Poor management. The place is very uninviting and unpleasant. No music. No talking. Long waits.The first time I went I got a pedicure & full set manicure. It was ok but not great. The employee cut my toe nails way to short and my hand nails were uneven & crooked. I felt bad for the nail technician since she looked so unhappy and tipped her $30.I decided to go a 2nd time to maybe give her some more business & I called ahead to make an appointment. When I arrived the 2nd time, the nail technician was just starting a pedicure on another customer. I waited 40min and she never came to get me for my scheduled manicure appt. Again no music, no conversations, and a depressing sense in the salon, so I just left.I wont be going back.

My sister came here on her birthday just to get bumpy badly painted 60 dollar nails and her day ruined.

They did not tell me how long to wait and sat me and my boyfriend immediately which I thought meant they would help me fast but I was wrong. They started working on him and told me that I would need to wait a while. 2 people came in after me and were helped instead probably for appointments but still would have been helpful to know in advanced. Have been here before with minimal issues but never above satisfactory and only ever go here for the convenience. Would not go again.

I have gone to Solace for years now, their service is great and the technicians are nice and my review does not reflect on them. THIS IS FOR THE OWNER. I had bought their Black Friday special of purchasing a $100 gift card, and youd also receive four $25 coupons. I paid the $100 in cash. I then used this gift card for a gel mani and regular pedi in December which is around $75. When I went to use it, the receptionist said the gift card was not loaded correctly but she remembered me purchasing it, so she called the owner and said theyd fix it later (I had already waited 10-15mins to get it resolved) but that theyd keep the gift card and it would be credited to my file, no worries. Ok great. I returned for a service on Jan 18, 2020, and when I went to pay, the same receptionist could not find my gift card and didnt have anything on file so she made me pay the full $75 instead of using what would have been remaining on my gift card balance. I re-hashed the story as she had been the one I had dealt with, she said she didnt remember and again tried to call the owner who didnt answer. I had to pay the full amount and she promised the owner would call me. It is now Jan 27, 2020, I have called the salon MULTIPLE times, even asked for the owners number so I could be proactive about this and the same receptionist is always apologetic (and very nice, I understand this is out of her control) saying she told the owner to call me but she still hasnt and I doubt she ever will. I am severely disappointed in the way the owner chooses to run this business. I have multiple family members and friends that go to this establishment, that also bought the gift cards that will be seeking a refund because this is not the way you should treat ANY client let alone a loyal one.

First off to the other reviews. There are 2 locations one does massages the other nails and misc. Things. The one next to sleepys is great (nails) and it also depends on who you get. Jessica and Michael are fantastic they take their time and do a great job! Never had a problem.

Solace went from 4 to 1 star as of April 13th due to poor customer service. Truly disappointing in the way I was treated. To be overlooked for the customer next customer. And, only when I was about to walk out the door did you appreciate my business. Cant spend my money here anymore!

It’s pathetic that you would charge men and women two different prices for the same exact service. They charge men $37 for the same pedicure they give women and charge them $28. I won’t go back there.

Terrible service I went there to get two nails fixed the lady could not match a dark red and she ended up putting hot pink on my fingers one was completely lumpy the other one had waves in the nail I was so disappointed and angry I didnt even feel like complaining because I know that I would probably just end up getting the police called on me. I would never go to this place Ive been to this place couple of times trying to give them a chance because they have 2 locations and the same exact Shopping Center but everytime I go its the same exact thing people that dont know how to do nails practicing on customer I do not recommend this place it is one of the worst places you can go to.

Kimberly ha been doing my hair for over 10 yes. She always does an excellent job. Quality service & products.

They always get me in without an appointment, which I know is not great planning on my end. The people are sweet, and the pedicures always look great!

Lots of pedicure options. Its really expensive, but hygienic and they offer you soda, tea, etc. But it didnt look like I had a $95 pedicure. Wont return.

Ive gone here twice for pedicures in the past 3 months and both times i had a great experience. This will be my go to place for pedicures from now on.

The only way I can get a review is to click a damn star... My gf went to this salon on Saturday and the treatment she received was completely dissatisfying and poor .she has cuts all around her cuticles and the nail tech was rude and unprofessional . My gf walked out before she was even done with the fill and color and they charged her $30 just for that .Shameful. We will never return to this salon nor will we ever recommend anyone to go there. To the workers there .. do you forget that the paying customers are what keeps your job and a roof over your head? You must seem to forget that. If you want piss poor service and to be rushed throughout your visit by all means go there. If you want professional service and to be treated like a paying customer then go somewhere else .You have been warned.

I always get great service and love my nails. They take theit time. I love the wine lol and the mini massage after getting my nails done. Gone there over 5 times and its my new nail shop now.

Great service but high prices.

Went in for massage. Technician did not leave the room while I undressed and got on massage table and when I asked her to increase the pressure during the massage, she told me if she did, it would cost extra. Terrible service and scammers.

The Salon is perfect but bad stuff and bad job i am not happy i don,t recommend to people to go to this place.

The worst, the prices are too high and include the tip, you have to earn with your work too
