Went to get a pedicure; first visit. They were extremely busy. They said to wait ten minutes. I’m not a complainer & patiently waited. They took a customer in front of me who had walked in afterwards saying they had an appointment l; completely understood. 10 minutes pass and a lady & daughter walked in with no appointment who they apparently knew. They began on them & just left me sitting there. Evidently I didn’t matter. Terrible customer service. I just walked out; they looked up and no one asked me why or to wait to explain. Sad what is happening with customer service & businesses today. I’ll take my money to a professionally run nail salon.

They did a good job especially on my pedicure. It was $100 even for dipping powder on nails with false tips added and a pedicure. I was surprised that they charged an extra $5 to shape my nails but also never took care of my cuticles. I was afraid to ask about the cuticles because I assumed they would charge for that too. Despite all that, I would go again as the area doesnt have very good nail salons and this place was clean and I like the results.

Please go to this place!! I moved here a year ago and it is the only place I go/will go. Clean, friendly, attentive and I always feel amazing when I leave.I recommend all staff but Nina is my girl!

The price for a fill is too much in IMO. Should not cost more than the pedicure which is a good price. BUT... go see my girl Jenny. She will take good care and take her time with your nails. She deserves a good review. TIP HER WELL.

Ms. Kim was great! Ms. Kim did quality work and my nails look very healthy. She treated me with care and I appreciate her for her dedication to great service.

Breaks my heart to say I can never come back here but after todays experience, I don’t intend to.I stopped by around 3 to inquire about an appointment and asked if I could come back in 15 minutes as I needed to run to a store upstairs. The woman said “yes” rather short but I figured she was busy. I came down about 10 minutes later and asked if there was a wait. She said yes and said “did you sign in?” I told her no and made eye contact like, “you just saw me haha why not tell me to sign in earlier?” She just stared, rudely yelled “use sanitizer” (not politely or even with a please) and said it was now a 25 minute wait. I took the risk going upstairs but if you really wanted business you would’ve asked me to sign in first. Very unprofessional and very sad considering I used to come 20 minutes out of the way to visit this place. I’ll take my 25% tip elsewhere but really disappointed.

Nina is the BEST! Shes been doing my nails for years and knows exactly what I like. Any new design that she wants to try out on me I always LOVE! The new shop (downstairs from Glory Days) is definitely an upgrade from the previous shop that was located upstairs. Its bigger and always kept clean. I would definitely recommend making an appointment if you want a particular person to do your nails. Otherwise, walk-ins are welcomed.

My bridesmaids, flower girl, and I got our nails done prior to my wedding back in October and they did a GREAT job! My nails looked amazing and the techs were so fun — we sipped champagne and had a total blast. Everyone was done in an expeditious manner and everyone’s nails looked fabulous. 5 stars!!

The owner (the husband) is very rude and unprofessional! I guess he feels like he can do and say whatever because they are near the base and customers will come, but word of mouth and reviews are powerful! AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. Additionally, the shop has roaches!

(this happened the week before quarantine) Walked in and asked if they could fit me in. They immediately sat me down at a basin and signaled me to wait..At this point 3 other people walk in and are seated with technicians but continue to ignore me. Another person comes in and is sat with a person and they start on her immediately as well.. i asked why Ive been waiting for 30 mins in cold water when 4 people have walked in to service i was told they had appointment.. ok... fine. 10 more mins go by... amd a girl that was sitting o. Her phone gets up and comes over to me and starts getting tools out... i got up and leftThe majority of these reviews on this shop look written by the owners

I love this place. This is my favorite place to get a manicure and pedicure. The only thing I dont like is that you must tip in cash. I never carry cash with me but their service always deserves a tip. Prices are very reasonable too.

I have been coming here for years. Nina is the best hands down she does it all pedicures, manicures and eyebrow waxing. My eyebrows stay on FLEEK!!!! And the pedicure is the best I ever received she doesn’t rush every time I go I fall asleep in the chair. Trust me she’s the best from all the rest!!!!!

The professionalism at this salon is in a declined state! They barely honor appointments like most places, and the salon could use a little face-up & some class. This salon is in some serious need for new and improved management.

Had a great manicure and pedicure but the wax used on my eyebrows burned my skin on both sides!!! This has never happened to me before and any other nail salon. Sad ending to a great beginning

Not sure why the reviews are so low. This is the best nail salon I’ve been to around here. Everything is so sanitary! This is my new nail place.

Cut me (thumb) then put something on it (without asking) that burned. Fifteen mins later it’s still burning. Gel, nail shape, and edges are uneven. Wanted to give them a shot because they are on the way home, but oh well

I walked in for a pedicure without an appointment. I didnt have to wait long. The place was clean and asthetically appealing. They use all new products on your feet. The pedicure was long and relaxing. The woman who did my nails didnt try to strike up much conversation, which to me is a good thing. I was there to relax away from the roles and responsibilities of a working (outside the home) mom. My feet felt great afterwards.

Service was not great. Acted as if I was unconvincing them. The manicurist was awful. She didnt know how to shape the acrylic on my nails for a simple fill. She did not use enough because when I washed my hands, parts of the fill came off. I asked her to fix it and it was worse. The nails are uneven and they are bulges on the side. The quality of the gel polish she used was terrible. There are bubbles and streaks in my polish. I had my manicure Thursday, the polish showed its true colors on Monday. Smh avoid this place.

Perfect Nails III has been my wifes nail salon for over 8 years. Tommy is like a part of her family. Since our marriage Ive become a convert and am now a regular, for pedicures only. Stop laughing men, my man card is safe as there is no polish...just well manicured feet. Trust me fellas, women hate your nasty feet so cleanem up here while relaxing in a massage chair with a glass of wine and a foot massage! Perfect Nails does a great job for a reasonable price. Plus as a bonus, while waiting for my honey to finish her mani-pedi, I have 90 minutes to visit Starbucks and/or enjoy a drink and appetizers at the Glory Days restaurant right upstairs. Id call that a win-win!

The worst acrylic fill had to come home and finish filing down my nails they were so lumpy,no professionalism in the shop, no conversation with clients ( unless your white) or even asked how you want your nails done or if you like them when there finished, so many nail shops in this area, but who can screw you better than yourself. My last time their And reviews do mean something .
