Don’t take reservations if your nail technicians don’t want to do it. It was rushed and she made my nails look horrible. She also drew blood. Red flag: when she said short nails were hard. Then don’t do my nails. My nails looked better plain. It’s safe to say I won’t be coming back.Update: the inside of my nails are bleeding not, the skin is breaking and bleeding periodically.

Absolute worst nail place I’ve been to! I got a BAD CUT without any apologies!!! my finger was BLEEDING and burning! Besides the cut the nails came out so bad!!

I was surprised at how affordable the manicure and gel coat turned out to be - and how long it lasted! It was my first manicure and I will definitely be back! Coco has been doing my nails forever and is wonderful, but also all of the technicians are very good have never had a bad experience here always wonderful and very accommodating.

I called the night before and made an appt. I told him. I had ingrown toe nails..both big toes. The nail tech I had was not experienced with this. Yes, I complained n they gave me linda..she was very thorough. I said something again 2 the owner. N I felt he should have taken some money off my amount. Nope..2 1/2 hours n there..just moved here..I will NOT be coming back. All about the money. I gave Linda a good tip..she deserved it.

I went in to get a full set and a pretty simple design... literally straight lines. They did a great job with the shape of my nails when I got a full set but the painting job was incredibly sloppy and took 2 people. There was also no lotion offered nor a hand massage at the end. Lots of glue and paint was left all over my fingers and they didn’t seem to care. I cleaned it up when I got home, but I did get one photo of a basic white nail that they couldn’t even paint accurately. Will not be returning. They were nice, but not well trained. There was also a woman who worked there that had her mask off the majority of the 2 hours that I was there. Not the safest COVID protocols.

Very happy with the service I received! They were the only place that could accommodate a group of 6 for mani/pedis at the same time. The stylists were friendly, professional, and shared recommendations for nails colors. Thank you for making it a memorable day before my wedding!

They are really clean, and adapted to the pandemic very well. All are pretty good at nails, and literally price wise is pretty reasonable. Coco is really fast and good. Very strong and great foot massages.

The worst experience ever.The first girl who did my nails on Friday was actually very sweet, but my nails peeled the very next day.I came in today ( after less than 30 hours) to ask for a re do, they gave me attitude and started with their excuses that its regular nail polish & tends to peel & i should go for Gel.Regular nail polish DOES NOT peel the very next day !!Anyway moreover she did re do my nails took her less than 5 minutes did not even bother to clean the extra nail polish off my skin, & she simply left with attitude.U want to maintain new customers u should hear their concerns not just say excuses, simply apologize & act professional about it. THIS IS NOT KINDERGARTEN .

I dont recommend Divine Nail Spa. On my first visit, I got the SNS powder nails. I was told by the nail tech that the SNS powder would last 3 weeks; however, after 1 week they were chipping so badly that I removed them. :( I decided to give the salon another chance, but I went to a different nail tech, and I decided to get the gel polish on my second visit. The nail tech did a HORRIBLE job! Firstly, she used a nail file that is typically used for acrylics on my real nails. The file was so harsh that it chipped off a part of my nail. :( She changed to a gentler file after I pointed out the damage she caused. Why didnt she use the gentle file in the beginning?!? Next, when she was painting my nails, she left some of the gel polish on the sides of my fingers, so when I put my hands under the UV lamp it burned my skin. :( Also, she had the WORST attitude when I asked her to add a simple piece a nail decoration to my nails. She kept telling me that the salon doesnt do designs. However, I didnt ask for a design. She simply had to put one piece of nail decoration onto each nail, and she didnt even do it properly! Several of them are crooked! The nail tech did my nails with total lack of care or consideration. I didnt feel valued as a customer at this nail salon, and I will never return. I dont recommend them. :(

I go to this salon frequently. The prices are fairly reasonable. The ladies there are very friendly and professional. The salon is clean and comfortable. They always play relaxing music and offer a variety of complimentary beverages. Most importantly, they do a fantastic job with my nails. I usually get the hot stone pedicure and a spa gel manicure. The gel stays on for 1.5 - 3 weeks depending on how rough I am on my hands. Love this place.

Ive been on the hunt for a good nail salon for quite some time, and after reading Divine Nail Spas reviews I thought that Id hit the jackpot. Lo and behold that was not the case! The nail technician was pleasant and took her time, and initially I was pleased with the service (acrylics with liquid gel), but two hours after leaving the salon my nails begin to lift. The following day, I returned to have my nails fixed and the nail technician fixed them with nail glue, and proceeded to tell me that it was my fault because Id used lotion 4 hours before coming in for my nail service. I am thoroughly dissatisfied, and will not be returning.

The most peaceful and professional nail spa Ive been to in years, and the customer service is excellent! Not to mention the complimentary beverages. This spa exemplifies the gold standard! Additionally, when I leave this nail spa, my mind feels relaxed! Overall, I feel renewed.

We love going to get a mani/pedi at this place. The staff is so friendly, smiling and happy to see you. Greeting you when you come in the door. They are usually busy so we always make an appointment. Only because there is 3 of us going. They do take walk-ins as well. Clean bathroom. I would recommend!

Their gel manicure easily lasts 2 weeks. I once had an inflamed finger that Jenny fixed. I cant tell you how long I suffered before she came to my rescue. I tried antibiotics and alcohol, but nothing worked. She relieved the pain. It was an ingrown nail. I am so grateful for the cure a d the continuous great service!

They did a fabulous job, I had to wait and there was some confusion about removing my previous nails. They changed out my nail tech 2 times and I wasnt sure why. My nails turned out great for my sons Boot Camp Graduation!

“Very unhappy with the results”Moved new to the area and was looking for a new spot to do my nails and eye lashes. The spa is super nice and also the people. They will definitely take care of you, even offer you a glass of sparkling wine! I wish i could give full points just for their kind service! However, the “individual “ eyelashes by Coco turned out to become something like glued fly legs. I have been getting my lashes done for several years by several people, and this was the result of fast and careless work. At the end I was left with cheap, plastic like eyelashes that would tangle up instantly! I couldn’t brush my eyelashes at all, because she glued several together. My left eye hurt because of that and started tear up until I plugged it out. The right eye somehow lost half of the lashes after the first 1 1/2 weeks. I paid $150 for a very poor work. I also Had a many and pedi done before that and well it turned out just ok. A very nice lady took care of me. However, my fingernails came out so thick (I even asked to make them thinner but I was told it is not possible. I have had them thinner before:/) my fingernails look like I could dig a hole in the ground, just like little bear claws. About the nails I can’t be too mad anymore, because the eyelashes really upset me. My advice: always ask for pictures of their work !

This was my first time at this Nail Salon and I enjoyed it. It was relaxing and pleasant. I had an appointment at 5 but I arrived at 4:40 and they took me right away. They used new liners for every customer. Which I really appreciate. The shop was clean and everyone spoke good English. I think the young lady I had was Katie. She was wonderful. She took her time and did a great job. I got a spa pedi and reg mani. I will be a regular from now on. Thanks so much.

Came at 3pm and was told there were busy and 4pm would be good. So I went back at 4pm. They gave me a seat and water for my feet. But after more than half a hour, no one showed up. Not even the manager. The water was cold. Afraid of getting a cold, I dried my feet and left.

I’ve been coming here for quite a few months now and I always go to Katie. I always love my nails and she does a great eyebrow wax.

This place seems clean and nice. And customer service is good. But they DO NOT sanitize there pedicure bowls. I watched multiple woman go into one pedicure bowl right after the other with NO CLEANER. They do not use ANY kind of cleaner on the pedicure bowls between clients. That is how you get infections and fungus on your nails. Very gross. Tell them to start cleaning the pedicure bowls with that blue cleaner they drop in the water or I will never be going back. YUCK!

Ive been here twice for gel manicures and left feeling so-so. Theyre very overpriced and Ive had better quality manis at places who charge a third less. Its very clean and modern. They definitely abide by all of a salons professional standards. The place just opened up just under year ago.On my last visit had to correct my nail tech with the color scheme I wanted (all black nails with my ring fingers painted coral) and she forgot. I wasnt paying very close attention otherwise I would have caught it. She took her time, which I look for but I was there for almost an hour and a half getting a basic gel manicure.To me it just wasnt worth it the money I paid for the quality of the manicure.

The pedicure was ok, my pedicurist was rude.First of all I dont know why they make you hold your own leg up in the air.Second of all she kept saying hold your leg up a bit in a really snippy tone and said we have to get underneath thats why you have to hold it up a bit at least five or six times.Then she told me I needed to come more often.

I needed to have my previous gel polish removed lickety-split so I popped by Divine Nail, which is within walking distance from my house. Yelp misled me to believe that this is by appointment only. Not true, they also accept walk-ins. Thankfully, they had availability for me!At first, I was just going to get my polish removed but I decided to remove my previous polish and get a new color. After my nail technician, Sunny, soaked cotton balls in acetone to put on my nails and wrapped each finger with a small piece of foil, she went with me to search for a new polish color. Her recommendation was a lovely pearlescent pink (OPI, The Color That Keeps On Giving). She took her time (filed, cut my cuticles, the works) and even gave me an additional coat so that the color lasts longer. I was very pleased with how it turned out.We chatted while she was working on my nails, and she suggested that I also get my eyebrows waxed. I actually did need to do some brow grooming, so I figured why not. The only concern was that it was almost closing time for them, so I asked her if it was okay. She waved off my concern and said of course, no problem.Taking me to a separate room, she not only waxed my eyebrows but also my upper lip in no time at all. This was actually my first time doing any kind of wax (I normally get my brows threaded), but I felt very comfortable with Sunny and she did a superb job. Im so glad that she waxed my brows to a shape that looked good for my face and she voiced her professional opinions - I always value that, but its so difficult to find technicians who will do so!The total came out to be $55, quite a steal for all the services I received. Ill definitely be back for both their nail and waxing services. Sunny did an outstanding job, and Im very happy with my nails, brows, and empty upper lip!

Ive been to several nail salons in the Alexandria area and this is by far the best! From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated with friendly service. Tea has become my go-to girl for all of my mani/pedi needs. If youre looking for great care, excellent customer service, and a clean salon that makes you feel at home, Divine is the place to go! On top of a quality mani/pedi, they also provide tea, coffee, white wine, and champagne - treat yourself! You wont regret it!

I had a beautiful gel mani and pedicure. My therapist paid attention to detail ensuring all cutilce and skin was removed before painting.The salon is spotless and all tools are sterilized. They do SNS color as well as gel.Highly recommend! 💅

Great place that rarely has a wait.

I went to this Nail Spa based on the great reviews, however, left very disappointed. I made an appointment a few days in advance for a mani pedi for my mom and I. When we arrived we were greeted with no hellos but instead just, “Pick your color” and watched other technicians take walk ins. My mom and I were seated at a pedi chair after 10 minutes, and then sat for 35 minutes waiting. My tech was not attentive on several occasions throughout the 2 1/2 hours I was there. Also, the tools appear clean... but the severely reused nail files do not. Sorry, Divine Nailspa. I wouldn’t return even if I had a gift card.

Excellent massages at a decent price.

Well my nails did cost a pretty penny, but they sure do look spectacular. I had to start over on my liquid gel (builder gel) manicure.I switched to gel about a month ago instead of acrylics. I also sprang for the CND shellac instead of polish and I added a simple line of gold glitter. I had some liquid gel nails applied about 3 weeks or so ago, but the nails were popping off.The lady that did my nails gently removed the old gel nail, they didnt need to be soaked off because they were popping off.I visited their website and called a few hours before I planned to visit. When I arrived they were not overly busy, but by the time I was done 4 people had shown up( 2 walk ins and 2 appointments), it was about 3 PM when I was done.The lady that did my nails was named Sunny.I have thin and sensitive nails. She did a good job making sure to not hurt me. She didnt draw blood, which is nice. About 9 time out of 10, my cuticle gets nicked.Divine Nail Spa advertises that they are a no odor salon, which is ture! I expected low odor, but it really didnt smell.It was clean and it felt roomy. The décor was modern. Most nail salons feel dingy and industrial and lackluster. They just seem old and dated.All the work stations are very clean and they do a good job making sure to put away what they are not using. They have jars of nail buffers that are part of the décor, but its nice seeing that they use new buffers with every manicure.I had a can of Coca-Cola when I walked in, but I did see the lady next to me had been offered a beverage.I have been to nail salons where they offer services other than nails but the other services are a risk... Like the nail techs dont know how to do a facial or massage.At Divine NailSpa, it is obvious massages, waxing and facials are regularly done. I would feel comfortable purchasing additional services from this place.It is a 5/5. Best nail shop I have found so far this close to my house!

Been here twice now, and their mani-pedis are great. I am hard on my nails, and the manicure looked good for well over a week; the pedicure lasted nearly a month! Most other times they are destroyed within days. They also use new, sanitized tools for each treatment.Only drawback is the second time I was there I wasnt offered a beverage (they offered water or champagne the first time I was there) and they rushed me through -- I would have gotten the spa pedi but they were getting busy and scrambling a bit -- they didnt offer the upgrade. Still planning to go back for my next mani-pedi!

1st It is sooo convinience for me to come get my nails done in the walking-distance coz i live right around the corner. The 2nd is that when i walk into the salon, NO CHEMICAL smell like different salons that i hv gone before. The music is relaxing, the view is nice, and all staffs are friendly. They use liner for every customer which i like the most. Also they have a huge polish collection for you to choose. I would df. Come back. (They dont know Im Vietnamese and yesssss they never say bad things bout me coz i understand everything they talk! hehe)

First time visiting and I noticed that all of the caucasian women were asked if theyd like a beverage. Most chose champagne. I was NEVER offered a beverage at all. I felt discriminated against and will never visit again. I will be spreading the word about the way I was treated.

They constantly troll you with text about services and the service I received was terrible even painful.
