Matt showed up late on Labor Day Saturday and stopped a horrendous leak with a temp patch that multiple contractors hadnt located in 48 hours of looking. Lakewood returned the next Tuesday and repaired asap. They were easy to schedule, communicated promptly, pleasant, professional. These guys are definitely being called if any future plumbing problems happen.

Very slow (union) company that needs to set higher standards for their employees. Took forever, did mediocre work, and was a pain in the a$$ to deal with after one of their employees dropped the ball not only on my residential project but on a commercial project as well. I will do my own plumbing before I called this company ever again it is not rocket science. For simple projects like a boiler inspection maybe call them but for any substantial work seriously look elsewhere.

Appointment was made over Holiday weekend and service technician (Joe) arrived on time the next day. Quote to perform work was more than reasonable and completed efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs plumbing help.

I own a rental home in Colorado and live out of state. Last week my rental management company said the tenant called and had a backed up drainpipe in the basement. They called another plumbing company and scoped the line and said it would cost several thousand dollars to jackhammer up the concrete and repair the 4 food of line.When I asked for a competitive quote, my rental company contacted Lakewood Plumbing. They reviewed the scope of work and provide a price that was below the original scope of service.Yesterday when I read my email update on the project, I learned that Lakewood Plumbing went to the house and scoped the line again for free, waiving the several hundred dollar charge to review exactly where the broken pipe was.Not only did they not find a damaged pipe, they were able to flush the pipe and get the drain system working again without issue. Torrey, the owner, wrote an email describing that he would not be charging for any of the services they performed yesterday! What an honest company saving me thousands of dollars!We need more honest, dependable, and affordable companies in Denver like Lakewood Plumbing.

Our HOA contracted Lakewood Plumbing and Heating a few months ago to repair a gas leak. Our heat and hot water was turned off for several days. Now they are back to repair the same gas leak!!! I am assuming this is the cause of recent health issues for myself and my son, that seem to be consistent with gas poisioning!! As of now, our heat and hot water have been off for 6 full days! They are now blaming Xcel stating that it will not be turned on today because Xcel needs to replace the meter. However, Xcel made no mention of this several months ago, or when they turned off the gas last Wednesday or inspected the gas last Friday. At least 15 units have been without heat and hot water for almost a week, many residents have small children or are elderly!!! Completely incompetent and lacking customer service!

I won’t ever use them again. Tried them out on the most simplest repair (dripping hose faucet) and they gouged the price double what they said on the phone. Tech Mark was here less than 45 min. Steve has the chance to make it right but chose to make a quick buck over a fair price for fair work. Work was less than 7 min. Parts were less than $10. I understand having a trip charge, and that should have covered it. Integrity takes a lifetime to earn, but Steve through it out in 7 minutes.

We had a bad smell coming from our bathroom and called Lakewood Plumbing and Heating. They scheduled us for a same day appointment which I have never had a plumber do for a non-emergency. Then when the plumber arrived the fix was so quick that he didnt even charge the standard house call fee and refused our offer to pay for his gas. What an honest, reliable company. We will definitely be using them again and hope others will too!

I have been using Torey at Lakewood Plumbing for over 15 years now and I thought it was about time to give them a shout out. Lakewood plumbing has done everything from installing commercial cooling units at our office , plumbing needs from tenants, and also installed a heater at our home and most recently retro-fitted a bathroom drain to fix what was originally done incorrectly.Chris came out and explained the process which would include jack hammering the foundation, install new PVC drain pipes and clean up. He showed up on time and completed the job in about 1/2 a day. Chris was very detailed and thorough with the entire process.I have complete faith in Torey and his team at Lakewood Plumbing and appreciate all of their efforts and competetive pricing.

Arrived on time and got the work done quickly. Employees were friendly. Wore masks inside and outside my house - important in these times! Installed my back flow valve for my sprinkler system - would recommend.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Our landlord had us call Lakewood plumbing due to a back up issue we have had. My husband called them and set up an appointment. They were supposed to be out here between 9-12 last Thursday. At 11:30 we called because no one had showed up or even called to say they were running late. Lady that we talked to said she would call the tech and see where he was. Called back about 15 minutes later and said that they would be here within the hour. Which at this point they are going to be late by those times. We took off work to be here waiting for them to be late. They came a little after 12 which at least they showed up. They Then ran our kitchen line and said we had a broken line due to pulling back mud. They said they would be in contact with our landlord.We thanked them and they left.We had a huge back up in our basement due to using the sink like they said we could. They said it should be better now but need to fix the break. Well we haven’t even able to use our kitchen sink for a week now due to it backing up so bad that we had water everywhere. Talked to our landlord and she said she had given the approval to get the work done. Waited and waited a couple days and still no plumber. My husband called them yesterday and nobody knew what was going on. She would call us back and let us know. Call again at 4:50 and they were closed. Called them this morning she hadn’t supposedly heard from the higher ups and she was going to try get an answer. 3 hours later still no call back so we called again. She still didn’t have an answer and would call us in an hour to let us know. It is now 5:15 pm and she hasn’t even called us back. These people need to learn that if people hire you to fix things then please actually call them back and say you can do it! We are now going on over a week of no use of our kitchen sink. We are washing dishes in buckets so that we can actually eat and use our dishes and our sink! If it weren’t for the request of our landlord we would have called someone else a long time ago to fix this!!

Asked if they would provide a quote for work done on a home that had an inspection done. They didnt even need to come out, as all the work that needed to be done was already laid out in the report. At first they said that they would only provide a quote if I paid them $175, I dont think they even looked at the inspection report. When I told them that they just needed to do the work already outline for them, they simply said they were too busy and too look elsewhere.

Brian was awesome!! He was early and listened to all my problems and concerns. He completed the work quickly as we had a water line break. He added shut off‘s where needed and adjusted a faucet to work properly. I would recommend Lakewood Plumbing to anyone!! I will be requesting Brian for future work that I may need in the future!

Have been working with them for years- i just moved into a new house and needed help turning on the water heater. The new receptionist was SO helpful in telling me what to do in order to get hot water! Nothing but good things to say about lakewood plumbing!

This company took over 13 hours to fix an issue. The entire apartment complex was without water due to their ignorance and lack of experience. Each time theyfixed the issue, the water was back off in 15 minutes. This is absolutly asinine and I would never recommend this company to anyone, save your money and do it yourself, youre better off. The plumber that came to the property was rude blew his cigarette smoke into my car and because he followed my car suspeciouly into our locked garage he terrified my child for her safety. I would NOT hire this company unless you want an inexperienced felon fixing the issue.

I will not utilize this company ever again. Their rates are exorbitant and they installed a backflow in my building which ended up being the wrong equipment. It malfunctioned and flooded the basement. My management company contacted them but they refused to do anything about this situation. I had the plumber write up an assessment of what occurred but they still refused any resolution.

Lakewood plumbing was hired to do a repair at our apartment building, with over 13 hours of labor the problem is still not resolved, even with multiple times of them saying it was fixed for it to break and have to be shut off again. I would high advise aganst using them on any commerical property.

Absolutely the worst company ever. They have been working on our apartments all day and water is still off. I called in to see how long it was going to take because I need to take a shower and the RUDEST woman answered the phone and blew me off saying i need to get ahold of maintenance. OMG Dave Logan is going to hear about this for sure. How disrespectful of a place. These guys couldnt fix a repair if their life depending on it. This is the 4th or 5th time in 2 months that the water has been down... These guys SUCK

Lakewood Plumbing came as requested to look at my AC which was not cooling. 1st guy was chatty, but cleaned my filters, charged 319 dollars and said for sure I did not need freon, which I requested when I made the call. Next day I called back...AC not working. Rescheduled for following week. Got a call at work, two hours early saying tech at house. Rushed home. Tech opened machine box, took readings, said pressure too high and drained some pressure (freon). Then said needed compressor, under warranty, but shop may not want to do it if AC company was not good under warranty, meaning if they were hard to deal with. 3 days later I get a quote to replace compressor for 2000. With note had to sign in 3 days. Called another company, who came to assess, added freon, now AC works. Go figure. RIP off org. Do not use them!!!

Extremely reasonably priced and the service was over the top! Bruce went out of his way to explain everything to me step by step. No upselling, no unnecessary stress over do I need this now or can it wait? Nope, completely honest and helpful. I’m grateful I trusted the reviews here and my gut. We called three different companies to come fix a clogged basement drain and ended up going with Lakewood Heating and Plumbing for their reasonable price and quick service. Efren came on short notice, did an excellent job (went an extra 25 feet with the snake just to make sure there were no additional issues), and was SO nice! I cant say enough about these guys. I needed both a furnace and A/C replacement. Ray walked me through the options, provided me information in order for me to make the best choice to fit our situation. He answered all of my questions and when I decided on what we wanted, I felt confident we were getting the correct product. The installation team was great. Courteous and prompt and professional. Lastly, we had an issue that came up not related to the project, and Ray took immediate action to correct the problem and stayed on top of it until it was completely resolved. Ive called Lakewood Plumbing 3 times, I believe all on Saturdays -- all for clogged drains (old pipes :-/). They have ALWAYS been able to accommodate me same-day and the service was efficient and courteous. I really appreciate the flat fee vs. the $45 up front assessment and then mystery price after that that so many other plumbers have. I will continue to use them and highly recommend!

This company did a great job for me! They were incredibly knowledgeable about the plumbing systems I needed serviced, did their work while keeping the area they were working in clean, were very friendly and their pricing was very fair.

We had a problem with our boiler that another company wanted to charge us $12,000 to replace. I called Lakewood for a second opinion and Ray came out within the hour to take a look. Not only did he initially quote us a much, much lower price to replace the boiler ... once he checked it out he said he couldnt do that because the boiler worked just fine and simply needed a routine cleaning to address the problem. Its that kind of honesty and integrity you dont see enough of these days. I could not recommend this place more highly.

We have an older furnace and were told by other companies a full replacement was necessary. The technician came out, fixed a minor issue and mentioned we may want to upgrade our furnace in the next few years due to replacement parts being more difficult to find. I had initially called a nationally recognized name to come do a plumbing repair, but I wasnt satisfied with their response time. I gave Lakewood Plumbing a call and they quoted a response time that was two hours sooner. Their plumber was knowledgeable, professional, and hardworking. The price was quoted in advance so I knew exactly how much the job was going to cost. Definitely recommend!

Needed a new furnace and AC combo, contacted 6 local bidders and received 5 bids (one other installer wasnt on the Xcel approved contractor list..check yours carefully, no rebates unless they are on the list...Lakewood is)...Had Ray Chavez out to the house and he gave me a very thorough list of options explaining what each would do for me. I am that guy that asks a 1000 questions, Ray didnt mind at all and I got the feeling I was dealing with a waiter at Mortons...things were going to be done right, no fast talk, plain answers and the of course attitude...very pleasant experience. Followed up with Ray on a few questions I had derived from the other bidders and his answers seemed to me to be straight forward and rational, not everyone was that way! I appreciated Ray being patient and never felt like I was bothering him, he returned my emails and phone calls promptly.Installation day went as smooth as could be, Chad & Brad showed up on time and worked hard through the day. Install was done as expected and the new sweet machines were hummin. Not extra charges, no install day gotchas. Brad did the excel paperwork and testing (its extensive) to ensure I would get the rebates. The guys were friendly and didnt ever seem put-out with my questions along the way. Passed inspection with flying colors. Ray has been great answering followup questions, certainly not one of those companies that once the contract is signed, theyre moving on. Obviously a good experience, highly recommend them.

Questionable billing practices and rude office personnel. I would never, ever recommend this company to friends or family, and have suggested my HOA look elsewhere for plumbing services that won’t be overcharged. Please consider other plumbing services that will provide a well documented proof of service, signed technician labor, and a polite billing department. The BBB has been contacted.

During a heat wave this summer several companies promised to show up and did not. Lakewood did not make unrealistic promises, came out when they said they would, very professional, got the job done quickly, correctly and at a fair price. I rate these guys at five stars. I have rental properties. Today I called and a plumber came to a rental and remedied a plumbing stoppage for my tenant, the same day that I called. Excellent and very polite service.

We had sewer issues so a estimator was scheduled to come at 1. I waited till 1:30 and then call the company. They told me that he couldnt make it so we reschedule for the next day at 10. I repeatedly told them to please give me a call if they cant make it and also though it was unprofessional to not notify me. Had to call them up again the next day, since I had to take time of from work. The estimator called me much later claiming that he was at my house, rang the bell. Nobody was there so he left. First of all, I was at the house, saw someone parked across the street. I waited for him to make a move. At that time, Lakewood Plumbing did not try to reach me either. Why not to Simply give me a call and say that he was outside the house? The kicker was when he asked where my water leak was. I was very clear with our problems, sewer! Being tardy and bad at communicating lost them our business.

We had 2 faucets that were ten years old and leaking, couldnt take them apart ourselves due to rust, these guys were in and out in approximately 2 hours! And the job was done right! and the prices were nearly identical as if we did the work ourselves (After we bought tools and the faucets, etc).

I had an appointment from 11 to 1. No one showed or called. Then at 2 I got a call and was told they no one was coming. AAA pluming came in 45 minutes.look at the number of reviews!
