The technician was very nice and did a good job. The place is well located but a bit crammed. Its hot and not too clean.

Ive been going here for 10 years and I see Donna only. She is great with pedicures especially cutting out all cuticles and skin. Nail sets are good. Prices are okay especially if you are a regular. I wish they were more up to date with the latest techniques and designs.

I have been going here for years. Justine does my nails and she’s incredible. I saw all the horrible reviews and I am a bit shocked. So it’s not a new place and I agree updating could be done but in these times I’d think just staying open is the goal. Covid changed so much. I would not say it’s dirty, I certainly would not be going there if I thought it was. Are there nicer places? Yes. Justine is phenomenal and I’d go wherever she was The prices are in line with other places I go to occasionally closer to my house and everyone in there is always nice

The worst manicure I have had in my entire life, they just put their hands in the water and remove the cuticle, but they are not cleaned or anything, what I worry most in these times of Pandemic is that they reuse aluminum for nails, the Bowl where the nails do not rest nor wash it and store it as if it were washed, the utensils were not disinfected

Came by today and although they were NOT busy, I stood there without being acknowledge at all...I ended up going to Seasons Nails, I went to Nail Club to try a new place but sometimes it is best to stick to what works, and customer service is always most important 🤷🏼‍♀️

This was my fifth or sixth visit here. The place needs to be updated and it needs a good sweeping. But I dont hold that against them because my house needs an update and a good sweeping. Today I sat at station 11 at the back of the shop. You cant see the TV from there. The manicurist was really nice, attentive, very concerned that I liked the way my gel french manicure was shaping up. She did a good job. The hand massage couldve been longer but it was fine. If the manicure holds up, Ill go back. Thats why I keep going back. The gel manicure holds up for 4-6 weeks. I went to a different place in Springfield a few weeks ago, and that gel was chipping in 10 days. Now, admittedly, that other place had soothing music piping through the speakers and terry towels to dry your hands. So, if youre looking for an experience, Nail Clubs not for you (although theres a guy who gives the best foot massages when you get a pedicure). If you want a good manicure that lasts and at a good price, then go here. I paid $40 for the gel french manicure, which included the $5 to take off the last gel polish. Ill edit this post if the manicure does not last.

They greet you once you come in. Shows that they acknowledge their customers. The minute I go in I get greeted and seated. I love that, even when they are fairly busy. I usually get a manicure and pedicure, so far Ive gotten a different worker each time. Each one Ive gotten has done very good work. I havent gotten acrylic just yet from them, but planning on it my next visit. (Well see how that goes.) I used to get my nails done else where but switched to Nail Club in Kingstowne, Va because their services and customer service is much better!

Definitely was surprised with the quality of my nails like 2 weeks after. The liquid gel I gotten was holding up very nicely. Didnt see a single chip on any of my nails. Now thats what I call excellent quality!

This salon is so amazing! The staff is so attentive and super nice! My liquid gel full set was perfectly shaped and made a lovely design! Giving me my moneys worth! The staff attending me was so friendly and was so professional!

Overall, I am extremely disappointed and will never return. This rating is for the lady giving me a pedicure and not the salon. She filed one side of my nail at more of an angle than the other and when I was trying to point it out, told me she didnt do it. She offered to repaint two nails that were not smooth, which I appreciated, but did not use a base coat on them as she did the first time. The color selection is dismal compared to other places. On a good note, they have reasonable prices, a convenient location and quick service.

I had gotten a badly executed set of nails at another salon on Route 1. I went to the Nail Club 2 on referral from a coworker. She recommended I see Andy, and I am so happy I did!! He fixed them and they looked fantastic from the day I saw him until the day I went back in for my next service. I have no yellowing, no breaks, no lumps or lifts. If you are looking for a nail salon I can not say enough good things about the work Andy does. Top Quality

If there was a selection for no Star I would have selected it. It was the worst experience ever. I asked for a manager to report my complaint and they all ganged up on me speaking in their own language, after they made me stand for 3-5 minutes, one of the staff says that “she is not here today.”To say the least of what went wrong:Nick, used the cuticle remover clip to take off my old gel polish. I kindly asked him to not use that despite my request, he continued using it and and broke my nail.Then when I insisted for him to stop using the cuticle remover, he left the desk and angrily walked away and began talking to his friend. I had to call and ask if he was going to finish what he started.Nick, returned frustrated, he rushed me through everything. He didn’t file my nails properly, nor did he coat properly either. When I showed him his mistake, he laughed at me.I’m not a complainer, but I feel like I should share this to save you your money and time.

I have been coming to this salon for the past 4 yrs and I have to say I LOVE this place. I only let Gwen touch my nails and she never disappoints. She takes her time, remembers what I like, very polite and if shes not available I wait until she is, but she normally squeezes me in. Never will go anywhere else unless she leaves!

Just came in to do a fill in. Not only was it over priced, my nails look terrible. My fingers hurt because she was digging her nails into the side of my fingers. All around my nail is dry and overgrown. I won’t be back here again.

My nail technician was really nice and sweet. She just didnt know what she was doing. She clipped my cuticles and I bled a tiny bit on 2 fingers. She corrected it and tried to stay cautious with the rest of my fingers. She did the shellac nails and there was the clear top coat all over my cuticles and just poorly done. I didnt Express the pure unhappiness with what I just paid for. I didnt provide a tip and for each nail Ive tried to guide her in fixing any areas I pointed out which she tried to the best of her ability. Towards the end I just wanted to leave. Eventhough she was really nice I would not return for I paid for an expensive shellac manicure and no matter what we tried to fix, it was just poorly done. Of course it all depends on the technician but I would not take the time to try another one from that establishment.

Amazing experience! Im falling in love by my first time doing my shellac here. My nails stays more than 2 weeks without any chips. Really worth the money! Love it

By far the best manicure/pedicure Ive ever gotten! They were meticulous and made me feel very comfortable. Its totally worth my time and money.

I have been getting all types of French manicures for years - regular, gel and the new powder acrylic and the one I got Sunday from Nail Club is absolutely the worst quality of all the French manicures I have ever received. I decided to go with the regular, traditional nail polish because I am trying to grow back my nails that have been damaged by the sanding to remove gel and powder. The white chipped in less than 12 hours on three nails. I hadnt washed dishes, done any cleaning or gardening that would have caused the damage. Went back to get one of the most obvious fixed and it took two technicians to get it correct. The first used very goopy nail finish that smudged instantly. It makes me wonder if the business is diluting its product or purchasing lower quality polish and placing it in brand name bottles. Whatever the case, I know that regular, traditional nail polish should be able to last at least 24 hours without requiring a touch up. I will not be returning.

I just moved to the area, and they were a few salons to chose from, but I picked them and was surprisingly impressed with their work. The salon is clean, the employees are friendly and their prices are pretty reasonable. I plan to go back and perhaps go there regularly.

I recently got tips put on that were so awful but Im not the type of person to go back and ask for a redo... I came here to get them fixed instead of the place closer to my house that originally messed them up and the guy here fixed them! I had no idea they could be fixed without having to redo the whole thing but he was able to make them straight and shiny with no bubbles and dust and the color actually shined through. Very happy about my visit today!

Technician drop some of the instruments pick it up off the floor and continued like it was normal. I asked how much for a dip set I was quoted $50 went up front to pay for my pedicure and the sign said $35 and up! I asked about the price difference and was told a manicure was included. Hmmmm arent you suppose to treat the cuticles as you get the nails done? Will not be returning...

Ive been to this place twice. The first time for a full set and lash extensions. The full set was not done well. The eyelash extensions - never again! While the tech put them on, she started over and literally pulled of each extension with no removing solution. Tell me about painful! I came back (due to proximity to my job) and decided to just get a fill in. I was asked to pick my color and I waited for 15 minutes. When I headed to the chair, someone who came after me (she came in after with no appointment for a pedicure) was asked to have a seat and the nail tech left me and started her pedicure. I waited another 5 minutes and decided to leave. Trust your gut and do not come here if you want good service or techs that really know what they are doing.

If youre going here, only get your nails done!! They like most nail places also do eyebrows, & they did mine and lets just say I am not satisfied at all! They thinned one of mine out and gave me two arches in one brow. How is that possible? I have no idea but I am pissed because they not only did that to my left brow but my other brow looks nothing like it! So please for the sake of your eyebrows, only get your nails done here, do not let them touch your eyebrows.

I never go here and I see why. Total rip off. Definitely go somewhere else to get your moneys worth. There gel pedicure is overpriced and they only do the basics as well as the gel manicure. My 10 year old niece does more and she is just playing around. Not worth it at all. Also they have a poor presentation for their gel colors. The workers were nice but not worth what they charged me.

I just left this place they charge me $55 for a full set that is super short. Not even my normal length in nails I wear my nails very long and get charged way less at other locations. They sit and make up prices as people walk in that are not a familiar face. She clearly didn’t think I knew what she was doing when she asked one of her co workers how much for my length smh... I had to guide her on my nails and she kept cutting me. I would never go back to them ever!!!! Worst in customer service and they make up the prices as they go not to mention they are dirty. I been in the hood (Oxon Hill md) and received better service, quality, and prices I guess I will be sitting in traffic to get my nails done from now on.

I came here with a friend to get a pedicure. We usually visit Glam Day Spa on Telegraph Rd, but decided to try something new. Im baffled this place has an overall four star review. One of our massage chairs didnt have a remote, neither of the chairs had head cushions so we couldnt rest our heads, the colour selection is pathetic and my toenails are so sloppy. I never leave reviews, but I will not be returning to this place and wanted to help others make an informed decision. Lastly, the lady that did my pedicure- she just didnt give a crap, my shins hurt from being rubbed so much and my feet are still achy. Never again!

I went in this afternoon as a first time customer. There was no one at the front desk, the shop wasnt full, not one person greeted me. I saw the sign to sign my name and put what services I wanted, I did that-still no greeting. Picked out my polish, sat down-no kind of acknowledgement. A technician walked to the front, behind the desk, turned to get a polish and said absolutely nothing. I said excuse me twice before she glanced over her shoulder to see what I wanted. I asked her how long of a wait. As she turned back around to look at the polish she said, 5-10min. Due to their rudeness and deplorable customer service and manners, I took my business elsewhere. I have no intention of ever returning and would give them 0 stars if that was an optionThe 1 star is simply so this could be published.

There was nothing relaxing about my pedicure. Chairs do not work well. I had to reminding the lady I was paying for hot towels. The leg message was pathetic. Who knows what else I paid for but didnt get. Plus she didnt stop talking to me.

I like going to this nail salon because of the prices, however, my recent visit I don’t think I’ll be returning. When I arrived one of the nail techs asked what service I wish for, I asked for a manicure and she said “gel?” I said “no not today.” I then picked out my color and she kept harassing me about getting a gel manicure in which I kept saying no to. When she wasn’t harassing me about getting a gel manicure she was harassing me about getting an eyebrow wax in which I continued to tell her no. She did an ok job on my nails, but when I gave her, her tip she seemed disappointed, however, I tipped more than 20%. I most likely will not be returning.

This was my first time going to this salon and it will be my last. The place needed updating; there was seats with holes and they used tools that were rusting. The service was worse! The woman doing my nails was on the phone the entire time. I asked for slightly long claw / stiletto nails and she gave me short almond nails. I had to ask her multiple times to make them more pointed and I ended up with two crooked nails and two bleeding fingers. I was not happy with my nails or the service. I will not be going back. I do not recommend this place.

Worst pedicure ever. I just paid $25 to put my feet in water and then have them painted. The chair massager didn’t work and I don’t know why they call it a pedicure if they didn’t really scrub cuticles or give me any type of massage. I asked why my feet were not done more and the woman said that my feet had no callus on them. I haven’t had a pedicure in over a year because I have a small child I’m pretty sure she could have scrubbed my feet more than for two seconds. I could’ve painted my toenails at home and stuck them in luke warm bath water.I wouldn’t recommend going here.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I went in hoping for a relaxing experience on my anniversary and left with a bad taste in my mouth. The lady I had rushed thru the pedicure with no exfoliation or massage. She didn’t file my nails either so basically soaked in water for five mins (which made my feet itchy) and then had my nails painted. As soon as I went to dry my feet she hassled me for payment. This was a waste of time and money.

Run, dont walk in the other direction away from this place. Donna clipped me with the nail clippers and giggled at my pain. She was rushed & short with me. Then didnt bring back all my change, assuming a tip for her shoddy work. Never again. Never again!

Horrible! Ive come get multiple times and every time its a back and forth thing with them. I will specifically ask for something and they will suggest something else , every single time. Pedicure , full set or even nail removal. Its a back & forth thing. Ive never been to a nail salon that complains about doing your nails the way you want.

Coming here to get my waxing done was so worth it. It was quick and everything was just so smooth.

While I waited for services, a nail tech led my toddler to a table and painted her nails without asking and then decided to charge me an extra $5 for the clear polish that was used. I got a gel manicure and it has chipped within 3 days... which was a shock considering I have had gel manicures for the past year and I pay $30+ to make sure it doesnt chip.... I wasnt happy with my pedicure, the nail tech was rough, and she said I had a kid with me so no massage... she also used her sharp nails at times to work on my cuticle and I have dried blood from her poking at my skin, plus the polish job was mediocre. I paid $70 for all of my services, this was my first visit to this salon, and will be my last.

The gentleman who did my pedicure could have been more gentle with my right foot when it came to removing my cuticles. Not the most up-to-date nail salon but they were okay I personally wont be returning to this establishment but you get what you pay for.

STAY AWAY!!! I came here for the first time because of how close i am. I called ahead and asked how much a fill would be and was told $20. To be of convienence, I stopped by on my lunch break to make an appointment. I walked in with my best friend. One of the first things I heard was “i dont know why she bothered making an appontment, we slow how stupid is she.” The other thing I heard was “she brought her boyfriend here to pay for her.” Little do they know, I’m vietnamese. They were speaking in vietnamese, and frankly I understand everything they were saying but I guess they didnt put one and one together. I was at table 4 and she was so rude. Rushed, no pampering feel at all. The whole time she was talking to the staff making the whole atmosphere feel like a busy super market. I asked her to reshape a couple fingers and I could feel how harder she started filing and how rough she got. Seriously? My total came out to be $30. I asked her why. She said because my nails are long. Please believe me when i say that no, my nails are not “long”. Terrible customer service, terrible pricing. They need to learn how to treat customers and hold their conversations for a better time. Extremely rude and annoying, please save your money and go elsewhere.

I had the WORST nail experience ever! Terrible service, rude technician, and left with dry hands still covered in powder from the application (yes I was never asked to wash my hands and did not receive any lotion.) Worst of all my nails look terrible. No exaggeration. Theyre clear (not requested), not shiny, and rough to the touch. STAY AWAY

Pretty nails horrible service! I didnt catch her name but her chair was the second on the right. She was so rough. I felt so rushed and she nicked me. I pulled away then she continued to go over the same spot till I bled. Instead of letting me get up to rinse it she leaves the acrylic dust on it and throws a dab of some stop bleeding liquid on it. Heres the kicker, I wanted gel on top of my polish so it would last longer. My two glitter nails wouldnt dry fast enough for her so she says I just put topcoat I said no I paid for gel I want it on ALL nails. So impatient and rude.

I know this place is not new. The seats are old and worn, but I found Hana who does EXACTLY the kind of mani/pedi I like. I call ahead, get an appointment and she has never disappointed in over 6 months. I dont find a problem with cleanliness on Hanas stations....but I could see how others MAY have an issue.

The pedicure work is fine---however the male nail tech was VERY RUDE--and ROUGH. Very unpleasant and sullen attitude. Even after I tipped him, he seemed just angry.I used to like this shop a lot. Wont be returning.

This place is very dirty. I had a pedicure done and noticed how they were moving from customer to customer without proper cleaning. As a matter of fact I have developed 3 warts on one food after coming here. I never in my life had warts before. Needless to say they will not see me back, but I thought my experience could be useful for other customers.

I was not happy with the fact that when you go in you select a color. By the time she was ready to apply the color it was not the same color that I had selected. So there was about a 30-minute time-frame wasted wirh incorrect polish. The manicure was alright, the pedicure was not.

So terrible never going here again had a conversation as to why my 35 dollar pedi turned into 50 for about 15 minutes until i finally gave up paid and walked out.

The master, if you can call it that, does not worry at all about whether it hurts you, whether you are comfortable and, finally, what color you want to make. If you suddenly receive an important call, you will not be able to answer it, because it is no telephone, it is obviously difficult for a person to do his job when his client, who paid, by the way, before he sees the result, is talking on the phone.As a result, you will receive not only a spoiled mood, but also crippled hands, broken across Nails, and in response to claims you will receive: “Nice color”If you are a tourist and do not know where to go, my advice is to do it yourself, rather than trust this to the Thai masters.
