I am the worlds pickiest person when it comes to finding a good nail place. I go into each nail salon usually with an expectation that it will be a so-so manicure that something will happen to my nails in the next day or two from poor craftsmanship. When I tell you that this lace is the holy grail, this is the HOLY GRAIL. Hands down the best manicure Ive ever received.I went in for a walk in and had the pleasure of meeting Wanda, my nail tech. Wanda is a literal WIZARD and does magic on your nails. My nails have always been hard to properly service, but Wanda made them look like a hand model. I told her while she was working on them that my nails quite literally have never looked this good. She was extremely meticulous, detailed, and constantly checked the work she did to ensure perfection. She even explains to you why she is doing what she is doing and how to keep up your manicure and nail health at home.I wish I found Wanda sooner because I will not be going anywhere else for my nails. And the prices are extremely reasonable too! Do your nails a favor and get them done here!

I had an appointment at 3:00pm for a fill-in and a pedicure, but did not get any service until 3:45pm. I had even arrived 15 minutes early. Because they were 45 minutes late, I only had time to get my nails done. Unfortunately, the next available nail tech seemed inexperienced with acrylic. I found myself coaching her on how to shape my nails. Still, they came out very bulky, and the chrome application was rushed so they are not all the same color (which they should have been). I won’t be back.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT come here!!!! I recently moved here from Orlando. They cut my natural nails so short right off the bat when I’ve been maintaining them long for the past few months with my past nail tech. After the nail tech cut my nails too short on some nails she did a terrible job shaping my nails and i had to keep asking her to fix them.

I got the deluxe pedicure which at the time was $55 and it wasn’t worth it. I know a quality/luxury pedicure and this wasn’t it. The tech gave me a massage with sugar scrub which was too abrasive. The actual massage with hot stones wasn’t good at all, like at all. The cuticle clean up was decent but the polish application was just okay. Polish not covering the entire toe, not neat the cuticle line and top coat not applied over the entire nail. They also use cheese graters which makes callous and dead skin worse.If I go back, it would be for the classic cheap pedicure by one of the other techs who looked like they were doing an amazing job.

I live relatively close to this salon and have never been. I’ve been to plenty of salons and was only ever 100% happy with the services I received from one salon. However, this salon will be put on that list! I had an appointment at 3:30, but had to wait a bit which I was totally okay with. They gave me their color samples in the mean time to look through and apologized for the wait, which I thought was super sweet. The receptionist gave me a timeframe multiple times as to when I’d be seen ie 15 minutes, 5 minutes. I ended up having Christine as my technician. She was so sweet and apologized for the wait. When I sat down she asked me what shape I wanted, what I wanted done, etc which I thought was nice because I don’t normally get asked all of those from the get go. While shaping my nails she kept asking if they were good to me which I also liked because techs I’ve seen before don’t normally ask for my opinion on the accuracy of the shaping. She took her time on perfecting the shape of the nails and was super gentle with my hands. I told her I’d like to do a design but I wasn’t sure what exactly, so she showed me her foils. I was hesitant at first because I did choose a separate color to go on my ring fingers, but she assured me that it would look nice so I gave her free reign with the colors for the foils. I was super happy with my acrylic set and also got my eyebrows done by her as well, which I am also happy with! I let her know I’d be back to see her, as I don’t normally come across service as pleasant as it was with her. She made appropriate conversation throughout doing my nails and I never felt bored or awkward during the service, just relaxed. I like that their salon is small, which creates a more relaxed and quiet atmosphere. They have a tv as well and I was watching Kitchen Nightmares while getting my nails done. I 100% recommend this salon to anybody thinking about going. All of the other techs seemed super friendly too.

Ok so this place only gets two stars for cleanliness and initial professionalism (as far as squeezing me in bc I was a walk in) ... but do NOT be fooled by the pictures ... I was not impressed with my nails and after paying close to a hundred dollars for a basic full set with gel polish and a basic pedicure I will not be returning. My particular nail tech was rude and spent my entire appointment trying to hustle me into getting additional services which was a bummer. Nothing is worst than going to the nail salon to relax and having to tell the nail tech no every 5 mins ... I showed the nail tech a photo of what I wanted and I got the complete opposite I wanted a narrow/tapered square nail shape and got wide squares that were crooked. I was very disappointed... I had to drive 2 hours away to get them fixed ... money wasted. Proceed with caution.

Natalie from Sunflower Nails is amazing! Her attention to detail always ensures my nails turn out perfect. I go to her for dip powder manicures. They last FOREVER and don’t lift at all like other places I’ve gotten my nails done. I am putting up two pictures for this review. One is the day I got them done on March 3rd. The second is the day I finally took them off on April 26th. These nails lasted and did not lift for almost two months! Obviously, they grew in really bad, but did not lift or chip at all. (I kept them on so long because of social distancing and nail salons being closed.) Highly recommend Natalie at Sunflower Nails when everything opens back up again.

First time there and loved it! My kids treated me for my birthday and the staff made me feel very welcomed and special. Definitely going back 😁

Literally the greatest nail job Ive ever had. He was so meticulous and detailed with every movement and the shape, length, and color came out perfectly. I was asked multiple times if I wanted a drink, and since it was still during the grand opening received a note discount and a further discount on my next visit. If you think the prices are a little higher than normal, its because the quality is unbeatable! Even though Im a huge tomboy and rarely get my nails done Im so glad to have found my home salon ❤️

I went in to get acrylic nails , the lady was so disrespectful she was arguing with me about how long to get my nails , after me telling her how long i wanted them , she went apon her self to cut them to where she wanted them to be , i then asked her to take my nails off and when she took them off she didnt take them fully off, so im left with messed up nails , i will never return again , worse experience ever

Went to this shop for the first time yesterday and it is absolute fav now! Everyone was so nice and welcoming, the place was clean and they had very good disinfecting/sanitizing procedures in place. Vicky did a great job on my full set and she took her time to make sure they were perfect... I will definitely be back in two weeks :).

I JUST HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT SUNFLOWER NAILS. It’s so disappointing when you go to a shop that you’ve been going to for quite some time and they made the experience horrible. DO NOT GO HERE!! Christine was my nail tech. I asked for a gel manicure with square shape and for me to keep the length of my nails. I got the complete opposite. She did not listen and was so nasty when I asked for a additional coat. She rough handled my hands and grunted her teeth on everything I had a request. If you could not complete this service you should have spoke up and said that. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY MEAN AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I could of did my own manicure if I knew I would of been serviced this horrible.DO NOT COME HERE!

I love sunflower nails. All the girls are so wonderful and the atmosphere is friendly and calm. I always feel so welcomed and comfortable there. The best pedis and I love my nails! Natalie is my technician but everyone there is very good. Mimi, lily...I always leave calm and happy. My nails always look great!

I went into Sunflower Nails over the weekend and was impressed with the cleanliness, the friendly staff and the covid precautions (sign in forms for contact tracing, plexiglass dividers, masks etc) they are taking. I waited a bit longer than usual (I was just happy to be out of my house getting a pedicure) and my nail specialist, MiMi, was so nice she upgraded my pedicure as a thank you for being so patient. Ill absolutely be a repeat customer. Thanks!

Natalie is the best nail tech. My neon ombre looks amazing. Cuticles are filled. My nails are not crooked. AND the shape is exactly what I wanted. Go to her!! I highly recommend.

Today was my first time at Sunflower and I had Lynn. Wow! Best pedicure and manicure Ive ever had in my life. She speaks perfect english and she is so nice and professional. She took her time and everything looks beautiful. I will be back for sure.

Its a simple, clean-looking shop. Parking is weird even when I went in the mid-day on a Monday. Supposedly I called and made an appointment on Sunday afternoon but when I walked in the ladies looked confused when I said I had an appointment and I had to repeat what I wanted like I was a walk-in. They offered me something to drink. I was given ice water in a glass with a lemon slice and straw. The water was good didnt taste like tap.I liked the colors had both the gel and the regular polish in the same box so if you were getting a pedicure without gel your colors could match. Speaking of pedicures, I was very annoyed they asked me if I wanted a pedicure like 3 times. No, no, no! I dont want a pedicure, stop asking me. There is no TV the music was ok, my nail techs conversation was empty and I was so bored while she did my nails.The nail tech did a decent job, but the kicker was I decided to use cash for the tip. Since going to the ATM right before arriving, I only had $20s. When I asked for change she pulled out four $5 bills, and said: $10 for me, $10 for you?! First of all, 20% would be $6. Dont pressure me into 33% tip, and dont get your lip poked out when I ask for change for the $5 and give you the $6 tip I planned on.I doubt Ive found a new nail shop here.
