I got my nails done for vacation on Sunday. I showed the nail tech a design I wanted. She said she could do it. She could not, but I wasn’t upset because the nails came out cute. Not quite the design I wanted, but cute. The acrylic is bumpy and uneven. By Wednesday the top coat on my acrylic was coming off. By Friday my pinky nail was lifting. I don’t think it will make it another week on my vacation. I’m giving two stars because the lady who did the design was nice and she did her best, but the other lady was rough on my hands and feet. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Great place and wonderful prices. Ive done my nails with most of them, and Im always happy when I leave. The place is super clean and has a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Truly recommend.

Best in the area! I am a regular here and always have a great experience and listen to what I want. They remember me and are so kind. They also take care of my nails and give me tips based on my nail type. They are a small business and are amazing! Highly recommend.

I am new to the area and was looking for a place that would meet the standards of the place I used back in my home state. This salon is close to my new home so I gave it a chance. The technician that did my pedi was VERY rough. It’s been 5 days and my big toe cuticles are still bleeding. Very disappointed….and yes I did ask the tech to be gentle after the first time she was rough. 😕

Went with my daughter to get our nails done. She got acrylic tips and I got dip. Trang did an amazing on the dip she took her time to explain the process and complete the manicure. We will definitely going back.

I just move in the area about 5 months ago and this is my 3rd time came to Bubble and they never disappointed me. They alway done their job right. Its not an high end meet kind of place but they provided a great service with reasonable price. I am very happy and will come back and recommended my friends and family. I want to support small business during this time.

Ive been going to Bubble nails since Ive lived in the area about a year. They do the best work around Arlington. Its nice to see men coming there too and getting manicures/pedicures.

Superb service.! The owner carefully listens to your request; no upselling. She pay attention to the detail and ensure customer satisfaction. She does not jump around from one client to the other. Whomever is sitting in her chair, thats her priority. She attentive, creative, and compassionate about her craft. The spa is very clean and never over crowded. I had my nails done on Friday the 5th. Did experience a couple of issues that were taken care of the next day. That I appreciate it with all honestly. 1 thing that was disappointing was the nail tech charged me $5 to change my nail polish which were for the nails that were messed up already. Its Monday the 8th two of my nails already broke off. The first time Ive lost my nails so quickly 😢😫😕 me being home taking it easy has 2 nails gone . Im disappointed as now Im back to the drawing board for a new nail tech .

I love this Nail Salon. There are 5 total technicians. So far I have worked with each one of them They are all amazing. Juli is the one I usually work with. This salon have the Friendly environment mood. Where you can enjoy your relaxation. I enjoy the amenities they offer. Definitly book an appointment, walk-ins have an additional wait time.

Ive been here in the past and left feeling not so great but I recently went back after seeing how many raving reviews had been left and have them a second chance.I got a full set of acrylics and they are amazing! Diamond did my nails. She was very precise and took her time making sure everything looked good to her then asked what I thought before proceeding to the next step. She painted one nail before continuing to make sure I was absolutely sure with the color! The place is fairly clean (Id give it a 9 out 10 only because its a bit dated). They used freshly sanitized tools, sinks were clean and entire front of the salon was fairly tidy.Ive been back three times to get them filled and each time shes done perfectly. I highly recommend this place! Be sure to ask for her if you want acrylics done. I paid $40 for a fill with a gel manicure which us about the standard rate around Alexandria/Annandale.

Very happy with their detailed work. Michelle was efficient and thorough with my pedicure. Came in with my friends for a birthday spa treatment and they were able to take care of all of us on a busy Saturday afternoon. I enjoyed my experience there and was pleased to find the place clean and the ambiance very relaxing. They also had an ample supply of variety with their nail colors. And their prices aren’t bad at all. Will definitely return again!

Great pedicure. They even got out a ingrown nail for me without me asking. I also bumped my nails right after I got them done and they were able to touch it up with no problem. I definitely will be back the next time I am in town.Staff is amazing, sweet and very quick. The salon is super clean and bright. Nothing bad to report. Definitely wish I lived in the area still so I could come back regularly.

You can only repeat phrases like, the paint isnt going to the edge of the nail, the top coat isnt sealed and I can see streaks in the finish, theres fuzz on the nail so many times before you stop saying it.I visited the salon because I got a coupon in the mail after moving from another area. A price list is not posted. Cleanliness is evident though.

My first time came in after 3 month of quarantine. My feet was bad, it hurt alot because of my ingrown and these lady here took great care of me. Now I have a brand new feet, i will definitely come back and recommend friends!Thank you lady!

Yes, they were nice, but nice doesnt make good nails. The girl I had I showed her a simple design. All blue with the ring finger a blue fire and white outlining of it. She said This nail (the ring finger nail) I cant do design. I said it was alright just do it all blue and a coffin nail shape. She got the blue done, but it looks like Bubble nails And it isnt even close to a coffin shape. My mother was with me as well she asked for fill in and the color changed to black and to keep the same shape, a coffin shape. They did the same thing with hers. The color was changed fine but the girl changed the whole nail to a puffy square shape! And Im in the car writing this and the nail polish is already coming off , which doesnt happen offend with gel nails. I do not recommend!

Bubble Nails is under construction right now. It is still very much open for business. The inside is clean and comfortable. I made an appointment I was taken within 5 minutes of my arrival. The business was very busy. I definitely recommend making that appointment. The service was professional and friendly. I appreciated the efforts of my nail technician. I will return.

Worst experience ever, the lady that did my manicure had an awful attitude and was very pushy that I got the gel manicure, which I don’t like because the drying lamp hurts my nails. I told her multiple times and she keep insisting for me to get gel. The service was terrible and my nails look bad!

Worst experience ever. I ask for French tip SNS with square shape. Before she started she told me it would be $50 which that was alright with me (which is topically what I’m use to paying)When she finish, It look so terrible that i just walk out after paying and didn’t come back until the next day to talk to her( due to having a long day at work) .I was polite. I told her i was unhappy with my nails and if it was possible to get a different powered color and i would pay the difference If the was . Well this woman, a little older, told me she would change the color. I was under the impression that she would removed the bad job she did but what she did was removed the shiny gloss on top and paint over with gel nail polishNot only did she paint over the previous nail color but but she cut my cuticles so close that almost all of my fingers bled and there was no apology.

If you are who like high end than go to Red door or Elizabeth garden to get your service and pay alot for it!I alway get great service when I am here.

I went here 9/19 a lady name Michelle did my nails she was nice but didn’t do a great job my cuticles in my nails and toes hurt an they both are left feeling uncomfortable the environment was good but it isn’t a good job I paid more than I normally would have if I went to my regular nail shop

Im convinced that anyone who gave this place below a 4 or 5 star rating is rating the old ownership or is an ex employee. The new owner is amazing, so much more professional than the old owner. This is the only salon in the area that I trust to do my nails and waxing. Ive been getting my nails done for 15years & this has been my favorite experience. She worked w me to create a plan to get my nails healthy. No one else ever cared. I wont go anywhere else and the powder dip has changed my life. Thanks again.

Great customer service and lovely manicure. It looks like they’re renovating, but it isn’t obtrusive at all and everything is new.Edited to add that I stopped back in for a pedicure today (about a week after first review) and had a different nail tech, and again got great service. Everyone here has been really nice & now my toes look fab.

This is anamazing store to visit. The waiting time is excellent and if you book an appointment it will be on time. The owner and workers there are so friendly. It is the first time I see an owner hugs the customer and care that much.. she led the old woman to the door with a hug and a nice smile that goes straight to the heart. Now, talking about their job , it is awesome..I never had my nail done and last that time long ,even though I am a house wife working all the day. I really appreciate the job they do.. try it and you will never regret it. I recommend it to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you bubbles ❤️

My friend has been talking about this place for awhile and kept nagging me to come here. When I finally said I was going she told me to ask for Kim. My first impression of this salon is that its very nice. Its very clean and the techs working here are very friendly and sociable. So, I asked for Kim and the lady at the cashier walked me to her station. Kim came out from the back and she started working. Very funny woman. But, she cut my nails evenly and removed the cuticles without a problem. She also listen to all my requests throughout the process. When she was done, I was very pleased with her work. My nails just look absolutely fabulous! I highly recommend this place! You wont regret it!

I used to like this place. It’s cheap and quiet. But last two times were terrible. One time they cut my toe nails too deep it was red for a few days. Last time they made me bleed from my finger nail. I gave them a second chance and they failed. I don’t think I’ll return.

Made an appointment, they took me right on time. It’s a nice environment- very clean and well maintained. The tech, however, was very rough. She didn’t ask about the water temp. She was rough with cleaning the cuticles and was not gentle with a cut I had. There was barely any massage on my calves, and none on my feet. When she brought out the hot towel, she let it sit against my skin waaaaay too hot while she talked to her coworker. She seemed annoyed when I flinched. Not sure I’ll try this place again.

They did a wonderful job. I had a mani and pedi done. I appreciated how she kept making sure I was content with the color, since it was my first time trying the powder dip. Definitely coming back!

I got my nail done 2 days ago and I like how they have move things around and it look much cleaner than how it was before with the old owner.........especially the pedicure chair, new jet line is the plus. I will highly recommend for friend and family.....

This was my first time to the salon, I got recommended by a friend and I absolutely love the place, very clean, looking modern, I called ahead for appointment but of course it was friday afternoon! I knew it would be busy so I just came in and pick my color and wait for couple mins! They are very crowded when I came in but I totally understand. so I figure that out its better to call in for appointment ahead of time or come in begining of the week its less a hassle! Trang is the new owner she has been doing myself and my wife nails for 5 years. When she got the opportunity to own her own business we followed her because of the great work she does and she is a wonderful person as well. The place has been renovated, great color scheme the best Ive seen in all my 25 plus years in getting manicures and pedicures. Me and the wife have an appointment tomorrow to get pedicures and she has facial service to which we are getting as well. YOU GO TRANG !!!

Trang did my eye brow. She was excellent, very careful, and my eye brow are beautiful. Every body notice them, and how well they were done. I recommend highly to micro blading your eye brows with Trang at Buble nails salon and Spa.

Please tell me why I called to make an appointment for a cut and color because their website says the offer that (even have a coupon for it) and they scheduled me, so I drive 30 minutes to get to them, walk in and they say oh we dont do hair here..horrible way to do business!

Ive gone here a lot because its convenient. But Im never going here again. The staff is inconsistent (sometimes great sometimes terrible) and when I got my eyebrows done this last time the wax was so hot it burned me and left a large red line above my eye. No apology, no discount, she just told me to come back for a haircut. Only go here as a last resort knowing its a coin flip and you may leave with a scar.

I would give this salon 10 stars if I could. Amazing customer service and I love how clean and fresh the inside looks. Best eye brow wax and mani/pedi Ive had in years. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail. All done with a smile and kind words. I was born and raised in pinecrest and Ive been to every nail salon in a reasonable distance. I just started going to this nail salon and recently started getting Acrylic nails the nail tech that did it was diamond and she is the worst my nails broken within 2 days so when i go back to fill they had to remove them and i paid to pay for full because of this nail tech named diamond worst experience in my life!!!! But the nail tech i had last julie was was great and she would be the only reason this salon will have me as a loyal customer only because of her.

I have been getting my nails and other services done by Trang for many years now. I am happy that she is the new owner of the Bubbles Nails Spa. Her customer service is always on 100% . I recommend anyone to go visit Trang!In addition, she’s renovating the salon and her tools have always been sterilized. I followed her from another salon.

I love that this place is under new management, it is so much better! I have been there twice since it has been under the new management. Thao (I believe thats how you spell her name) she is amazing, she did my pedi, mani and eyebrows. I have found my go to place :)
