The name of the salon says it all! Perfect Nails! I highly recommend Nancy! My friends recommended her and now I know why! She’s amazing, very thorough and she got my nails for my wedding spot on! The place is clean and they take temperature at the door! I will be a regular from now on 😊

Very nice people but my dip manicure was not great. My nails are uneven lengths, they put dip up onto my cuticles, and the price was higher end for such poor quality results. They truly were very nice people and the hand massage I received was awesome at the end of the manicure.

Do not go to this nail salon!!!! I went with my aunt and they said my aunt did not pay, even though she paid in cash and gave a generous tip. I paid with my debit card, and they charged me for my aunts nails after I had left. I signed a receipt for my nails only!!! My nails were $52, and when I checked my card they had charged me $99!!! It was wrong of them to charge me when I had already paid for my own nails, and so had my aunt. I called them as did my aunt and they refused to refund me. “You have to understand; we work hard and somebody has to pay.” Even if my aunt hadn’t paid for her nails, it is not their right to charge me almost $50 extra when I did nothing wrong. Do not waste your time here at this nail salon. I really try to see the best in people, but my aunt and I were scammed.

I have been going to this salon for years! My nails are always perfect, and I always feel so relaxed and pampered after a pedicure. All of the staff is very friendly and professional. They offer water, and other beverages during your pedi or as you wait. If I make an appointment they’re always on time and I don’t have to wait a second! If I just walk in for a service I’m normally seen pretty quickly! All of the technicians are knowledgeable of new and old nail trends and this salon is kept very clean and organized! Im giving 3 stars, because my mom was unhappy with the nail tech she had. She didnt listen to what she was asking or telling the nail tech. My experience was a good one. I had a pedicure and fill. The nail tech I had was Kim. She did an excellent job. However, I feel like this place is not a place you can ask for a certain person. I would only go back if I could have Kim. She listened to what I was saying and asking for and was very nice.

I’ve gone here many times to get my nails done with Nancy and every time i walk out amazed with my new nails. she do a wonderful Job! she always take her time on making sure that the nails are perfect.

First time going into PERFECTION nails today and was seated right away. They had a lot of space. Not cramped like many nail salons. I chose pink ombré with sparkle. They used powder which was nice because most nail salons Ive been to near mission do not use or even have powder colors. My nails turned out beautiful. I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady for my next appointment. Good first impression, will be back.

Ive been coming here for about three months and every time my nails have been perfect. I always have Kim doing my nails because I could tell right from the start that shes a perfectionist and takes her time to get every detail right. I am never worried that the nails will turn out bad. Im sure the other nail technicians are good too because its always busy.

Nice. Wash hands first as soon as you go in. Good idea. Price same as other nail places. Liked the plastic covering to put in to soak feet.

On Sunday I got a fill of my acrylics. I called and made an appointment ahead of time. In the middle of my appointment, the nail tech left for 7-10 minutes to go wax someone in a room behind me, just telling me to wait (as if I had a choice as I’m sitting there with polish on part of my nails).After going home satisfied with the look of my nails, within 24 hours, in breaks clean off. The fill took about an hour and I didn’t have an hour to spare to get them fixed, working full time. Then on Thursday I had ANOTHER NAIL BREAK OFF! I’ve gotten my nails done enough times to know an acrylics should last at least 3 weeks. At this point I’m upset I paid $42 to get something done that was poor quality.Seeming that it was within 4 days of the app, between errands for my upcoming weekend with guests coming into town, I go into Perfection Nails to show them what happened. I asked politely for a refund explaining I don’t have time to get them fixed. The front desk individual proceeded to laugh at me telling me “I did your nails, you broke them. It’s not my fault. I won’t give you money back.” I have NEVER in my life been treated so poorly by a nail technician and was shocked to see that someone could so easily laugh in my face and not understand why I was upset.In hindsight, I should have known not to go back when my first appointment, about 3 weeks prior on a Friend recommendation, I asked to work with Phil and he never showers up for my appointment so another tech had to step in and take over.DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! You will be left out of money with bad service and bad products.

So, since covid Ive tried to do my own. Didnt like anyone since Mauni left the biz. It didnt make sense to sit for 2 hours for something OK. What I love about Perfection Nails? Let me list: I can walk in. Im in and out in an hour. My nails looks great and last for weeks! They were so bad from doing them myself and I walked out an hour later looking awesome. Highly recommend.

I’ve been here twice and had the most amazing experience both times! The first time I came in I was desperate for an eyebrow wax and only had a few minutes. They got me in right away and the lady who did my eyebrows did a great job and was so sweet! She even gave me a hug at the end ❤️. Second time came in for an eyebrow wax again and was immediately helped. A different woman did my eyebrows and was amazing! After she did my brows we talked about an eyebrow tint, so I went for it and am blown away by how great they look. She even gave me a relaxing head massage while the tint was setting. I will definitely be back to get my nails and toes done! I highly recommend perfection nails.

Everyone there is great at what they do! My daughters and I have been going here for 3 years now and the service is fantastic. Lily, Nancy, Hannah, Amy, and Phillip all do a great job. They go out of their way to accommodate our schedules. Ive also noticed that they do this for others as well. Ive never felt rushed, and they take their time. Ive done my nails, pedicures and brow waxing and have always been pleased! Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

Nancy was very talented and until someone tried to over charge me for my wedding nails, i was a happy customer. I was very disappointed on the day before my wedding about being over charged.

Been here for a couple of sets and I am THRILLED — the staff are incredibly nice and accomodating to my walk-ins. They also knew exactly what kind of nails would be best for my weak nail beds (I’m a biter) — and walla! Best nails I’ve ever had!I work as a waitress, and have only ever lost one nail to the job. Considering how much strain they’re under from working with my hands all day, thats super impressive. Love love love love this place.

Went here without an appointment and was able to get in right away. Will be going back since I liked the way Phillip did my nails and was so nice. The price is right with what other places are charging. Very good service and very pleased.

This place is expensive

Terrible service, long wait, unorganized, unprofessional, rude, and overall an unpleasant experience. Unsanitary as well. The first tech bounced between me and another person who came in, no washing up, left me waiting for at least 30 minutes, botched the acrylic on one hand so badly that the other tech she passed me to removed it and redid it. Megan was nice, but overall my nails arent great. She did a better job than the original person who took me, who also left the other person she started on soaking in acetone for almost an hour. Ill never return.

The best!! I have issues with acrylic nails lifting - Ive never gotten them done and had them not lift. This place changed my life! They do such a great job every time and no lifting AT ALL. I can push my fills out to three weeks with no issues. They are so friendly and accommodating. They do get pretty busy but its obvious as to why! I wont get my nails done anywhere else.

She was in a huge rush and missed a lot of spots even got acrylic on my skin and didnt take it off when I told her. All of my nails were crooked and I told her to fix it and she didnt, she just ignored me.

As much as I don’t want to give this information out, The nail tech Nancy is so good at her job, my nails look flawless every single time. Anytime I’m in a pinch and go somewhere else my nails look like trash. The other ladies know me and hug me and talk to me like I Ealked in to a friends house. I love this place. But love Nancy even more.

I dont have nails fall off or breaks like I have with other salons. The owner Amy treats her employees with respect and it shows through their work. To be honest this place is hit or miss. Ive had gel nails done here twice and both times they only lasted a couple of days (when gels are supposed to last about two weeks). One time the gentleman was really kind and attentive and did a really nice job, and the second time this woman helped me and she did a really...not so great job. It was patchy and they looked bad from the get go. I would DEFINITELY recommend a pedicure from here though. The sweet lady that did my pedicure took her time and really did an incredible job.

My Tech is Ann best manny/pedi in Vancouver. Massage chair while your feet soak i recommend the deluxe pedicure you could walk in with feet that would scare the average person you walk out with a models pretty feet. Manicure there name says it all PERFECTION short nail long natural or acrylic. Nail Art to the next level. Basic Manicure $15. Basic Pedicure $25. They wax eyebrows /cut hair also. Ive not tried these services. JUST TRY THIS SHOP YES VIETNAMESE. THEY CATER TO YOUR EVER NEED!

I am writing this for a friend that cannot write it because she is in so much pain from the service she got that she couldnt even wash her own hair in the shower. Here is what she had to say:Im floored by how I was just treated at perfection Nails yeah... Perfection Nails my ass!!! First I go in and Im very civil about me wanting my money back because my fingers are swollen and have bubbles all over them by my cuticles.. Then I sit patiently for the manager to come out so I can speak with her and tell her whats going on and she looks at my fingers and says nothings wrong with you why are you here then she holds up my hand for everyone to see and starts making a scene!! I almost started crying.. You obviously are blind because they are swollen and are in a lot of pain, and have been itchy for 2 days!!! Either my fingers are swollen and itchy because Im allergic to the primer or oils to use or they dont clean their tools very good.. I have to put lots of itch cream on them last night to even fall asleep.. Im not pleased with the way I was treated and I made it very clear that she was embarrassing me in front of HER CUSTOMERS!! she was very loud and very rude! I will never in my life go back there!! And I hope that no one else will too!

Went to get my eyebrows waxed, they look WORSE than when I came in! I couldnt believe it. And when I went home to clean my face, I noticed so many red bumps and areas where it looks like my skin was thinly ripped off. She plucked so much I felt something was off. It was so dark in the room, where usually in other salons, they would have a bright light so they can actually see what they are doing. I cant believe this tho. And! When I went to another place to see if they could fix it, they said if they did anything else my eyebrows would be way too thin. Im going on a trip, bit when I get back, Im going to talk to someone cuz this is not what I paid for. Good thing I have bangs tho to cover my unprofessional eyebrows.

The lady named Hannah who took care of me today during my very first visit at Perfection Nails was very professional, an absolute artist, and very sweet. I noticed that many return customers felt like they were at home and that spoke volumes.

I have NEVER had any trouble at Perfection Nails. we have been going there for + years. I always take my girls and they do their nails wonderfully. They love getting their nails done. I think those that have left with swollen fingers might want to take into regards you might be allergic to something... which is not the fault of the store owner. I would find that a very odd reaction to have to getting solar nails put on, gel nails or polish, etc. unless you have a sensitivity.Also take into regard that not every employee in the nail salon is trained to do acrylic or solar nails...o occasionally one might have to wait especially if walking in last minute expecting a service that would keep you there 30-45 minutes past closing. (I have frequently seen them take customers close to closing time) Sometimes one has to patient.

I have been to probably 8 or 9 nail salons and this is the only one I ever went back to. I consistently get fills and solar sets done and have 0 complaints. Nancy is awesome and always willing to try new styles I find online. I have not had a pedi but they look glorious!

I went in to get my nails done on my lunch I asked 3 times before I took a seat explains I had to be back to work. They said it’s okay we will be done. 20 mins go buy not even half way finished.. I paid 27$ for half ass nails they didn’t offer to have me come back and get them painted or anything. I go to my usual place and get a whole set painted and all for $30!! I will never go back. The fact they didn’t offer for me to come back and have my nails painted knowing I worked at 1 just blows my mind. Poor business.

This place is the Worst.. I had to wait 20 mins when they said 10. She kept commenting on how short my nails are and asked if I cut them myself like it was a joke. They charge 30 dollars for a spa pedicure and thats not including exfoliation or that cheese grater thing.. it was just a bad time and not worth your money.

Customer service was not good. But it was not nice for the staff to continue asking customer to get extra things done. & they continue asking until the customer say yes. Is not right I know there trying to get money but thats not the way to make customer pay more. You would like to go 2 a nail shop just relax & get your nails done. Not continue offering again & again. So not the business. I was told my price was 39 than later I was charged 90.00 wth. Not good . I would never visit this place again.

I went here with my 4 year old daughter for the first time. I was talked into doing the dip nails and was told it didn’t take longer than gel nails would. While my cuticles were being worked on, I was cut on a finger causing it to bleed. The electric nail file was used and it kept sliding off my nail and onto my skin causing it to bleed. Nearly all my fingers were red around my nails and had scabs for a week after... hurt to wash hands! I spent two and a half hours getting the dip done and left with hideous nails. They were supposed to be square.. they were round. And it looked like my nails had about 30 coats of paint on them! They looked like bubble nails. I went back and had them take it all off and apply just a gel paint. They looked great. However, the paint started chipping the very next day. I will never go back.

Walked in with 45 minutes to spare, theres 3 employees sitting talking on their phones but only one person doing nails and they told me they couldnt see me for an hour. Can judge on their nails but the customer services is horrible they literally had nobody talking to me and three employees sitting there talking on their own cell phones

The worst manicure I have ever had. She didnt even cut my nails, barely did cuticles, and no hand massage. First, I waited for more than 10 minutes while soaking fingers, than she rushed through the Mani.

I take my grandpa to place and I come back less one hour. They took advantage to my grandpa who 87 age paid them $40 for just predicure?!?!? Its not even one hour. Never come again and also I was went there for my nails done got broken in only two weeks.

BEWARE!!!!! My daughter had her nails done here and left with swollen fingers, blisters, and itching!!! They wanted her to put her fingers with blisters on them in acetone!! She tried to get her money back and they refused, but held her fingers up to make fun of her to the customers that were there. She went to the Drs and they said it was from DIRTY TOOLS!!!

I went here to get my acrylic nails filled and get my sister a pedicure. It was the worst experience of my life. The lady doing my nails pressed the grinding tool against my finger tips and continued to squeeze those fingers throughout the whole process. I will never go back there. My sisters experience wasnt much better. Her fingers were pinched, and the polish was shotty.

Ive tried them twice now. Each time Ive spent $90 for a mani and pedi and each person I have dealt with never asks what I want and rushes through the job. My pedicure was a terrible experience and it was sub par for $50. The manicure was better (different person, same day) but my nails are now chipping 4 hours later. I got GEL so Im not sure why. When I asked for change to tip (you are not allowed to add it to the credit card purchase) they took my $20 (trying to take all of it) when all I requested was change so I could divide it as I saw fit between the mani and pedi people. I am a GM in retail for years and I have never written a bad review... there are so many better places than this one. Not worth it.

Told them I wanted regular acrylics. Not a full set. I don’t get my nails done a lot so don’t know the difference between a regular set and full set. She goes ahead and does the full set with gel anyways and tells me it’s $40. Wasteful and unintentional waste of $40 on mediocre nails.
