I’ve been using the services of B & B Heating and Air Conditioning ever since I moved to the Arvada area in 2016. Today Rod came to do the 6 month maintenance on the furnace. He was so patient with me, explained everything so well, and answered all of my questions. Every service person that has come to our house from B & B is very knowledgeable, thorough, and treats our home with care and respect. I highly recommend this company.

So I went thru the process of going on line doing some research seeing what would best serve my needs Got some quotes of witch B&B heating was several hundred lessthe next closes so based on that and the number of good reviews 38years in business I decided to go with them. Sebastian and Jerry cameout and did a really good job with the install they were friendly answermy questions addressed my concerns brought my system up to datemade the experience about as painless as one could hope for.Overallwas very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

On the hottest night of Summer21, our AC malfunctioned at 4:15 am. Contacted B&B immediately thereafter, and they had a very proficient technician, Byron, at our house by 8:30 am, system diagnosed and repaired by 9:15 am. What can I say - absolutely amazing service. Above and beyond what I could ever imagine. Yesterday the air conditioner in my second story condo started screeching up a storm (like a car with a really bad belt) and I immediately shut it off. Of course it happened on the weekend. Because most heating and air companies are closed on the weekends, I called three 24-hour companies, and B&B was the only company who called me back, and right away. They sent a tech out today, and he discovered some parts just needed to be oiled. He also climbed a tall ladder and cleaned/washed out the vent, which probably had never been done. No parts needed. He could have very easily told me the blower motor needed to be replaced or that I needed a whole new unit and I wouldnt have known any better. In no time I had such cool air that I ended up turning it down a little - haha! They only charged me their weekend hourly rate, which was really reasonable. The tech, Rod, was very kind and knowledgeable, and he explained everything. I am so grateful for this company and will schedule them to come back to do a furnace tune-up.

Very happy with my experience working with B&B start to finish. Got quotes from 4 local companies and B&B seemed the most fairly priced, even though I did end up going with the betteroption. Terry and Cameron were great and got the work done without needing to cut into the ceiling at all. Work required an electrician so they stayed to ensure that work was all done properly and my system got up and running well. They even removed and hauled away my old rusty swamp cooler.Would definitely recommend B&B for your AC quote and install.

We recently bought a home and discovered that the former owners had done bizarre and incorrect things with their renovations, especially HVAC. My thermostat stopped working on a hot Friday evening and it was going to be a sleepless night for my kids in an 85 degree room. I called B&B in a panic for an emergency technician, but they were occupied on a job. I got a call from Chris, who patiently spent time with me on the phone and diligently helped identify that I had a burnt fuse. He gave me clear instructions on replacing it and how to rewire the thermostat properly. It’s a quality of service that is rare and deeply appreciated. A big thank you to this trustworthy company and I looking forward to continue to use them in the future.

I have used B&B almost exclusively for the past 10 years or so. The first job they did for me was an AC coil and condenser at our home. Steve (Owner) is just an honest helpful person, and priced the install fairly and helped keep me from adding cost where he felt it was un-necessary (such as condenser coil SEER rating). When we moved and needed a new furnace and water heater as part of a remodel I had 4 proposals. B&B came in priced fairly and the installation and start up was good. Our 1st home has turned into a rental property, I’ve used B&B about once a year for routine maintenance and service on our furnaces/ac and water heaters. Same with my current residence. Here’s my experience overall. Over the years I have dealt with many of the same people (office, service technicians, installers) consistently since the first job they completed. That’s a place people like to work at, and happy employees usually means happy customers. I have had very positive interactions with them, and been treated fairly. For these reasons they get my business time and again.

B&B quickly returned my call for an after hours emergency repair during this crazy early summer heat wave. The technician who came out, Rod, was prompt, professional, courteous, and did a great job explaining his work and the problem that had happened. I’ll definitely be using them again if we have any issues and would happily recommend them to anyone who asks.

I had a great experience from my initial call to B&B. Scott was our home solutions advisor who helped us select replacement units for our ac and furnace, Scott was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and was easy to work with. The install technicians Terry and Camron were on time and finished the install ahead of time. Terry and Camron worked very efficiently. Terry set-up our Ecobee thermostat and walked us through all its functions, plus helped us with set-up on our phones. I strongly recommend B&B.

I met with Scott Bricker, B&B’s home solutions advisor, on August 18th after the A/C went out in my uncle’s home. Scott sent his bid later that day and after comparing his prices to others I’d received, I went with B&B. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to schedule the job on the 31st. I had expected a much longer wait.The two technicians, Jerry and Sebastian, arrived promptly at 8am (I had been given a timeframe between 7am-9am) and they got right to work. By 1:30pm they had removed the old furnace and air conditioner chiller/condenser and installed the new units (Carrier). Both men were very professional and competent. The sheet metal work adapting the new furnace/ac to the existing ductwork was a thing of beauty.At the end of the job Sebastian walked me through the features of the furnace and showed me how to operate the digital thermostat.I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with B&B and with their tech’s, Jerry and Sebastian. I bought an old home that was built in 1888. It had an old forced air heating system that I upgraded to a new Carrier heating and central AC system. I reviewed several HVAC companies for the install, and went with B&B. The quality of the components used was top notch and less expensive than all the others I considered (even Costco). We have worked with B&B on multiple projects in our home over the last 4 months. B&B installed a new furnace and central air unit for us and did a wonderful job. My brother is a HVAC technician with 20 years of experience and gave us some pointers. When providing their estimate - B&B aligned closely with the key points that my brother outlined. They were professional, competitive with their pricing and know what they are doing.The team that came out did a wonderful job on the install. We had a few hiccups with the electrician that caused the project to be delayed a few weeks, but B&B came through.Today, Rod came out and helped us finish a bathroom exhaust fan installation. He was professional, showed me exactly how he handled the project and did a great job. This is a great local business.

We hired B&B to install a new A/C unit and steam humidifier in our house. Everything from getting the initial estimate to installation was seamless, very professional, and of high quality. Everybody was very responsive and super helpful with understanding our equipment and how to run it! Rod, the technician who installed our humidifier, was extremely helpful and respectful. He noticed that we use a Nest as our thermostat and instead of taking the easy way out to install the humidifier thermostat in our basement, he made it a point to take the additional steps to add it to our Nest even though it required an additional day of work. We would highly recommend this company and will be using them for any of our future needs. Another note to point out is that all of the technicians wear masks which I find to be very reassuring in these crazy times we are living in.

On first visit, they identified a couple potential problems and researched the issue carefully to confirm their initial diagnosis before charging for unnecessary repairs. Applied warranty and pushed for quick delivery of the problem system components so repair could be completed before the serious cold snap hit. Exceptional service at a reasonable price!

B&B just installed an entire Heating/Cooling system, including a bi-polar ionization generator designed specifically for treating air in residential duct A/C systems (kills mold, bacteria, and viruses) We had several quotes and B&B was the most reasonable and the most comprehensive. There are no words to express how grateful we are for B&B. We came home from a week long vacation to a broken central air unit. On a 95 degree day no less! Obviously we wanted to get it taken care of asap. So we quickly had the first person we could find come out that day. They quoted us at a minimum 1200 dollars to fix and said that it may not even fix the issue and we should just replace the whole unit for 4500! And it would be a week before they would even be able to start the job. Obviously with that kind of money and time we wanted a second opinion. I called B&B and had to wait 1 day for them to come out. Marco was here on time and extremely polite and professional. He immediately went to work and found the problem within 5 minutes. My capacitor went out and he replaced it and had everything up and running within 45 minutes. And all for under 300 bucks!!!! I am closing on my house this month and they were able to work with me within three weeks. Not sure how they did it I was blown away with the quickness and the excellent customer service. I called this morning to schedule a time that they would finish the job and they had already done it yesterday. Our furnace was out when we woke up this morning. Called the manufacturer Carrier and they recommended B&B. Gave them a call and they scheduled a technician to come within a few hours. Kelly the technician was punctual, friendly and ready to help. After I told him what was going on he got to work explaining in detail what he was doing and educating me along the way. Within a few minutes he was able to find the issue. He got on the phone with the manufacturer, picked up the parts and finished the job within an hour. Amazing service!! I have used B&B multiple times for various services. After my first service I found the technician to be the best Ive had in the 30 years of home ownership. On additional service calls, I was disappoint that he was not the one coming out. To my amazement, the three different technicians all were at the same exceptional excellence as the first. I dont know how they do it, but what an incredible group. Each job was performed as if they were working on their own home.

My Carrier furnace decided to stop working during the cold-snap last week. I called another company in a panic, and was really disappointed in the service and treatment I received - total hard-sell (at top dollar, of course) with limited information and tons of pressure, which I never appreciate.Fast forward to yesterday. I was referred to B&B by a buddy whom they helped a couple of years ago, and Im so glad I called them. Leah at the main office was able to schedule me for next-day service and they showed up right on time. Rod, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and a total straight-shooter about the situation. He explained exactly what was causing the issue and what was needed to remedy it. Highly recommend! Luke from BB came out quickly, performed a diagnostic and resolved our AC issues just in time for the summer heat. Thankful to have the issue resolved and completed by a quality professional. I will be referring my friends and neighbors here. Can’t say enough positive things!

5 stars for Byron and Luke for a professional installation. Byron went the extra mile and pointed out some propane leaks we didnt know about. The sales/install process got a little complicated as we have a Trane furnace and bought a Carrier A/C, which meant some incompatibilities. Chris, the Operations Manager, talked me down and made it right. We are now cool in the summertime and grateful for that. The A/C is super quiet too!

Woke up in the morning and realized my heater wasnt working. Called BB Heating and they had a tech within an hour! My technician was Kelly Sanders, he was quick and took the time to make sure everything was working properly. While educating me on how everything worked, which I appreciate. 10/10 would recommend.

I had been meaning to use the Honeywell app which gives me so much more flexibility, but I never got around to it. I saw a driver of a B&B truck stick his hand and middle finder out a window at a car. NEVER HIRE humans that would do this, especially knowing they are in a truck with a company logo. idiots.

On Easter Sunday, when it’s 20 degrees and snowing, the last thing you want to have happen is your furnace go out. I called B&B after 5pm to see if they had anyone available to help and received a call back shortly after from Rod. Rod was one of the most helpful and kind service people I have encountered as a homeowner. He stayed on the phone with me to try and diagnose the problem to avoid him having to come out and fix the issue. Honestly, I was blown away at how patient he was and even though we weren’t able to fix it (he even offered to FaceTime me to take a look but was unable to connect), I was so grateful I had found him and B&B! Rod came out early the next morning and quickly fixed my problem (which turned out to just be a necessary cleaning) and was incredibly personable and professional. I would highly recommend Rod and B&B to any and all homeowners and 100% plan on using them again.

This is an excellent company that has my full trust. Another company lied and tried to sell me something for a lot of money that I didnt need, but B & B was honest and only charged a lot less for some minor service. The technicians are very thorough and the office people are very nice and efficient. They have installed two furnaces for us and done minor repairs for us and they always were GREAT!

Rod was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and really personable. He went above and beyond and I so appreciated that. I love B&B.... Highly recommended.

I’ve had several heating and cooling companies and B&B has been the best! Chris and team are knowledgeable, supportive and professional. They’ve improved the functionality of our system and it’s efficiency, even through very complex problems, and I’ve never felt like they were just trying to sell us unnecessary products or services. Recently, they installed a new water heater for us and Marco and his crew (I cannot remember the other guy’s name) were amazing - very professional, courteous and quick. Definitely recommend!

This was one of the best heating and cooling experiences Ive ever had. As a brand new, never customer, I called about a thermostat issue, spoke with someone knowledgeable right off the bat, and got an appointment super fast due to a cancellation. And then on top of that our installation technician Luke was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He walked us through the installation and programming, ensured the system worked properly, and took the time to discuss other heating and cooling options for the future based on our questions. My overall experience was excellent and I will be a return customer.

B&B heating and air conditioning has been nothing but amazing! They were fast with a response to an emergency I was having with my AC unit Sunday evening. Sent a tech over within a few hours. Rod was my technician, he was very kind and extremely helpful. He not only fixed my problem but is looking into further ways to improve my system. I truly appreciated his knowledge and help.
