They are so great and so accommodating! I love going here!!! They are so friendly and do what you ask them to do. It’s the only place in vancouver that I go too!!!! I hate going anywhere else Lisa did this set for Disneyland and I appreciate it sooooo much I love it!!!!!

I would not go here! We booked for multiple people and they didnt even have enough people working to cover it. 3 hours in and still not done. I chose designed they said yes they could do then they said no... Then yes. Then they didnt work out. Im not impressed at all. I will not be coming back.

Firstly let me just say they did a great job! They were super sweet, sat my mom and I down and offered us complimentary drinks, pricing is perfect, they really really did phenomenal! Highly recommended!

I just had my first manicure here, but it was on my feet. So a footicure? Employees were very nice, not overly chatty and we were exhausted so that was nice. Went for the 40 dollhair variety and it came with wax, hot stones, massage and a basic toenail polish. Very clean and relaxing, the location is very convenient right off a main road.

Love it here! They truly do a great job, very professional and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back!

Very rushed, uneven gel manicure. The technician made me pick a different color after applying two coats of my original choice and deciding it was too light? I’m not sure. Then the technician told me I could keep the nail file and nail buff (kind of weird, but sure) and proceeded to charge me $2 for the used file and buff. Nice enough staff, but would not recommend.

Took my wife there for her nails people are very sweet and understanding Lisa Le is amazing and I will let her continue doing my wifes nails good place to go if you are looking for Great Nails and friendly people

I love coming to this nail salon! They usually don’t open till 10 AM but sometimes their doors are open before like around 945. The owners Jason and Lisa are very very nice they offer beverages which includes mimosas or wine! I highly recommend this nail salon!

I called ahead but they were able to get me in within the hour. Staff was courteous and professional. The salon was very clean. The check in process is smooth and I think has a reward system? Very satisfied with my dip manicure!

I always receive the best services at Glow Nails! I love Le, she does a fabulous job on my Dip Manicures. I truly enjoy going and relaxing. The salon is very clean and I don’t doubt that they’re taking all precautions necessary.

I got a manicure and it is not very good. The colors are bad as in she couldnt mix them well into the ombre effect. Also its been less than a week andmy nail is already coming off which i see as a bonus because they arent good. She was very nice and welcoming and the shop was very clean but I wont be going back

I went in for a full set with nail art on my thumbs and it was excellent! My appointment had no wait time and the tech (I did not catch her name as I am HOH and it’s hard to hear people behind their masks) was very sweet and knowledgeable. This is the 3rd time I’ve ever had a set done and she was very patient with me and my questions since I’m still ignorant about the process. I did have some bleeding on the sides of my nails but I have sensitive skin and, again, my hands are not used to the process. My shape was so cute and she did so amazing with the nail art I wanted! Even to add some really cute accents to it. Will be back for sure!

I went in for a much over due pedi and mani. My toenails are no joke and the gentleman who helped me did an amazing job and was really friendly! I highly this place!!

We’re average price. I had to show the lady how to ombré shilac. Rhinestones on my nails ALL FELL OFF in less than 24 hours from service. The sparkle dip was not coated properly. The one finger I asked to have acrylic replaced was not glued on all the way.I was out of town taking my grandma for a spa day.I’m going to my local spot to have my nails fixed. Disappointed all around.

This is the only place I have got a dip that didnt chip within a couple days. Typically last me two and a half weeks with no chips before the top coat starts to dull.Lee does a great job!

I have gone there for a few years now and they do the best manicures and pedicures on the west side of Vancouver that I have found. They changed owners this month. I went in today not realizing that but so far I am very satisfied. Nicki did a custom Valentine’s Day design for me and I’m very happy with it.

They were dishonest about the pricing. I was over charged. I was originally told $15 for a fill then they said $36 after they were already done. They charged me almost $9 for a tip that was never authorized.

They always take their time and make sure you are happy with the end results. They are friendly and kind. They are my favorite in town.

I went last week for a full set and I wear my nails really long Vicky used the same size nail on like 3 of my fingers! They looked as my fiance said like warlock hands! I went back the next day to see if they could do something to fix them, and Peter said theyre supposed to be like that because of the tips they use!! Ive been wearing acrylic nails for 20+ years and Ive never had them look so bad!! I had to go somewhere else and get them soaked off and redone! Wasted $50 of my money!! I wish I knew the old owners left before I sat in the chair!! I wont be going back!! EVER!

Came today just to get fill for acrylic nails and no color and Peter did great job.Did exactly what I asked.

I went to Glow nails when the other owners were there and was a very loyal costumer for Peter and Vikki for a long time. However when the new owners took over I was skeptical. I gave them a chance and went anyways and they were very pushy and trying to tell me what I should do with my nails which I didn’t like. My nails didn’t look great either and it felt rushed. After that experience Covid happened so I obviously didn’t go back for awhile. I went back a couple weeks ago to try again and it was worse than the first time. My nails were crooked, uneven, and looked like I had a lump in the middle of each nail. I had to correct them several times while getting my nails done. They didn’t even fully paint my whole nail, one lady painted half my nail and left it and I had to ask her to paint the rest of the nail. After a week of having them the nail polish just started to fade away and look weird. And then a few days after two nails just broke off. I have only ever had one nail break in all the years or doing my nails. I was very frustrated and disappointed and will not be ever going back.

I looooooooooved this place before quarantine but idk if they switched owners or what but I got my nails done 2 weeks ago... . And they are already popping off... never in the whole time I went there has this happened. The staff was very nice but Im not happy about spending 60 dollars on acrylics for them to only last 2 weeks. Unless the awesome man who did my nails 4 months ago comes back I wont be.

I have been going here for over 2 1/2 years and I can genuinely say that this is hands down one of my favorite salons in Vancouver. I love that they are always so quick and precise. I enjoy getting my nails done at glow, Peter is very mindful of how I want them done and never tried to up price me, always trying to have the best look for a good price, very clean and relaxing atmosphere.... Viki has been doing my nails for a few months now, and i love her work! She knows exactly the length i like, and always shapes them perfectly. The entire staff are sweet and fun to watch interact with their customers. My daughter is three and always comes with me, and they always give her a chair to sit next to me. Such a nice atmosphere, we always feel welcome.

Ive been several times for a pedicure but havent been again in a while. They just keep getting better! Peter was amazing, quick, and so sweet. My nails are some of the best that Ive ever had and honestly already cant wait to go back again. They even send you home with the files they used for you and a card in a little Ziploc bag.I dont often do a review but this place absolutely deserves one!!!

My wife have been going here for about a year we have had a couple different changes of ownerships and we have not had any complaints each person that we have had has done a really good job and very personable and very friendly .. we recommend Glow nails to anyone that wants and needs to find a shop that values their work. EDIT 2/11/18Went in for a new full set today and I was surprised to see all new staff, new owners apparently. I was already in the chair when I realized, and I wish I would left. My tech DESTROYED my cuticle, made me bleed multiple times and my nails look messy in general. I am so sad that the ladies I loved are gone:(:( I will not be back. First time customer today, initially everything was very nice. Noticed that a few steps were Skipped. But... nothing major. Got a little apprehensive when the final bill came out about 30.00 over what was posted on the services board and then, had to go to an atm because “the debit card system was down”. Ok. Well, fine. Got the cash, paid the bill. Went home, and my polish started peeling off. Whatttt??? Sorry folks. Can’t recommend if you’re doing a basic set of french tips that the polish starts peeling off an hour later...

Found my new nail place. Very clean. Staff followed procedures to insure my fill and pedicure were done with my safety and satisfaction in mind.

First time ever going to this nail place and they did a wonderful job. Not only did my full set turn out perfect, extremely happy, but the guy Daniel who did my nails was so funny and made me laugh the whole time. The atmosphere is simple and clean and the people are very fun, kind, and profesion. I definitely recommend Glow Nails!

A friend and I went in for gel manicures. We walked into a clean and tidy space and were helped right away. They have a huge selection of gel colors which was nice. Unfortunately those are the only good things I can say about the experience. The technicians were rough and rushed. Not sure why they rushed as no one else was in line to be helped. The hand and arms massage lasted about 2 minutes total. I was finished first and the technician that did my manicure went and sat in a pedicure chair and was on her cell phone for the additional 10 minutes that I waited for my friend. As far as how my nails turned out, I could have done a much better job at home. Gel all over my cuticles on every single finger. Somehow a lot of gel ended up under my nails too. When I was checking my nails out the technician grabbed my hands and said, its ok, its ok. I cannot recommend Glow to anyone that wants a quality manicure.

I went into this salon yesterday for the first time and they did a beautiful job on my manicure and pedicure. Not only do they do an amazing job but theyre very friendly. Glow Nails is the salon Ill be going to from now on!

The most horrible experience I had. First of all, the technician she was busy on the phone so she started filing my nails without paying any attention what shape I want. She filed my one hand when she was actually off the phone and I told her that it is not shape that I want. I had gel manicure done and it lasted 20 minutes all together. I felt like I want to Wal-Mart to do my nails, the same service.... My nails started pulling off the next day when usually I have it for at least 3 weeks.... the sparkles, they are small strips, were poking me. So, she didn’t do good top coat, didn’t wipe my nails with alcohol, didn’t put oil, and smiled to me only when I left tips for her. I just can’t not to give some tips... Never going back!

Use to go here all the time when they first opened about 2 years ago. Went here a few days before christmas to get my nails done and I didnt like what they did. Wasnt the kind of nails I wanted in the first place, wrong color, and very painful. She even cut me a few times. Then wanted to charge me $50. 2 weeks later my nails just started to fall off. Really not happy will not return.

Had a gift certificate to use they would not honor it saying it was from a previous owner even though it wasnt even a year old. The nail tech messed up on my nails instead of fixing it she globbed on a ton of glitter to cover up her mistakes. She charged me extra for glitter. Will not be going back.

I was very hopeful about this place, but it turned out to be a huge let down. I went in when it seemed to be dead for an acrylic fill. The lady who assisted me seemed to get very impatient about 5 minutes in and rushed through every other part of the process. Mind you, I was the only client in the building. The fill was of poor quality as well, and the polish wasnt the correct shade I had asked for. I feel that I paid way too much, for a half-ass job. I am really disappointed with this visit, and I cant say I will ever go back.

Have been a customer since they opened. Always loved the owners work, and our time together. Service has really gone down though. The young girl is rude, the work is done sloppy, and the last draw was two times Ive made an appointment I arrive and am told to come back. This happend today with two techs sitting there, and only one customer. Obviously they didnt appreciate my money enough to keep me as a customer.

Peter is THEE best nail tech in county. Peter is in Woodland inside Wal-Mart. Ive used services run by new owners and I cannot go back, not even for a $10. discount. My nails grew out and they sand on the underside cause the nail to be filed away. Now, they fix for double charge. Now, they never have my business.

Was not impressed with the service here. Not sure how there are so many 5 stars...I got my nails gel painted less then a week ago and they look like they are about 2 weeks grown out because they did not bring the gel polish close enough to my cuticle. Also, I picked out my color off of the nail swatches they handed us.. I listed off 4 colors on there and they didnt have any of them. So at that point I was like well what do you have then??? I have an eyebrow that doesnt grow in and the nail tech asked what happened to it.. Thanks for pointing out one of my biggest insecurities. Nail tech was also very rough when yanking on my hands and arms to be closer to her when she could have scooted closer to the table..My friend that went with me got an off white gel color (which wasnt the actual one she picked out) and it was see through still.... Clearly Needed another coat.Over all not impressed. Would not return or reccomend.

Peter filled my pink and white nails and fixed the sloppy job done at a different nail salon. My nails look great and Ill be back.
