I went to go get my nails done with inspo pictures for them and asked for an acrylic fullset. When she did them she did gel acrylics which are more expensive, and did my nails horribly. There was polish all over my hands, the cuticles were messy, the nails werent the same shape on every finger, and werent filed down so they were bumpy, the purple was visible over the white design, she told me she could so 3d flowers and when I said that they werent even she said that happens sometimes and there was residue that wasnt cleaned up. When I asked why she wasnt doing acrylic powder she said its cheaper to refill with gel but she couldnt even hold the acrylic on her brush. I had to ask her to clean up lines, fix the petals, and change the color. I had to pay and leave for 5 minutes anf when I came back I asked fro a refund and they refused and told me to call the police if i wanted to. I then asked her to take them off because they were horrific and she offered to do color powder for me for free but at this point your work is bad and if you cant do half decent nails with gel, I dont want to see what you can do with more comlex types. DO NOT come here. This isnt the first time they have done a terrible job. Save your money and your time.

Had a bad experience here today. My French pedicure was uneven and I requested this to be fixed and she caught an attitude and told me I should have told her I wanted it differently before. It was we no done properly and if the customer is unsatisfied why are YOU catching an attitude? I did not Even finish my planned service. I left to get my nails done at a better, more customer friendly establishment. Would not recommend.

Ms. Tina is my favorite nail technician. Even when I cant figure out what color /design I want, she knows and I always leave more than happy!

Lauren is the best, hands down. Been going to her for over 2 years and never have I been disappointed. Been to many different nail salon before and always left disappointed. Go see Lauren if you want beautiful, professional, well done nails .

Sofia did an excellent job on my nails today! She was very welcoming and had a great personality. Did the nail shape and the colors I wanted came out perfect. My friend was getting her nails done by Tina and she was friendly and did an excellent job on her nails. I was hesitant to come because of the negative reviews, but you can’t believe everything you see online. Come out and get your nails done by these wonderful ladies!

I had the BEST pedicure I’ve had in years. The technician took her time to ensure she removed callouses and cuticles. The staff was pleasant and polite to me the entire time. I thoroughly enjoyed this pedicure.

They did a good job with my nails but while there, another woman entered to complain about her nails which had been done the day before. The technician gave the woman a hard time, not wanting to take the time to fix the womans issue regarding her nails. I did not like that... we have to remember we could always be that other customer.

Awful!!! After I blew my money at this place and forgot my phone, I called them back to let them know that my husband would come by to pick it up. He gets there and shows my picture and several pictures of us with our children and attempted to call my phone but I guess it had died and the ladies there refused to hand him the phone. I would never think this would happen cuz Ive been going to them for years. I hurt for my husband who couldnt help but think that the only reason they didnt hand the phone to him was because he was black. I can no longer support this business after this incident.

Good prices. In spite of other reviews I would say they are friendly. Helen gives the best pedicure and massage on very tired feet and calves. French tip gel lasts. Just love it

Ive been to this nail salon before and loved it. I decide to go again and the service was horrible , they were so nice before and this time they did such a bad job they went to harsh on my nails. Ms.TT was nice but was to rough the front lady was so rude to me I dont want to give in detail what happend , but it was bad never going again.

WARNING!!!! DONT SPEND your money at this place!!!!!!First and last visit for me. They do not stand by there products nor service. I Had gel metalic extra charge mani / pedi done and only two days after I noticed my natural nails polished chipping away!!! Two Days.. Gel manicure!! I called right away! I never! ever had such poor service.!!!! Or talked at that way. With vacation coming up on the 4th new my schedule was tight so I called but couldnt get in before the holiday. When I arrived back in town, I was able to get into the salon after work first thing! The girl wanted to argue told me to drive home get my reciept. Still argueing about my delay 5 days! gel manicure chipped off way more the the second day! Imagine the 5th day.. Just ugly... And on top of this said she cant garentee her products wont chip! it wont chip? Whats the point of GEL manicures?? The said go home get my she NEEDS my RECIEPT, but recalls our phone conversation.. TERRABLE Customer service.. Im also contacting the Board. Wouldnt just fix the problem wanted to talk at me !!!! And argue.... Wow chipped polish.. Look at the reviews its not the first time..$75 dollars after two days the polish chips off. I have to go find a great salon to get this mess fixed. I am a great tipper too. Wow dont go its not a good idea .....

Horrible customer service. Lady yelled at me. Because I️ came in 5 days after having a gel manicure that bubbled up. The nail polish they used was old. They refused to change the colorI️ was such a loyal customer. I️ will never go back after the way I️ was treated!!!!!

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! I went to get my acrylics taken off and the lady FORCED them off which was painful but also RIPPED my nails off and when I pointed it out she said oh thats okay im never going to this place again

Filthy place, unbelievably rude staff. I went here because it was next to Giant and I decided to treat myself to a mani pedi,, left after terrible pedicure. My feet were put in cold water. Pumice sponge clearly had other people’s skin on it. TMZ tv show blasting at an obnoxious volume. Old, crusty polish. Decrepit chairs and towels. Rudest technician I have ever dealt with in all my years. I was supposed to get a manicure as well, but I could not stay in that revolting, unpleasant place for one more second.

I called wanting to make an appointment with Tracy only to find out that she was no longer there and of course I was given no other information. So I made me appointment for a pedi and mani for last Thursday. A female named Lily did my nails and I was totally disappointed. While she was doing my pedi, I told her I needed my heels sanded due to the dry skin and altho she heard me, she did nothing more to deal with the problem. When I got home, I had to file my fingernails as each one was left rough. When I looked at my feet, the nails were cut so short that two of them were below the quick. I dont think I will go back there as I spent my money for nothing. If I were not was a waste of my time and money. Its a casual place to get nails done.

Excellent prices here! I usually go out of my way to get manis/pedis here b/c of that. I also like the many options (and much-needed descriptions) they post for the different kinds of pedis available. They could certainly be friendlier as one reviewer mentioned, but getting a long-lasting mani or pedi is my main priority when I get my nails done.

Zero stars. Terrible service. The lady burned my wife’s eyebrows and when my wife asked for the manager, she came and started downplaying the scenario and started yelling to my wife .Plus they speak about you in another language. Little did they know my wife speaks the language.
