This was my first time coming to this salon. My main reason for going to them was they had online booking. Personally I hate talking on the phone. So this was a HUGE plus. With that being said, I am so happy with how my nails turned out! They did an outstanding job, my nails are flawless. Ive never had my nails look this good. Will definitely be coming back!

My husband visited here yesterday.He is so so disappointed.Because they used used towel which he saw some lipstick trace on towel.Very disgusting!! Very dirty and smelly and not professional.Very suspicious if this esthetician has licenses. I better report to let esthetician associates check for this spa.Because she couldn’t understand my husband’s specking at all during the session.Very shameful this kinda dirty spa and unprofessional spa exists in this USA.I’m person who writes this kinda negative reviews at all. Actually this is first time for me. My husband was very angry because i made appointment for him:(

Recently I had a fill here as a walk in. Everyone was very nice. After a short wait I was given good service and my nails looked amazing.On a different day. My first time at the spa. I was looking for help with my hair and grays and needing a cut since the Covid. Tran took me in. Was knowledgeable and it was like she knew. Tran the hairstylist did my hair in foil and it came out so pretty. I will return to her in the future. She also does pedicures. Looking forward to that service as well. 😁

This place was AMAZING j got my nails done with my mother and they look amazing, this worker jenny was so nice the best one there she did a amazing job,The people their are so nice and ask me if I wanted some water or soda just 10/10!!

Building is nice. But I got my nails done hands and feet .Got solar nails on hands. Tech said they supposedly last longer. 3 of them broke after less than 1.5 weeks. Spent 105.00 on hands and feet. Most toe nail polish came off by the end of week 1. Such a waste of money. Initially I liked the nails but I was shocked they broke so fast. Never had this issue with acrylic nails

Very POOR QUALITY The owner hung up on me because I wanted a refund of $75 for my nails that fell off after 5 days! I was being respectful and polite yet was accused of peeling off Acrylic nails.

The best nail lounge you will ever go to! I have been going here for over a year now and it has been amazing! My nails are beautiful every time and they always use clean, new and sterile instruments. Everyone is friendly and the environment is very warm, inviting and relaxing. My dipping powder will last 3+ weeks and they use new pedicure packs every time! Love this place!!Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. Great service, great staff.

Nails fell off within five days and accused me of purposely taking them off, I politely asked for a refund and was willing to drive and show my bank statements and nails but refused to cooperate and hung up.I called back and said they didn’t want to talk to me, I’ve been to multiple nail salons but if I wanted my nails to last for five days I would’ve got cheap glue on nails because I paid 70$! Go to another salon

I went in there on accident and was treated so rudely. The owner yelled at me in front of customers (while I was obviously in a panik due to being late for my appointment) to hurry up and spit it out. So unprofessional and rude!

I was last month and went to and Salon for a gel manicure. It was the best gel manicure Ive ever gotten. Seriously. It lasted for over 3 weeks with no chipping at all. the business owner and the only manicurist in the shop and shes awesome. Shes very welcoming and really takes her time in shaping your nails and making sure the polish is smooth.She also guarantees the gel manicure for 2 weeks, meaning if it chips within 2 weeks you can come back and she will fix it for free. Her prices are reasonable also.🌺

Ive had several decent experiences in the past but this last one kind of turned me off. Id called and made an appointment for me and my mom for 3:30 on 12/23/19 to get manicures. At no point did they say they have a strict no-show policy. We were less than 5 minutes late (absolutely my fault) and we were told very rudely that wed have to wait awhile for the next availability. Okay, fine, well wait. After 45 minutes we were taken back and there was no communication about what we wanted, no offers of a services menu, no offers of beverages or lotion scents -- all of which others around us were offered. Our manicures were rushed and the techs were rude. It took 3 different techs to understand that my mom wanted regular plain nail polish, no gels or acrylics or anything. We werent given the services we were charged for. When I protested the charges and said we didnt get all those services, the owner was very condescending and said we should have communicated better.He finally explained that since 99% of our business is walk in we dont prioritize appointments and when theyre late we just dont care, well move on to walk ins because thats money.I was disappointed that my mom visited from out of town and I wanted to treat her but we had a very unsatisfactory experience.

AWFUL! DO NOT COME HERE! Not hygienic at all! Came here to get my armpits waxed and they double dipped! When waxing, you are supposed to get a new popsicle stick every time you dip into the wax, but they were just reusing them! This is a huge problem because you dont know what kind of diseases a person might have. Thought they would know better than to do this, especially due to the fact that we are in a pandemic and need to be cleaner. Will not be coming here ever again.

Awesome! Went here about two and a half weeks ago. Didnt call for an appointment, so waited maybe 30 minutes because they were with customers, but totally reasonable since I didnt call ahead of time. Good prices, will definitely be coming back. The owner was the one that did my nails, and he was wonderful, very caring and gave the individual attention to my nails I needed, very happy.

I wasnt sure how I wanted my nails done, but the tech was super patient with me, went through all their different options and even said If I saw something online I really liked, they could most likely match it. I dont get my nails done often, so I dont have much expectations. However, of the times I have I prefer here over anywhere else.They are clean and friendly. I have never had to wait long. Most of all they do a nice job, even if I simply want a manicure. I have been other places that just slap on some polish, and I cant help but think it is because I am not getting shellac. Here they are meticulous and want you to be satisfied with the end result. ******

Absolutely great service! Since becoming engaged this is the only shop I will trust with my nails. This is the most professional place I have been to to get my nails done. They will explain to you that they are not like other shops. They take their time and make is a relaxing experience instead of trying to get your nails done as quickly as possible like some larger shops.Im impressed and after two years of searching I have found a nail shop in Vancouver that I will go to forever.

I came here to get a pedi and mani for my wedding i had amazing service with my pedicure but when it came time for my manicure i didnt gwt good service at all. I got acrylics tried explaining to the guy what i wanted which is also the owner of the salon he never listened to me and anything i asked for he was asking why and telling me i shouldnt do that i even tried showing him pictures and he refused to look. I didnt end up having the nails i dreamt of for my wedding and ended up being highly disappointed. Felt i paid overly priced for what i got and no one was wiling to fix the problem. I personally would not recommend going here and i will not give them my buisness again.

@@I just moved into the area and have been looking for a great nail spa and I think this might be it! I previously yelped and ended at across the street after looking at their reviews, the two times I have been there I was dissatisfied with their work and their customer service. I needed a place that was open so This was one of the VERY few, I called and was well on my way. I was greeted warmly by the woman up front who acknowledged the fact that I had called, its those little things make you feel nice ! Im currently sitting on these comfortable massage chairs while she does my pedicure, and let me tell you, she is amazing! She was delicate yet efficient on the cuticle removal, she was gentle on the foot massage , my French tip pedi was done just perfectly, and she even kept conversation which was great! she presented the prices to me beforehand and was not pushy when I decided to go for the basic which was very pleasant!@@@

So happy I found this place. I was becoming increasingly dissatisfied with my last non-toxic salon, so this was a very refreshing change. The pedi chairs are super comfy with a slight recline, the salon is spacious with clean, modern and minimalistic design elements, and the staff is kind with incredible attention to service. I barely had to tell them what I wanted - they just knew how to make my nails look nice. Also it is less expensive than other non-toxic salons!

I love this nail salon. I have been coming to Allura Salon for over a month. The reason that I keep coming back besides the delish home is for nail artist Technician. She absolutely literally nails it every time I come in. I just tell her ideas of the color I want and its like he is in my head and picks a color. She knows how I like my nails and is a perfectionist with his work. Now everyone at this salon is great in their own way, but she is my lady and call and book ahead of time just for her, which I never use to

I did not catch the owners name, but I had a fabulous experience!I called in the afternoon on a Saturday and asked if there were any open appointments, she kindly told me that she was full for the day. I proceeded to hang up but called back to ask if I could come in first thing in the morning on the following day (I couldnt stand to see my nails looking this way for any longer). On a Sunday, I arrived right at 11am and she kindly took care of me with my shellac manicure. My nails look fabulous and I cannot wait to go back.I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

Very nice atmosphere! The entire staff is pleasant! They dont rush with you and make you feel appreciated! The music is calming . My Gel polished nails are beautiful and lasts up to three weeks. She is my go to technician!! She does a fabulous job!!!! They all do ! Highly recommended

I use to go here a lot and really enjoyed. But I had a few times that I was unsatisfied and I still went back to give them another chance. But this last time! Oh geez! They messed up my nails so bad. One was extremely crooked, all of my friends laughed at how bad it really was. The color was not what I was wanting but I let it go and paid to get on my way. Ive been here twice now, while traveling for work and staying at a hotel near by. This time I did not have an appointment, but they werent busy so I was helped immediately. Both times I have gotten a gel manicure and last time I also got a gel pedicure. Their service is wonderful! The amount of color selections is outstanding! One of the best places Ive been and the price is very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone in the area or visiting. I will certainly be back next time Im in town!

I just moved to Vancouver and have been looking for a nail shop. Im so glad I found this place! Technician did my dip powder and my nails came out perfect. Strong but not super thick and shaped just the way I like them.

I decided to go to a new nail salon closer to my house.... big mistake. I got a full set solar with gel polish. $51 and in less then 5 days 8 nails came completely off. The product is Terrible. there is no way every single nail didnt adhesive to my nail. I have had solar nails the last 12 yrs and this had NEVER happen even if I have tried a new shop!WASTE OF UR MONEY*** DO NOT GO HERE**I never write reviews and if I do they are only positve. You will be very sorry if u waste ur time & money on this terrible nail salon!!

I have been a customer for 2 years or more and I love it here! I’ve never had a bad experience and my nails always look amazing! I bring my daughters in with me and they are always so patient when they get impatient. The salon is beautiful and usually always open when other locations are closed. I’m so thankful to have sounds Allura!

Went to the salon today, and it was an really great experience. They offered water, my appointment didnt feel rushed, and my nails came out great. I did the full ombré set + stones. Staff are friendly, my tech did an amazing job! Will definitely go here again!

One of the best nail salons Ive been to in a long time. I do sometimes get a nail technician that doesnt understand what I want because of the language barrier which makes it difficult, but other than that, the work they do is great. There is one nail technician that does an AMAZING job and I try to get her everytime. I wish I got her name. Ive never had an issue with her and Ive been coming here since they opened. Its a really nice place and very clean too, which makes the experience that much better. The prices do add up VERY quickly though and you can easily walk out with an $80 bill. So be sure to verify prices before your service because the pricing on the menu most of the time is not the same price that they will actually charge. But overall, Ive had many pleasant experiences here!

Just had my nails done there today. 4 weeks ago I had dip powder done at another salon and really loved it and when driving by Allure beauty bar there is a huge banner outside saying, special dip powder $10 off. So I thought Id give them a try with their special. False advertising! After my service they tell me I cant have the discount because its only if youve never had dip powder anywhere. EVER. Definitely not started that way on the sign!

Went in the other day to have a gel mani and regular pedi. I was not satisfied with my service at all. The service left a lot to be desired. I was not satisfied at all. I had a $60 gift card and my service was $52 and the guy asked me do you want your $8 back? Definitely will not be going back

They always in a hurry that hurt my nails from cuticle remover. I went there the first time I thought I give them another try maybe that was just an accidental action but the second time it happened again. Not coming back

I brought 2 friends here because my previous experience had been decent. I regret ever stepping foot in here. They cut my friends nails so short she had been growing them out I felt so terrible they were both done with their nail services 2 hours before me so had to wait on me. And they were over charged according the their menu prices in store and online. And argued about it rather than expressing the slightest bit of customer service. The man was rude and argued with me I paid 72 for a dip powder and 4 designs and she used my old nails didn’t even give me a fresh set of nails. Disappointed, unsatisfied and filled with regret. Please don’t waste your money or time here. Nice Nails on 119th will treat you right !

Just finished my second visit here. The nail technicians are thorough and nice, and my pedicure both times have been awesome. The chairs are comfortable and Ill definitely be back.

The worst experience I’ve had , vary bad customer service. I wanted to get acrylics but the lady was keep trying to persuade me to get gel which I did not want at all . And while I was getting my acrylics she asked how long I wanted them and I showed her and she said I had to pay extra!!!! Also I saw the two workers looking at me and whispering to one another and the lady that was doing my nails kept looking at her phone and texting, and when she sent the text message I heard a dig to the other worker and he kept looking and me and telling the other worker something and then she looked . So I’m assuming there were talking about me?. They do not take there job seriously and there vary rude an do not do nails good. I should of read the reviews before I even came .

Lets start with this: HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I have never been treated more disrespectfully by an employee ever in my life.My two girl friends and I went to this salon to get our nails done. One friend and I wanted a simple color change, and we specified this as soon as we walked in. Our other friend wanted to get her nails dipped. I told the young girl who did my nails that I wanted a polish change and my nails filed slightly (due to one that broke). I also mentioned that I wanted to keep them as long as possible and keep them rounded. She looked at me, smiled, and nodded yes. There was obviously a language barrier because she chopped all my nails off leaving them super short, as well as made them all square shaped. I was visibly upset with the hack job she performed. When my other friends polish change was done, she came over and showed me. They absolutely butchered her nails. They looked better prior to coming in. Now, my friend and I were sitting waiting for our other friend to finish. They took close to THREE HOURS to dip her nails and put a design on two of them. They didnt even change her tips!! When we all went to pay, they charged me for a manicure instead of a polish change and charged my friend $72 for a dip!!! Ridiculous!! When both of us argued that we were being overcharged, the rude man sitting at the front of the salon told us we were wrong and that we owed him the money.SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! Do not go here ever. Go to Cindie or Samon at Lavish Nails off Mill Plain. Those ladies are amazing and will make sure you leave excited to show off your nails!

I had a pedicure here a week ago, nail tech said I had a ingrown toe nail and proceeded to dig into my skin which hurt really bad but then caused a toe infection. Just left the hospital a $100 dollar cost will never go back and will never recommend this place will be reporting to health inspectors.

Very dishonest business. My 14 year old went to get acrylic nails and left with solar and a $54.00 bill. I had to exchange words and explain that they took advantage of her and gave her a service she never asked for. Very frustrating that they did not show her a menu of all of her choices and discuss price beforehand. They reduced the price to 41.00 but it was still $10.00 more than she should have paid.

I enjoyed coming here for my birthday, the girl that did my pedicure was great and super sweet. The one that did my acrylics not so much. She wasnt very helpful and confused my friends technician with the color she had picked, luckily it was fixed. My husband enjoyed his mani pedi ahaha. My technician also left my middle finger very thin to the point another tech told me to be careful or it would break. I had to go back to get three nails fixed and had to get both my hands reshaped because they looked a bit sloppy. Overall i would return and will ask for another tech. Place was clean, staff was mostly friendly to my birthday party of 4 haha.

Received shellac manicure. Horrible job. Bubbles in the polish, uneven edges and on day two I got a chip on the nail. Once the manicure was done I told the owner that the edges were sloppy. Their solution was the file the edges . The nail tech filed so much that I have a cut now on the nail ridge. Would not recommend.

I don’t usually hate on a business or trash their name but in this case these people deserve it. My fiancée went to get a mani/pedi before her bridal shower this Saturday. She had to redo one acrylic nail on her ring finger THREE times and it still looked like garbage. She asked for roses to be painted AND showed the lady a picture. She got poorly painted daisies that were spotty and looked awful.To make matters worse, she dropped a huge glob of paint ON HER ENGAGEMENT RING! The lady attempted to rinse it off but it caused it to get worse and the paint was embedded underneath the diamonds.. My fiancée had to take the ring into the jewelry store and they aren’t even sure they can fix it. They had to send it out for two weeks and we have little hope of it being fixed.My fiancée spent $107 on her work and when she went in there to ask for a full refund the owner argued with her and told her she shouldn’t have taken her ring into the jeweler. That he could supposedly fix it. After arguing with her he pulled out $51 from his wallet (not even half of what she paid,) threw it at her and told her to never come back.Don’t ever take your business here. This is poor customer service. If that ring isn’t fixable I will make sure he pays for it. Even if that means court.

Wasted so much money. $26 to just paint my own nails. Plus the girl couldn’t understand what my friend wanted and made her nails way to short and not round like she continuesly asked.

Never again scheduled an appt. When I arrived I was completely ignored I finally approached some one said I had an appt. Without even looking at me he said 25 min. I said but I have an appt. Totally ignored again I then turned and walked out saying I will never be back. Terrible customer service NO NONE!
