Cindy 2 (there are two Cindy’s) always takes good care of me. When she left another establishment I followed her here. I got a pedicure (Spa), manicure (full set French tip), face wax, Brazilian and a well needed body massage. All for a great price. The building is very clean, the staff is very friendly and the service is top tier. I would highly recommend.

I have been here twice and have been happy with the service.On my 2nd visit, a male nail technician did my nails. He did a wonderful job on my nails, he cut them not too long and did rounded tips. He was polite but not really in the mood to be chatty. I didnt mind.The place was clean and had relaxing music. I will be going back again.

Walked in thinking we were just going to get a simple pedicure and walked out with these beauties! The product that is used is a very good product. Its been a week and theres no chopping or dullness whatsoever. My foot massage was hands down the best I have ever received.

The tech that attended to me today was very attentive, and detailed, and very polite as well! She is so quick and dies an amazing job every time and they can last for up to a month without lifting or chipping.

Nice salon, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff but not enforcing COVID-19 protocols. An older woman was coughing without a mask and another woman wasnt wearing a mask while bring serviced. Older woman coughed directly in the way of her nail tech while in the pedicure chair.

I recently visited Bella for the first time to get a dip powder manicure in preparation for my bachelorette weekend. The salon was very clean, and I felt totally safe going there despite COVID still being a problem. I saw Cindy when I was there and she did an excellent job! She was very nice and professional - my nails have never looked better! Im so excited to go back in a couple of weeks to get my nails done for my bridal shower.

I really am not in love with how they waxed and tinted my brows. It was the first time getting them tinted and she was unable to answer my questions. I heard her and other staff saying how the color is too dark with my blonde hair. She left dye on my face and blamed me for hole she put in my brows. The shape was poor she did as well. I miss Mrs Beau.

They rush and speak so fast that they often do not even hear the answer to the questions they ask. Made an appt and the appt was accepted. I shifted my schedule to accommodate the appt. Arrived before my appt and was asked to have a seat. I waited someone came over and asked if I had an appt. I said yes and gave the name of the person I had an appt with. A second person came over asked me if I had an appt and again I said yes and she said who is the appt with. I mentioned again that I had an appt with Cindy. After waiting more than 30 mins I walk to the back and ask for the person named Cindy. One of the Cindy’s advise that there are two and says which one of us do you have an appt with. I would not know who is and who is not Cindy but I do know that my appt was accepted. Finally someone says oh we dont have you in the book and tells me that the person who accepts the appt made a mistake. It should not have taken me going to the back to speak to someone to find this out. I wasted my entire lunch break there. So disappointing. Not professional at all and I wont be going back. I can spend my money elsewhere. That is bad business.

Please read it and never go there!This is the worst Nail & Spa I have ever had the misfortune to work with. Their customer service is under zero. Even the employees don’t listen to your requests, really Poor of communication skills. I went there this afternoon so after a long waiting they messed my nails also my time! The employee was so rude and impolite. The price is extremely high expensive and they will not give you what you want, only what they think you deserve. So I had to drive to my permanent Nail store to fix my Nails and spend the money just because of “Bella Nail Salon & Spa”. Please find another Nail store to your beauty needs.

This was my first time at this salon. My first impression was great... Its clean, has great statics and the environment was relaxing. I had just moved and thought I hit a jokepot. Unfortunately, I wasnt happy with the service Ive received. A man, the only one thier decided to do my pedicures after he had told me I needed to wait for 10 minutes, until one of the girls finish, which I was ok with. He barely scrubbed, filed, messaged and shaped. He didnt even communicat with me. When I realized that he was getting ready to paint my nails, I asked him if he can clean my heels a little more. With absolutely no response to me, he scrubbed both my heels for no more than 15 seconds total. I realized he had no intention on giving me a service worth my money. Quite frankly, it was annoying and disrespectful. I hate getting shafted.

Very mean. this is the second time I was put with someone who continuously spoke about me in another language with giggles and what seemed like insults while servicing me. After asking her to please stop talking about me in another language; it’s rude and makes me uncomfortable, she continued moments later. I have no idea what her name is but it really doesn’t even matter. I’ll find another nail salon who appreciates their loyal customers.

I got a manicure and gel pedicure from Nancy. She was AWESOME! She took her time and her legs/feet massage was the best I ever had. I live in Washington DC but the quality is worth the drive and price. A+++

This was a great salon. I did the dip nails and they turned out pretty good. Some are a little crooked but thats OK. I also got my eyebrows done and they look amazing
