I had a great experience getting my eyebrows tattooed at Top Coat. Walking in, the salon had a laid back vibe to it, appeared clean, and I was greeted by friendly staff. The service I received was great, as I never felt rushed. I’m very happy with the service I received and how my eyebrows turned out. We decided on an ombré effect, giving my eyebrows a defined, yet natural look. It has since shortened my daily makeup routine by 15 minutes. Money well spent! I would definitely recommend Katie to anyone looking to have their eyebrows enhanced. Katie even checked on me a week later to see how my eyebrows were healing.
