Great spot for a pedicure! I had no problem getting a pedicure appointment for the same day. What a wonderful place just discovered! They really take their time, so pleasant, clean . They paid great attention to detail and really took the time to do a wonderful job . Everyone is so nice! Im in love with my nails! They are so beautiful . Thank you all so much !!!

Today was my first time coming here and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and take their time to make sure you are happy. They are not like most places where they hurry up and get you in and out..Very impressed and will definitely be coming back in the near future! Keep up the amazing work VIP!

Had the worst experience getting my nails done. Appointment time was pushed back. When it was time to get my nails painted one of the employees was yelling and rushing me to call out my colors. Then after that the man doing my nails rushed both my manicure and pedicure. He also made me bleed, and I was very disgusted when he put the cuticle oil brush over the blood and some got into the jar. I will absolutely never go back! He also took the filer out of the can next to him to use on my nails. I realized how wrong that was when he got a new pack of items out when my pedicure was being done. I should have walked out. Price was outrageous as well for that service. Never again.

This has to be one of the best places I’ve been in awhile! My grandma and I got there early Sunday! The gentleman was very careful with her asking if she was okay and making sure she had everything she needed to be comfortable. He went above and beyond for us and even chatted with us! They are very knowledgeable in the profession. He gave good tips and recommend different trendy polishes and designs! Overall great service and even better people! Love this place!

Very accomidating to walk ins. Do a great job for pedicures. Often hard to understand employees. Have seen one employee talking on phone to a friend while doing a manicure.

We had such a great experience at VIP Nails!! The workers were all so kind! The establishment was clean, with new nice chairs. It was my daughter’s 7th birthday, and they made her feel very special. She decided last minute that she wanted to add a manicure onto her day (she had already gotten a pedicure). Although it was closing time, the manager said it was totally fine, let her pick out two colors and found matching glitter colors for her, let her sit at a “true manicure” table, and charged a minimal amount. This was so incredibly kind, but just a bonus to our already great experience. Six of us got pedicures, three of which were gel nails. All were beautifully and professionally done, and at a great price. I definitely found my new nail place! We will most certainly be back!

Thanks to a referral from my co-worker, I finally found my new nail salon! V.I.P. Nails has a wonderful, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and worthy of what you will receive as a customer.

Super friendly and thorough!! This was my first visit to this particular salon. I was completely impressed by how careful and thorough my acrylic fill was done. Past mistakes were corrected. My old acrylic had gotten rather thick and they took it down to a acceptable thickness and polish was applied carefully and smoothly. Super friendly and cordial!

This place is GREAT! I got my nails done here for my wedding in October and they were so kind to stay open late for my wedding party and they even supplied some snacks and stuff! They treated us all so well! And to top it off they are the longest lasting gel nails Ive ever had! Exactly what I was hoping for. I cant wait to go back again when im in the area. THANKS!!! Allan did my pedicure. He suggested gel as it dries faster. I usually would not do gel on my toes but did and am happy with the results. Time was taken to cut cuticles and file. In the past when I have gone here it was very rushed and it wasnt this time. he reallt took his time to make sure shape of nail was what I wanted and any extra skin was removed around the nail. I received a fabulous leg and foot massage and nobody was yelling across the room like I have had here in years past when Ive come. So, overall I think its a lot better than it was a few years ago and I will be back.

It’s been awhile since I had my nails done here and this trip sure did not disappoint. First time having dipped nails but Tony was so good. Great eye for details. The front desk guy was friendly and accommodating. Only flaw is that they speak too much their language.

We had appts scheduled for August 14th for a bride, bridesmaid, and mother in law...rather important, as the wedding is the 15th. Called to see if we could add a couple other people and found out they are CLOSED from the 13th to 22nd to do indoor repairs...WHAT?! No phone call to let us know, nothing. So now we have nowhere to have our nails done for the wedding. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Would NOT recommend.

I was and in desperate need of a pedicure. I found this place on and had such a great experience! I was able to walk in and was seated almost right away. Everyone was very attentive and the place was clean. I received a wonderful manicure and pedicure. It was exactly what I needed!

One of the best nail experiences Ive ever had. I called ahead to make a same day appointment and went in at 6pm to get a nail fill-- not only were the ladies incredibly sweet and friendly, but they also worked on my acrylics (Who made my acrylic, her name is Lynn) with precision and care, every step communicated their attention to detail, and even the final paint manicure is flawless.On top of all that, their prices are amazing.I cant recommend this place more, Im so glad I found it.Thank you everyone, Thanks Lynn!

Clean, super nice and careful employees, large selection of Polish, gels and powders! Have been going since they opened and they treat my cuticle nicely. They now have organic spa nail treatments that I want to try.

This place is quite nice. The workers seems to be friendly and talkative and funny. I would come back here. In fact they have good services I also wish them luck on the work.

I would give 0 stars if I could. they filed my and shaped my nails weird without asking me. the nail polish application was done poorly and it is all over me finger. they applied so many coats my nails are thick and look like bubble nails. it is not a clean application around my cuticle either. I got gel. my experience was absolutely horrible.

I came in I told her twice I just wanted 35$ set. She burned my finger twice and still charged me 55. I had no color no design just plain will not go there again

I was happy with the pedicure but disappointed that it only took 20 minutes from start to finish. When I have pedicures (in my home state of Washington) it takes 45 minutes to an hour - enough time to relax and feel pampered. And, the price is $20-25.

This is my all time favorite salon and Ive been going here for 3 years now. They accept walk-ins (but I suggest making an appointment because it is a popular place) and the staff is friendly and attentive to customer requests/needs. My personal favorite staff member is MiMi, she is not only kind and easy to talk to, she does exceptional work and design. My nails always last 2 weeks+.And it is always a bonus that the prices are affordable and well worth it.

Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after having a terrible experience a couple of months ago. Very little attention to detail, and just plain rude. Wouldn’t do my nails the way I wanted, and complained whenever I asked them to do something different... this time my appointment was totally ignored, and seemed to care less about my business. Will never return & will advise others to do the same.

Super relaxing, water temperature just right, they automatically turned on the massage chair for me. Nice selection of polish. They were busy but I didnt have to wait and the pedicure wasnt rushed.

If I could give one star I would. Very disappointed. My nails are way to short. The nail polish doesn’t even cover the whole nail there are bumps and dips all over the edges are rough. I hate this place and don’t recommend to anyone. My boyfriend came with me and when he stepped out to take a call, the guy doing my nails started flirting with me. $50 was way overpriced for the service I received. He was in a rush and did my nails in 30 minutes. DONT go here

They dont clean their tools after each customer, and my mothers day weekend experience was bad the guy was angry after I asked him to clean his tools before working on my hands and while working with me he stop to go and do someone pedicure then came back to grabbing my hands ,I asked him to Wash his hands, and boy he was upset,he was rough I had to tell him not to be so hard on my nails, I wanted to walk out! I had my mom my daughter we all did our nails, this was my second visit the first visit tools was not clean and counter dirty where you put your hands they dont clean in between customers unsanitary to not do so, can pass around bacteria and fungus. bad attitude, bad nail job, because he didnt like me asking him to clean his tools and Wash his had, my nails was poorly done! $35+ tip will never returned or refers anyone to them!

Didn’t have the color I picked, uneven nails, not the right length I asked for, I really dislike my nails. And all that for $60 I also waited 25 minutes. I made an appointment and people after me were still going first.

I had an awful experience there! Even though I had an appointment, it was a half an hour wait. The employees were nasty with each other. I left with paint all over my fingers and lumps and bumps. My son just has a mani/pedi and it was $50, which was more than the posted price!! Only 2 of the 9 people working could remove the gel polish I previously had on and they complained about the amount of work it took to remove my old nails. The price did not warrant the lack of professionalism nor the poor quality of the food usher product.

They were nice, but the lady took too long to do them which I was fine with cause I thought they were gonna do a good job but after a week my nails were already falling off and I got gel and they were not too cheap so they were supposed to last longer.

Was there today with my daughter not happy at all! Maybe worse than walmart! I had the most expensive pedicure didnt relax me at all, no hot stones almost got charged for gel polish that I didnt have. My 6 year old niece would have done better on daughters full set of nails. Than after I complained she said the ladies are better go to them next time. Dont think theres a next time!

I originally got my nails done and with in a week they fell off BUT VIP Nails were kind enough to offer to redo them and Tony did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB!!!!!!

Honestly I had a man do my pedicure it was 30 dollars he was kind of flirty it was fun being my first pedicure def going back he even lotioned my unshaven legs lol poor guy he was so humble and sweet it was very relaxing and I dont mind the music I am part Asian so i find it peaceful:) thank you so much

I didnt have an appointment but was able to get in for a pedicure right away. The gal did a great job while other workers watched the big screen TV...which was not on English. When the TV was off the music wasnt in English either. All of the customers spoke English. It is too bad the customer isnt a priority.

Got acrylic tips with normal color on top and my nails look very streaky along with forgetting to sand off underneath one nail. I have been here before and gotten better service, so I am very disappointed that this time my nails were not good quality.

Me and my grandma went in to get a pedicure, the older guy doing her toenails was very nice and friendly, but the guy who did mine was very rude he was younger and had tattoos all over his arm, he would mumble under his breath about things and I couldn’t even understand him, not friendly at all no personality, and that was the 2nd time I had been in there and he acted like that, not making the mistake again and I would recommend others to stay away too
