Walked in with no appointment but was seated and my service started quickly. The manager took great care with my manicure and was very pleasant. After my service was very pleasant and professional, checked me out. Glad that this business is located near me! Will definitely return in the future.

Ive been there twice and got my nails done the first time .They are extremely skilled and take their time! I got a pedicure on the first visit and it was okay. The receptionist informed me before paying about the extra charge when you use a card, but let me pay without the charge since it was my first visit. Overall, they do a great job and are up on the latest trends and styles.

Im visiting from Florida but I wish they had a spot like this in my town! The place is super clean, the staff are friendly, and they even serve complimentary wine! They dispose everything after every client bc I was watching! The decor is very contemporary and I dont normally get mani and pedis, but Im glad my cousins took me here. If Im ever here with my girlfriend, then this will be THE place Ill take her. Check them out, definitely worth a shot.

I absolutely positively LOVE this place! They are located in a renovated home so there is an obvious homely feel when you walk in! The owner is literally the best nail tech in this salon. If there is a color that I am not sure about she will test it for me without hesitation. Her nail shaping technique is unmatched as well! Shes conversational and very sweet. Give them a ring if you ever stop by. You wont regret it.

I am down in town for a quick work trip and asked my hotel front desk where to get my nails done, as they were a hot mess. I arrived about 10 minutes early to ensure that I wouldnt have any trouble locating the place. I walked into a beautiful little nail shop. Super clean and beautiful decor. My hands look ahhhmazing! The tech even recommended a superior product to the one I had and she was so right! This nail shop opened May 2019. I hope it is here forever. I will always come here when I am in the area. If you are in town and need your nails done, come here!!

Nail place is a really clean salon. They offer you water when you first come in. Lyn always takes care of my gel mani. If youre looking for nail art she is your go-to. She always does an amazing job and they last for awhile without any chipping or lifting.

Its very evident that good hearted people run this organization, for they make relationships with customers and its easy to keep going back. I loved this place. I was able to get an appointment the same day. The woman who did my nails was very sweet and took her time making sure everything was perfect. She did both my manicure and pedicure. I definitely see myself going back! :)

Customer service is on point! All the managers walk around to make sure everyone is enjoying the service! They have a GIANTIC color selection for SNS and gel colors! They have 5 different pedicure options and even have ORGANIC pedicures! Everyone takes their time with the pedicures and manicures and are also engaging in conversations! Parking is free for two hours and convenient from the freeway! Also after im done with my nails then its shopping time! Definitely must try!

Worst experience of my life to get my pedicure and manicure done! Made me and my sister wait 1 hr 30 min then did a 10 min pedicure with barely any massage. Then come to the manicure - I got gel manicure which all came off of one nail after the other, one day later and then after two days later I was able to peel off my gel! Did not expect such poor quality

Ok where do i begin? I have been super pleased with my experience thus far. I have tried several of their nail techs and they really are all good and that is coming from a very picky client. There are the type of people that can get their nails done every other week at a different nail salon and not care. I on the other hand cannot!! I have literally walked out of other places with a hand half done.. lol. So that gives you an idea of my standards. That being said i also love the decor at this Salon. It feels very high end and i value that. I really cant say enough good things about this place. Come try and you won’t be regret.

I Love this place. My nails look amazin, it does not take too long and keep in mind i do Dipping Nails. The manager always does my nails and honestly if anyone wanted to get their nails done i would 100% recommend them. They all do an amazing job.

Extremely disappointed and surprised. I decided to visit this place because of all of the positive reviews (goes to show theyre irrelevant these days) and got a full set, my nails were breaking in half & coming off in a matter of 4 days, and were completely ruined by week 2. There was no point of even getting my nails done because Ill need an entire FULL set during my next visit & it will NOT be to this place.Might have better results getting other services but definitely not acrylic nails.

When I came to the salon, there were so many customers but Sarah still came and did a full set for me and took her time. The nails came out so pretty and I cannot thank her enough for the service. She was super sweet and I highly recommend you come to this salon soon!

All the girls are great and ready to take care of you. The manager has been my nail tech since day one. Shes very attentive and caring to my hands and feet. Really enjoyed the experience (salon was clean, tech was competent and friendly, price was good), however 3 stars since the gel polish chipped in less than 24 hours.

I really love this place! Im the kind of girl that needs her nails and pedicures. I have tried mainly different places in town but out of all of them this place is my favorite. Its always busy so its best to call and make an appointment first. And of course the early hrs are best to stop by if your trying to just walk in bc by the evening they will be way busy.

My wife has been getting her nails done here for a couple of years now. They do a great job every time you really treat her well. Its a little bit expensive probably not above-average and price compared to lots of other places in town. I always have a bottle of water and something to eat available if you want.

I love this place. Ive been coming here for about two years now and the staff is focused on customer service and cleanliness, prices are reasonable, Ive never had to wait (never made an appointment either), and almost all of the staff Ive had can do nails great! Its almost impossible to get all that in a nail place loll Ive only had one nail service turn out bad -- my nails started chipping quickly. The staff fixed it for free with hardly any questions, so they turned the poor experience to a positive one.

I like the salon so much I brought my family back and I got a pedicure and they got pedis, gel manis, and dip manis as well. I got the orange pedicure (I cant remember what it was actually called) and it was delightful! My sister got the mochatini, and mom got the coconut (though she loved the pedicure, she said she couldnt smell hers very much). In my pedi bath they put real orange slices and cucumbers which they later rubbed on my legs and they put real espresso in my sisters. They brought out all the products theyd be using on a little tray with little saucers filled with each product which was so cute!

This nail bar is super cute and they did an amazing job with my nails! I havent had long nails for over a decade and I had an impulse decision to hop on this new SNS trend after seeing so many of my coworkers with cute nails. They took me in as a walk in and I showed them what I wanted and got exactly that! Im already booked for next month! So excited! Thank you!

I have been wanting to find a new nail place after going and being disappointed in others. Im glad I read reviews and ended up here! Place is very clean and are making sure all the necessary COVID-19 protocols are in place! (Temperature check, masks) I did a gel mani and a spa pedicure and it was great! Will definitely be back. (Hand modeling is not my strength but loved my mani! LOL)

My nail tech Angie has changed jobs. So, I went to be her client at the new place. Lots of free parking and useful stores nearby (Safeway. HOMEGOODS. Ross) Salon is clean and bright and set up for social distancing. Angie was amazing as always. I will blissfully return.

This place is a hidden gem. First, I was impressed that there is complimentary drink. I walked in and we immediately greeted by receptionist. The look and feel is very professional. I was also offered to choose from a selection of polish.

Terrible experience. Three hours and $105, got me ombre nails that I have to fix. Gel toes that are so short they are painful. Waste of time and money for a tech that the receptionist enthusiastically claimed was the best at ombre.

I went in for just a simple finger/toe gel polish change, and I LOVE IT. The whole experience was very comfortable. I had two techs working on me simultaneously; they were both very pleasant and attentive to detail.

Very disappointed by the super rushed service. Got a pedicure and gel manicure and it only took 40 minutes for both services combined. My toes we not even dry and I was being rushed out, several other customers that got there before me were still having services done. When I brought up the rushed nature, the women just ignored and did not even apologize or fix my toe which was smuggled. It wasn’t worth the money, despite nice atmosphere.

I just came from Nailand Spa. It was my first time there. One tech started my nails and then another lady finished them. Normally I get annoyed at that but they were great and professional about it. I came in for a fill in and repair. She did not charge me for the repair. The lady was so sweet and helped me try on colors I was debating between. She was very patient with me and did an awesome job in the end. I dont normally write reviews but I was well please. Thank you, I will be back!

I drove a very long way to check out this spa and I was not disappointed. Tee worked on me and she did an excellent job on my mani and pedi. The location was clean and in a nice location. I will be going back. They also include a neck massage with your nails...that was unexpected but wonderful.

I came in and asked how long the wait would be and was told 20 minutes. 55 minutes later..someone took me back to remove the gel polish on my nails. That individual than left to help someone else, so I sat with tin foil on my nails for another 20 minutes. When someone finally came to remove the gel and apply my new color, she was clearly rushing bc she had an appointment coming. The people working there knew I was waiting a long time. Even people who came after me were helped first. They kept pointing, gesturing, and talking about my wait, but I couldnt understand what they were saying. I understand things happen, and sometimes waits end up being longer than expected, but no one once said sorry for the wait or offered my water. Super not impressed... time to find a new nail salon.

I walked in to get a refill and andy happened to be standing at the desk when I got there and took me. his customer service is amazing!!! it was my first time there and he made me feel like I was a regular. we had good conversations and will make you laugh or smile the whole time. he is my technician from now on. other than that the place is super clean and well taken care of. this is the type of place where they dont talk in their language to one another (at least I was there) so that was cool to see too.

They don’t care what your nails look like when they are done- if you are not getting gel or acrylic then they tell you you are wasting your money and your nails will be done chipped, nail polish half on half off and the edges of my nails are crusty not smooth at all- I asked for my heels and he argued he did it- before I left you could see the heels like no one even did a pedicure! They will automatically charge you but not provide any customer service- mad cause I wanted natural nails and not gel and ruined my day!

My boyfriends mom was in town and I wanted to treat her, so we went out to get our nails done. The place is nice, new and clean, so that was a positive!We both got seated right away at pedicure chairs, but then both of the nail technicians seemed to vanish. Well.... meanwhile the foot tubs were filling up with water... and getting more full by the minute. So full, in fact, that my boyfriends mom and I were frantically trying to figure out how to shut off the water and by this point, the water was overflowing onto the floor. My bag got wet and my boyfriends moms shoes did, too. Finally the nail technicians ran over, saw what was happening, shut off the water, and helped us clean up. Accidents happen, I understand, but wish they would have been watching more closely. The rest of our pedicures were very nice and relaxing.We then transitioned over to the manicure chairs. Im admiring my new pedicure and I notice that there is no top coat on one foot (the other is shiny and glossy). I point it out to the nail technician and she did fix it... but how do you miss a whole foot?Our nail adventures continued and unfortunately I didnt find the manicure to be 5-star. The tech seemed very rushed... She dunked my hands into freezing water and began smashing away at my cuticles. She continued...got the polish on, it looked fine, and even gave a back-rub (a nice perk).However, I was pretty disappointed when nearly half of my nails were chipped or cracked less than 2 days later. Even my boyfriends mother made a comment about how her polish had barely lasted! Ive never had professional manicures fail after 2 days. I was irritated considering I had paid over $100 for both services.I live in the Kingstowne area and this shop is very convenient for me, but unfortunately I dont think I will be going back.

The interior is very nicely decorated, and they have recently updated their pedicure stations to even more comfy seats that have various massage functions equipped to give your neck or back a lil love.

Updated, Oct 2020, its been a year and I figured Id try again. I made an appointment, wait 23 minutes after my appointment time. When I say down I asked for square rounded nails, she said ok, and proceeded to make them pointed and said Id like these better. I had to give it a try. And no thanks.Nov 2019, Ive been here twice in the last month. Figured Id try a pedicure. It was horrible. Tried again a couple weeks later for a manicure. The man helping me asked if I wanted my nails shorter. I said no. He immediately shortened my nails. Two of them down so far it was ridiculous. I had to ask for the file before painting to fix all of my nails because they were uneven. The polish is only half on my nails. When I asked him to fix it he said it was fine and thats how they do it. So I had to paint my own nails when I got home.

I just got a gel manicure and none of them look the same, horrible and over priced. I told the her and she said that she is trying to do her best… and that was it and I paid $45 for a gel and 2 tips.

I took my daughter to get her nails done. We did not have an appointment. I asked if they could take us and they said sure and instructed us to pick out our colors which we did. Then for the next 45 minutes they ignored us, walked past us and acted like they didnt hear me ask how much longer. After 50 minutes we got up to leave and they began cat calling at us, suddenly we werent invisible anymore. What a waste of time. Why not just say come back in an hour. So stuck on making the money their customer service is severely lacking. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you have nothing better to do. We went over to Pink Passion in Manchester Lakes and were taking right away and acknowledged as soon as we walked in.

I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed there 3 times and it looks bad every time. They left stray hairs all over. The last time I was there the girl wasn’t even going to use tweezers to clean up the stray hairs.

Gel polish literally doesnt chip. If it wasnt for my nail growth i wouldnt need a manicure. Highly recommend not to mention the pedicure massage was exquisite.

This place has a very nice decor but that is all I can say nice about it. It is waaaaay overpriced! Had a gel touch up and pedicure and my nails looked worse after the service.The nails were thick and polish bubbled up! The very next day the bottom of my feet were scaly and polish was chipping. The nail tech was pleasant but this shop needs to focus on perfecting their craft not massaging your neck(this is what they do at the very end of the visit) If they are going to charge those kind of prices they need to do a much better job. Btw...they have an ATM machine inside where they direct you to withdraw cash for tipping in case you did not bring cash with you. Will not let you put it on your credit card. Just tacky....Will never go back!
