I have been looking for a nail shop that could take their time and do great nail designs. This is the place Anna is the best. She is so fast and when I bring a picture she makes it come to life on my nails. Never a wait either. She gets you back on time. Please go and ask for her or if she is busy she can get you in with someone same day. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Everytime I go in they do an amazing job. I always schedule with Anna and I always get exactly what I ask for. Recommend.

I dont go anywhere else, the staff is great - Tammy is my favorite and she does the absolute best shellac manicure that looks great and lasts! I have done acrylics here before as well, they make it look natural and not too thick (like other places do that I have used) as well as SUPER smooth, no uneven bumps on your nails. I cant wait for my next appointment!

This is my new regular place for mani/pedi. Very friendly staff, and I didnt feel they were rushing. I get the gel powder dip for my fingernails and they have the color Ive been searching for, my last place did not.

I just walked in and felt so welcomed. they did my nails amazing and complimented my tattoo. such a lively, fun group of talented nail techs! i will be going back because the nails were done great and it was so fun ! i’m not sure how to upload a photo but my nails are the best i’ve had!

The worst customer service..I came without an appointment and asked, “you take walk ins, right?”The guy rolled his eyes and told me to sit down. He seemed super rushed and annoyed, there was only 1 other customer so it’s not like they were too busy. Also, their prices fluctuate all the time. Go spend your time and money anywhere else. These people don’t care about losing customers anyways.

This nail salon had a sign up saying 10 percent Off. I got the most common and average nail design French manicure. I admit I didnt ask what the final price would be but I did mention to the lady that I asked my husband if I could get my nails done based on the fact that it was 10 percent off. Now from my experience the nails usually cost 25$ so 10 percent Off of that would be amazing and an acceptable rate. Btw my husband sent me into the nail salon with 40$ which should have been more than enough to pay for nails and a tip. The lady finished my nails and I asked the lady how much with 10 percent off. She says 42$ now at this point I was frustrated i had to go out and get 2 more dollars and if that is with 10 percent off then the original price was 46$ way above what french manicure should cost. So i didnt give her a tip but i gave her the money with kindness then she had some nerve to laugh at me after I gave her the money and kept laughing as she went to get my change. That just covers the 💰 part of the experience. The service was horrible as she did my nails it was uneven in multiple areas on the nails and everytime I tried to tell her to correct it she got offendsive and ignored me so I thought it was going to be a reasonable price like 25$ so I let her proceed. She attempted to fix it but of course the nail powder gel was still uneven on multiple nails. I kept trying to tell her but got no result..Then I asked for one gem on my wedding finger and she came up with putting a row of gems on my ring fingers I asked does it cost extra she said no. Then she painted a clear coat of nail polish over the gems so when the gems fell off it left a ugly ring bubble where the gems used to be..The the bottom line is poor service and ridiculous prices. My husband is a truck driver I go with him traveling all the time with no time to be girly it was supposed to be a treat this nail salon ruined that. It isnt like I got a fancy nail it was so basic. I will never waste my money here again.

I love joys work. I went to so many nail places before looking for someone who could get the shape right. I love my nails every single time! Its clean and everyone is very helpful and nice! Im so glad I found this place, I wont go anywhere else!

Love this salon! Been coming here regularly for about 12 years. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They even offer beverages now :-) I usually make appointments, but when I have popped in for a last minute service, Ive never waited longer than 5-10 minutes. I only get natural nail manicures, pedicures and brow waxing so I cant speak to the acrylic services. I would highly recommend this salon!

Today i had a chance to visit them again since last time was a month ago. Everyone here was nice and professional. I got Natural Manicure for $20 which was very cheap compared to nail salons in my hometown. My technician was talented and patient, she did take her time in every details on my nails and i was really impressed with the results. The place was clean and well sanitized. Again, i felt very pleased with my visit today. Highly recommended!!!

I’ve been coming here for almost 6 years. The staff changed about a year ago and it’s gone down hill since then. The last few times I’ve gone in for a manicure I have not received the best service. I usually get gel. Also when my daughter went the guy doing her pedicure drew the “P” backwards... I get having mirroring images for flowers by letters??? No offer to correct or anything. Also no prices are posted so they charge you more. Case in point, my mom and daughter had got me a gift certificate for what I used to get, gel manicure and regular pedicure... when I went in to use it (just a couple of weeks later) I was charged more that didn’t include the tip. Nothing extra was asked for.

I never have written a review before, but honestly I’m disappointed in this place. I’m pretty good at just being thankful and appreciative, but after today it made it really hard. My shellac manicure left my cuticles more dry and cracked than when I came in. Maybe it’s because she didn’t bother giving me any oil or lotion afterwards or anything, because the next client must have been more important. I came in for a pedicure a week ago to have had the “gel” polish not go under a light, so all my toes got messed up which I had to pay for again today to fix (I work 12hr days, so I wasn’t able to come in right away to fix them) I had to settle for regular polish because I couldn’t fathom spending $40 for my last pedicure, and then having to pay another $20 to fix their mistake.. so I walked out of there spending $37 for a 15minute shellac manicure and my toes painted. Bummed

Such great service! Wonderful pedicure and they even made us iced coffee. They did a great job and prices are very reasonable.

I have NEVER left a nail servicing without paying in my entire life. I came in for a FILL with beautiful, perfectly shaped nails (natural nails with an acrylic natural toned ombré overlay) that I have spent months growing out to perfection. I stopped the nail tech half way through the acrylic overlay process for 1.ruining my shape, 2. cutting my fingertips with the file multiple times, 3. drilling my natural nail underneath the overlay out and 4. not listening to me. She obviously didn’t know how to ombré with acrylic powder, the nails were horribly thick, the blunt white line beaming through the natural colored powder almost to the base of my nail bed...meanwhile Trying to convince me that the botched job that she was attempting to do even came close to what I had. I even said “look at me and tell me this is even remotely close to what my nails looked like when I came in here. She said “well your lady knows what you like” which I replied I told you I want a fill of what mine looks like!!! You saw my nails!!! With lumpy acrylic still on my nails I left. Maybe simple people you can fool, but as a licensed cosmetology graduate, you can’t fool me with your complete lack of skill, consultation,or willingness to listen to the client. You tried to put the wrong acrylic powder on my nails which I had to correct you and debate with you 3 times until you realized that you had indeed grabbed the wrong color.... I should have left right then. And instead of starting over, you just put the new color of acrylic right over creating a giant thick blob of a nail. When I told you that was too thick, you said it looked natural. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Completely horrible. Luckily having a license myself I went home and did them myself until I can make an appointment with my usual nail technician.

I went here today, October 22, 2016 to get black pointed gel nails with a cob webs and the service was great. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately seated (I didnt have an appointment). They took about 45 minutes to do and they did exactly what I asked for. All in all I paid $55 then added a $20 tip.

It was hit or miss with quality and time. The last two times it took 2 hours for a fill with gel. I had to leave in the middle because I was almost late for a dr appt. had to come back to get polished. Then today, the woman completely ripped off more than half of my nails saying they were “loose” but clearly they hurt being pulled off. They also give my children tons of candy every time they come with me, without asking, and even after I say no. I’ve been going here for a few months now but I’ll be trying a new place next time.

I got a shelliac pedi and dip nails and it costed $95. I have never spent so much on nails and it wasnt worth it honestly. She cut me and kept hitting my fingers with the drill. The pedi was good until she said it was $55?! The book said 40+10 for shelliac. She then showed me its 45 for the special scent pouches. My nails are not what i wanted. They are crooked and different lengths. I will not come back.

If I could leave no stars I would. Im sorry but this place is horrible, the girl who did my nails was very rude, refused to give me the polish I wanted, gave me an attitude over me asking if they could to a solid color under the glitter to make it stand out more, the shape of the nails was terrible, they were lumpy, very large in the middle and small at the bottom and the top, not what I asked for at all. the girl who painted my nails was different from the one that did the acrylics, she was nice enough but the polish was streaky and uneven. dont waist you time or money, I spent 45.00 (no tip) for a mess.

Loved this place!! We didnt have an appointment for four of us and they were able to accommodate us immediately! Will be going back!!

Each one of us ordered the same thing but we all got something different. We were all happy with our toes, though. Good Chinese place across the lot, and Krispy Kreme is right for for an after pedi treat!

Mediocre nail spa with a focus on throughput. Any requests made to the working staff are met with counter hurry up commands in their language.

Worst looking nails Ive ever had. I eventually just stopped asking if she could adjust them, so I could get out of there and go have them fixed somewhere else. Wrong shape (i dont know how many times I said I did NOT want square, but, its like thats all she knew how to do), crooked, excess acrylic on tips so I have a nice clear tip after the white of the French tip. And bubbles everywhere! Its just awful. And I was charged over $40. Maybe I just got there on a bad day, but I will not be going back

Not the best experience. “Specialists” here don’t even know how to do a “moon” nail color. Pricing is rediculous. Paid $25 for hust nail color, NO MANICURE, JUST the COLOR! I would avoid this place. Also, not a lot of color options .

I am not pleased at all with the service i received today. The colors i wanted were not available. The woman who did my nails took it into her own hands to do extra work with out asking my permission then tried to charge me for the work. The job she did doing my acryllic nails isnt good. The tips are off center and the hardening gel is lumpy and un even. I recommend L.A. nails in the westfield mall. Not this place

Poor customer service - I was talked to like I was stupid and because one day I requested another person to do my nails because I didn’t care how the older man shaped my nails he took offense and was completely rude to me everytime I went back and I even told him I didn’t mind him doing my nails but that particular day I needed them to be perfect and I’m paying money for them to look the way I want them — it is a service I am paying for (I will not be returning)

Rudest nail salon I’ve ever encountered. The lady cut into my finger with nail clippers and still charged me. This makes a twice they have wronged me. I believe in second chances never again!!!
