I had to wait 2 hours before being serviced. They were short of staff, but they remained courteous and friendly. I would use them again but next time book an early morning appointment. I went on the 4th of July weekend and that was my fault. Thats why I didnt complain. My gel polish has lasted almost 4 weeks, and thats awesome. They did a great job

The staff at NTP Nails are always great about accommodating me and my needs. Their service and hospitality has always been the reason for my return. I prefer to get my nails done by the husband and/ or wife that work there; they have an amazing attention to detail! Love the homely atmosphere and light humor... definitely worth the time and money, you won’t be disappointed!

Found this place while working out of town. Referred by a sweet lady at the Fairfield and let me just tell you the best place in Louisiana to get your nails and toes done. I love 2 hours away but will definitely be making many trips back to come and relax. Not only is the staff amazing and make you feel at home but the pedicures yall. I literally almost fall asleep every time I go. By far the best and not expensive at all. Go check them out!! If I could give them ten stars I would.

My sister and I were out having a girls day called this place for a wax, they told us come on it!Walked in to friendly faces and hellos!I didn’t feel rushed or like I was a “number “ the young lady that did my eyebrows and lip 😂🤷‍♀️Took her time and fixed anything I questioned...she never made me feel like I was interrupting her day with just a wax...I will definitely be back and recommend this place to my friends & family!!

My girlfriend came here and one the place was absolutely filthy, two she was EXTREMELY rude, three the lady that did her nails did a very poor job on her nails they are very jagged and the polish was bumpy not smooth at all, four she was very rough with her hands while doing her nails, five one of the nails already popped off less than 2 days later, six her nails are bruising under the one that popped off for some reason which has NEVER happened before, seven she charged more than the place she used to go so we will NEVER be coming here again. Its by far the worst experience weve ever had at a nail salon and weve been to quite a few.

It....was...amazing! Nun was my nail tech and he was very attentive, humorous and sincere. He was the very first person to give me exactly what I asked for without hesitation. I will definitely be going back for my next refill. Hopefully I found a permanent new nail salon because good ones are very rare in this area. Thanks again Nun🙂

Very professional and friendly. They do an amazing job on your nails and feet. Glad to finally find a place that does such an amazing job. They truly care about their customers and make you feel welcome. They know most if their customers by name. They also have a wide variety of colors.

My go to place for manis and pedis in Alexandria. They are always friendly and seem to remember and welcome their regular customers. They do get busy sometimes but you can call ahead and make an appointment. Great work and they make sure they you are happy with the work as they go along.
