Waste of time and money.

The place could be cleaner. Professionalism needs serious improvement. The staff seems busy gossiping among each other and almost seem as if they are ignoring the customer. They are just not friendly, almost as if they were explicitly instructed not to be friendly with the customers. Then there is the annoying and only male staff who at the end aggressively asks you for tip! Just a turn off. - It feels like a sweatshop! They are too busy trying to get the customer out as quickly as possible but end up providing mediocre service as the devil is in the details! Which twice with me they have missed. There is very little customer interaction unless you pay attention, the staff can get your request wrong. Then there are other additional treatment products that they sell, which for some convenient reason is not listed in the menu. I once paid for it and when I went back the second time, the price had more than doubled and was still not on a menu. When I asked what the basis of such a large increase of a generic product that Amazon had for a third of the price - I was met with total silence and dismay, as if I were speaking a foreign language. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice shame on me. I am never going back. Worse than mediocre service is dishonest staff trying to cheat you....

I don’t know why people are complaining but this place have been one of the best and accommodating nail store in Alexandria.I have been going there for more than 7years.I wish I can give 10stars .

I asked for a full set which cost $30, and some how i ended up being charged $45.. she didn’t cut my cuticles properly, she cut my fingers with the drill bit twice, and she wasn’t using the proper drill bit.

The place is unsanitary. It’s absolutely disgusting. I was there for a while and I noticed they don’t sanitize or clean areas between customers. Don’t go there if you want good customer service. You get what you pay for but jeez I at least expect the place to be clean. It’s a giant health risk and I don’t have time to be catching an infection.

My mom went here and told me they did her nails well. A month later, we both went to get our nails done. The woman who did her nails previously was not there. We both got gel manicures by different women. The woman doing my nails wasn’t even looking at them while she was working. She was looking at her coworkers next to her, while they were chatting. When she was done, the nail polish was uneven, streaky, and just a mess. I did not ask for anything elaborate, just one color on all of my nails. She did not coat the sides of several of my nails nor the tips of two of them. It has not been a full week since I’ve gotten my gel nails done and they’ve already chipped from the tips and the sides are gone. I asked for gel, the bottle said gel, but I suspect that it wasn’t gel or it wasn’t applied properly. My mother who also got gel polish is experiencing the same things as I am. It looks like we’ve had regular nail polish on for a month, when we really got gel nail polish and it’s been FOUR DAYS. Yes, the price was good ($27 or so), but that doesn’t mean that my nails should be like this horrible after four days with GEL nail polish. Never going back and never recommending this place to anyone.Also, this place is extremely UNSANITARY. The woman doing my nails did a little girl’s nails afterwards. She used the SAME TOOLS from my appointment on the little girl. No sanitation at all. I could still see skin particles on it. DISGUSTING.

I asked for coffin shape nails they left them so un even and they didn’t paint them good they left the gel polish looking like bumps.I went back to get them fix they wouldn’t and they wanted to charge me again.

I went to get my nails done there, the girl who did my nails was really good. I loved my nails, they charge for gel 37$. the owner told her in their language to charge me extra 10$ cuz she did refile... in fact the refile is cheaper... she was trying to get money by saying any thing.. I didn’t like that.. yes she got extra 10$ but she lost a customer who she can gain more from 🙂

They do not disinfect their pedicure and manicure tools pay attention people and the owner the dude at the first seat always makes up price when u came in ,and ask for something extra and he always interferes when you tryna talk to ur technician won’t recommend this place to nobody please .....I forgot about the eyes lashes almost made me blind by using the hair glue and I cannot open my eyes the next day it took me times to remove all of them I said never again sniffff

Love this place ! The designs they have are so pretty !! Never seen anything like them . The colors are a little limited but seriously the process of them doing nails is so quick ! And then you come in there show them a picture of what you want they can do it for you 💕 I love them & im 100% coming back

Every time I do my eyelashes there mess up in three day and when you go the the owner will be very rude to me. I ask her for pointer nails and she also over charged my card. They are nothing but trash

I don’t suggest this place to anyone ! Horrible service . Most of them are An expierenced employees . I paid 100 $ for individual eye lashes which is fair if they do it good . In my case I felt like they robbed me from my pocket. They don’t offer discount even I complained I don’t like it! Will never go back again!

It is not clean, the tools and chairs are not even close to being clean. The people there are not friendly, some even gossip about you. The manager just plays around on his phone and isn’t friendly. I went here yesterday and it was awful. My nails were done horribly, they were badly painted. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible service. A lady did my toes and cut my nails uneven and did a horrible job painting. Proceeded to say if I wanted it nicer I should’ve gotten a pedicure and not a color change. Also got a gel manicure, it has been a week and the paint is chipping/coming off.

I was charged an extra $5 for same service i received last visit for $21. (Renamed the spa service) which is not on the menu.

Always satisfied with my nails, no matter who does them. They are all great nail experts.

Where do I start. The guy that started on me left half 5 minutes into starting without saying anything. Then the color I selected after he pulled it he put it somewhere where no one could find it. So I didnt get the color I wanted. Ummm...there were bees in salon (if you want to call it that) and then the same remover I soaked me hands in to get my previous gel nail polish off she poured into a little jar to use on future customers. Just nasty and unsanitary! Needless to say Im NOT going back!

My favorite person is Lisa....if shes not there Im not there....I love thats shes always available and put her customers needs before her own...and that what GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is....you can always have my money Lisa ☺

Worse service ever, and very overpriced. Price list miss leading. Poor customer service. Will never go back there or encourage anyone else to go there.

The worst nail experience and customer ever!!!! This is my first and last time going to this place!!! I would give it less than one star if i could , people is rude , they have no respect for anyone , i do not recomend this place to any friend or anybody. WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!

I had my lashes done there once they did good,then when I went back the second time my lashes was horrible they came off two days later, when I called to let them know the lady didnt do good job they told me I had to pay all over again. I would never go back
