I’ve never had more of a worst experience at a nail salon. My sister and I received gel pedicures. My person who was a man had started on my toes and left me to begin on another client’s acrylic nails. He did not come back and I had to ask if there was another person who would take over as it had been over 15 minutes. Only then had another employee begin to work on my feet. I find it extremely unprofessional that my person in truth ditched me. I will say, though, that my new person who replaced him was very nice and skilled.As for my sister’s experience, it was worse. My sister pedicure was extremely rushed and disorganized. Her person did not scrub her feet and shape her toes. My sister had to remind her of her job duties. While she was painting my sister’s french tips, she did not match her toes. My sister mentioned the discrepancies and the employee’s response was “It’s french. It’s not like everyone’s going to look close up. You should have said something before I put the UV light.” What an extremely rude and unprofessional response. Had the manager not come to recognize my sister’s frustration, she would not have redone the ENTIRE pedicure. Even after the pedicure was finished, the manager came and redid my sister’s feet herself. It should be pointed out that even the manager recognized the poor quality of work and took matters into her own hands.I don’t think I or my sister will be returning here. Only some of the staff is skilled and others are arrogant. I guess we got the bad apples.

Poor service across the board. The pictures are from the same set, with a polish change done 4 days ago. The second pic 😩 was the redo because of the poor job done the first time.

I’m so happy I found this nail shop! Megan is the best. She makes sure my nails are just how I want them every time and really takes the extra time to make them look flawless. I would definitely recommend New Look!

Not only that but the service was great overall I couldn’t complain usually nail solons in my experience are rushing to get you in and out, but not this place. The price was reasonable.

I came as a walk-in to get a full set with coffin shape. The tech I started with was painfully slow at simply applying tips and applying the acrylic. Before the acrylic I had to convince her that two tips were crooked and needed to be reapplied. She then had a significantly hard time shaping my nails into an actual coffin shape and not simply refining a square shape. The manager came to take over. She improved the shape of my nails though two nails are still far too rectangular. She rushed through my gel polish leaving my thumbnail and pointer finger misshapen. I will not return. We are far too far along in society for it to be acceptable to allow these types of mistakes from professionals. They need to have some regular classes or practice on their skills because this is crazy. Any patron should be able to walk into any salon and know they can walk out with nails that look like they should.

Megan did such an incredible job with my extensions, she made sure they looked exactly how I wanted them too! I also got a super relaxing gel mani and pedi. They have a large color selection and do other things like waxing. I would absolutely recommend anybody to get their lashes done with Megan

The person who did my pedicure was the absolute worst, she didn’t even give me a pedicure! Basically my feet was just in the water. And painted horribly! I would not recommend this place to anyone . I will never return to this place ever!

The owner is so rude and the service is really bad. The place dirty, I didn’t want to over post photo’s. Everything is dusty. I asked her more than twice please don’t clean any products in the water that my foot is being soaked in but that felt on death ears and it seem to agitate her. As she was doing my pedicure, the things she was using kept falling so I asked her to please washed it and she asked why. I was shocked and didn’t have any reply. Paid and left.

After struggling to find a nail tech when I moved from Maryland, I discovered New Look. Tracie is amazing!! She is very talented and attentive. Every time I see her I leave feel like a new lady. New Look also has a wide selection of colors and stays up to date on nail trends.Nude color photo is a SNS manicure on natural nails. Rose gold photo is an acrylic full set with gel polish.

I still feel the need to let everyone who comes to this establishment be aware that this nail salon allows inexperience staff to provide services that they cannot do. My eyebrows were of a nice thickness, all I needed was a clean up but I left with jacked up eyebrows. THIS WAS FOR MY SENIOR PROM! I had to learn how to fill my eye brows in & buy product to fill them in! In a matter of 4 days! I havent gotten my eyebrows done since going here because Im scared someone will mess up again! My eyebrows never grew back the same.PICTURES:1-2: Before I got my eyebrows done here, no product used in them. All natural eyebrows. I was trying out prom makeup looks since prom was in a couple of days & I was going to TWO proms! ALL I WANTED WAS A CLEAN UP!3-4: After I got my eyebrows done, this is what I was left with! This is what one of the staff members did to my eyebrows!5-6: What my eyebrows are like now... to me personally they never grew back same, I had never had this done to my eyebrows so it obviously affected me a lot.I see that the owner only responds to the good reviews but doesn’t feel the need to apologize for their staffs mistakes or shortcomings. Horrible salon, if I could give 0 stars I would!

Was my first time here, asked for full acrylic nails. Complete walk-in so waiting time was about 20mins. Linda was my nail tech and I must say she did a PHENOMENAL job. She was quick but made sure my nails were even and nice. She has delightful sense of humor, I loved her so much. The salon is very clean, nice and calm. Staff were all polite. And I will most definitely come back here. Thank you Linda again, for making my nails look beautiful!!

Oh my God this place was amazing that such a great job I couldnt have imagined having a better hair stylist and she just took what I wanted right out of my head and put it on me which was everything I ever wanted.

I hate to give bad rate unless someone truly deserves it. So poor customer service at this place!!!— the employee (Fong) does whatever she wants to with your hair! Even she cuts it to consume less dye— honestly terrible service. While she was working on my hair, she made me cry because she irregularly cut my hair without asking me!!!In total she charged me $155 for missing up my hair and dying it with the color that I didn’t want!Note:I may keep pics for the record, in case they remove my review.

This was my first visit to the salon, and it was chosen mostly because of the proximity to my place and the reviews.I wanted a gel mani/regular pedi($60 total). I called Saturday night and was told they take walk-ins, but it would be easier to have an appointment. So I set one for 1130am this morning. I was greeted and seated immediately. I had a guy technician, who didnt really talk too much, but he did a good job and was super thorough.The main reason I didnt give 5 stars was because:1)I chose a different color before the mani, and the guy didnt really give guidance on color options(after noting that they didnt have many of the colors I wanted). I saw this new color that appeared to be like a mood color. But neither tech could give me the exact cause of what makes them change as this product was new at the shop. FYI: this was a $5 up charge(which I probably wont get again)2)the nail tech switched with another so he could do another walk in. The lady who painted and finished my mani was named Hanna and did a great job as well.Overall the salon was clean, everyone was nice and both techs that worked on me did good work. I do think the language barrier did hinder the experience that I had with my techs, but Ill be back regardless💅

Nancy is THE Best!! A true professional- fast and does an amazing job w/pink and white manicures! My nails never lift or chip and last for three week before I need a fill. She books up very quickly so make sure you get on her schedule- I highly recommend her!!

I went to this salon last week, choosing it because of the great reviews and wanting to get some pretty nails for my holiday. The nail tech had the coldest bedside manner I’ve ever come across, and now, just one week later, half of my nails are chipped off to the fake plastic extensions. I’m very disappointed in the quality and service, and expected much more.

The stylist was great! She understood my concerns and patiently has walked me through an excellent lash extension experience with outstanding results...

This Nail Salon has the most colors and also has regular colors for your toes to match our colors for your hand which I find hugely helpful! Nancy does a great job leading the ship at her shop. I’ve gone here for about a year and a half off and on and they really are the best! Additionally, I also get waxing services every so often and Linda was phenomenal with a face wax plucking any stray hairs that were still left. 🤗. Be sure to have cash for tips! They are worth that extra effort. Lastly, language spoken other than English is slightly kept to a minimum. I really appreciate that as his hat shop sometimes you feel like you’re being talked about.

I went to this place to get my nails done on Friday. My nail broke the next day. Anyway I just made it back today to get it fixed. And the lady was soo rude. First she looks at my nails and said “I didn’t do that.” So I reminded her by showing a picture. So I sit down and as she is fixing it.. Then she says “I don’t have to fix this you hit your nail.” I didn’t respond. It was obvious that she had an attitude and I wasn’t going to entertain it or argue with her.Also what made her assume I wasn’t going to pay.. I never said anything about free.. however I am a hairstylist and make wigs and if any of my customers tracks ect came loose within a week I would fix it. I am disappointed of this experience and thought I’d share. I will never go back here again. I am a loyal customer and a kind tipper.. I didn’t deserve this kind of treatment for 1 broken nail that took her 5 minutes to fix.

Dont waste your money here. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. Thats not what I received. When I asked the tech to make my nails even like they should be she had an attitude. She rushed through the rest and forgot to polish a nail. My polish is uneven. At the end the price was 10 dollars more than advertised. Its now less than a week later and my nails are breaking. WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

I recommended this salon to my mother for a haircut and she is beyond upset. She asked for a touch up on her medium length layered hair and left with a choppy short bob. When she stated how upset she was the older lady who cut her hair gave her an attitude and stated it was already that way when she walked in and was forced to pay $42 for a cut she disliked from before even the blowout. I know the younger lady who cuts my hair does really well but the experience left a really bad taste in my mouth on customer service.

I got my nails done at this salon friday and they were already coming off by sunday . i got long coffin nails (regular purple nail polish) with 2 designs and it came up to $40 which isnt bad but to start lifting within 2 days is disappointing. ive been getting my nails done here for more than a year but these last few visits just havent been the best but i just thought one last time maybe theyll come out fine. it wasnt worth it. ive decided to take them off and i just wont be coming here again. thanks for the past sets though. *fixed my comment*

WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE. I am completely disappointed at the service. I just wanted a clean up because the thickness of my eyebrows was fine there was just some surrounding hairs that i wanted to wax. i went in with eyebrows & literally left with little lines as eyebrows. really dissatisfied, will never return here. i wouldnt recommend getting your eye brows done here. i got a gel full set with a coffin shape & it was 55 dollars but the lady left the polish clumpy so now my finger nails arent even smooth on top or shaped the way i wanted. spent $70 for a complete disservice.I AM STILL VERY TRAUMATIZED BECAUSE OF WHAT HAPPENED TO MY EYEBROWS!!!!! i should have been given a refund! one eyebrow is thicker than the other & one is longer than the other. i will make it my duty to tell everyone i know to never go to this place!!!THIS REVIEW WAS FROM 11 MONTHS AGO, I UPLOADED PICS OF MY MESSED UP EYEBROWS! IF YOU CANT SEE THEM ITS CAUSE THE OWNER TAKES THEM DOWN!!!

Very professional! Great service, nice employees, relaxing environment. They have a great selection of nail polish (including gel polish) the most I’ve seen at any nail salon.

I recommend Tracy 10/10! My daughter took me to get my nails done for Mother’s Day (and she treated herself with a wax) and we both came out more than satisfied! Her eyebrows are poppin and my nails and glorious. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

I only use Q do to my Mani/pedí. When I used another older lady I feel as though shes super rushed my process. I will go back however I will be sure to set an appointment with Q only for all future visits

Tracy did a wonderful jobUpdate 10/01/20I used to love coming here to get my nails down by Tracy understandably she has been back yet. I called earlier to ask for pricing I was told 40 for sns and 50 for sns plus tips. When I went to pay the lady lied and said that she said 45 instead of 40. If you pay with cash you get a 10% discount which I had already know. The manicurist asked me several times if I wanted to add tips to increase the price after I had told her no several times the first then the same lady repeatedly told me how week my nails were( which is extremely insulting she doesn’t know if I have underlying health issues) further through out the evening the nail tech was rough on my fingers when she applied the powder she applied it so thickly that my finger nails look like they curve at the top the powder was applied messily and onto the cuticles also the tech thought it was ok to push my hands out of the way with the uv light machine. Sorry I keep referring to the lady as nail tech she never told me her name. Unfortunately I will not be coming back

My experience at this salon was unprofessional, discourteous, and a waste of time! I had a gel manicure, which was performed professionally by the technician, but the next day IT FELL OFF (ALL of it). I came back the very next afternoon after work, the technician fixed it and apologized. however, the next day IT FELL OFF. I called and requested a refund from management (TRACY). Who stated NO REFUNDS EVER. I was offered a chance to fix it. Why would I come back a 3rd time to fix my nails AGAIN? Management hung up on me and said either come back or we cant help you. RUDE! I was planning on coming back for a REFUND only so I could take my business elsewhere. Who doesnt give refunds when the services werent DONE! HORRIBLE! I plan on FULLY pursuing a refund, because I refuse to be shunned or felt like I dont matter as a PAYING customer! Cant just open a business and make up arbitrary unfair business practices. Why not apologize and provide a refund? Why not consider my wasted time and give me my money back since the gel FELL OFF? Not like Im getting FREE manicure. DONT DO BUSINESS WHERE THEY HAVE SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES & DONT RESPECT CUSTOMERS!

I routinely get my lashes done at the salon next door; however, I wanted to try a different place just in case I ever need a backup. After the technician finished I went to my car and looked in the mirror (using natural sunlight) and noticed that she began my lashes in the center of my eye lid. I went back in and she added more lashes. The following day the lashes started coming off (not the additional ones that I requested she add, but the ones initially applied). I didnt bother returning to the salon or calling them because I felt that there was no point. My lashes usually last at least 2 weeks so I know how to take care of them, whereas after 1 week the lashes are completely gone on both eyes. I didnt see any reviews for lashes so I wanted to share my experience.

Diana was GREAT! She was attentive to my needs and took good care of me (pedicure). Im sure theyre all great, but recommend you to go to Diana. I will definitely be coming back.

And for the premium pedicure spa package..u would think my pedicure would last longer than 15 mins🤨$45=15mins does not equate for me.Ill go elsewhere next time. My Gel manicure was nice enough. So there was a guy who did my pedicure this past Summer and he did a wonderful job. I cant seem to find him anymore. :(There is one lady thought who is rude as hell.I went in to get a pedi and she asked me if I wanted my nails done. I told her no. After about five minute, I asked her how much is a manicure. Her response was It does not matter because she does not have the time to do it. I was like Damn.Another time I went the same lady who did my pedi. She painted my toes and messed up. She got mad that she had to fix it by grabbing all on my toes hard and mumbling under her breath. She then tells me to go sit down so my nails can go under the dryer. When doing so, she did not put those things on my feet properly, so they came off while I was walking taking off the nail polish on each tow. And she had to take off all the nail polish on each toe and had to repaint them. She then had the nerve to try to charge me.Girl Bye

I wish there is 0 Star I can give this lady I called and went there for the hair cut she told me it’s $35 for cut and style I went there my hair was already washed she start drying my hair it took cut probably 5 min she didnt even part the hair she dry it at once it look terrible she start trimming my hair it probably took her 10 min I ask her to blow dry it nicely she told me she have to charge me extra that is not what she told me on the phone I wouldn’t recommend that salon they are a liar they don’t do a good job specially the older Asian lady her name is via or liva she got short blond hair pixy cut DO NOT GO TO HER she is terrible !!!

I went there to get a Mani/pedi. The place is clean. My pedi went great. Mani was good too, but in three days polish on four of my nails chipped. Not sure Ill be going back.

Ive been going here for a few months. Ive noticed when someone helped do my nails while I had my pedi done, on a very busy Saturday. Since then Ive been trying to get on Nancys calendar. She is very detail oriented with nails and does not leave white corners, and perfectly files my nails just the way I like it.

Not as friendly as I would have liked...tech. seemed rushed. However the end product was on point.

Most salons Ive been to seem to do an ok job, but the gel polish always peels after a few days. I stopped by this place because I was in the area for thia food and it looked very clean. Mimi (the nail tech) told me to try the gel polish with her and it would last 2 weeks... And it lasted almost 3 weeks. This place is out of the way from where I live and work, but it is now the only place Ill get me nails done.

RUSHED through pedi...horrible massage all of 10 seconds.

I have visited this salon several times. My pedicures are average. Polish chips after 3 days. Usually there is a wait.
