They got me in really quick and I loved my toenail polish. The pedicure sucked my feet look worse on the bottom then they did when I came in. I enjoyed the lady that serviced me and my manicure. But I would not go back or recommend Sassys nails

Today, I was at the mall and walked into Sassy’s nails to get a fill done. Never been here before so I thought let’s give it a try! I had two broken nails (my pointer and middle on my right hand). She starts the process and my nails became so thick than before I got the fill. She was using the e-file and slightly burned me a little every time. Then she uses the hand file to shape and it feels like she was able to cut me. So in the end, my service cost $40!!! That’s the same price as getting a new fullset right there! I don’t recommend going here but everyone’s preference is different.

I have tried so many in the Vancouver/Camas area and I always ended up feeling rushed, burned fingers, and dry personalities...Rose at Sassy Nails was so friendly, so gentle, and warm and inviting. She did a beautiful job removing my previous dip and replacing it with Gel!

Regular pedicures are such a rip off… 5 minutes in and they already were trying to finish up. Had to ask for a deluxe pedicure and even then it’s not worth it because it’s barely a difference from the regular. My mom and I paid over $100 together and sadly it was waste. I don’t plan on coming back to this salon.

I came Im for acrylic nails today, I asked for almond nails. The lady buffed my nails so hard and aggressively, she left most of my fingers bleeding. When I asked her to buff down the one nail that was square into the almond shape I asked for and had on the rest of my fingers, she got annoyed and started filing all my nails square. I said noo, I asked for you to just shape that one to whoch she laughed and said ohhh! And had me pay 45$ for messed up nails. Not happy, and never ever going here again.

This place was terrible. i got a new full set, and as she was file my nails and buffing them,, my nails were burning. i asked for TAPERED SQUARE! and got original square, which was way too chunky. the same day, two nails came off, and now 5 days later.. my whole right hand has 0 nails. they all either broke off, split in half, or just downsized. and three of the nails, before they fell off,, the nail polish came off!! also, the costumer service was terrible. she was so rude, and kept making comments to her fellow staff. I DONT RECOMMEND, THIS IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND JUST TERRIBLE!!!

I went in wanting to do almond shaped nails and ombre and walked out with them the ombre yes but square because the nail tech told me no square is better and I kept telling her that I wanted it like the picture and she didnt listen. Suck I liked going here told my friends to come.

This was the first time Ive ever gone in to Sassy Nails. It seemed like everything was fine, but here I am 24 hours later after a shellac manicure and my polish is chipping off! I will never go back! Besides the fact I paid $5 more than my regular place that Ive been going to for 5 years.

I got manicure (Gel) the woman who did it really in hurry to do her job , and didnt even dry it in the machine long enough she didnt even wait for light turn off, after 1 week one of the gel fell off my nail lol second week another more 2 nails. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Horrible place and the place where their do the nail not look Clean, towel that they put under your hand really look nasty too

When holly isn’t available I’ve had the other ladies work on me, and I’ve never been disappointed. They are clean, efficient, and friendly. No one else will ever touch my nails, ever. I got my nails done today and they turned out exactly like the picture only a slightly different color cus they didn’t have the exact same as my reference photo. But that’s completely okay! I love my nails :,)

Bad doesnt even begin to cover it. I have never not tipped a nail tech and this time I almost didnt pay her. Holly was her name and I later found out its her salon! As soon as she heard me say I wanted paint instead of gel (I like to change up the color often so i hate paying extra for gel) she was so rude. She started filing extra hard, ripping my hands all around, then says, so can you pay me before I paint, i did, then she does the most absolute SLOPPY paint job and walks away. So I put myself under the dryer and left. The onlt reason I didnt cuss her out was because my sister was a regular there for 15 years...but then Holly did her dirty too! Bad business for sure! Definitely will NEVER be back.

Terrible salon! Went with my mom and her nails were worse than mine. Bumpy, rough and not shaped correctly. My nails were supposed to be filled and felt like I had to get my nails done again the next day they were so bad! And was asked if I had cash for a tip vs my card. Very dirty and poorly taken care of salon. They reused their toe separators and only rinse out their pedicure stations. Will not return. I am surprised the health department has not made a round and fined them!

I have been going here with my mom for years. Everyone is friendly and caring and is really well listened to. Its a really nice atmosphere to be in and this definitely where I will always go for my nail needs.

I have thoroughly enjoyed going to Sassy nail in the mall for the last few months for manicures and pedicures. The ladies are always friendly and do a great job. I even bringing in my 8 year old to get her nails painted and they are super sweet to her adding butterflies or flowers to her nails.

NOt sure how clean this place is. After getting home and taking a good look at my nails I was not happy. Every nail had a different shape. Ends of my nails were very rough and so are the heels of my feet. Will not be going back

I love this place. I have been going here 10 plus years. I have never had a problem. Leanne is my nail lady and I cant rave about her enough. I refer all my friends to her and every time my friends say they love her work and stay loyal to her because of the quality work her does.

Most of the reviews are not positive about Sassys. I have to say that I have never had a problem. Been going for over 2 years. They bend over backward to get someone in. I did have to wait yesterday but when I came back I was taken care of adequately. The women do multi-task but we women can so that makes it better! What I want to say is that while I sat there, two older women came in needing their toenails clipped. To me this would be an ugly, scary thing to do. But two of the girls sat on the floor or their chair and clipped the ladies nails. To me that is an act of respect and kindness. Thank you for doing this! When I get this age I hope someone would be their to do that for me!!!

My daughter and I have been going to Sassy Nail for ten years or more. They know me by name. The same people have worked there forever, and it was great for years. Lately, though, its as if my business isnt important to them anymore. Pedicures are rushed. They used to give the BEST massages, but now youre lucky to get a wimpy couple minutes per leg. Theyre all about pushing as many people through as possible now and Ive been disappointed the last several times Ive been there. The last straw was when Jen did my acrylic fill. She rushed through it so bad that she cut me in several places and left my fingers looking raw and disgusting. It was so bad I took pictures. My daughter and I will never go back, which is a shame after all these years!

Prices are great. My only complaint is I would like my feet scrubbed better. Everything else was perfect.

I go here very frequently, and just a day ago I went and got my nails done ahead of time for my birthday.. I showed my nail lady a picture of some nails from Pinterest and she copied them exactly and did a wonderful job! They are all very talented and patient..

I was taking my daughter to get her nails done as a summer treat. She plays violin and is unable to have long nails most of the year. We were refused service because of her age. First of all, Im her mother. Its not really for a salon to decide whether I let my daughter get her nails done. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

They destroyed my nails got angry cause I was being hurt with how she was doing them kept laughing f and talking horrible about myself and my daughter ( thinking we didn’t understand there language ) I dint let her finish her and the guy who did my daughters really had. I idea how to do are nails . She wasn’t happy i would not let her finish she asked why I told her my nails are horrible and I have to have them redone so please do not finish she. I got the amount she charged me for doing everything to my nails I was so livid my daughter was so embarrassed so I paid and asked to talk to the owner or manager she acted like she didn’t I understand what I said instead she told everyone who in her language I was being to sensitive and annoying and I need to just leave already I was annoying hHer ... I want a refund and an apology period I’m shocked

Ive gone here quite a few times to get a pedicure with gel and they always look really nice! The one thing I would say is that sometimes the gel will start to peel up after a week but I can usually fix it.

I brought my 2 year old and friend to get pedicures & I got a fill. I will never be going back. Absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced at a nail salon. First of all, the lady painting my daughters nails was extremely rude to her. And MY nails turned out horrible. Misshapen, different sizes, bumpy... totally disappointed. Save your money.

Our nails turned out ok, but they are lumpy and misshapen. They tried to talk us into a different service than we wanted and blamed the imperfections in their work on our short nail beds and the shape of our nails, all the while talking about us behind our backs. I felt like I could really relate to the Anjela Johnson comedy.

I have been coming here for years and its the only place i get my nails done. They never lift and are not thick. Done just the way i like them. I can only get my done once a month or sometimes 6 weeks. Still have no lift. My nails look good for going so long without the fill. Been to too many others as sometimes friends treat and when i Pay this is where i go. If you are not happy say something they will fix it.

I read all the bad reviews on here and I was super nervous but I came in and the ladies were so helpful and sweet. You just got to be patient in a place of business when youre not the only one in there. Definitely would come again

I read several bad reviews but went it anyways. I think its all about the nail tech that you get. I had mine done by Khanh, and she is the best Ive ever had. She takes her time and pays attention to detail. I stopped seeing my other lady of 5 years to go see Khanh now. Request her!

If you know what you want stick to it. I got a full acrylic set for 40$ (Coffin style color 518) and I LOVE them!!! I think May did an awesome job, Too bad I can’t upload a pic. Not very talkative but what do you expect?

The Chinese lady (owner) is an extremely rude person and does not care for her customers at all. We have been a regular for about a year. We booked our appointment way in advance for nails and manicure/ pedicure. Because of a big traffic jam on our way we got to the appointment about 5 minutes late and she refused to give us the service. She said she had already taken the walk-ins. We were calm enough to wait for a solution but she was adamant on her decision. In an extremely rude way she told us that there were many people like us though our relentless effort to apprise her that we were her regular customers, she paid no heed to it. Their job is also not very creative and up to the latest trends. Its was worth taking a stand and going somewhere else. We were much happier with the outcome thereof!

Wow come in for a fill and cant believe how rude the lady is. Grabbing my hand rolling her eyes after i answer her question about color and such .never will come back sad it looks like a good spot too

My worst experience was my last one, I was late by15 min. ,🌹 Rose took another patron to. the back room for the works. I ended up waiting nearly an hour...shes that good. However, my complaint is she did a rush job on me...the same as she has done for the last several times. Rose used to do such a good job....slower, relaxing, and she did a great massage on calves and feet. I dont like or ENJOY feeling rushed. Im a close to a 10-year patron.

I went in for a full set. It was not busy, my wait was less than 5 minutes. My nails came out perfectly, just as I asked. The only thing lacking was high energy which isnt necessary for me personally, I prefer that the nail artist focus on their work. I would go back.

Ive been here a few times ,they do an okay job the only thing I dislike ,they dont take there time on pedicures if they see someone walk in ,there trying to get every customer that walks to the door and theyll hurry up on your pedicure to ensure the person doesnt leave,

Didn’t have a great experience here, came for a fill and my lady was not nice. She kept telling me different ways to hold my hands and was getting annoyed with me when I wasn’t doing it right. Then she kept bending my fingers in ways they don’t bend, which hurt, and she kept saying RELAX!! Also the paint on my nails is really splotchy and coated unevenly. Won’t be coming back. :(

They used to be really good and i always went here. However the last 5 times my nails were just butchered. Their service quality has been way below 0. Very disappointing!

My kids and I can in, myself for a pedicure and kids for toenails painted. We were asked to return at 10a so when we came back at 955a, we were sighed at and directed to chairs. The tech who worked on my feet, only worked on my feet. Did not scrub my feet, or massage the feet or legs as EVERY other person in a chair was getting. The staff seemed annoyed that my kids wanted their toenails painted.This is the worst service I have ever received here!

I went a couple days ago and the girl I had was super rude to me. She was very pushy and didnt give me time to look at the colors and repeatedly asked what color I wanted when I had just got them. When she was putting a color i now hate on my nails, the curing light that you have to use when you get shellac she kept yelling at me to stop moving. Constantly. I left very upset and shouldnt have gave her anything for a tip. Very rude service. Do not recommend.

This is my third time at this shop. The first time was Awesome. I was so excited to finally find a good place. I got acrylic coffin clear. Gorgeous. I tipped 30%. I made an apt for the same girl two weeks later. The second time the customer service was horrible. They acted like my business was a hassle. One not busy nail tech even stood over the shoulder of my nail tech and spoke so loud in another language the entire time. The nail tech doing my nails was so distracted she nicked my nail ned. And was too harsh on my cuticles. My skin was a mess. The nails came out ok. But passible. Third try. NEVER AGAIN! I came in for a fill asked for Coffin with a natural color. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. I got square pink nails that even have patches of shine and patches of messy. There is bits of cotton stuck and some of the nails are not covered. They are thick in some places and thin in others. I even asked her if they were coffin and she gave an excuse that she trimmed them too short and were too long to make coffin shape. Up what??? Too long and too short??? That makes no sense.It was 40 for my full set, 20 for the fill on the second visit and 30 for the last visit. Nothing was different on either fill. So not sure what was the 10.00 difference.Avoid this place.

When I called to schedule an appointment for pedi, I asked how much it costs. I was told $23. I came in, got my pedicure done and was charged $42....I asked the lady why is it $42 when I was told its $23...she answered: because I choose gel nail polish and not regular....still, it seems like overpriced ( extra $19 for gel nail polish???)

When you pay for a full set and two nails break off, the paint is peeled and bubbled up, it hasn’t even been a week. This is awful.

They rioed my fiancee nails off and didnt even trim them or put a top cost on to make them look presentable. The pedicure was rushed and she tore up the bottom of her feet and mine. She wanted a tree with falling leaves for fall as a design on her big toe but said no I dont do Ill paint them pink instead with flowers. When she said no the lady got mad.... Very horrible experience dont go here.
