what the wait was about, the stylist came out of the back room and didnt even acknowledge that Id been waiting for 15 minutes. I dont know if her other appointments ran long or what, but no one communicated or apologized, so I didnt keep the appointment. Clearly customer service isnt much of a priority, which is disappointing after reading all the positive reviews online.
