After a camping and ziplining trip I was a week and a half over due for a fill and had one broken nail. I wanted to try this salon since it had good reviews and was close to my house. My nail tec was an older women and kept making rude comments and then laughing. I was so uncomfortable the rest of my time there. She did a decent job, but I am not paying someone to shame me. Everyone else seemed nice and the shop was clean. She filed a little too much on the side of 3 nails. If I wrote this review yesterday I wouldve given 1 star, but I thought about everything as a whole and gave 3.

This is one of the best nail salons Ive been to. Both of my teenage daughters got full sets of nails and I got a pedi. The people there were super nice and friendly and did a quality job. They take the extra time to do as you ask and make it perfect. It was clean and and well lit. I will definitely make this our regular spot. We were very impressed!

I don’t normally try new places but I randomly stopped in today and got a full set... 10/10 would recommend! My nails ended up amazing! Shape, color, not too thick! I will be returning

Great place to get a manicure. I got acrylic tips with dip powder. The tech measured to make sure that the nails were same size on one hand as the other.The only reason why Im giving this a 4 stars is due to the pedicure.Loved the soak, and foot care. But unfortunately my toes werent evenly filed to the shape. I asked for gel on my toes since Im pregnant wanted to have the pedicure last. The lady didnt paint my nails from all sides. She left out some corners and barely applied the polish, as if she was conserving on the polish.

See Dong he does beautiful work! They also soak off your acrylic nails instead of forcing off before they apply a new set. Was very pleased both times Ive been in. Any nail service also comes with a nice arm and hand massage! Great people & beautiful work!

I went in first time to get a pedi but decided I wanted to get a manicure as well. I ended up changing my mind about the mani after noticing how badly my pedicure was done. I asked for my toenails to be filed square, but one big toe is rounded and the other is coffin shaped. Then there is white shellac all over my toes because she didn’t clean up. It was hard for me to see my feet with the plexi Glass setup they have going on and by the time I looked at them I was so annoyed that I just had to get out of there. It took an hour and a half for a sloppy job. I came because of the good reviews but unfortunately I can’t leave one. Good luck to everyone else though!

Relaxing environment, not crazy stressed out like at other places Ive been to since covid.

Dong did SUCH a fantastic job on my nails. I came in with a photo of ombré acrylics (a nail tech’s worst nightmare) and wow did he deliver. He kindly asked a few times through the appointment to show him the photo again just to ensure he was on the right track. The final result was breathtaking, I’m so pleased with how they turned out. I’ve been getting compliments all day!

I stopped in for an eyebrow wax. Lady was professional and did an awesome job. Place is clean and friendly staff.

The lady that did my pedicure was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable. She asked if my water was to hot or if she was hurting me in any way. Everyone there is super welcoming. They don’t rush to get things done they take their time and make sure your nails look the best they can. I’m not from around here but my friend and I had a really had a good experience!

D Nails is such a wonderful place to unwind and pamper yourself. Everyone is so friendly and kind. My manis and pedis have always looked perfect! I highly recommend D Nails!

I was not impressed with their services and I felt they were very overpriced. I wouldnt ask for any extra designs that are handmade. The woman that did my nails could hardly make heart.

I have moved recently to this side of town and have been wanting to find a new spot. Done some research and found this place. Yesterday I did a walk in. And I asked for a full set of French ombré ... I am so impressed of how my nails turned out! They are absolutely gorgeous! The gentleman who did my nails was kind and gentle. And I am excited that I found my new spot to get my nails done!

Stopped in after work to get a much needed pedicure. The staff was friendly and the shop is clean. They happened to be playing one of my favorite movies as well. I got the basic pedicure for $25. I enjoyed my time there and plan on going back. Im tempted to try some fun acrylic nails next time.

I’ve been coming here for about 3 months, twice a month. I love it. I’ve never found a place that I want to go back to or am excited for. I love how quiet it is and they always remember my name! ♥️♥️♥️

So I’ve been here 4 times already and left happy every-time. I’ve had all 3 workers do my nails and they are all very gentle and good at what they do. I’m surprised they aren’t as busy with the quality and care they put into their work.

I am not one to get a pedicure often as typically I am not impressed. I usually leave a salon unhappy that I just paid 40 bucks plus for a job that I could have done better. But this place is different! Very pleased with the results. I got a pedicure with gel polish and as expected, the polish is lasting way longer than a pedicure done withr regular polish. But beyond that is how good of a job was done on my feet in general, as well as the gracious customer-centric attitude of the staff. Will definitely return and I recommend that you try them too!!!

Recently moved to the Vancouver area and needed to find a nail salon I had been here 3 times before the Covid 19 quarantine. 2 gel mani and a spa pedi. Thank goodness Ds made it through the quarantine and are back open. Having a much needed pedicure and decided to get acrylic nails. Really nice owner, nice employees, excellent work. Would not do the acrylics unless I trusted them. Will try to post pics of nails.

This salon is very clean, and they practice covid safety. There are plexiglass shields between clients and providers, masks worn by all.

This is HANDS DOWN the very best nail salon is the Vancouver area! Not only are they consistently amazing with their work on manicures/pedicure but they are just lovely people. I have been to a lot of different nail salons where I would have a good experience then a bad experience the next time..never knowing what to expect. Now that Ive found Ds I am not looking elsewhere. I have had gel manicure, powder mani, acrilyc and pedis and every time they do just an incredible job. I have never gotten anything other than a warm welcome from them either. Also.. they play movies you can watch (think hallmark movies) which is just the cherry on top 🤗

I was new to the area and always hate trying to find a new nail salon with consistent reasonable prices and great work. Tried a couple other salons that were disappointing but came here and won’t go anywhere else. Every time I get beautiful work whether it’s a pedicure, gel mani or eyebrow wax. Love it!!

Always polite, family owned and operated. The prices are pretty standard and they put in effort to try and make you happy. Ive been going every couple of months for a shellac mani / pedi for a while now and will return. Solid experience without a bunch of extra frills. Plus its close to my house. Win!

The people working at this place are very sweet but they have a senior citizen working here who did my pedicure today. She has arthritis on both hands and grips really hard on the toes in order to get it right. Her hands shakes while putting nail polish on and then she squeezes her own thumb nail to side of my toe nails to clean off the mess she make with the nail polish. It’s very Annoying. I honestly love pedicures for it’s sense of relaxation. I did not enjoy since she was pressing very hard while scrubbing, applying lotion and over all filling of the toes. They are super friendly and kind people but it’s not right to have her work there.

I have been a loyal customer of Dong and Trang for the last 20 years. They do such a perfect job that there’s no comparison. I have to drive an hour to get to their new location, but it’s so worth it.

Best French manicure Ive ever had!

This place is the best! I dont live in town full time but everytime were here this is one of our first stops. I brought my guy here a couple years ago for the first time (hes a big manly contractor by the way 😋) and after his first visit he was sold. You know its gotta be good if you can get his type to admit loving the experience, let alone getting him to go back, time and time again!We made reservations and brought all 3 of the kiddos this time. They were not only accommodating when it came to a 5 person appointment but also incredibly professional, especially when some overly entitled princess cut in front of the kids to get in the salon first. This woman had an obviously self inflicted gauge out of one of her toe nails, something obviously not the salons doing, that she wanted fixed right now When she was told my family and I had an appointment for 5 and it would be about an hour but they could make her an appointment she got furious An hour? You dont even have time to fix one nail? If you dont take me now Im not coming back, like never coming back, I wont come back at all... Despite her outburst before storming away in her 10+ year old Chevy Cavalier everyone working remained very professional.The point, not only AMAZING pedis but also professional, accommodating and fair. As far as Im concerned, the best place to get a pedi in the County! Hands down.
