This is the only place I go. Everyone is very kind. They are good to my kids and I love the work they do. I love trying new things with my nails and they always make it happen.

I don’t know the ladies name but I went there a hour before they closed. They were very sweet and nice! The lady said my nails were too long and I shouldn’t have let the other nail place do them that long. When I went there my hands looked awful from ripping the nails off but they took really good care of me!! So I tipped them good. Don’t forget to tip them! They are amazing and work hard!

I really enjoyed my experience. I received the milk and honey pedicure. It was so relaxing and refreshing. I feel they took their time wasnt rushing and i highly recommend the hot stone massage it was amazing as opposed to the other place i went to in the mall.

I arrived at 12:15pm. I wanted a pedicure and refill. Two people was ahead me and two behind. The one that was behind me had a pedicure, nails and was getting her eyebrows arched, when I had enough. Really, poor poor customer service. You treat people the way you want to be treated.

Went in on a Saturday with our party of five. They were able to accommodate our group very fast. We all recieved exactly the style of nails we wanted at a reasonable price.

The owner lady (grandma) whatever she is, is very rude!... not only did they give me terrible service but had the audacity to argue about what I asked for/wanted. I get my nails done regularly and have never had such an awful experience. They rushed me from the time I got in there to the time I left and gave me the worst set Ive ever had in my life! She asked how she asked how bad could they be if she had so many customers!?! I have pictures as well if I can figure out how to post them., looking like I just got in a fight with some concrete freshly walking out of her shop. I also wasnt the only one in there on this particular day having problems... another lady was literally leaving complaining about still having dry crust on the back of her foot that quite clearly hasnt been addressed!

I find it’s pretty sanitary and their always quick and very professional. The price is decent too! It’s my go to place.

I will NEVER go back to this nail salon! The techs were very sweet but they are terrible at doing nails. I am embarrassed to even show anyone my nails or even make them visible. they are HORRIBLE and i will NEVER go back again. To be honest I do not even want to rate them 1 star.

Went to happy nails for years( right across the road) I saw something there one day that I absolutely was shock.... they didnt clean the tub out n had a lady sit down where my friend got up from!!! Hawaiian Nails is the most professional and cleanest nail salon in the Alexandria area. They always fit you in as an appointment or as walk ins and all of the nail technicians always make anything possible. Prices are reasonable and I promise you, you will always leave here happy!!

Ive never written a review before, but please DO NOT get your eyelashes done here. I am a Texas resident and i get my lashes individually put on/filled every 2 weeks, and decided to get them done while in Alexandria on a business trip. I was a bit worried when it only took her maybe 30 minutes to put the lashes on. When she was done, my eyes were filled with glue causing my eyes to BURN! It has been (3) days since, and my eyes are still swollen and actually infected now. Maybe it was a bad day for the lady, but i would advise not to get your lashes done here.

This is my absolutely favorite nail place in Alexandria. I tried gel nails for the first time here a couple years back and they always do a great job and the price is reasonable for the neighborhood. I have moved and gone out of my way to come out this way for SNS/gel nails. That being said, this place can get really busy on the weekend in busy season and the wait could be up to an hour, though Ive never waited that long. To me, its worth the wait. Overall I highly recommend this place because of the quality and affordability.

Stopped here to get nails done because I happened to be in Alexandria. VERY BIG MISTAKE. Nail tech JOHN .nice at first until I voiced that I did not care for the color, he was attempting to do 2 colors with acrylic, the 2 colors.looked bad so all I asked him to do was to color it with one color. HE WAS VERY UGLY AND OFFENDED that I asked this, didnt even finish filling my nails smooth, I still have ridges, and he pushed my hands back at me and said go wash your hands!I was MORTIFIED that anyone that works with the public could treat a customer this way because I didnt care for the color!!I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN! HE WAS SO MEAN AND UGLY TO ME I JUST COULD NOT BELIEVE HE COULD TREAT A CUSTOMER THIS WAY! With all that, he ended up charging me 60.00 and.didnt even finish my nails. They LOOK HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN, AND MY ADVICE IS FOR NO ONE ELSE TO GO THERE EITHER!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EX

The owner is amazing. Great helpful woman. But she had to clean up another employees foul polish job. The first employee rushed and was not friendly. But the boss intercepted and fixed the issue.I’m not one to complain or throw a fit but she could read I was upset and intervened before I left unsatisfied. Thanks to her I’ll only go back if I can use her - not the other employees.

To keep my review short and sweet, Ill just say that is probably the best nail salon Ive ever been to. best mani/pedi Ive ever had, and does the cutest designs. I literally go out of my way to come here. This salon is clean clean clean. Im very picky about nail salons, and this salon never disappoints. I get regular mani pedis and gel done here. My tech leaves my nails looking perfect, literally nothing to complain about. Im not an easy client when it comes to my beauty appointments, and I leave this place happy and satisfied.

I got my lashes done I could only tolerate the pain for a week the put too much glue so when I couldn’t bare the pain no more and ripped them out after I went upThere complained bout to much glue and allThe did was hurt my eyes more I willNot be going back almost all my natural lashes are gone.

My first visit here the lau had me a wonderful mini pedi. While talking I informed her that my shoulder was injured. After doing my nails she gave my a great neck and shoulder massage. The 2nd time I went I brought mom and my daughter. All of the workers did a great job. They even removed the ball polish that they had just finished in my daughter and redid them with the gel polish! Either I didnt say gel polish or they didnt hear me ask for it. They did it with a smile!

First time there. They did a horrible job. They had to redo the acrylic over twice because the first time they didnt get the entire now she tried fixing a nail by super glueing my entire finger. Then they didnt even paint the entire fingernail this will be the last time and the only time that I will ever come to the shop.

Horrible QualityI usually come into town and get my nails and pedicure here. The guy didnt understand how to properly remove gel polish. He couldnt polish nails and had to make him redo it.I should have stopped there but instead I decided to trust another tech to give me a full set. Nails came out thick and he didnt know how to apply a top coat. Bottom line... DO NOT SPEND your hard earned money or time at this salon.It was on a Saturday just in case someone was wondering what day.STAY AWAY!!

First time here today, great experience - thisll be my new go-to salon in our new neighborhood. I had a mani pedi, my tech was professional, precise, and did a beautiful job with my nails. The owner is very nice and the prices are great!

I once came here before with friends and it was wonderful. When I went back for a refill and it was horrid. I picked a color that I didnt relize was low on paint. But instead of getting me to get a new color he kept painting. When I went to dry my nails I had 4 fingers that had bubbles on them. And one had a different color streak on it. When I said something I got an awkward smile and he said something in a different language to a coworker and then he laughed. I left not tip. The service was horrible and I felt awkward the whole time.

Ive been going to this shop since theyve open. I absolutely love this place Ive been to other shops none can compare.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Worst nail shop in Alexandria! My nails were not done correctly from the start, were lumpy & uneven, I had to make the tech fix one of my nails, they attempted to overcharge me and AS SOON as I got home all of my nails began lifting and I was able to pop them RIGHT off. Absolute horrendous service and I’ll make sure to spread the word. Do not waste your time or money here!!!!!!!
