Lien did a great job and the other staff was friendly and welcoming as well. Really clean, well shaped nails with lots of color selection for Dipped nails. Compared to other manicures and prices in the area, this is by far the best quality nail salon. I will absolutely be a regular!

Every time I come here I’m never disappointed. I went to a totally different nail salon because it was closer to my house, and I waited 40 minutes without a greeting. Instantly remembered my last two visits and called and they got me set up for gel removal and mani pedi right away. I will continue to come here and give them my business.

New to the area and I have been looking for a nail salon to go to. Absolutely love the service here. Everyone was super nice and met my expectations (which are pretty high) went in with messed up nails from the last place I tried and I came out soooo happy! My nails are clean and beautiful

Went in for an eyebrow wax and gel manicure. Both technicians were meticulous and friendly!

My first gel manicure and regular pedicure at this place went really well and lasted for several weeks. I went back for the same treatment a week ago and my gel manicure started chipping in several spots on day 6. I knew as the woman was painting my nails that it wasnt going to last, especially because she filed my nails after all the gel layers had set. I called and asked about their gel guarantee and they said gel manicures are only guaranteed for one week. I will not be going back.

The first time I went here the service was great, but this time I went in to fix one of my acrylics that broke. The lady who was working on my nails first attempted to rip my acrylic off of my actual nail and then after she couldnt rip the nail that is GLUED to my nail used just the acrylic to try and shape the nail, but it looked like absolute garbage. She seemed frustrated when I asked her to make the shape the same as the rest of my nails and she didn’t even make it look any better. Won’t be coming back.

Just removed my gel here with Hao. I love how she was very delicate and made sure she is not scratching my nails while removing the Gel.

LOVE this neighborhood salon! All of the ladies are incredibly kind, but I must say Ms. Kim is my go to lady. Personable, knowledgeable, takes her time and keeps me coming back week after week (even though the nails last a month; easily!)

I absolutely love this place! I just moved here and have been searching for a new nail salon and had failed at everyone. This place was super friendly as soon as I walked in the door, they remembered my nail, gave me plenty of time to pick my color without rushing me and the service and was great! My nails were perfect and she gave me one of the best pedicures Ive ever had in my life!

Horrible customer service. Went in at 7pm and turned me down when they close at 8pm. “ I’m sorry we are u able to service you” I wonder if they turn down all customers or just some ethnic groups in this area. Unbelievable!

Walked in after an appointment nearby and they were so attentive and kind. My pedicure was so good that I thought they had accidently added the next package, but it was their standard gel pedi. I would visit again.

I had one of the best manicures I have ever had here from a woman whose name I believe is Leanne. She helped me pick out a color and was very meticulous in doing my nails.

Ive never written a google review before. I am not typically a complainer, but I tried this place for the first time a couple months back and am still dealing with a fungal nail infection after getting a pedicure at this establishment. I am super disappointed and havent been able to get a pedicure since I last visited due to the fact I dont want this happening to anyone else at any other nail salons. This was extremely disappointing and has cost me money, time, docotors visits, and has limited my ability to wear open toe shoes ever since removing the pain they applied. I really wouldnt go. Its not worth the risk.

Kind staff and consistently solid results

I got a terrible fungal infection on my toe nail from this place on my first visit. Also, while I was there... I witnessed a nail tech being terribly rude and argumentative with a customer. All signs to never return.

Clean and aesthetically pleasing environment, was not completely happy with the end result of my nails, she cut them so short it looks like i am a chronic nail biter, which Im not, and she cut me twice and jammed the cuticle cutters into my nail bed, which i understand happens but my nail polish is uneven and spotty, all in all my nails look fine, but i am not 100% satisfied, it closer to 85%, i would tell you to still go, i just had one not perfect experience

I was happy to easily get an appointment for 2 people here on a Saturday but disappointed when the extra $5 I spent on a gel finish left me with chipped nails only 3 days later :( I shouldnt have been fooled into the upsell and wont return since I expect a much longer lasting manicure.

I was in the Alexandria area visiting relatives before heading to Norfolk for a military ceremony. I walked in to see if they could take me the next day as I headed out of town. They offered to come in at 8:30 am (1-1/2 hours before they opened) to take care of my mani/pedi. Luck had it that I didnt have to leave at 8:30 am as I originally thought so I was able to go there at their normal opening. However, there are not many places at all that would offer to come in early to help out a customer, especially a visitor from out of town. And, to top it off, I received an awesome mani/pedi. Great customer service!!!!

I have used this salon multiple times, for manicures pedicures and waxing. They have always been wonderful, and I leave very very pleased with their work. I also recommend this salon to my friends.However, this morning, I had a terrible manicure. The shop was not busy, there was one other customer and myself, and plenty of available ladies. My technician, Tlui Tlui gave me the worst manicure I have ever had. She didnt use cuticle cream before putting my hands in water, haphazardly pushed back my cuticles, filed my nails halfway, sporadically clipped my cuticles. Quickly painted my nails. ( I asked for a french gel manicure). She did stop and take time doing the detail work of the polish. then put lotion on one hand and not the other. It was unreal, and it all happened so fast I didnt know what to do. I dont know why I didnt stop her early on and just leave. The other ladies were watching her, and I could tell they noticed her poor work. She also over charged me. I was so embarrassed that I put up with that kind of treatment I just paid and left.After all of this I was shocked to see that my nails turned out pretty good. I was so confused, but the only thing i had to do when I got home was a little bit of filing.I want to go back, but Im so afraid of getting her. Still havent decided if Im going back.
