Although appointments are requested, they saw me anyway. Very professional, the salon is spotless & comfortable. The ambience is upbeat but calm & relaxing with a pretty waterfall, crisp lace curtains separating one area from another. Work stations are cleaned/sanitized after each customer. My pedicure was the best Ive experienced. The technician paid careful attention to sensitive areas on my feet. I felt pampered, and I would recommend Super Nails & Spa to anyone who wants to care for their feet.

Got a great pedicure with the Grandgirl. The massage chairs looked fairly new and worked great the she also got some acrylics put on. Theyre not bad, but could have been better. She was happy though, so thats what counts.

This was my first visit to Super Nails & Spa. I made an appointment two days in advance. A man greeted me at the door upon my arrival asked me to fill out an electronic form.I was seated at a pedi chair, offered a drink while the basin filled and the chair massage started. 😊 Tyler my nail technician was efficient and attentive. The pedi was relaxing and the hot stone massage was great. In addition to the pedi, I had my nails filled and a French Manicure. I love how they turned out!I am impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the shop, the parking lot is convenient and the shop is easy to find and to access; I have mobility challenges and this is important to me.

I been going to this Nail salon for about 6 years now and I absolutely love them. They are very nice.

1st time here and they are wonderful. Enjoy a free beverage for each service. No pressure to upgrade to a more expensive service. When I am in town I will come back here. Very clean facility.

My male friend and I were from out of town snd found this spa! We both had very troublesome ingrown nails with deep problems. We found them as they were the closest spa to us. what a great find! They checked temperatures as well as had in depth consent. The spa was spotless and beautiful. They have top of the line massage chairs We got the $36 delux pedicures Amy and Tiffany were who took care of us. They were very friendly and were understanding when my friend felt there still was something wrong with his toe so Amy came and helped Tiffany address it and was able to resolve! we both can’t say enough about this spa that is near Vancouver Mall definitely worth it! oh snd we got Christmas envelopes off a tree and we both got lucky with $2 inside! pleasant and sweet surprise. 💕We will be back!

Friend and I went for pedis. Arguably one of the best pedicures Ive had except she got my cuticle on my toe and made me bleed. I am still sore 2 days later! They need to work on their scheduling because they messed up appointments while we were there... ( we had 1 pm appointments we booked online but werent seated until 1;30). But it was worth the wait and we werent rushed and enjoyed everything except the cuticle incident. I will give them another try in the future!

Made an appointment for a full set with Tommy. I was 5 mins early, waited over an hour and all my nails were different lengths. I was very disappointed in their lack of hospitality and Ill never come here again

Great place with wonderful weekly nail specials and a fun loving atmosphere. They could get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ IF customers brow wax requirements were taken a bit more seriously. One waxing when I scheduled I requested the wax for sensitive skin, typical as I’ve always had sensitive skin, upon the actual waxing 20-ish mins after calling in the harder not so sensitive wax was used and Rx steroid ointment was needed afterwards. In retrospect I could have reminded her a second time when I arrived of my sensitive needs, just figured they would’ve noted it somewhere by my appointment time. I’m curious if I brought a brow stencil in if they would use it as a guide for my shaping? Overall tho super fun place with great prices and friendly staff!

Really friendly workers, and pretty nice service but very slow. i went in to get a fill and they took around almost 1 hour and 30 minutes just to do a fill, the nail polish was also not fully covered on the nail and it was very lumpy and weird. the lady that did my nails also stopped doing my nails and went to another person that came in after me. wouldn’t recommend this place if you want a really nice outcome.

I loved getting my nails done here! David is super nice and he did a really great job on my short french tip. The sale they had was great too -- only $20 for it, and $5 extra for a color! Im definitely going back :)

I go here on a regular basis and they usually do a good job only had an issue with one nail tech who just didn’t do a good job at all but every other tech is great! Never disappointed

I asked for my nails to be all white and oval and ended up with tips. They didn’t do anything when I told them and just walked away from. Try listening to you costumers

Honestly i’ve Never had such a terrible experience. Went in to get my brows waxed and NEVER AGAIN. Walked in and was greeted really nicely I asked if they did waxed and they replied yes. They took me to the back and everything was fine. I noticed the room was dimly lit and thought that was odd but I let them do their job. I noticed the lady who was working on me use wintergreen rubbing alcohol on my face and it started burning while the scent made my eyes water. She proceeded to put the wax on my face directly instead of cooling it for a few seconds. She finished with the wax and then proceeded with the tweezers I noticed she was going a little high when I had asked her to leave them on the thicker side. Once she gave me the mirror I was shocked. She had tweezed halfway through my brow so I basically have two eyebrows on one side of my face the front part was so much smaller than the other side and the shapes were completely different with one extremely arched and the other one flat. I paid, went home and cried. I left as fast as I could.

Go to Tinas Nail salon in Portland dont waste your time here. Unless you want work done comparable to your gardener doing your salon and spa treatments! Wasted so much time here.

What a dirty mess!!! I, had came in to get my nails done.She told me come back in a hr.I came back and checked in she told me I was to early12pm to 1pm is a hr!! Then asked me to wait 10 minutes .As I am waiting I notice lots of dust and cob webs,and dust bunnies everywhere .Then I watched a man doing a womans nails and emptied his towel full of clipped nails on the floor!! As she walked over them barefoot!! I, was out of there plus sitting for another half hr still wait to get my nails done.No Thank you that is how you pick up a FUNGUS!!!GROSS!!☠

Best place so far to get a pedicure!

Came in for a French shellac spa pedicure and it was the worst experience of my life! The water was too HOT (I can actually tolerate hot water, but not burning water) and I told the tech in which she ignored me. When it came to the stone massage she started with the stone on the bottoms of my feet burning me. Then on the white tip part I had asked her to make it thin and what do I end up with? Thick tips that were beyond crooked. The worst nail job Ive had, looks like a 5 yr old did it. My girlfriend went with me and had a different nail tech who messed up her french pedicure as well. Never going back!

It started off nice, but then the main guy who was working on my nails was so detracted talking to other people and filed threw my skin and made me bleed bad. then he said opps been awhile since that happened the he laughed and put super glue on it. It friggin hurt man.

They charge for every little thing. I am a regular customer and they know I work a lot came into get my nails done people still there and could not get them done on a Saturday in the evening. I work the entire time they are open. Smh time to stop giving them my money. Will not be back tip to well to be treated like that.

Ive been getting my nails done for 12 years all over vancouver ...my normal place was busy so I stopped in here.... short and simple review, rushed ,rude ,didnt properly prepare my nail for acrylic, didnt listen to what I wanted, got annoyed I wanted them to use my own polish, looked like at least a week grow out leaving the salon, first nail popped off not broke but popped off.like a press on 3 days after getting my set Im 2 weeks in and 3 nails popped off from not properly prepping the natural nail for acrylic I think they do this to get you t9 come.back for repairs and a fill sooner! Also charged me $30 even tho the sign says $19.99 Im assuming they used solar even tho I said acrylic more than once!!!! Will never come back rude over priced terrible work.....

Nail tech spent her time texting and chatting on her phone. I asked if she needed to take a break so she could make her call. She was horrible. Low quality and no sense of profesionalism

I was just sitting on a chair and the lady (that does the nails) said NO GET OF THAT CHAIR NOW I was crying they are so mean,NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE WILL I COME BACK,and they charged my mom(Im a 10 year old writing this) $15 dollars because I sat in the chair

I took my 3 daughters here at 6 pm the other day and they close at 7pm, we walked in and I asked them if it was too late to get 2 full set acrylic nails and my youngest just a polish?The lady who I spoke with said come back 30 min, so we went over to target and walked around for a bit then went back and she said pick your polis, the 3 girls picked there polish witch with 3 girls ages 24, 11, and 9 took a min and then she said ok one sit here so I took my 11 year old over to the chair and sat her down and my other 2 took the empty chairs next to us I then explained to the gentleman that was helping us that I wanted very short sports length for my 11 yr old and standards squared round shape and so he started the nail prep and I noticed he didnt put on any of the liquid that all other places use that I belive is to prevent fungus from the acrylic and when asked he just looked at me like I was stupid and shook his head no, a couple other people had walked in for a pedicure and even though it was the posted closing time they where still taking people, the lady sat in pedi chair and a gal began working on her the whole time my other 2 daughters where waiting to be helped,At one point my oldest said why are they helping people before me Ive been waiting and I told her that sometimes people can do pesos but not nails, she was fine with that until the pedi was done Ans the lady moves her to the nail chair and begun doing her nails at that point my daughter asked why she was still waiting and the lady who I belive was the owner or in charge in some way said oh you want nail done to? My daughter said yes Ive been sitting here waiting for a while now, so they started hers within a few mins, they where misshaped and they kicked her out befor the polish was dry and said it was her own fault for getting a full set so late in the evening!Excuse me? You are the business owner if you didnt have time then all you had to do was say so and we Would have came back tomorrow but instead they where rude and kept talking in Vietnamese and looking at us and in my opinion that is incredibly rude!To make matters worse we went back today to ask them to fix thier errors on both my daughters and they where rude the lady who did my daughters got up from a customer she was working on came over and said what happened? We showed her all the different things that where wrong and she looked at us with a look as if we where picky bitchs and said it would be an hour wait or we can make an appt so we did and will go back and see what happens tomorrow

Stopped in for an eye brow wax. Worst mistake I made today! First she did not clean my skin prior to the wax service. After, I tried to tell the woman they were uneven and the entire middle was missed and she smiled and nodded. I will not be back.
