Everyone was very nice here. I had one issue here before and had to go back to have nails polished again the very next day and the manager was very nice about it and even gave me money back for gas for my having to come back.

This was our first time here and we will definitely be going back. They treated us with the upmost respect and did a fantastic job on both my daughter and mine’s pedicures. The facility was very clean too!

This was my first time there and I will definitely make the hour drive to come back! Rose did an amazing job on my pedicure! I didn’t feel like they rushed how most nails shops do. I definitely will be back.

Don’t ever go to this place, not worth it they messed my nails up and rushed to do them. I asked for short nails, they gave me long nails. Paid to much money to have messed up nails. Very unprofessional and did not sanitize their areas after each customer left. I won’t will not be spending my money here ever again. If I could could, I wouldn’t give them a 1 star review.

At first I was skeptical of the low prices ,I thought surely it was going to be raggedy but they have done the best job of anywhere else I have been .. very thorough,neat and decent timing .. Love it! My fifth time here and every time they treat you with excellent customer service. Very thorough with your manicure and piedicure - and don’t rush even when they have a lot of customers. But it’s worth it! Gel nails with powder doesn’t chip in a week- last 2-3 weeks! I recommend.

Today was my 4th time here and my plan is to never go anywhere else! That is saying a lot as there are 10+ nail places closer to me. The place is clean, well-lit and everyone is super friendly. More than that, the pedicures are done with so much care and attention to detail that they look great and last a really long time.

Owner was rude to several customers and was extremely unprofessionalQuality of work today was not worth it. Polish was left all over the skin around nails.Between gift certificates, my girls and myself, we get about 30plus pedicures a year. The woman told me I needed to leave after I politely asked for nail polish remover

This place lives up to the reviews! The guy who did my nails was efficient and personable. He did a great job on my nails and Im very picky about how they are done. Plus, Im here for work and Ive never been to Alexandria, so he even gave me tips on good places to eat!The salon itself seems to fit into the vibe of the neighborhood. Its very clean.

This place use to be the best. However, the last 3 visits have been bad. This last one, my 45 pedicure only took 15 minutes. I left bleeding and barely any skin on the heel and side of my feet. I will never suggest them again. They are just rushing now and seems like employees are less experienced now. Very disappointing after going here for years.

My mother took me here to get our nails done. I was not impressed from the moment I walked through the door. The smell of acetylene was overwhelming. The work stations were filthy and not sanitized between customers. They workers seemed very rushed. The one doing my nails couldnt even round the nail properly so when I got home I had to trim and file them myself as they were uneven and square. Them before they were even done they demanded payment. Very rude. If I lived here I would never go back.

Professional and friendly staffs.

I just got my nails done a week ago and there already chipping and falling off. I got gel toe nails and a full set that cost 57 dollars all together for a bad job. Definitely a waste of money. My toes nails are the only things that turned out right.

My daughter went to this place to get a full set of acrylic nails. The application was so bad she had to return twice to get the nails corrected. The owner told me her nails were flimsy and bending because it was cold outside and my daughter washed her hands. She washed her hands because they told her to and I’ve never heard of acrylic nails bending because of the air! The service at this place and the owner’s attitude is the worst I’ve encountered. It made me remember why I hadn’t been to this place in years and I’ll NEVER go back. If you want to spend your money on quality service I’d suggest you go elsewhere. Get your nails done here at your own risk.

Too busy not enough people working went there around 5. The guy with Bieber hair just ignored us while he was doing our nails. Three different people did me and my friend nails it was rush rush rush in there. And my nails looks different on one hand its longer on the other. My friends are also messed up. Never coming back never getting business from us again.

Worst nails ever paint only lasted 2 days polish on my skin the wait was ridiculous. It was a horrible experience all the way around my pedicure lasted nearly 2 hours but only because my feet where soaking an hour and 35 min. More than enough time to prune.

Staff has zero customer service and they rush through the process switching people constantly. My nails are thick an awful. Also they went so fast they kept burning me and when I said it’s getting hot they just kept going. This is the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done.

My husband and I went in for pedicures and I also wanted my nails painted with gel polish. They were nice but they did a HORRIBLE job on painting my nails, toes and fingers! The girl even apologized while painting my nails but still charged me for it. She put on atleast 6 layers of gel polish because it looked so bad, which made my nails look thick and clumpy.while curing it under the light it burned so bad. I told them it was too hot but they didnt care because they were in a rush. After all that it started peeling off 2 days later. I was not happy with the quality here!

NEVER AGAIN! They were so rude I was rushed and they half assed my nails. I asked for coffin nails and I got square my nails, they are all uneven, one of my nails has something sharp sticking up and they tore up my cuticles with the drill. I kept saying that hurts and they kept doing it not caring that they kept hurting me. They yelled at me when I made them stop when they was putting the wrong color on my nails. The main lady with the lip fillers and botched face said I was indecisive and I had no reason to be mad but my nails look terrible. Go there at your own risk.

My friend eyelash came out in a few days, just 1 they charged her for 1 replacement. 🤔
