They made me pay 130 for a nail cut they scammed me becouse i was 12 in there alone dont go there 😭

My nails look absolutely horrible. He rushed through them, didnt get edges or up to cuticials, he applied a clear coat that must of been used on red nails prior, onto my light pink nails and would not fix it. He told me to leave because my nails were dry which I then messed up a nail. Just all bad would definitely not recommend

I love the quality of the service and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. David and Linda are very friendly and while walk-in appointments are possible, be prepared to be flexible; I recommend making an appointment because they get busy.

Every time I’ve gone here my experience has become better and better. I didn’t think it was possible. The best part about this place is the owner (Sandy) is not just there but actually working as well. She does a fantastic job at French type Solar Acrylic Nails and their Shellac stays on for days!

I go in to get a pedicure after working a ten hour night. Fun right? Wrong! Was instantly told we cant help you. Theres one person coming in. Okay. Awesome. But when you have 3 employees there sitting on their butts and ONE person coming in.. tell me, why couldnt you help me? Lost a loyal customer of 3 years! Seeing as how this wasnt the first time Ive been treated like crap

Walk ins welcome but will be treated disrespectful! I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed and their response was we’re to busy for that. They had two people getting a manicure that’s it! I would have more respect for them if they said we are busy at the moment but come back in 15 mins and we will take care of you. I will NEVER support this business again!!

Worst manicure I think Ive ever had. I got a full set and had two nails break before I even had them for a week. And it was simply because my length request was ignored, and they were like a quarter inch longer on one hand also. When I went in to get it fixed I was given more shitty service and told she didnt have time to actually do a good job, even though I set a tip on the table before she started, asking her to make them right when I didnt have to pay her anything because she messed it up in the first place. I took them off myself.

Best place around! Been going here since I moved to the area 6 years ago. Theyre always nice but can get busy and arent afraid to tell you theyre too busy to work you in which, I think for some patrons is misunderstood as rude. I appreciate being told to come back at another time rather than sitting and waiting forever. If its important for me to get my nails done that day... I make an appointment. Love these people!

This is the second time I’ve come in on a weekday early afternoon and been turned away. Both times, there were NO customers. Both times, there were several employees just sitting and talking and rudely turned away business. I’m not even sure this place does nails. I’ve seen the same reviews stating that people are turned away a lot at the door when there are clearly no customers and during business hours. Very, very strange.

I have to say that this nail salon is AWESOME!!!! My appointment was scheduled for 6 p.m. of course working in Portland you have to deal with traffic after work. I called them to let them know I was running late, she told me it was ok that she will wait for me to get there and then she thanked me for calling to let them know I was running late.I got there about 6:30 p.m. she took her time and my nails came out perfect!!!!! The owner of the salon did my nails when we got done it was 7:30 p.m. and she did not mind at all!!! Thank You so much, Nail Studio is now my favorite place to go and get my nails done!!! By the way the SERVICE there is Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They do a great job. But have one of the women do your nails, unless you want the guy who works there to cough all over you while hes doing your nails.

The worst and scariest manicure I ever received. Dont go there to support this people.There are so many kind and honest , hard working nail technicians around , why choose the place where no one cares about cleanliness and customer service ? Left yesterday , nails are already peeling , will never be back.

Horrible service, called and was told rudely on the phone “I don’t have time for that” cutting me off mid sentence and hanging up. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Fix your customer service!!!!

Terrible customer service! It seems like they are a bit racist as well. Sign says walk-ins welcome! Ive tried to go there not one but two times as a walk in... guess what you walk in there and theres absolutely nobody in there and they tell you they dont have time to do a pedicure or a manicure. Whats the point of having a walk-in sign? Also I would like to add that how can you have a business if you have no customers whats the point?

Didnt even get to the door before I got offended by them. My husband wanted to spoil me for my birthday and take me to get a mani/pedi. Ive wanted to try this place because it is so close to our house. The lady who works there saw us walking up. We watched her get out of her chair she was lounging in and walked to the door. I thought she was going to great us but instead she turned off the open sign and turned around and walked away. It would be one thing if I walked in and they were like we cant fit you in today why dont we schedule you for tomorrow. Smarter business practice, but seeing us and turning out the light without even a word. Rude.

The women who work here are great and polite. But the man who sits at the front desk (not sure if hes the owner) is absolutely terrible. He was very rude and aggressive to me when I walked into the salon- even though I had made an appointment ahead of time. He continually shoved his chair into me as I was trying to pick out a nail color and shoved me out of the way as he put colors back. I was made to wait about an hour (again, I had made an appointment ahead of time) until one of the women could do my nails even as he finished up his customer and just sat there. Not exactly sure what I did to piss him off but the experience was so off putting I would recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE if possible.

Nice warm environment and friendly personnel. Saw an unhappy customer get quick redo service for her satisfaction.

Started coming here a couple months ago always get helped right away and they always do a nice job

I walked in the door and asked for a Mani/Pedi,please and the guy refused to serve me. I wouldnt recommend.
