I needed to replace my boiler. I scheduled a bid and Daniel showed up on time and walked me through what needed to be done. He knew so much about his job and put me at ease. The bid came in a bit higher than another company but I decided that they provided good value so signed the contract. On the first day of service, Omar and Mason showed up. They were friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. The job lasted three days and they were just a pleasure to have in our home. They cleaned up every single thing and left me with a beautiful new boiler! I can’t say enough about how great this crew was. I will always hire Blue Sky for all of my plumbing needs!

Had a water heater that needed to be replaced for a family friend that doesnt speak English very well. The Blue Sky team was amazing. They were punctual, polite, and professional. Our AC died at the beginning of August, and Blue Sky was able to get out to see us weeks before the other companies I called. They did a thorough walk through of the AC and furnace, explaining everything that was needed in laymans terms.The removal and replacement of our AC and furnace took about a day and a half. They made sure everything was up to code. In fact, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a functioning AC before they left on the first day. After two weeks with no AC, this was a big win for us. Thank you Blue Sky team!

I had wonderful luck but beyond luck but a wonderful blessing from blue sky plumbing. From the kindness of the person that answers the phone to our service technician Isaiah Romero. Everything was wonderful but Isaiah is a quality amazing wonderful gifted person I don’t mean to use all those adjectives lightly in fact I don’t but he was wonderful from the beginning to the end. I asked him to please call me if you could before he came as I had a very important work call. And he did and he listened carefully and understood and then when he arrived I was still able to be on my work call Anne and he understood this and he was able to do the initial diagnosis and repair as much as he could and then he had to send another technician to do a picture of the pipe He was wonderful and as a representative of blue sky, I would say blue sky is highly blessed by Isaiah Romero. He is wonderful in every way, he knows what he’s doing but he does it with kindness caring and compassion. I am a minister and a therapist and I don’t meet too many people like this in general but especially someone who comes to your house and repairs things when your whole house is turned upside down because of the issue. I had frozen shut off valves underneath a bathroom sink which forced me to shut off the water to the entire house when the faucet started leaking due to an unusual issue. Blue Sky was available on the day that I called and technicians came within the promised window and made the necessary repairs with what seemed to be good quality parts. No other plumber that I called was available that same day and many asked me if I wanted to make an appointment for a few days later which would have meant that I would go without water in the house for 2 days. The guys sent to do the work were very personable. However, the company charges a ridiculously high fee to show up on a Saturday even though they are open on Saturday routinely and that fee is not applied to the labor utilized to make the necessary repairs. The person who answers the phone tells you that upfront. The company also sent out 2 people for the service call which is appropriate for many types of repairs although not necessary for mine. If you want to use Blue Sky, especially on a weekend, it will cost you dearly but the work will be done well by personable people using quality parts.

I called Blue Sky Plumbing because of a very slow leak in my basement. Blue Sky was able to schedule a plumber within two days which saved me from paying emergency plumber prices. On my scheduled day, I was fortunate to have Mitch, the plumber, arrive early at my Northwest Denver home built in 1940. Mitch was patient waiting for me to arrive. He worked diligently to uncover where the leak was coming from while clearly communicating what he was doing along the way. Thank you Mitch and Blue Sky Plumbing!

The installation timing was discussed and planned well.The installation was done very professionally. Omar and Mason were on time, communicative on the daily installation plan, worked diligently, and were very polite during every interaction. At the end of every day, they clean up and left our home/worksite in a neat and organized fashion.This level of service extended to the follow up checks as well. Blue Sky Plumbing & Heating technician, Dylan Stiles, truly deserves a five-star rating. He installed our new water heater--not an easy task in our home due to an odd placement of the old tank, being located between two furnaces with tight spaces, complicated venting, gas connection, etc. He worked the better part of the day diligently and kept my husband and me informed as to his progress. At the end of the installation, he took the time to explain the new expansion tank, hot water controls and shut-off valves. He also relocated the tanks position to make all of the mechanicals more accessible. He left my basement clean and orderly. I appreciate his professionalism and ability to solve messy plumbing problems. I definitely recommend Dylan and Blue Sky for any plumbing needs.

I called because I thought there was a leak in my water heater. After setting my appointment online, with upmost ease, I received a call the morning of my appointment. Marty came on time, was friendly, professional, and thorough. He went through all of the possibilities it could be, testing water from different sources and watching to see what the pool up could be. He discovered that the water was from the AC unit backed up in the PVC pipe from the drainage pan. He was upfront about the price (quite reasonable and saved me thousands on getting a new furnace and possibly causing an electrical fire that burned my house down). I was shocked at how much water had backed up and how plugged the PVC pipe was, especially because I try to get annual maintenance on the furnace. I will continue to use this company in the future, recommend it to anyone I know who needs help, and turn to them for maintenance on the furnace going forward.

Josh, arrived early to the scheduled appointment. He quickly got to work and removed the old faucet allowing the new kitchen faucet to be quickly install. Josh confirmed there were no leaks and answered my question with a value add answer and I can only hope a glint in his eye. He is a GREAT attribute and easy going pipe man at Blue Sky. Josh so far has provided the plumbing services requested, I am looking for more that he may be called upon to keep this customer satisfied!

I am remodeling my kitchen and it was strongly recommended that I swap out shut off valves on the plumbing being replaced. I got an appointment within a few days, Bill was on time and did a great job to quickly and efficiently get the job done. I recommended them to my parents and they already have a new hot water heater in the interim. I’ll call them again when my handyman doesn’t want to install the sinks. : -)Having some need of the plumbing after this event I now know Blue Sky’s prices were way over usual and customary for shut off valves. Approximately $100 in parts so $800 in labor for an hour and a half for work. Bill did great work and doesn’t fix the pricing but I won’t use them again.

Marty was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my toliet also look at my valves for my laundry and helped me come up with a plan to fix at a great price... so I dont have another leak surprise. I felt very taken care of and he fixed it so fast. It was just a pleasure to have in the home. I recommend this company for any repair they offer. Blue Sky performed a repair of an AC unit that a couple of other companies would not perform, as they (the other companies) were not capable of performing that service. The technician arrived as scheduled, made a careful diagnosis and made one return trip to the warehouse to get the necessary part. He returned in about an hour, installed it and performed a test of the functionality of the system. It has been working satisfactorily since then.

Ben and the Blue Sky team are very professional and courteous. Our AC unit is on the roof and it definitely requires some maneuvering- so I appreciate when they take their time and make sure to pay attention to detail. Would definitely recommend their services.

I couldnt be happier with my interactions with Blue Sky. One of the most honest companies I have dealt with recently. The first experience was during the winter when the furnace went out. Blue Sky responded quickly and were extremely professional. They walked me through all my options, but didnt try to upsell me or take advantage of the situation. The second time was just this last month with my AC unit. My air conditioner unit is 18 years old. The initial assessment was just going to be a little general maintenance. Unfortunately, some additional work was needed. Blue Sky once again walked me through all my options and were very honest. Would strongly recommend Blue Sky to friends and family.

Very pleased with the service from Blue Sky. I had a heat pump mini-spilt system installed in our mountain home, love the option for heating and cooling. Daniel was excellent in estimating the job and making great suggestions to optimize our heating systems. Jason and his crew were punctual, professional, and CLEAN! Our thermostat stopped working, turned out water had collected in a trap that needed to be cleaned and a sensor installed. The team worked well together and the repair was completed quickly. Blue Sky Plumbing made the process of installing a new water heater and repairing a shower quick and easy. Chris came over to give me a quote and was very knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with Blue Sky. Bill was quick and efficient with diagnosing the issue that we had with our hot water heater. Once the replacement part came in he was in and out with the repair and was able to answer any questions that we had. We had a clogged main that another company tried 4 times to fix and couldnt. Heath with Blue Sky came out, looked at the problem, made a plan that required another man. Kurt and Vince showed up, made a plan with Heath and they got to work. Didnt take long before they produced positive results. Ran the line a second time to be sure and that was that. Both Heath and Kurt are great reps for Blue Sky. Cant thank them enough.

Blue Sky is always great, and the service tech Mario was no exception. He shared plenty of great insight about how to improve my system and the airflow in the home. I felt like he went above and beyond to solve this issue we were dealing with and provide tips for how to avoid or mitigate it in the future.

Had Blue Sky out to do maintenance on AC. Tech quoted a price and started working on unit outside. Proceeded to take multiple screws out of cover in order to wash out inside of unit by fan. After taking out about 12-15 screws he proceeded to try to pry cover off with screwdriver for a few minutes with no luck. Most likely cover would not come off because screws at bottom of unit cover by the pad were not removed. Told me now he would just have to spray from outside since I didn’t pay for the more complete and longer maintenance service and he could not take any additional time to try and figure out how the cover is supposed to come off?? Of the approx 12-15 screws removed he was only able to re-install about 4 of them since he couldn’t figure out how to line up the holes up on the cover to get them to screw into main box. I asked several times didn’t the screws need to be reinstalled and was told no and he told me that if he couldn’t get the cover off when they were removed it wasn’t going anywhere. I am now concerned that cover was not lined up correctly when he tried to put it back together again and when it rains water will get into the main electrical compartment.

Amazing people to work with, especially Allen. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced at repairing our HVAC systems that we have had constant problems with. If you want it fixed right the first time call and ask for Allen!

Ben and Brandon were awesome! I previously had another electrician out to fix the problem and he couldnt figure it out. Ben and Brandon showed up and no joke within 30 minutes had power to 6 outlets restored and a few minutes more my fan was up and running again. My air conditioner was not functioning. I had it repaired in previous years. Alan, from Blue Sky, was terrific - very thorough and knowledgeable. He noted the system was overcharged and there was an obstruction in the system. He pulled out some refrigerant and cleaned out the furnace. It runs the best it ever has.

First of all I would like to say that both services that I had done were great. The technicians were professional. The reason for the 2 rating is the inability to get my issue resolved in any form, and the lack of communication.I tried to rectify the issue via email and also through phone, but have been ghosted by Bryan Stiles who is the Service Manager. It also appears that their back office is a bit of a mess, I had a very hard time getting my email to the appropriate person.Here is the issue (and the original email that I sent). Prices are only quoted to show the difference in price between the condensing and non-condensing unit. I understand that supplies may cost differently and that there is a markup with all plumbers:Hi:As I was going through the estimate, and then what was actually done I believe that I was overcharged for the work that was originally quoted. Attached is the original quote, and the final invoice (I have no idea who Jeff Thomas is that is referenced on the paperwork, not sure why that cant be fixed on your end).Original Quote:Rinnai Tankless Water Heater (Option A): THIS QUOTATION INCLUDES: Permit, labor, material and tax to perform the following:• Removal and disposal of existing water heater.• Installation of Rinnai 15,200-199,000 btu condensing tankless water heater.• Installation of PVC/Poly Propylene concentric vent to exterior of the home.• Installation of isolation valves and T&P.• Installation of condensate neutralizer.• Installation of Carbon Monoxide detector.• Connection to cold water supply and hot water distribution system.What was actually done:I was told that the original condensing unit would not work, and they were going to go back to the non-condensing unit, like the one that was installed.Installed was a RL94i and none of the other work was done. Google search shows the cost of the RL94i to be $1,439. The cost for the condensing unit as shown by a google search is $1,749. I was given about a $200 reduction for the new unit, but again received none of the other work. No carbon monoxide detector, no condensate neutralizer, not sure about the isolation valves, my guess no because they were already in there. No PVC/PolyPropylen vent to the exterior of the home (It already existed).

Mike and Marty were amazing! We had a leaking pipe from our bathroom to our basement that they fixed quickly and efficiently. We also had a poorly set up sewage system leading from our laundry to the main sewer line that was allowing sewage gas into our home. They were able to figure out the issue immediately and fix it. They expected the projects to take a day but it only took them half the day to complete. Very nice guys and would definitely recommend!!

From this point on, this is the only company I am going to use for my heating and air conditioning needs. We purchased new furnaces from a different company in December. They did not redo the wiring to connect the new furnace to our air conditioning system. We called another company who came out and told us we needed to contact the company that put our new furnace in. They couldnt get put for two weeks even though we had spent all this money with their company. Steven from Blue Sky came out and identified the issue. He said that he needed someone else to help and offered to come back the next day with Brian and they were able to fix a complicated problem that no one else wanted to. Thank you Blue Sky.

Their expert technician came to look into an issue we were having with our heat and hot water. He determined we needed to do 3 things: replace a valve, replace a gauge, and relocate the intake and exhaust of our system because of a deck we recently built above the original intake/exhaust. He quoted all the work and I followed up to schedule the appointment to complete the 3 items. The day the technician came back, he informed me he could only complete 2 of the 3 items and would need to re-schedule for the 3rd. The first two items were completed without issue and we scheduled an additional visit for the intake/exhaust relocation.The fateful day finally came and the same technician showed up with an apprentice to help him drill the necessary holes and run the new pipe for the intake/exhaust. Shortly after their arrival, the apprentice was wandering around looking confused. He told me that he didnt know where the technician was or what the plan was. Eventually, they got to work drilling through the first of the two walls they would need to drill through for the new pipes. After about an hour, the technician came out and told me they would need to charge me an extra $200 for the job. While not happy about being asked to pay $200 more than the original $1400 quote, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. They then left to get a bigger drill. They returned and spent the next 6 hours drilling 2 holes through a single 8-inch think concrete wall. At 5pm, the technician came out of the basement, and told me they had only managed to get through 1 of the 2 walls and would need to hire a core drilling company to complete the job. He said he would follow up with timing for that. So, postponed once again.The next day, the technician called and said the core drilling company could be at our house the next week and that the additional cost to complete the job would be $900. I told the technician that almost doubling the cost of a job whose scope had not changed was unacceptable. I followed up with a call to Blue Skys office and asked for the Service Manager. The person who answered told me he was in a meeting with the other managers and that he would call me back when he was out of that meeting. Four hours passed with no call, so I called back. This time I was forwarded to the Service Managers voicemail. I left a message describing the situation and my frustration and asking him to return my call. 24 hours later and still no call, so I called Blue Skys office to let them know that I would be going with another company (one that quoted the same original $1400 for the job) and would no longer be doing business with Blue Sky.Its now been a week and I still have not heard from Blue Sky. I dont know if they have made a conscious decision to try to take advantage of their customers during the pandemic, but they clearly couldnt care less about retaining a long-term customer that was paying a premium for their annual service plan.Buyer beware - this company combines incompetence (Ive spoken to multiple other companies that have all said it was obvious a core drill was needed for the job) with dishonest sales practices.

Blue Sky and their technician (Bill) provide a professional and friendly service when it comes to any HVAC issues. Beside their semi-annual check up, they reviewed a recent inspection report (from home sale) to ensure all issues were fully addressed. They are very responsive, and were able to work with my schedule to get the needed service done quickly.

The Professionals at Blue Sky provided top notch service and products. Our furnace and AC were installed on time, on budget, and to our satisfaction. The service technicians, especially Alan Snyman, were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to deliver the product. I would definitely use them in the future, and will be sure to use their maintenance services for years to come.I would highly recommend Blue Sky to anyone looking for talented and trustworthy HVAC or Plumbing services.

Our old bathtub faucet was leaking and required rare, hard-to-find pieces. Marty spent time to explain the issues, and was committed to fixing them, even though it required a lot more than they originally anticipated. He was incredibly kind and smiled and laughed through the difficult repair. He was also very patient with my nosy cats, even when they stole pieces right out from under him. Highly recommend!

I feel very lucky to have found Blue Sky Plumbing. In fact, they were recommended to me by another plumbing company. Total professionals from start to finish. With the need for a new boiler I found myself lost when it came to finding help and guidance. Blue Sky gave me many options to choose from. The job was a success from start to finish. The technicians who came were well prepared, and very respectful of my home. I will not have a problem recommending or using them again.

This company is outstanding. Mike and Tanner were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and performed the repair in a timely manner. They worked on our Rannai heater. They are heads above prior service companies we used. We are now loyal customers and will always rely on Blue Sky!

They maintain our cooler and up until this year have been pricey but efficient. This year, however, the last 4 appointments where subpar.On the first of is a 2 story house which requires 2 techs. Our house has always been 2. Reschedule!2nd visit motor got installed but they had not brought a belt which we have not gotten yet. They neglected to tell us the pads needed to be replaced so when it didn`t move enough air, we had to call them out once more to tell us that.On the next visit when we were told about the pads, we rescheduled and requested aspen pads. When they arrived to install the pads they had synthetic not aspen. You guessed it, reschedule for today.Flip the page until today when they were to be here between 10 and 2. They called to say they would a bit late and at 2 called to surprise reschedule! Enough! I finally figured out what was most important to them and it was not us!

Blue Sky Plumbing and Heating has been fantastic! My heating system failed and they were able to rearrange some people/other projects to get to mine sooner. Omar, Matt and Daniel were great to work with, taking extra time to get everything done with high quality and still concerned about our lack of hot water and heat! I have no concerns about asking them back for other work as it comes up--in fact theyre already coming back to install a new pressure tank.

I have had great prior experience with Blue Sky, both residential and commercial. Recently Mitch assisted with a leaking faucet, toilet and a toilet install. Before his arrival Sarah from the office called and gave an update on his ETA. Then a few minutes before his arrival Mitch called. I really appreciate the communication. There were challenges with this particular faucet and the accessibility to the connections. Mitch showed professionalism and patience through some extremely challenging tasks. He was able to save our fixtures and get us back in business. Only draw back was the specialty cartridge they had to pick up for the next day. That delay that was out of his control. Mitch protected the surfaces and cleaned up extremely well.

Fantastic service!! On time, professional and explained on both fronts cost and work to be done!
