Absolutely disturbing nail experience. Me and my three girls came in for nails and pedicures and left disappointed.When we walked in it was empty. Only one nail technician. After a few minutes two more people came in. The nail tech had to many people. She started rushing with my girls nails. It looked horrible. Crooked nails and clumpy fingernail polish. Not to mention she didnt remove the polish that was on their fingers. I gave her several opportunities to fix it but it just got worse. I who was in the middle of a pedicure told her to stop. Asked her to remove the nails because we were not satisfied & were going somewhere else. She was mad but so were we. I paid for my pedicure because I was being nice. My toenails are uneven and look horrible. My sandal was painted in the process. My girls didnt pay. When I asked her to remove the nails she botched them. Please save yourself the time DO NOT GO HERE. My pictures only tell part of the story.

They do not know how to do sns. I even had the lady stop due to the fact she got the liquid stuff all around my nails. I also had to tell her that the stuff was old and they needed a new one. I have never had my nails look so bad I could have done a better job. Don’t wast your money!

Worst nail place Ive ever been to. The young girl that works there that actually speak good English is extremely rude and loud for no reason. She acts as if people do not know what to do..When you finally get someone to do your nails, they DO NOT listen to what you want.I always get shellac on my nails but that young girl keep saying its gel manicure.. never heard of that.I think the owner was present when I went in and she tried to pacify my dissatisfaction with their poor service.I will NEVER recommend them. They claim to be the cheapest but they are horrible. I paid $35 for a shellac manicure and it looks like a 10 year old did my nails.Now I see why they have that stupid sale of mani+pedicure = $32.. because no one will go there..Stay away and spend more for better QUALITY!!

This was my first time coming here and I was very happy with my pedicure. The lady was professional and did an amazing job. I was hesitant on going due to the horrible reviews. But I am happy I tried it out! I will be going back.

I just had a really awful experience at this location. I got a full set of acrylic nails with regular nail polish. I always try to make sure I dry my nails fully before touching anything because I dont want anyone having to redo my mistake of messing up my nails. So there I am, sitting and drying my nails, when the woman who did my nails comes over and tells me my nails are done drying. I ask her if shes sure and she says yes, yes so that I can pay her. So I listen to her and go to grab my wallet, and what do you know? One of my nails gets messed up. 😒 So I hand her my card and put my nails back in the dryer and let her know one of them got messed up. She ignores that fact and hands me the receipt with a pen which I keep in front of me until my nails keep drying. And AGAIN she rushes me and picks up the receipt saying thank you in a really condescending tone, and I tell her I havent signed it yet. So I have cash on the table for her too and Im signing the receipt and SHE POINTS AT THE LINE THAT SAYS TIP. Excuse me? I always tip 20% on any services I receive, I dont need you to point to the line like I dont have cash sitting out that Im about to give you. How incredibly rude. I do not recommend going there at all.

Joanna is wonderful. She does great job. I have had a great experience with her.

I went for the weekday special and I guess you get what you pay for. It was $32 for manicure and pedicure. The cuticles on my feet werent touched at all and the cuticles on my hand left much to be desired. When filing my toe nails there was little concern with the skin on my toes as they were shaved too so now they are still tender 2 days later. No foot massage, no hand massage at all but maybe you get the bare minimum with the special. I will NOT be back here.

The fact that no one was in the salon when I walked in should have been my first clue! Getting my nails done is a treat that I save up for, and I am SO sad I ended up here. My pedicure took a total of 10 minutes. I had to ask the lady to actually do my cuticles instead of snipping one time per toe. My toenail polish was all over the place. SUCH a disappointment and waste of my money. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Okay so it was a good job but I really wish that she would have covered my entire nail with acrylic and polish.otyer than that I was satisfied but I really wouldn’t recommend coming if she has a lot of people because she might rush and might do a half done job...

I haven’t had my nails done in over a year due to my job not allowing it. So I was excited that at my new job it was allowed 🙃 Soooo I went to lovely nails for and acrylic full set and eye brows ....eyebrows don’t match what so ever . My nails look so BADDDDD!!!!! I asked for coffin shape and they still look like she didn’t cut them or oval on some !!! My nails look big and THE PAINT JOB IS HORRIBLE!!!! Looks like I did it w my left hand !! Before she polished she told me to pay 🙄 then says it $40 because the shape of my nails 😒 I’m instantly annoyed . She took her copy of the receipt without me even signing it ! Hopefully she doesn’t write a tip in 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I been getting my nails done for everBut never had such a terrible experienceThis place charge $ 5. Less because they know they have bad business.. SUCKS..Specially the old guy there ,He’s dirty and hes rashig like if has 100 people waitingHe’s work table was nasty as can be..I’ll WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GO THERE

I give this place one star because I couldn’t give 0. Worst gel manicure I’ve ever received in my life and I get these monthly. Chipped and peeled on day 3. Went back to allow them the opportunity to fix it and they continued to make all the same mistakes despite my very irritated persistence to fix things. I finally just shut up and left. WORST PLACE EVER.

Don’t waste your bucks here

My experience today was awful, Tony the nail technician is not good. He cut my nails super short without asking the length I wanted, he cut two of my fingers, the paint job was like a two year old. DO NOT COME HERE! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! I will be calling them tomorrow for a refund since i already took my nails off, keep in mind i just got them done today at 220pm.

Never again- there is a reason it is hidden. Not recommended for anyone to go to this place.

Save your time and money very in unpersonal ,sloppy work ,I wouldnt give it 1 star.
