I was an evening walk in and James took good care of me. He gave me a mani/Pedi and did not force a service on me, or a specific color. He asked me my preferences and did a great job on my nails. I will be coming back.

I was nervous about getting my hair done at what I thought was a nail place! But Sammy did an AMAZING job with my hair cut he was friendly professional and i was absolutely beyond happy with the haircut! Ive gotten so many compliments on my hair from other people everywhere I go and I make sure to tell them who and where I went to! Thankyou Sammy I will definetly be back!

A lovely way to relax and be outside. If youre new to hookah just ask lots of questions. If Jamil is there hes our favorite. Get a hummus with meat, an arabesque ... And my favorite... A wild berry mint hookah and then relax .... Try something new... This local small business is wonderful

I have been seeing Cyndi for a few years now and am so thrilled she opened up her shop in Old Town- I would follow her anywhere, her service cant be beat! Top notch service from all of her employees and the new salon is filled with the hottest new nail colors, she is a true SNS dip specialist. Its a one stop shop for all your beauty needs, from nails to waxing you wont be disappointed and you will leave feeling beautiful. Its conveniently located right next to Dry Bar! Stop by you wont be disappointed!

Second star is for location, right on King Street. Left restaurant and decided to get our nails done on a whim. I opted for a regular manicure (because my job doesn’t allow nail polish. Would’ve had to remove polish in 4-5 days.) $18.00 REGULAR manicure lasted exactly a day and a half. Poor technique and low-quality polish. I’ve never had a regular manicure that lasted less than a week or costed more than $12.00! The manicure was also very perfunctory. Hands soak in cool water (not even room temperature) for a few minutes and then they push your cuticles back and tell you to wash your own hands. No exfoliant and no warm water soaking. Can’t recommend this place, but I guess it’s okay in a pinch if you just need your nails done for one day.**Update 12/07/2020: Owner attempted to flag this review as “spam or defamatory content”. I am a fanatic about cleanliness in places where I have my hair and nails done. Queen Nails & Spa is extremely conscious about the health and welfare of their clients and I feel good about going there. Cindy is a true professional! My SNS nails are so beautiful - they look amazing! They are thin but are super strong. The spa pedicure is fantastic. One hour of pure bliss for your feet, toes and legs. The spa is pretty, modern and they have a wealth of different services designed to make you feel great! Go there! You wont be disappointed!

I had high expectations but was let down. A couple of things to note:•Pushed on a higher priced pedicure after I said no three times•30 minutes before they closed, they turned off some of the lights and the music•Not the best quality of service•The employees were nice though

Visited the shop on 10/21 for a pedicure ... just looked at my toes and saw the the lady did absolutely nothing. I was hustled for $44.00. Save your money and go to an honest establishment.

First off— they are GREAT for hair.Now... the nail experience was ridiculously horrible. This was my first and last time there, for my nails. The water for my pedicure was cold. Then, my gel had to be re-done by someone different. The original gel was sloppy (he just wanted to rush through it, it seemed). Then, the second time around, they didn’t dry one of my hands! I couldn’t waste anymore time and had to leave, and I was left drying my polish in my car with the vent.You’re MUCH better finding a spot where the technicians aren’t more concerned about getting done, rather than getting it right. There are cheaper and better places.

The Salon is very nice and sanitary. Lynn did my nails on Monday. Today is Wednesday and my nails are chipping. Also there is paint on my skin and polish job is not that great. My gel nails usually last 2.5 to 3 weeks. I tried a new place since my nail technician is on maternity leave. For the price of my nails, I should at least get a good 2 weeks out of them. I got a good 1.5 days. I will be contacting them tomorrow to see if my gel nails can be repainted by someone different for no additional cost. And I will update my review later.

Cant recommend Cindy enough to all my friends! Shes extremely meticulous and since going to her, I dont trust anyone else with my dip manicures! I also get my hair done with Sammy at this same salon and he is amazing with blonde highlights. Love this place!!

I got a manicure and pedicure here for 75 dollars and it WAS NOT worth it. The entire pedicure was rushed even though my friend and I were the only ones in the salon on a Wednesday afternoon. When it came to my manicure, I asked for her to keep the length but to just file into a square shape. She cut my nails down to stubs and then filed it completely uneven. When I asked her to please even out the entire left side of my nail that was way longer, she continues to file the whole nail down even shorter. When she started painting my nails, she left entire sides of them unpainted. I asked her to please paint all the way across. After this she seemed frustrated with me and rushed through my top coat. When it came to the lotion at the end, she ran lotion down my hands ONCE and then took a paper towel to wipe off the excess lotion so she didn’t have to continue to massage it! I was so frustrated but did not want to be difficult. I felt I wasted 75 dollars for nails I do NOT like. I would never come here again.

I saw Henry for the third time and so far am happy with the outcome I can rely on him!

Absolutely love this place. I usually go to Mina but shes been on vacay so I have settled on the other nail techs and they deliver the same precision and focus. Its a nail salon dont expect great customer service but its decent and my nails always come out fabulous.

My pedicure was very good, but my manicure was an entirely different story. She cut me in three different places and made me bleed. I told her I just wanted the basic manicure at that point but she went ahead and did more than I asked- and charged me! My nails are filed crooked- all of them- and there are hairs and fibers in the nails. Terribly disappointed. It was very overpriced for this, and Im still in pain. Just hoping I dont get an infection.

Tracey was WONDERFUL!!!!! She took GREAT care of me. I know exactly what I want and she LISTENED!! I have very long nails and I love them. I will be back every two weeks. The new space is very welcoming❤️

I’ve been a long time customer of Cindy’s, over 10yrs, when she’d been at a different salonThrilled that she has opened her own place, she’s a very hard worker, meticulous in her cleanliness & technique!The new salon is lovely, very modern, shades of purple, crystal lighting! Soooooo many colors for dip powders & gel manicures, but not just nails here, full service, nails, hair, facials, massage & eyelashes!

Walked in to try them out and had a great experience with everyone from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Wanted to try something new and asked about SNS style and I truly loved the work done. I kept it for 4 weeks.

I really wanted to like this shop. Its in a great location and appear very clean. However I wont go back. The nail tech was impatient with removing my gel polish. Instead of giving it time to soak off she kept filing my nails until she damaged my real nails. I told her to not file so close several times but she continued anyway. After she damaged two nails I stopped her, spoke to a manager, and asked to be moved to a new nail tech. The new nail tech did a good job but I had to cut my nails shorter than I wanted, I spent two hours in the shop for only a gel mani, and no one seems sympathetic. The only thing the manager told me was that the nail tech didnt understand.

I have had 2 SNS manicures here and they are the BEST I have ever gotten (been doing SNS for almost 3 years). The ladies are meticulous and take such good care of you!

Came from out of town & the person who did my toes was absolutely phenomenal. The shop decor is poppin, modern and stylish. My feet never looked better! I only go to this place now to get my nails done even though it’s an hour away! Its sooo worth it ‼️

Needed a quick mani pedi with a friend before our flights. It was a means to an end. Reasonable sanitary so that was a plus. We were the only 2 in the entire shop on a weeknight. The ladies that serviced us weren’t exactly warm or particularly kind, one pressuring my friend into tipping (by the way they only take cash tips and do not have cash app/Venmo). Pricing is not worth the service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend but possibly to an enemy. Lol

Stopped by yesterday because I needed my nails done for my high school graduation and Tina did a fantastic job on my gel manicure she really took her time she listened to what I wanted and we also had a good conversation she’s great. I’ll be back soon to try a pedicure❤️
