Its my first time here.Service is great!!Not unlike other nail spa ... they are all in a hurry BUT in here its GREAT, they take their time and feels homeHighly recommend.

I was really excited because I got a gel manicure on Friday for the first time in the Alexandria area looking for something close by. The actual manicure was great, attention to detail was there. Here we are on Tuesday, and my gel is completely peeling off. I haven’t been picking or extremely rough to say the least. Disappointed. I normally get 2 weeks out of my gel and they lifted from the bottom/sides where the top coat made contact with the skin and began lifting.

Not sure where all of these amazing reviews are coming from. (Update: I just looked and all of the reviews are clearly fake. Smh.) The shop is small and dirty. They allowed multiple people to stand around and wait, with no distancing. They have every nail station in use, so there is no way you can safely distance from the client next to you. My nails were different lengths, lumpy and the paint job was horrible. I had an appointment but they seemed surprised and didn’t actually check to confirm. I was running late for a date because my service took forever, so I unfortunately couldn’t get them redone. I honestly wouldn’t go back, which is sad because it’s so close to where I live.

I have been going here exclusively the past two years. Great prices and very friendly staff. All the nail technicians are great, but my favorite is Lee. She is a fantastic manicurist and also does a great job with eyebrow threading and waxing.

This place has the best colors. In addition, they do a very thorough job. The best nail salon downtown! They have the best service and selection of colors Ive ever seen. I love getting chrome nails and fun designs too.

They will overcharge you especially if youre a man since they dont want to service guys. The Customer Service is non-existent. Dont pay attention to the menu because they switch up prices with each visit. They be eating during appointments and have a child playing in the facility and occasionally messing with equipment which isnt safe. The place isnt the cleanest or biggest either. Honestly if they didnt constantly treat my boyfriend wrong for being a man I probably wouldnt have made a review since they sometimes did a good job. The Customer Service there is just uncomfortable.

I have been coming here for years. I moved to Woodbridge and tried places closer to me, not the same. I make appointments with Lin and make the trek to Best Nails. I love her!!! You wont be sorry if you book with Lin. Lin is meticulous and so very kind. My mom and sister go to her as well.

I walked in on a Saturday and they took me right away. They have the prices listed, which are pretty cheap. They are nice and the lady I had (Alisa) took good care of me. She didnt hurt my fingers and was very neat and quick with my nails. Alisa also told me about a bonus card that they and a reward I get after coming ten times.

I would definitely go somewhere else. I went here for French coffin style and the male technician couldn’t even do a good coffin style I had to ask him several times to do it again. Then I asked for a design and I made him take it off it was horrible. They are definitely under experienced there and prices aren’t much lower than other places.

I go there when I can and when I do Ci Ci takes really good care of me I get my hands and feet done I feel like a new man when I leave there and shes very thorough and very clean about using the equipment and then the chairs give you a back massage why you getting it done

Amazing... went in for a pedicure for the first time and was blown away. Super nice staff, everything was clean and the massage was out of this world. Awesome service for the same low price of other little nail salons around here.

Great service and price!

My 1st visit was yesterday and I wasnt impressed when I pulled up. The shop is in a strip mall and is very plain. While waiting to be served I watched Lin do a spa pedicure that was impressive. I hesitate on getting a mani/pedi because most Tech will nip or cut me, I have soft, sensitive skin. But I decided to get the treatment and I am glad I did! Lin was wonderful. She did not hurt me, in fact she was so thorough and gentle that I ordered more services. This is one of the best places I have been in years. Im looking forward to going back in a couple of weeks.

Very reasonably priced and did a good job on my nails. My gel manicure is still chip-free almost 2 weeks later.

If you are able, go somewhere else. I go here bc it’s most convenient to my commute. The most recent Nail Technician was kind but he was not good at filing “round” shape, he urged me to try square/squoval (not my style). He was not skilled at French manicure so another technician stepped in for him and painted all my nails. I wish she would’ve done the whole mani. French gel turned out ok, it’s lasted 2 weeks, so I’m thankful. It’s not the cleanest-looking French mani I’ve gotten, but I’ve never asked a Tech to re-do anything (ever). Overall, the place was clean, I wasn’t cut, just wasn’t in the top 20 of best mani’s...

Always a delight getting my nails done by any of the technicians. When Im in VA, I plan a visit.

So I went to get my nails done yesterday here because of the ratings BUT its all false! This place sucked , the guy kept shortening my nails when I told him I wanted them long so he had to take my nails off TWICE because he did not listen ! I literally had to file my own nails because he didnt do as I wanted ! I gave him a chance to do better but my nails are all different sized & shaped now! My pinky swear are more rectangular & thumbs coffin & others mid coffin , Iwanted them coffin but it didnt turn out that way ! There super thin & some a lil bumpy ! This place sucks & I dont recommend to get your nails done !

Cindy I go to for my nails and amazing nail tech and great personality! but noticed overtime disinfection,sanitation and sterilization not followed.(licensed in similar industry). I dont think its the employees fault its because of the owners being cheap. When I had my nails done seen waxing services done because Curtin wasnt closed fully. They double dipped.. Which cross contamination. Also certain medical issues can cause the skin to lift during waxing. when using certain nail supplies (files,cuticle removers) supposed to come out of a plastic wrap.Which shows the sterilized properly. If u look at a file it has marks. ask for a new one. (cost them less than a dollar) Then near sink u see tub of brushes in barberside in plastic container for storage they should have closed container... the foot tubs are supposed to soak 15mins in between clients. Smh. I hate to talk bad about the place because employees are wonderful. Tried to give the place a chance... every time I went supply my own polish and equipment (files clippers etc) and make sure Im first appt. So I dont have any issues from not proper disinfection. Also there gel nails isnt gel.. its gel polish over acrylic. When getting gel nails no powder should be involved. People dont realize the health risks.Hepatitis b ( dried blood can pass it), fugus, staph, mersa and herpies (waxing) etc u cant see every disease, virus with ur eye... hopefully no catches those diseases from nail clipper,file, foot file, wax stick.

Unprofessional and terrible customer service. You’ll simply get chased out if they are busy. They won’t ask your name, what time they have openings or anything.i saw one nail tech sitting at her desk doing nothing and not trying to be helpful then I was simply told “sorry, we are busy come back later” after staring at me for few minutes being so unhelpful in front of other customers. Super disappointing Will not come back again
