From initial phone call, super friendly and accommodating to the diagnosis and install of a new AC, the job was seemless. Josh and Connor were professional, friendly and explained every aspect of the job. I had to leave but they called when completed and gave me an update and even locked up for me.

My home warranty company selected Express Pros to check my air conditioner that was not working. When on-site, the technician was knowledgeable, and quick to replace the capacitor that had reached end of life. This part of the experience was good.The bad:The technician was scheduled to show up on a Tuesday between 12-4. By 4, he had not shown up. I contacted the main number, who said he was running behind at other jobs, but would definitely be at my house. By 6pm, still nothing. My appointment had been pushed to Wednesday. He finally arrived Wednesday, and did the workThe tech confirmed with me that this was a home warranty job. He then made the repair (capacitor replacement), and said that I owe the contracted company $429 (for a part I can get at Home Depot for $30). He said that the process was for me to pay them, and then the Home Warranty company would reimburse.After discussion with my home warranty company after the fact, they said they will not reimburse, because Express Pros did not follow the approval process. They also noted that $429 for a capacitor replacement is way above the industry standard of $150.While I’m not happy with the Home Warranty company for not reimbursing….I believe it is shameful that a company contracted by the home warranty did not follow the proper procedure with the home warranty company before completing the work. My share should have been $75 deductible paid to Express Pros…the rest should be a discussion between Express Pros and the warranty company.I’ve added a picture of “customary capacitor replacement cost”. You will see that $429 is well above the usual and customary charge that Express Pros charged me.

Just like other reviews, the company was picked by my home warranty to perform the AC repair. I waited for several days for the scheduled appointment, which was cancelled 10min prior to the scheduled slot. No calls, just bye. New appointment was scheduled, by email. New one also cancelled 10min prior to the new slot. It was made clear to me that I have to pay extra above the $100 deductible, in order for technician to show up, or wait many many days otherwise. Mid next week, not guaranteed. Charged $300, they called it “after hours charge”, though the job was done at weekday 4pm slot. After “extra pay” technician immediately shows up. Tells me the starter has to be replaced. $10 starter. Both on Amazon and Home Depot. No kidding. $10 piece. Technician tells me he wants $460. Or “wait 1mo till insurance approves it and we are able to fit you on a schedule. ” Stunning. Replacement takes 3min flat. All together $760 for 3min work or regular weekday 4pm. Just like in other reviews I am being told to seek reimbursement from my home insurance company. Home insurance tells me, just like to other reviewer, the job was supposed to be $150… bottomline, this was not the experience I would recommend.

Other than the long delay in getting the parts I needed, my final team was GREAT! Thank you Connor and Josiah - and I cant forget Cheri! I had one-two techs at the beginning that was part of the delay after a bad diagnosis (they didnt understand heat pumps) that ended me up not getting my home warranty to cover the full replacement of my HVAC system - but all in all, once Connor showed up, everything fell into place. If you have a heat pump - ASK FOR CONNOR. This company works hard to make sure you are a satisfied customer! THANK YOU!

Scheduled an appointment and was told the technician would arrive between noon and 4:00 PM today. I took off from work all afternoon waiting. Called the receptionist Sherry at 3:40 PM to confirm technician would arrive. She told me to text the technician on his ETA -- me doing her job, what horrible customer service! I texted the technician, but no response until 4:45 PM with a final arrival at 5:00 PM. Technician Jason didnt even apology for the delay. Didnt seem like he did much in servicing my central A/C and quoted me $650.00 to clean my furnace. Really?!!! The whole experience was a major disappointment.

If you are considering using Express Pro’s do yourself a favor and don’t. A completely incompetent technician charged me $400.00 to add coolant my system. However the system was not low on coolant. Then, when that did not fix the problem, I was told I needed a new system for $8,000.00. I called a competing company for a second opinion. The problem was a failed capacitor. My system was fixed within an hour including the removal of the coolant that Express Pro’s added in error. After calling the service manager I was told there was nothing they were going to do to refund any of my money.

Im really impressed with these guys, particularly Josh. First they came out to try to fix my old R22 AC system, and when they couldnt, they provided an estimate to replace the system. I called around to a few other places and received similar estimates, but timeline was a month out. ExpressPros could get me in next day. By 12pm the next day my AC was installed and working, which was perfect timing for the 96 degrees. The other companies would have required I wait a month for the install, for around the same price. Ill definitely be calling these guys again! Also, staff on the phone for scheduling was very friendly, responsive, and followed up when they said they would.

There are a lot of people that know how to install ACs and tend to HVAC systems but there arent people that do it with more character and kindness than Express Pros.Cherry, Josh, and Josiah are the nicest people we have ever delt with when i comes to house work.Josh took extra time to explain the AC issues we were having and spent time past that calling us and clarifying.Cherry picks up the phone and clarifies everything and anything when it comes to taking care of the work.Josiah stopped what he was doing to tell us that we had maybe missed trash day after he saw the garbage truck coming down the road.Hire them cause of their character and integrity. You wont regret it.

Not very good service I was charged 5500 for the basic standard unit and was told it would be installed the same day. The tech ended up collapsing my furnace and the company had to send help for him to finish the job the next day. Should have called the company that offered it for 4900 but thought I would get better service for 5500 I was wrong feel ripped off.

We had maybe four different companies come out to look at our AC unit which is on the roof in a very inconvenient place and Express Pros were the only ones to actually get up there and look at the unit. The other three just said its old, youll have to replace it and gave an estimate of $10K. Express pros were able to diagnose the problem and correct it. I cant recommend them enough!

Garen with Express Pros did a wonderful job tracking our AC problem and repairing it. He was very nice and knew what he was doing.

They are a fraudulent company with technicians that have no clue what they’re doing. They misdiagnosed our AC unit, said our Freon was low, charged crazy money to fill it, which wasn’t the issue and didn’t correct the problem. Then tried to sell us a compressor for $8K. Called a different company who came out fixed the issue (bad capacitor) in 30 minutes…oh and then we had to pay them to pump the Freon out of the system Express Pros put in! They have no moral compass and refused to help rectify it. Oh and their misdiagnosis caused our home warranty not to cover the repair. Express Pros is a fraud…they will take your money and run! Do NOT use them. We will be reporting them to the state, and the BBB.

Initially they came to repair my A/C and made every attempt to resolve it as inexpensively as possible. In the end we ended up having to replace the unit. Our house was very hot and we had company. They worked to find a quality unit they could install the next day so that we could all be comfortable. Great customer service!

Express Pro’s installed a new furnace and A/C unit in my home in May of 2020. When testing out the heater after installation, I was told that there was not enough airflow in my basement. Which struck me as odd, because my hot water heater has no issues at all. At that time, Conner quoted me a price of $1,200.00 for an air exchange. When he came out in September, to get my heater running for the winter, the price then jumped to $2,000.00. I questioned why the jump in price and he said nothing, then I figured I had to do it because the front of my furnace did not have the panel on it, and I was having to keep my basement door open. To say the least, it was an incomplete job. I called and sent multiple text messages with no calls back. After some time and mostly being mostly frustrated with this lack of service, I called another HVAC company. Come to find out, it was not an issue with the airflow, it was simply two air pressure switches that were bad. Again frustrating because the furnace was not even a year old. In talking to Amana, my furnace was actually built in July 2019, with an installation of May 2020 in my home. A simple $55.00 fix, compared to a $2,000.00 extra expense. When I called Express Pro’s to tell them what happened, they still offered to come out and do the air exchange, which was not necessary and would not be needing their services. They did not even try to make this right, not even an offer to reimburse me for the extra labor expenses. But in the long run, I guess I’ll pay for another company to come out and make sure the job is complete and not pay $2,000.00 for something that was not needed. When dealing with this company, I should have had them put their quotes in writing, because the price increased for me. I’m just frustrated and disappointed in the treatment that I received. I just hope that no one else has to go through this.

I am super impressed with the service we got from Express Pros. Our AC started faltering in the hot days of summer, so I called to schedule an appointment. They got me on the books for the very next day, showed up exactly on time, and Josh not only fixed my AC quickly (and was very friendly), but took the time to show me how to perform my own preventative maintenance and gave me a crash course in the way HVAC works. I’m a curious person so that was much appreciated.Cost was very reasonable and my house feels so much better. I definitely recommend this company.

Recently, my AC unit needed to be replaced, so I called Express Pros. Express Pros was able to make a house call the same day. The tech who visited (Bob) was very professional, knowledgeable and correctly diagnosed the issue within a few minutes of being on site. I then called Express Pros the next day to get a new AC. The company was able to send Andrew to my house for an Amana unit install the following day, and this time frame was weeks quicker than any other company. Weeks is an eternity when the AC is broken and the temperature is in the 90s. Express Pros was also able to beat competitors prices by at least $500. I was very impressed by the Express Pros company, Bob and Andrew.

I asked this company to clean my furnace for the sale of my home, they told me the furnace was cracked and unsafe to be using and I needed to pay them $4k to put in a new one. I asked them to leave and had Steel T come out to clean the furnace, they got it cleaned tuned up & checked all of its performance and not a damn thing wrong!! They just want your money, don’t ever use them unless you enjoy being harassed to spend way more.

We have had non stop issues with our AC since May and Andrew has helped us every step of the way . After we bought a new unit from Express Pros, it broke (not their fault manufacturing error). Andrew came right out the next day to fix it. When our next thermostat wasnt playing well with the new unit, Andrew was doing another install so he sent another guy out to help us that day. And when our unit was yet again freezing, possibly from coil leaks he came out immediately to seal it up. I cannot say enough good things about Andrew.

Was courteous of my time and always called when he was on the way. My furnace was old and needed to be replaced, he was very knowledgeable and honest about the situation and did an excellent job. I went with this company because they were the lowest bid. However, Im now regretting this big time. After the install, I had the following issues: 2 water leaks (from coil condensation) - the first one destroyed the drywall (which they replaced), but they couldnt detect or fix the second one. Poor connections of the flexible ducts which lead to them falling off (and therefore the system not cooling). They left trash scattered around the installation site, and they didnt give me the owners manual - I found it 4 years later and thus discovered that I couldnt get my extended warranty because I didnt register within 30 days. I will not use this company again.

I had an appointment scheduled with Express Pros for 10/31/2019 between 2 and 4 pm for a property where I have tenants. Connor Ferris was supposed to be the tech. On Friday, 11/1/2019, I called Express Pros because I had not heard back from the company to find out how the job went. When I spoke to someone in the office, they informed me that the appointment had been rescheduled for Monday, November 4th. However, neither I nor my tenants (who had Express Pros number as well) had heard anything about the appointment being rescheduled.They informed me that Connor Ferris would call me back to let me know what happened--both why the appointment had been cancelled and why neither I nor my tenants had not been informed. Connor did not call back on Friday. On Saturday, 11/2/2019, when I still had not heard back from Connor with an explanation about why the cancellation on Thursday had happened, I spoke with the office and I canceled the appointment for Monday. Then, on Sunday, 11/3/2019, I received an appointment reminder about the upcoming appointment for Monday, 11/4/2019! See attached screenshot. I promptly called the office *again* and informed them that the job must be canceled and that no one should show up at the property on 11/4/2019. This company is remarkably disorganized and non-communicative!

My furnace went out on Saturday and I asked around about the best company to go with was. I was recommended to them by multiple people, also read their reviews and decided to go with them. Andrew was my tech that came out on Monday for the estimate as well as the one to replace my furnace. He is an amazing person to work with and couldn’t be happier. I’ve worked in construction/restoration for 13 years and know first hand that finding a outstanding technicians is hard to find. The experience in a whole was amazing from talking to Cherry and having Andrew in my home. Would definitely recommend them for your heating needs. Also never once did they try and sell me something that was not needed. Again an absolutely an amazing company!!

Cut corners, improper installation of equipment, did not repair hole in my dry wall and installed a dead return vent upstairs that doesn’t return the hot air. Paid $13,000 and was told there is nothing they can do. I feel air leaks with in the supply and return. Don’t use them. And if you deal with Herb, ask for someone else. He just wants the sale. I asked for his help and never returns calls.

The folks at Express Pros are great to work with--helpful, informative and trustworthy. We had lights, fans and switches installed when we first moved in and will definitely use Express Pros again when its time to install AC in our house. Highly recommended!

This company is absolutely wonderful. I came home to a broken furnace and had to have it replaced but because of the storm coming up I needed it to be done as soon as possible. They came out the very next day to replace it and were extremely professional and informative about my new furnace. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that I know!!

We had Express Pros out at our house the other day for a furnace repair, and got our heat going right away with no problems. We were very happy with their customer service, they were professional and also respectful of us and our home. I dont think Ive ever seen any one work as hard as Josh with Express Pro did updating my swamp cooler. The unit wasnt working, and probably hadnt in several years. It took Josh at least three trips to finish the job, and he didnt raise his price. It was hot, dirty work, and he simply kept at it.Through the hot attic to the hot roof, up and down ladders, searching for old parts to go with an old cooler. He even added a step that he had not ever utilized, but when I asked if he would do it, he did it.Ive had to do or have done a lot of work on an older home I purchased, and this Express Pros and Josh was the hardest working, most effective sub-contractor I had do work Thanks, Josh!

After several frustrating hours calling around for service and outrageous quotes I came to EXPRESS Pros Heating Cooling and got Michael on the phone with assurance of same day service regardless the hour, plus the understanding of my financial situation which the other companies would not even consider. I would not recommend this company at all. Maybe if they had made a better effort to make things right I would but there was never any customer service like that to do so. I was referred to them by Federal Heating and Supply in Denver and trusted their recommendation because of their reputation in the industry, they used to do servicing but no longer do and they recommended Express Pros. I was in a pinch in November 2015 to get a furnace install done as winter had arrived in Colorado. Over the course of a few months it took them 11, yes eleven separate visits from to complete the job of installing a new Lennox furnace as well as a water heater. They also subcontract out most of their work as I came to find out. As a new homeowner I was unaware of the permitting process and they do not pull permits or recommend you do so in their quoting process. This is probably because of their work quality as I came to find out any reputable service company will recommend a homeowner to pull a permit. When asked if one could be pulled after realizing the horrible job done, they were reluctant to do so and the first inspection failed (despite the 10 other attempts of fixing stuff) resulting in their final eleventh visit. I had initially thought I would use them again to do the A/C install come spring time, but after the hassle and poor workmanship from the furnace and water heater install I decided against it and went with Now Heating and Air which I highly recommend for any HVAC work you may need done.

I am so happy with express pros. They fixed my humidifier issue when other companys had no idea what to do. The customer service was superb and their knowledge level was superior. Candido installed my humidifier and worked out all the issues involved with an older one. He even rerouted the water softner tube so the steam humidifier could receive negative ions which it needs to function. I am now making express pros my heating/cooling company.

My AC unit started leaking on one of the desks in our office. I needed to get this fixed and fast as I did not want the desk to ruin or the person sitting at the desk to be bothered by a leak. I called numerous places only to be met with harsh, unsympathetic, answers of NEXT WEEK, 2 WEEKS OUT. I called Express Pros and Cheryl was the sweetest person on the phone, she even tried to get me the next day if their previously scheduled project was completed early. I told her we will just go with Thursday, as after speaking with her I knew I was going to use them. Thursday arrives and Andrew called around 8am and was on his way. He fixed the issue in a timely manner, was polite and informative of what the issue was. I have now saved them in my vendor list, I will definitely contact them in the future for work to be completed. Great customer service! Thank you so much Express Pros!

We had them replace an AC unit at our condo. After 4 visits and over $5000 later the new AC still wasnt working properly. We finally had another company look at it and found multiple problems with their installation. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I was getting ready for Thanks Giving this year. It was three days before and I got up to start my yearly ritual to have my family for the holiday. I resized after I turned up the heat that the house was still cold. Our furnace was out! I was given the number for Express Pros from a friend. They came out on short notice. I have been a customer for over seven years now. Why? For all the reason listed above and MORE!I recently had some electrical work done on several outlets in the family room. I had too many things plugged in that room and sparks were shooting out the outlets. (Yikes!) I called Express Pro’s and asked for Mike. He was at my house that afternoon. He took the time to explain to me what was happing and why. He also had me sit down with him at the outlet to show me how to fix it. So if I wanted to update the other outlets in my house, I could. So not only great prices but is saving me money.Mike arrives with a smile on his face, clean pressed uniform, takes his shoes off at the door, very friendly to my daughter (that goes a long way with me), and cleaned up after he was finished.
