My favorite place, they take their time and are very friendly. Go early is my advice.

It was my first time but i will return. I enjoyed the pedicure. The tech was really friendly.

I used to be a regular and then a few days before my birthday I went and got wax and I made sure to communicate do not touch my eyebrows and the woman said she understood and I ended up with half of my eyebrows gone and she tried to get away with charging me twice and when my friend who treated me to the salon went to ask for a refund she was instantly called a liar and i was called a liar because we were unhappy with their service and we felt ignored when we communicated.I do not recommend.

Customer service from the owner of this establishment is HORRIBLE. I was referred to the place and I would not recommend spending your money at this establishment. It’s clear that the owner only wants to do what he wants and he does not want to hear about how you want your nails to look...even though you’re the one paying for the service. I made a request about how I wanted my nails polished and his response to me was “so you want perfection, you can go somewhere else”. At that point I ask him to remove the services he started and I went somewhere else. Overall the owner was very unprofessional and the manicure that he started was rushed and sloppy.

Laid back atmosphere on a Wednesday. My designs came out, just as the picture I showed. Very reasonably priced. I will be back.

Relaxing & attentive atmosphere. Thankful that its a quiet place with a nice family run staff. Too many nail salons around here are trying for the quick turnover. They took their time & made me feel relaxed & welcome.

I waited 3 hours to get my feet and nails done and when its almost done the worker doing my feet go oh my I don’t have that color and not to mind you my feet looked horrible I didn’t get the right nail color either but my nails looked okay and they charged me before they actually did my nails so I couldn’t get a refund nor did they offer one or a discount or even a simple solution to my bad nails and wait I would have more than pleased if they took it all off and did it again the way i liked it

I go there regularly for pedicure. Depends on who you get on how good the massage part is but do a good job on nails and price is reasonable.

Decent amount of time spent on customers unless its busy then you may have to wait more than an hour or so just to have your nails or pedicure finished.

The people are nice BUT their work is ATROCIOUS! If you do not know how to do nail designs or nail art please just say that. Do not send people away looking like a 4 year old just scribbled a doodle....its just dishonest. Try....Mam i would like to do your designs but unfortunately I am no good at that! I wouldve been okay with that.....smh

The woman did a excellent job on my eyebrows, eyelashes, and nails. Prices are great best salon in Alexandria hands down!

Reasonable prices, very nice nail technicians

On Nov. 18, 2017, purchased services for Nail overlay and gel polish. Six days later my polish & nails are now chipping so I go to Cindys to have the really bad nail repaired. The 1st gentleman look at my nails and say its been 2 weeks and I need a refill. I said no it has only been seven days since I had this done. Two more nail techs look at my nails (the actual 2 nail techs that worked on my nails ), and said its too much time past. If only 3 - 4 days ok but thats long enough for gel polish. I asked for a repair, NOT A FREE One; but no one listened to my service request. I told the 3 techs you should explain this to customers that Your Gel Polish is maybe good for 3 or 4 days before we pay an extra $10 or more dollars.

The lady who did my nails did a wonderful job but the man who did my pedicure was terrible my feet are atrocious
