Over Labor Day weekend, the water heater expansion tank in my home burst, leaving us with two options: 1) have no water in the home, or 2) let the basement flood. I called dozens of companies trying to find an off-hours technician to come out and repair the water heater. Most companies didn’t even answer, despite advertising emergency off-hours services. The companies that did answer said they could come in 3-4 days. Not Coffman. They answered right away, had an off-hours tech on the phone with me within 20 minutes, then the tech was at my home an hour later. Coffman was truly there for me during an emergency situation. Dan, our technician, was incredibly professional and completed the job really quickly! Could not recommend this company enough after our recent experience.

The Coffman Company estimator met with my son and gave him three helpful options for installing a new furnace and air conditioning system. I chose the middle option and we set a date for the work.The company contacted me to be sure the date still worked and the three workmen, one a supervisor, arrived on time that day. They performed efficiently, professionally, and courteously. They explained anything I needed to know, checked with me when necessary about my preferences and were done on the same day.Everything extra was removed and all areas were cleaned up perfectly. They went the extra measure in all ways.The next day my tenant said “ huge difference in the AC!”I have worked with this company for years and will continue to do so.

In addition to working with Jake, additional conversations with Teresa and Cliff from Coffman re: product specifics and financing options demonstrated outstanding knowledge & customer service. Installation was on time and on budget. Outstanding!

I recent had Coffman and Company come to service my outside AC unit. The tech, Dan, was on time, professional, very thorough and explained what he was doing throughout his service. He inspected and cleaned not only the outside unit but the furnace inside as well. Very happy with the service I received and will definitely be using them again.

The guys came and did a great timely job on the installs even upgraded to a two tier furnace at no charge Im not sure why. The heat and air doesnt get to the master because there is only one vent. Its a design flaw in all these buildings. Your CS is great I have no problems.My biggest problem however is and forever will be is the ** BLOWER!! Its very loud and forceful! Dan the main installer said thats just how it is and it cant be adjusted any lower. Cliff came out and did some adjustments and it made no difference what so ever.. When I turn the air on it blasts for a little while and you freeze, then minutes after it shuts off. Its like it was never on..Rinse and repeat. There is no in-between. It needs to blow lower and longer making it for a more even cooler quieter and comfortable environment. So the bottom line is your freezing or your hot. Bi-Polar! I cant wait for the blower in the winter, by the time the heat gets forced through the extremely loud and forceful blower it will be cold air. I want to change out the blower but that doesnt seem to be an option. Im so unhappy with this blower Ive been really stressed out about it and no-one cares.We spent a lot of money on all of this and now were stuck. So you all got paid its done, it is what it is. Buyers Beware!

The Coffman team has taken good care of us for five years and counting in keeping our older furnace and swamp cooler running in great shape. If an issue is not resolved initially, they make sure it is to our satisfaction as they did in tracking down an issue to the motherboard on our furnace not always receiving signals from our thermostat. Everyone is professional and pleasant from the scheduling folks at the office to the technicians.

Dan, Cole and Noah arrived on time. They were very professional. Got the job done in the time they said they would. Tom came and installed the hot water heater. All four guys were very helpful and made sure I understood how everything worked. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied before they left. Coffman is lucky to have them.

Coffman and Co gave us fair pricing on a new furnace , humidifier, and A/C. They set up installation for within 2 weeks, offered several options for systems. The install team of Danny did a very efficient and thorough job. He explained everything to us and helped set up our phones for all of the settings. So happy with our new efficient system!

A crew of 3 techs did what appears to be a meticulous job of completely replacing an old AC system. I was delighted that they use Carrier equipment, and am instilled with confidence that we are set for long-term satisfaction with Coffman. German was able to come an hour early which worked out very well for me. He set up my evaporative cooler for summer and made sure everything was working. He even helped me open one of the vents which was too high for me to reach. Really appreciate his work.

We bought a new furnace and air conditioning to replace a 30-year old system several years ago. The equipment has worked flawlessly and our utility bills have gone way down. We have used Coffman with all of our managed properties for a few years now and we cannot sing their praises enough. They are a very competent group, specifically Angelica, our account rep and Cliff, their service manager and are quick to respond to all of our HVAC needs. We have a lot of choices with HVAC companies but they are always our go-to given their reliability and knowledgeable staff. The only complaint I have is that they so not service all the areas we have properties otherwise I would use them for all of our managed units.

Our heat wasn’t working when we got home from work today and we called Coffman and Company to come over after hours (5:15 pm) to fix it. We have used them before and had a positive experience. They found the problem and wanted to charge us 10x the value for the part our furnace needs replaced. Their quote was $1128 for a part that costs $125 retail. $1337 total with labor. We decided to spend the night without heat tonight. Do not recommend and feel like they tried to take advantage of our situation. We have a 1 year old and a 3 year old and they knew we were desperate to get our heat back on. Using space heaters in their rooms tonight.

We had a great experience with Coffman. They were quick to respond and get someone out to our house. The service technicians were prompt, masked, courteous and efficient. During the visit, they provided valuable feedback about maintaining and begin planning to replace our furnace. A few days after the visit, we had a heating problem and Coffman sent someone immediately who found the problem and took the time to make sure we were up and running, toasty and warm, before leaving. This was our first experience with Coffman, but it will not be our last. It is wonderful to have a company on which you can rely and place your trust.

I needed an outside AC condenser installed. Everything else was already installed. I used Xcel Energys list of approved contractors for rebates. I got quotes from multiple companies on that list and finally settled on using Coffman.When John came out to give the quote he was totally straightforward. He looked at what I already had in place, told me what would be needed, outlined their preferred brand of units ( mentioned they could supply others if requested ), gave me a time estimate for the work to be completed and gave a very competitive price on the unit/install. I really appreciated the no-nonsense approach. Other companies werent very transparent in their pricing or on what work was needed.Dan and Sean came to install the unit. They showed up early - 15 minutes before the assigned time. Which was great. They were friendly and professional. They got the install done in less time than Id expected.I dont believe the electrician was a direct Coffman employee and I didnt catch his name. He was courteous and got the work done quickly.Overall, Ive been very impressed with Coffman. Looking forward to a nice cool rest of the summer.

Coffman & Co was able to schedule us within a few days of the deep freeze (ours was not an emergency luckily). They were great about communicating our appointment time, the cost, and the fact that they adhere to States wear a mask policy which we very much appreciated. We were notified when our Tech, Corban, was on his way and he arrived shortly thereafter. Corban was professional, knowledgeable and and took care of our aging furnace, which hadnt been serviced in years. We will call Coffman this spring when its time to fire up the AC, and are seriously considering signing up for their annual maintenance plan.

The Team of 3 Technicians arrived shortly before 9 am & all went immediately to work. Chris & the trainee went back to their truck to retrieve a 40 ladder so they could check the unit on top of my building. Wyatt went to work on the AC & Furnace contained within the utility closet. After a short inspection, he discovered a problem with the way the flue from the furnace was sitting on the unit. Wyatt said there was only one screw holding it in place which was serious error. In addition, he said it looked like it had been there since the AC was installed 4 years prior. He apologized for the oversight, as it could have caused a serious leak, which could have been very dangerous to my health. He was very upset with what appeared to substandard work on the part of a previous employee. Wyatt said he could not leave the flue pipe as he had found it & would correct the problem before leaving the job site. He explained that the flue needed to be reworked but he needed additional parts to complete the job so he called his contact to have the necessary parts delivered to my address.While waiting for the parts to fix the flue problem, Wyatt tested the AC to ensure it was working properly. The parts arrived & the reworking of the flue pipe began & was finished. Also, during the process with the flue pipe, the team found a leak of refrigerant & installed an apparatus that would monitor the problem, which contains a fluorescent liquid. Chris began the paperwork while Wyatt was cleaning the area Also, Chris made an appointment before the team left to have another inspection done in 4-5 weeks (July) to see where the leak is coming from.I was very impressed with how Wyatt responded to the serious problem concerning the inadequate installation of the flue pipe & how is could have affected me as a customer.. I believe he is a considerable asset to the Coffman Company family & I hope he is valued as a dedicated employee for the professional way he treats his customers.

We had one of our outdoor faucets split due to that last cold spell. We had been watering our trees and forgot to unhook the hose when it went from 70 degrees to 20 degrees in one day. When we turned the faucet on water started pouring out from behind the siding on the house - yikes! I called Coffman first thing in the morning and they were able to get someone out the same day. Our window was 4 - 6 pm and they were able to arrive around 3:30. Everything was fixed by 5:30. He was prepared so there was no running to get parts. He was professional, pleasant, and clean. We couldnt be happier with their service!

Both Remy and Tom were not only on time but a few minutes early for the scheduled time which was great. Both were very professional and efficient. Remy was straight forward in what needed to be done and what the cost was. Remy also caught things that a technician from another company missed on my AC. In this case I felt it was a fairly big miss and likely would have caused me issues later. Overall great experience and I feel confident that my Furnace and AC will work when I need them due to the work that was done.

Coffman and Co was amazing. They were quick to respond to our call that our heater was out. While diagnosing the problem, they sent a second technician to confirm the issue and immediately explained the solution. A new motor was needed so they left for an hour to pick it up, returned, installed it, explained what was wrong, also informed us that the damage could have been caused by a surge in electricity and that we should consider adding a surge protector in the future. Our technician, Remy, did a very thorough write up explaining the situation and the solution and left without a trace. He was friendly, polite, and very thorough. Wed recommend them to everyone!

Wyatt delivered excellent service. He worked for over two hours cleaning and servicing both our furnace and air conditioning unit. He replaced two parts, one in each unit; he consulted us prior to replacing. We chose to have these replaced based on his recommendation (he gave us readings from the parts showing that the parts were wearing out).Wyatt also, at our request, talked with us about installing a humidifier unit and went over the various products available to us, their price, and their particular methods of operating with our furnace. We will be making a decision on installing a humidifier in the near future.Since our service call necessitated Wyatt to be in our house, he wore a mask and gloves, and we were required to wear a mask, as well. We are well pleased with the service delivered by Wyatt and by Coffman and Company.

This morning, Chris Strait came to help us with a weird sound coming from our 18=year old furnace. He was able to determine that it was coming from the filter which needed better physical support. Chris was very professional and courteous at his call for HVAC yearly maintenances to our two family houses, and he worked efficiently and thoroughly to check both heating and cooling systems. Remy was great! Called a few minutes before he arrived so I could get the animals wrangled. Was very professional, and kept his mask on the whole time he was here (which was a funny mask). Found the problem quickly and got it repaired. Will definitely use these guys again.

Today Chris Strait serviced my furnace and air conditioning units. I had asked for each to be cleaned and checked out to be certain they were working well. I was not having any obvious problems with either one.He took the time to thoroughly examine them and let me know what he was doing. The furnace had a part that was in question and may or may not have to be replaced at this time. It was my choice to replace it at this time as a preventative measure. He cleaned both units and assured me as well as he could that both units were working fine. He was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and friendly without being aggressive or pushy. I was very impressed with his work and as a representative of Coffman & Company and will definitely use him and your company again next year. Also, I was very pleased with your company calling the day before the appointment as well as calling to let me know your rep was on his way and when I could expect him to arrive today.
