Love Lulu Sage and Spa. All of the Staff is wonderful. I have been going to Cindy prior to her opening Lulu Sage. Everyone makes you feel like family! Very clean and staff take all Covid precautions seriously and follow CDC guidelines!

Lulu Sage is a great salon in Old Town. There are many to choose from, but this is the one that makes everyone feel at home and pampered! Espresso, chocolates...the works. I have been Kevin Millers client for over 16 years and have been with him through a few salons...this is by far the best! Kevin is the most amazing stylist and is especially amazing with my curly hair. I wont go to anyone else! He is funny, charismatic, and the life of the salon. You wont be disappointed!

Overall, I enjoy my salon experience here. I have been to several salons in my lifetime and this is definitely one worth trying. I love my stylist in particular and I do not want to change at all. Also, the hair washes are amazing. However, I came to post regarding the professionalism (or lack there of) of one particular male stylist that can ruin your whole experience even if he is not your stylist. This has happened on more than one occasion.Another post mentioned the stylists ability to adapt to your desired level of conversation, but this man is so loud and obnoxious that even though he may not be your stylist you will have to listen to him. Yes, even over the sound of hair dryers and all other conversations. In addition, he chooses to discuss offensive/controversial matters in a very opinionated manner. Even if you agree with him on some of the matters, Im sure it is making several clients uncomfortable and his language is highly unprofessional. We pay a lot of money for a good hair style and a relaxing atmosphere. However, one unprofessional buffoon can quickly soil this experience. If he did not work there or at least behaved in a more subtle manner I would give the salon 5 stars but he brings it down to 3.

I have been going to Lulu Sage since moving to the area in 2015. Cindy is the owner and is a fantastic stylist and knows her profession really well. I love her to bits!! I know how stressful it is finding a new stylist when you move. I can recommend Lulu Sage as I am as fussy as they come and love this place! They also use Goldwell coloring products, which I also love. A nice touch is the folks that wash hair. Jay does an amazing job!! They all do. It is a very relaxing experience and a nice touch is the foot stools at the wash basins.

Great Salon and spa! Cindy is a wonderful stylist and Nila does a magnificent pedicure. Just came back from having both and am feeling wonderful!

Literally, best cut & color in years. Prepare to be pampered! This place has it all and they are delightful-a well done sophisticated salon--stylists attentive not only to your hair but your level of need for conversation (or lack of it). They are a class act. It will not be cheap, but first timers get 15% and they have a referral program. Iyou go, say I referred you (L. Mink!) and then refer a friend too. This Tuesday, they celebrate 5 years of being open with a soirée from 5-8. Should be fun.
