I have been to this place twice and it will be my last time going after my overwhelming experience the second time I went there. The first time I went to get a refill done, Amy was very kind and she did a wonderful job doing my nails! The second time I went there, a man did my refills and started acting very rude when I was trying to be honest about correcting a mistake he did on my nail. Also, he didn’t wear gloves while doing my nails. He started raising his voice and started talking in his language in a very upset manner as the customers saw and heard him raise his voice. It was very awkward and embarrassing, I will never get my nails done there again. Very unprofessional of him, please go somewhere else to get your nails done.

Super nice and kind people. Went and got a pedicure and gel manicure. I left around 8:15 pm. My gel manicure started chipping. I went back less than 12 hours layers to have them fixed. Picked another nude color, but they looked super unprofessional and started chipping again. My regular pedicure stuck for about day. Gel manicures did not stick at all, which makes me think it was bad quality Polish or too much time spent under the UV light. I left a generous tip Bc they were super kind, but Cindy still seemed to mess everything up.

I came to this nail shop randomly and love the customer service from day one. I got a gel set manicure and pedicure loved the experience. Great place to come treat yourself!

They are busy so you must make an appointment but they are very much worth any wait time! I do SNS and gel nails. They are the best and can do special requests too!

She made time to ensure I was 100% happy with my nails. I got the color changing gel polish, which is super fun and I highly recommend!

Ive always found everything to be clean and hygienic, and their covid-19 precautions are enforced well too. I highly recommend this place if you want to have a relaxing mani/pedi experience!

I did my eyelashes extensions with Andi , I’m not sure if I spelled his name right.for the first time .he didn’t even ask me what size I need or anything, he was about to start with out asking anything. And I stopped him and explained to him what I wanted which is a natural medium . It was very painful he did not doing it right. He poked my eyelashes a couple times and I told him it’s so painful. After all he said his done . It was not full at all and He used a very short eyelashes ,I asked him again, I was asking a medium why is to short? He kept saying this is medium, and But I always use a medium I know what it’s looks like medium.And charging me for medium.I don’t like it at all. My eyes hurts so bad even after 5 hours. I really want to take it out but I can’t. Very bad experience.

Never been before this, a friend referred me actually. I enjoyed my experience. I was greeted upon entrance. Clean and quiet atmosphere. Lily worked on my nails, and she was great, very friendly, helpful. I will go to her more often!! Nice ladies! Prices arent bad either. Will go to again!! 😊

Dont go here! They tried to over charge me for using a debit card. Then tried to demand where I go to the atm. The old lady broke my nail too! Horrible! Zero stars!

I have been going to this shop for the past 8 or 9 years; and oh how I miss the previous owner. The current owner Lily has been there for several years at this point. With her taking over came some major and much needed improvements. New chairs, work stations, and a host of other changes. Now for the bad part... They do not sanitize the pedicure stations. Im not exactly sure how they clean their towels but they are hard and wrinkled before they even get used. Hand-washed maybe?? Her customer relations, work ethic, and customer service skills leave much to be desired. I find myself going to other nail shops for services at this point or doing it myself at home because of the poor customer interactions and lack of cleanliness. She has one of the nastiest attitudes I have ever dealt with in my life. I only continued to come because I really enjoy my pedicures that Ann does for me.Now for my most recent experience.....I went in today to get my eyebrows done and a pedicure with my aunt. I was informed that my technician was on vacation. Because Im so particular about my pedicures I opted to only get my eyebrows waxed. After going back and forth and being pestered about not wanting to get my pedicure done by someone else I sat and waited patiently for 45 minutes for Lily to finish doing a gel manicure. Meanwhile another customer came in and also stated she wanted her eyebrows done. After Lily was done with the gel manicure, she took the customer that came in after me to the back. I called out to her twice and was ignored. So I got up and walked to the back and asked why she took another customer in front of me. She stated, and I quote You told me no, so I told you no! So pretty much she refused to do my eyebrows because I didnt want someone else to do my pedicure. She let me sit there for almost an hour, only to ignore me and tell me she would not provide me any services. This is not the first time Ive experienced her rudeness but it is certainly the last. I refuse to spend any more of my money in this place and recommend that no one else does either!!!!

ATTEND AT YOUR OWN RISK. I let Ming fix ONE NAIL and she not only tried to rush through it but she SLICED the inside of my finger with the nail buffer. I literally bled in the nail salon and walked out! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Worst customer service ever!!! got my nails done two days ago and one broke. went back to see if they can fix it and they wanted to charge me. They refused to fix it for free. wanted to charge me 4$ to fix. Although 4$ is not alot but I shouldnt had to pay to fix a nail that broke when I got them done 2 days ago!!!! And I paid 40$ when I got them done. They try to milk you for every penny!

I always go here and they always give me reasonable prices and wonderful service and i always love how they do my nails and how they pamper me. very clean and cozy atmosphere i know the technicians personally i recommend this to anyone who gets their nails done a lot or even once in a while😊❤️ venus nails..best way to go

Well its very comfortable in there and they do a good job on your nails whether acrylic nails or not.

I had my hair, nails, makeup, they most unsanitary conditions!! Used combs, not sanitized, nail where done nice but used unsanitez.. used nail files.. make up done used/ old ..makeup.. completely a health hazard!!

I just had Lily hang up on me because I was there on 5/23 to get my lashes done and as of 5/25 I had lost abt 10 to 14 pieces and u called her to let her know what had happened and she told me if I could come right away, ( as we spoke) shell do it for free but if I come any other day, shell charge me and I told her I live almost an hour away and was on my way to work as we spoke so I could only make it there on Saturday cos Im a nurse and work long shifts, which she objected to. I was trying to explain it to her that its ok if shell only replace the ones Ive lost as of today and charge me for whatever I loose afterwards but she started raising her voice saying shell charge if I come anyway after today and wouldnt listen to what I had to say and hung up the phone. I tried several times to call back but no one would answer the phone.This wasnt my first time there because the person that does my hair lives close to her so I always do my lashes when I go to that area. I will tell my stylist to not recommend this place to anyone else since their customer service is extremely poor... would have given a Zero star is that option was available. Im so done with them.

Worst nail experience ever. Rude. Make up prices as they go even though there are signs. they do not follow. Did not clean as they went dust all over. Did not wash hands. Sloppy paint job.

So room because I only went into check out the colors and the salon. Basically told if I wasntgetting service goodbye. Attempted is full and I like to have the colors and would be back. They didnt care. Told him I wouldnt be back they still didnt care

The nail tech who did my nails did not understand any english which made my experience horrible!! She asked me did i have gel nails bc i was getting a fill in and i told her no just gel polish. She did my toes and asked did I want some kinda regular pedicure for $25 or something else for $35.. I said just a regular pedicure. I had her do my toe design twice and still do not like the so called flower she scribbled on my toe.. once done she states i owe her $85 !! $85 for wat !! She charged me for gel acrylic instead of regular when I told her i did not have nor want gel just gel polish!! And it was a fill in with 1 repair and NO designs and it took her FOREVER to give me this undatisfatory service!! Never again!! Nobody in that shop was pleasant either.. You got my money this one time but never again!!

Got my nails done here and they started falling out a week later.. I went back and they wanted me to pay to fix my nails.... That is ridiculous and the owner was soo rude to me.... Do not go here it will be better to spend your money elsewhere... Horrible service and owner......

Started off as a good experience. Then a week later one of my nails fell off, and so I called to see if they could repair it and take in consideration that its only been a week. They told me they normally charge 5 dollars per a nail and in so many words they wouldnt take (that its only been a week) into consideration. The first and last time I will go back!

One of the worst place to go fix your nail 👹 liquid gel nail Break within five days and I spend $91 for that :((( One day I walk in around noon ask if you can do the liquid gel for me and their lady was a standing which she is the owner of the shop say yes my Neil was fine and she make me to do the whole set again I said OK go ahead and do it and after that then she say oh Im gonna charge you extra another $10 for your cuticle manicure and then $10 for gel polish I spent $91 and within four days my Neil get crack and broke it I went back and I ask her to fix it The owner of the shop she was so rude and she said OK come back with an hour because she have another 2 people complain before me when I back after hour she make me to sit down and putting glue on my finger and then she said oh if you dont want to pay more $12 Im not gonna fix it and I was sitting and waiting waiting and she didnt fix my nail I have to pay another $12 ?? Its ripped off I never go again horrible place to go

Venus nails spa is one place l will not recommend to anyone last year , one of the staff cut into my big toe nails l was bleeding for a while and she promised me it was going to be fine, she then applied some sort of white solution to the cut , now 2 weeks later l did not think anything of it all a sudden my big toes began to change color and swollen so big that l could not put on shoes or even work, l ended up at the doctors of for special treatment , the brutal pain lasted for months and still have a deformity on my toe , Venus a dirty spa , all they care about is your money.

Customer service horrible its lily her way or no way...i wanted her to do my eyebrows but wanted someone else to do so she told me no and i left....she is really rude.

I went for first time had horrible exprrience the lady did my nails very rude and asked me to pay first she wants to see if I can give her tip or not . also a dirty place never never back again.
