They rush you, they don’t do nails the way you ask them to, and they don’t seal the acrylic nails so you don’t get fungal infection..they don’t clean their utensils and my nails ALWAYS lift or break within the first week I got an infection on my foot the last time I got my feet done as well.. and I asked one of the nail techs to fix my coffin shape Bc she slapped a mountain of acrylic on my nails and she yelled at me several times… I was going to just stop going until I started to take this last set off to see green nail beds I’ve never had this happen to me anywhere else..

Terrible experience got them done on June 15th 2021 on June 16th 2021, I already have 5 broken nails. Hell one broke in the shop and another soon as I got home. Do not get SNS here its terrible and sloppy. If it wasnt for time and me leaving town I would have had her take them all off. Did not want her to redo them I just wont ever be back!

I went today to get a pedicure and a full set and 2 hours after I left my toe nails were all messed up. Don’t waste your money. Do not recommend this place.

Did my nail on the 11th August 2021 by the 13th 2 nails off already, went to the shop and one of them was super rude to me… Don’t use them and this wasn’t the first time they did this to me. Gave them a second chance Amd it repeated itself.. don’t use them.. horrible service

I got my nails done (acrylic, gel polish on fingers and toes) here almost a week ago instead of my usual place because I had a coupon. The acrylics were lifting within two days, and my right thumb and two index fingers had literally fallen off after four days.The gel polish on my toes apparently peeled off, because, after taking a nap on my couch, I noticed two small pink plastic-y things on the cushion and the floor. I realized it was the polish. Its now been 6 days and all of the polish on my toes are gone except for my big toe. I have never experienced this in my years of mani-pedis where the polish literally peeled off without my even touching it, especially not after a week.Besides that, I asked for french tips and the nail shapes were not only crooked on three fingers, my natural nail is clearly visible because the design started above them? Im considering snapping the last six nails off and regluing them myself, since Ive had press-ons last longer.Additionally, after waiting 10 minutes for a chair, they folded up the dirty, foot clippings covered towel so roughly I saw pieces of foot fall around the foot bowl and onto the floor, but nothing was wiped down or cleaned before she put another bowl liner in and directed me to sit, walking away before I could even ask for the area to be cleaned. I asked of the water could be turned down a bit, and instead I just sat with lukewarm water streaming over my feet. I sat there for a full thirty minutes until the water was fully cold, and only when I went to stand up to leave did someone walk over to help me.Im not sure why I felt so guilty about leaving and I wish I had walked out when I felt the instinct to, when so many things had gone wrong before I was even worked on, but I wish Id trusted my gut because what I got was not worth a hundred dollars. Its not letting me upload pictures, but Ill update this review once Im able to.

We showed up well after the posted 7 pm closing time at Beautiful Nails, but the place was still in full operation. A busy salon must be a testament to good service, and there were plenty of repeat customers here.The techs are good at listening and making you feel good, too, taking interest in the little things in the customers lives. For 45 minutes, its all about you.Nice interior, and plenty of stations and chairs. Even chairs for boyfriends and husbands to wait.

I have been there several times for the past 2 years. Different people have worked on me. The price has been the same and non of them has ever over charged me. They are extremely kind and caring. They have a fantastic team work and they put customers first. I am a business owner and this place and their customer service is exceptional. They really deserve high mark.

Worst experience ever, starting from not proper handling of tools not being sanitized and being used for multiples customers. not wearing gloves and touching one customer feet and without washing their hands touching another customer. Do not recommend coming to this place, really unsanitary and the nail work is horrible.

I DON’T RECOMMEND. They were nice but I had to wait for a bit (which is fine I didn’t have an appt) but the job was way sub-par. I appreciated that she did a decent job cleaning around my nails(though she did make a finger bleed) but the paint job was horrible. Not evenly applied, bubbles, can visibly see the layers, sloppy. I just wanted to get out of there cause she wasn’t going to fix anything any better. Won’t be going back. PIC of nails the next morning.

They honestly deserve more credit. First off Honey is the sweetest! She takes her time with you and makes you feel comfortable. The salon is clean and keeps improving every time I visit them. I am so impressed at the amount of improvements they have put into this salon. The owner should be proud. Everyone is so chill and experienced which is a plus for me! I am never disappointed coming here. Thank you, Honey. 💅

The owner is incredibly nice and very personable. Too bad that Honey, one of the best nail techs there left. The assistant manager is not thorough and careful with her work. She did my nails three times but the acrylic didn’t last. She pulled off the acrylics from my nails aggressively and it hurt so bad. They also have the tendency to overcharge if the owner isn’t around.

I try not to be the picky annoying customer and remain humble w my experiences so I don’t complain much. It will do the job if you desperately need a refill. It has been my second time there, the first time I was persuaded to do the French tips and they did looked pretty good, I will insert image below. Today I went for a refill and to shorten my nails and they are all different shapes and lengths and my hands are so dry. What I noticed here the techs try to speed through customers, making the job a bit sloppy. They didn’t oil my nails or moisturize my hand. I’m not satisfied w this outcome, my nails are uneven and chunky. Price was decent, paid 25$ for fill. I tried to tell the lady there was a little hole in one corner and she said “when I paint it will go away” I’m sure with the years of experience they have they know better.

I walked in & they were able to take me. The nail tech had done an outstanding job on my pedicure & gel mani. There prices are very affordable in that area. Nice decoration & friendly staffs.

I’ve been going here for a while but today was the last straw and I will not be returning. I went to get a color change and first and foremost all of my nails are uneven and not shaped properly. The gel polish is NOT smooth. Instead of starting over she kept applying coats saying the color was bad. The professional thing would have been to let me pick another color. Instead my nails look terrible and I wasted money just to have to go elsewhere for them to be fixed. The only person I allow to touch my nails in that salon from here on out is Honey. Everyone else rushes and does not care. I am highly upset with there service.

I have been going here since my daughter was a teenager and she is now an adult. I say this to show the type of loyalty I have for a place that offers the best service from waxing to pedicures. These ladies are AWESOME. They are professional and courteous. The shop is clean and always welcoming.

Got a pedicure. Great price $25. Shop was clean. Ladies were nice and attentive even though I came close to closing time. I did not feel rushed at all. Polish never chipped in the 3 weeks I had the color. Nail color selection is a little smaller than other shops I’ve been to. Other than that it was great.

I would give a 0 star if I could,Well this place is trash. Services are trash l.And they discriminate the blacks. Been here from 5:30pm to now 7:45pm they almost closing and no 1 has bothered listening or helping me out with anything. And its not like they are busy cz they not they just at the back making stories. All the whites came before me have been served and gone but am still here. Am leaving it’s not worth it.

I saw somewhat great reviews about this place , so I decided to try it. I had gel mani done. The lady who did it didn’t even take her time to do a great job . She seemed like she was in a rush, she didn’t even take time to check to see if all nails were all the same length . And this only lasted 2weeks , I’m so disappointed.

This is my spot for pedicures. Im usually the only man here whenever I go, but they dont make an issue of it. Always clean, comfortable and efficient. The calf massage alone makes the visit worth the very reasonable price.

I been a customer of this places for like 12 years now and some times my girl is busy because I forgot to make a appointment but they still accommodate me in so about a month I when and this girl name Honey she did my nails amazing pedicure if u want the real fell of a pedicure she is the one Also día my full set of gel nails she is amazing love it not to mention price are way better compare to others places near by yeah %100 recommend the place

I came to this nail salon twice to get a manicure and I was really disappointed in the service that I revived from both times. They are nail technicians so I gave my trust that they would take good care of my nails and give me the proper service but they didn’t, my gel set didn’t even last a week and I always felt rushed while being attended. Very unprofessional I would not recommend anyone to come here.

I am not sure about artificial nails, but I had my own done a while ago. All I needed just to have my nails painted with design. They did a good job for cheap. I saw some unhappy customers, but most of them had too much attitude towards the technician to begin with. Place is always busy and if you are nice enough they do a good job.

This is a full length review and honest consideration of this salon:I have been to this past nail salon for three years, with my mother when she started going and I got my first pedicure.I was always happy with the consistent service and the way they would perfectly do my manicure and pedicures 100% of the time, until June 1, 2018.That Friday was a little busy, but I didn’t mind waiting. It only took three minutes for me to get started on with my regular pedicure. I was helped by a girl who had never worked on me before (I’ve gotten my nails done from Kim to everyone) but I thought this girl amongst three other ones, were new.I wanted my acrylics removed and a regular pedicure. (The pedicure was okay wish it had another coat of color)The removal of my acrylics was the worst part. I didn’t mind being patient due to the tools not working properly but my right index finger was bleeding after being filed so hard. (And the tissue underneath was exposed)The girl atleast asked if I was okay and if I needed some alcohol wipes to remove the blood but all and all, I sort of regret that decision into coming here.I did give her a $5 tip for atleast trying to help be and for her friendly service.. but I might not be back at this place. And yes my nail still hurts terribly.

I would give a 0 star if I could, Well this place is trash. From the first day they took my money to make a space for my child then they said we can’t because another family paid first, unfortunately I waited for him to let my child enroll. Since the first few days my child was so hungry when I asked him they said he didn’t eat!! He’s just 16 months old so he needs someone to take care but they don’t care. The worst experience in this state.

Had a beautiful experience with pedicure hoping to be there again in a little.beautician hun was so professional and awesome.

First time there I did my eyebrows the lady was so gentle and fast she cleaned it and it took few minutes only. I will come to do my manicure pedicure bc ppl work there has a lot of experience that what ppl telling me. Keep up the great work I will see you guys soon .

I have been here 2 times... they’re so very welcoming and nice ... the first time was when I got my first ever acrylic nails which was really cute and lasted a while until I broke a nail and it hurt so so bad and I got all of them taken off lol... the second time I went last Tuesday and I got a mani and pedi with natural nails and it was horrible honestly my finger nails was not painted well there was a hole on my finger and I said something she said it’s okay you have no “nail” there so I can’t paint it I said uhmm okay sis ... my toes were really cute but someone else did them for me there ... if you go here just kno it’s not high class you kno if you looking for someothibg that will last longer don’t come here .... they kinda overpriced to they always change prices

My lady Noir is the bomb and the owner is very nice.

They now give rush jobs. Werent always like that. Dont like different one doing my pedicure from whomever does my manicure. If yoy hsve an appointment soon, dont take on a walk-in knowing another staff has to do the second half.

The workers are unprofessional as ever! The technician broke my nail then tried to charge me to fix it then told me my toes where dry after she checked them. I went home just to come back because I had polish smeared on my toes, then she blamed me for it. I’m never coming back here.

Visiting this nail salon was a TERRIBLE experience. I got a mani pedi and my nail technician excessively picked skin off around my finger nails to the point where I BLED. She carried on like nothing had happened and painted over it and it stung and hurt terribly. I thought it was just my technician but my friend who came with me experienced the same thing. Aside from the current scab on my nail, she just did a very poor job of painting my nails. She applied base coat without a care in the world and it was very uneven/spotty so you could clearly see the terrible layering. She didnt get to the outer parts of my nail with the polish and it all peeled off in three days. It was just a very bad job and I was disappointed.
