So I will start by saying that my boyfriend and I always go to get pedicures together and we went to this salon twice and didn’t experience any issues. We actually enjoyed the experience there. This time I went things were unfortunately different. We both got pedicures as we usually do. A men’s pedicure and a gel pedicure for myself. They asked us numerous times if we had been there before which was kinda odd. The entire time we were there I was busy writing down some notes and my boyfriend on his phone doing his own thing. Multiple times they would ask me a question and I would be lost in my work and then she would eventually get my attention and all the staff would laugh and speak in their language. I ignored it as I didn’t want to think too much into it but then it happened multiple times after that and they kept asking if we had been there after we answered two other staff members! It was weird. After everything they ask us to cash app the total. My boyfriend was paying so I didn’t pay any attention as I gathered my shoes to leave. Then we leave I see the receipt in my car and notice that they charged for a gel take off on top of the gel pedicure. I’m sorry ladies but when have you ever gone to the nail shop and had to pay for gel take off of the polish you already had on so they can apply a new gel polish!!! Absolutely not that is INCLUDED in the total. I wanted to go back inside and say something but my boyfriend didn’t want to stress it so I let it go but I definitely will not be returning or giving any of my business. Very unprofessional and had I been the one paying they know they wouldn’t have been able to let that slide so it all seems very methodical.

Always a friendly service. Love the ladies here!! They strive to make you happy with each service. If you are not satisfied, they will fix it.

My technician is very sensitive to my needs having ADD. My pedi and full set was over the course of 3 visits because of her patience. I will always wait for her because she shows me the same attention and care. Highly recommend ❤

I have been their customer for a long time. Owner (Kathy) is very rude and she does not know how to speak to customers. She has very bad attitude but she and Tina has been doing my nails and I was happy with them. I was trying not to bother with her attitude since Tina did a great job each time I visit. She twice refused to provide service saying I have cracked cuticles and I cannot dip your finger in the powder. I suggested use another separate cup but refused to do it. I did not really had big cracks and it was ridiculous. She did this twice and it was very rude. I went to different salon and they had no problem and do my nails. She knows I do not have any problem with mySkin or nails I just have dry skin. She literally refused to provide service. She had provided service before when I had worse condition. I am really upset and I will not go there again. Kathy needs to change her attitude and be kind to her customers. Too bad

Kathy is fast and does a great job doing nails she is genuinely sweet and has a great sense of humor.

I have been coming to this nail salon for years it is always very neat and clean. Very professional and courteous. My technician Tina really knows how to handle my feet being sensitive and the nerve damage in my fingers. She is very careful and tender with doing the services I request. I would highly recommend SNS nail shop.

Today was the first time I had Kathy as my manicurist. I got the dip powder instead of acrylic or gel. Kathy took her time and did an AMAZING job. I plan on going back to see her again!

SNS Nails gets it right every time. Tina is my go-to for my pedicures and she always take pride in her work. Making sure it’s A+ and that I’m satisfied. No complaints. Keep providing great service and I’ll keep coming back!!

I recently decided to switch salons and it has been really hard to find a salon that does my SNS Manicure exactly the way I like them, but that changed yesterday when Sophia did my nails! I had the most relaxing pedicure experience and my SNS manicure really exceeded my expectations. I can’t stop looking at my nails! She really took her time to make my nails, both pedicure and manicure perfect and making me feel comfortable by offering me a beverage and a pastry during my stay. I have been coming to SNS consistently for the last year. I originally went in to get a nail fixed and the nail tech did it so well I asked her to do the rest and have been coming back ever since. Great experience, salon is filled with friendly people who are very kind. Im soo happy I found this salon and my nail technician Michelle, she did my nails with so much care!! She dipped my nails in the sns powder so well that the powder covered my entire nail. Ive gone to other shops and there is always a space between my cuticles and where the powder actually begins but Michelle dipped my entire nail so it looks like it was painted with nail polish. I am so happy with the entire service!! Thank you so much Michelle, youre so kind, caring with your craft and youre one of the best!!!

Very rude, told me I couldnt get jewls added on to my toes. Though when I asked over the phone she said sure. In and out in under three mintues.

Gel acrylic nails are lifting after less than a week.the shape is kinda crooked as well. I paid about $60 plus tip.

LeLy has been doing my SNS nails and pedicures for about a year now and she ALWAYS does a great job ...and as a plus, she’s very attentive and funny- makes my time there feel like a breeze!!

I was a walk-in today & had the pleasure of having Le as my nail mistress! She took me right away and did the most amazing job on my nails! She was kind, considerate (I had a little cut on one of my cuticles and she asked several times if anything she was doing made it hurt), she is also absolutely hilarious. Wonderful experience! I finally found my nail girl!

Great nail salon. Very organized & very clean. Always smells fresh & Tina is my life savior. She always takes her time & pays very much attention to what she is doing. I tip her maybe to much but she does to much of a good job to not tip good!

Omg these ladies no how to give you a spa service!Have you ever been getting your nails done and your technician is more worried about their next walkin rather than finishing you up with quality... yea that does not happen here.You have an appointment and you are the priority until you are completely done.Mrs. Kathy (Tho Le) is a expert within sns nails! They last 3 weeks and they are not thick!!!! I just had an ombre done and im in love with my hands everytime i see them.

My friend and I visited this shop and made an appt three days ago. We show up, we are not on the schedule for the day we wanted service. They ended up putting us on the schedule for the following week. The receptionist put us on the wrong day.They still took us. We go in I wanted a pedicure and my friend wanted a manicure. They said they would do our service, so I got a pedicure and my friend didnt get her manicure because it was over their time being there. These people were so unprofessional and lack customer service. To tell us that we can be serviced and then dont service us was unprofessional. Not to mention her attitude during this situation was unreal! We will never return!

Been a client there for quiet some time & they still make sure that I’m well taken care of. I go in for SNS, pedicure, and my eyebrows. Tech does a excellent job. I’m particular about my eyebrows but only go there to get them done. They make me feel welcomes and the salon in general has a great environment clean and relaxing.

Thwy charged me 94.00 dollars for 2 full sets of nails. The is ridiculous. They need to xome down on tthier price. I will never go back there again

My daughter and I have been going to this shop for about 4 months. Weve only had SNS nails done, so this review would only be about that service. The shop is clean and we are always greeted warmly. They have tons of colors to choose from. We typically have Lei or Andy do our nails and both technicians are friendly and skilled. Ive recommended several friends here and they too have had great experiences here.

I was walk in to get manicure , pedicure yesterday. The shop is very clean and the tenician lady Tina is very patient and did a very good job for me. Its a wonderful nails shop. Especially for pedicure they put a plastic on the pedicure bowl for individual customer for sanitization . I went other nails salon this is the best. I will go back again.

I had an awesome spa pedicure by Andy at Color Nails. He gave me the best leg and foot massage I have ever gotten, my calves and feet felt great for a week! Lisa did my friends feet and she said the same. The shop is clean and the very best on Route 1, I know, I have tried all of them and even the highest rated ones were disappointing. I think you will agree once you go to Color Nails. Be sure to ask for Andy and get the spa pedicure, its awesome!

I went to this salon a total of 3 times. The first time Lei did my pedicure. I was a walk in close to closing so It was rushed but it still turned out very good so I went back to her again. 2nd time, I scheduled an appointment with her. I got a call from them 15 minutes before my appointment time saying Lei is running 30 minutes behind, which was OK; however, what wasnt OK, was when I arrived for the appointment, I STILL had to wait another 10 minutes before she finally started by pedicure...figured it was just a one off. The 3rd time was the final strike. I arrive for my scheduled appointment and waited 30 MINUTES with my feet just sitting in the pedicure tub water before finally deciding to get up and walk out. During my 30 minute wait, Lei never came to acknowledge I was there or advise how much longer shed be. After I left, she, nor did anyone else from the salon, ever call me to apologize for the inconvenience or attempt reschedule my appointment. I would highly recommend NOT scheduling an appointment with Lei if you chose this salon, since walk ins seem to be priority. Also, the area where you get your eyebrows done has absolutely no privacy. Its just a chair in the middle of a busy hallway with technicians walking back and forth. If youre looking for a salon that has a nice private room for waxing, this is not the place. Finally, the prices are not competitive. There are several other nail salons within .5 miles with cheaper prices but with better service.

Lisa always does a great job but gel polish doesn’t last without chipping within a week—- and I protect them with gloves when washing dishes. They may need to replace their products more often.

Most of the ladys are really good at their job. I only have my nails done with two specific ladys that are friendly. Others are really mean and rude

Do not get the gel nails— will chip in a day or two! All of the nail shops owned by this money hungry owner are Healthy Nails I, Healthy Nails II & Color Nails. Patronize a business without extra high prices and low quality polishes

Worst service ever..... nails are super chunky and look like my 12yr old daughter did them. When I asked TINA to fix them because they were super thick she said I cant file too much as dip comes off.... I initially went in for an acrylic gel set but she kept insisting for me to do dip since I mentioned I wanted a natural look. I caved n said ok only to regret it. Had the audacity to ask for TIP but that of course wasnt gonna happen. I had a job appointment so I couldnt argue and demand they fix them, so i paid and left. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!

I have been at this shop since it’s opening years ago! There is a great selection of colors and styles and the staff is friendly and efficient.

I made a reservation for myself and 2 of my girlfriends for a Saturday. We ended up rescheduling for earlier in the day and they were very accommodating.We did regular mani-pedis. This included massage chairs, foot soak, arm and leg lotion massage, etc. It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be going back.Plus they are very affordable and super nice!

Had a wonderful experience and even tried an SNS full set for the first time. Tommy did a great job on my nails and pedicure. I wish I could remember everyones name but the lady who did my eye brows did a great job and the lady at the front desk was so helpful. Everyone was so kind and I look forward to going back.

Says student discount on website. I received a manicure and pedicure and when I went to check out they told me they only did military discount and no longer student discount. I informed them that it said student discount on their website and this was the reason I chose to go to them. The girl apologized and still denied me the student discount. How hard would it have been to just give me the discount after spending two hours and $70 dollars later to keep a customer happy. I do not appreciate the untruthfulness of their website and the uncooperativeness of the staff.

I end up going just to get a regular pedi/medi the lady who handle me was nice and convinced me that I should get a deep powder nail job told me it would last 2 weeks. Never the less I been scrape down to deep and cause an cut on my finger and its only been 5 days and my nails are lifting. And far as the lady who did my pedi the polish isnt even all over my toe nails my nails arent even shape. 2 stars for customer service but terrible service so disappointed!

Tina is the best for SNS application, she doesnt skip any steps. My last application lasted 4 weeks without a single chip or any lifting....granted they grew out and that didnt look great, thats why I went natural this time.

My mother and I both had pedicures here. They were rude, pushy and acted annoyed that we wanted just a regular pedicure instead of one of the fancy ones. The nail technician Jenny made my mom feel horrible about having dry heels. I could have slapped her. They didnt speak English which made it very difficult to communicate. I can honestly say I have never had a bad pedicure in my life (Im not very picky) but our pedicures came out horrible. Plus I brought my own nail polish which they never gave back and when I went back to get it they said they lost it. Do not go here

Saw Ley who did a good job on my nails, until 5 days later they popped off like press ons and I get SNS powder, so was very surprised...the freehand design was a mess on one nail, but she didnt charge for it so it was cool. When I came back Ley was busy and they wanted to charge me to see someone else but I am a regular at Healthy nails and I called the manager (they are owned by same people) and he had me go back and another lady did them. This time she filed my nail bed, which is not common in SNS, they fussed about me in Vietnamese, until their manager came in. The filing thinned out my nail beds and I had to take them off within a week because my nails were hurting. Weird.

I made an appointment here for 5 gals including myself for a bachelorette party on a Saturday. We each got mani/pedis and they were very accommodating. We were a little late, but they still managed to seat us all together.A Younger tech worked on my pedi & another young tech worked on my gel mani. They were both so nice and did a great job. I was wary about cutting my cuticles so I made sure that they were aware. They were understanding and careful. They were also both extremely appreciative that I chose Color Nails for our party and I was as well. I mean, look at all the great reviews! My nails still look good and its been a week. Im very happy and would definitely recommend this place for a party or just to get in and treat yourself!They have a large selection of polishes. The facility, bathroom and spa chairs were clean.Take an advantage an book an appointment!

Le (pronounced lay) is a design goddess, not to mention that I usually chew my nails off in under a week and the current set she did has been on for almost FOUR weeks without even a chip.
