Woman was rude when we walked in, cut my skin (not the nail) with nail-clipper because she was rushing, finished in 8 minutes (for a full pedicure), kept pulling my foot aggressively, and just walked away. Terrible! Will never be back.

Helen was nice until I asked her for a refund on the botched manicure. A colleague tried to fix it by putting 2 more coats on, but as my picture shows it was a clumpy mess. I just asked for polish remover, because I had already been there for 45 mins with the pedicure (which is okay because my feet are in shoes--I just needed treatment on my heels) and 45 mins for this extended drying of 6 coats of polish. She had another client and asked me to wait.I did...had a great conversation with her client, and totally ignored my request for a partial refund for the poor polish. I didnt want to post this and tried to resolve professionally. When she finished with her other client and told me to have a good night, I had already waited an additional 30 mins!!Again, I was only asking for what is fair. :-(

The people are very friendly here. But, I paid about $80 for a gel mani and pedi for it to start peeling off less than a week later! I got my nails done on Friday and by Tuesday, one nail peeled off. As far as the pedi, She didnt take the time to clean all the dead skin off my feet. It was literally one of those rectangle sponges for about 1 minute. After the mani and pedi, they literally LATHER oil on your hands and feet. it was sooo much I was literally slipping out of my sandals and I had to ask for paper towels. By the time I got home, I realized that parts of my feet were still dry and the nail polish was uneven. Overall, I wont be going back to pay so much for so little.

This is my favorite nail salon in Old Town. I feel satisfied with every visit. they introduced me to acrylic with gel and since then I never went back to regular or shellac manicure. if there’s a wait, it’s worth it. I get compliments on my nails from my friends and my coworkers every time !!

I had my daughters birthday there and they rushed all the kids nails! There not the best!! I recommend delray nails!!

Ive been going here for over a year; however the management has changed and I have noticed a decline in the service. I recently cut my nails down, but the acrylic has not been lasting the normal 2 weeks. Looking for a new salon near King St area with reasonable prices and better service.

Went to get my nails done today and I can only say HORRIBLE!! 2 of my nails were slanted and not filed properly my nails were done to short and the guy didnt even know what stiletto nails were he tried to give me coffin shape... I will never waste a dime of my money in this place and if I could give this place a negative zero i would.

I have enjoyed Nails Foxy for almost a year now, and a very frequent customer. Christine is wonderful with pedicure and manicures - I do only gel. I recommend making an appointment and allowing 1.5 hours for both services. The atmosphere is friendly and prices are consistent!

I have been going to this nail salon for over 10 years. Sadly, I have to say this will be my last visit. Since the new owners took over, the service has seriously declined and the prices have increased. Not a good combination. When I voiced a complaint at my last appointment, the manager wouldnt even acknowledge me or what I said!

David at Ocean Nails always does a fantastic job on my nails. Everyone there is very friendly as well.

I had a horrible experience...my technician rushed, cut one of my toes, and talked on her phone while she was painting my nails. She also insisted I tip in cash, and tried to charge me more than was listed on the price menu.

I went to this salon yesterday for the first time with two friends. We decided to pop in after some shopping on King Street. This salon is in a great location, has friendly staff, and all three of us are happy with how our manicures look. However, I cant give this salon a 5-star rating because they do not appear to properly clean or disinfect multi-use tools. The cuticle clippers and pusher, nail files, hand soaking bowls, and nail clippers were not soaking in a disinfectant solution or removed from a sealed autoclave bag prior to being used on any of us. There was also clutter in and around the nail stations, sinks, and back room. With some work at properly cleaning the salon, tools, and equipment, this place can easily transform into a 5-star establishment!

I visited this shop today for a pedicure and even though it was empty the nail tech rushed through my pedicure and did the bare minimum. She wasn’t rude but definitely not friendly either. The nail polish was applied in an uneven and sloppy manner. When it came to payment I left the tip on my card and she insisted I leave her cash instead (I’m assuming so taxes don’t have to be paid on the tips..) I will NOT be returning.

Nails were great. I gave 3 strars for lack of color/ gel selection, and it is small with no ventilation during the winter. The smell of chemicals was very strong.

Nails Foxy is one thing, a great deal. $12 manicure and no appointment necessary. Ive been a customer for years. It has been going down in service and attention to customers. Today, I went in the shop. the nail techs were all sitting around the nail drying station eating chicken wings, shoes off, licking their fingers, etc. I could not have been more disgusted. I then was asked to the nail station. The chair I was asked to sit in had dried food in it. I switched the chair for the one next to it. Well, once my manicure was complete, the nail tech said Old Town is old. Go somewhere else next time. Old does not mean dirty. This salon has become very unsanitary and tomorrow I will be reporting to the health authorities. Sorry girls.

Christine did a great job on my basic pedicure, even helped me choose a color (I was indecisive) I love the color and she worked fast!!! She was very gentle, but thorough. Ladies are nice, make usual awkward conversation with you lolI also got my brows done while I was here, I do not like them at all, they are very boxy and look boring. When I explained to the tech she stated its because thats how my eyebrow hair is. I thought that was a lame answer. Overall I enjoyed my experience, came during my lunch break it was quiet and i was in and out quickly.

This is the worst place I have ever been to they ate when they were doing my nails they talked so loud that you couldn’t have some down time when she was done with my nails she did not tell me where to go. Do not go here.

If you just need your nails done quickly its fine...

Absolutely wonderful experience! Visiting the area from NJ and decided to go was recommended to me by staff member at the Embassy where Im staying, got a french spa pedi & a shellac french mani both were amazing i asked if she could do the mani spa style like the pedi and she did for a little extra but was defiantly worth every cent,very accommodating,very polite staff and if I lived down here would defiantly make it my new nail place

My nails look absolutely horrible. I will never go to this nail shop ever again. It is evident that customer service isnt a priority. Whomever this business, should revisit their business practices.
