I was in desperate need of a pedicure and last minute I decided to see if I could get one. I had called in to US Nail 2 and an hour before they were set to close. The manager had said it was ok for me to come in and if I wasn’t able to then just call back to let them know. I stuck to my word and came in but it was a little later than I had said I would. They still welcomed me in and I when I walked in, this being my first time, I couldn’t help but notice how clean and beautiful the place was! My amazing nail technician, Ha or also known for her American name Anna, was such a lovely person to talk to and connect with. Plus she gave me an excellent deluxe pedicure on top of the excellent costumer service skills. I will be coming back the next time I am in need of another relaxing pedicure! ☺️

Went in for a spa pedicure today and it was very enjoyable! Everyone working there was so nice and friendly - that really added to the great experience! I hardly ever go to get my nails done, so I was really looking forward to going to a GOOD nail salon. This place delivered!! Terry was my technician. She made my toes look and feel so good. The polish was perfectly done! On top of that, she was also very easy to talk to, neat, and professional.The nail salon was very clean and orderly. I’m very happy with the entire experience - from the last minute booking of the appointment to walking out the door with bright & shiny nails. Highly recommend!! (Price for a deluxe pedicure & shellac =$55+tip. Please tip well! They deserve it!)

I love coming her just to hear all the ladies call me “honey” 🥰. The service is exceptional! I’m always super relaxed when I leave here. They don’t saw your cuticles and feet like other places. Their are extremely gentle and CLEAN!

So friendly. I live in Kansas and come to visit family. I came a couple months ago with my aunts and husband and today with my aunt and two daughters. They took their time. They rubbed and the massaging was wonderful!! My toes look amazing all of our toes are amazing!! I was so relaxed when I left!! Thank you ladies!!

I have been getting my toes done since I was 15. I haven’t found a place that I absolutely love UNTIL NOW! I have gone to dozens of places over the years and most are ok but nothing to write home about. I am so beyond happy with US nails! I will never go to another nail place again!!! I went here for the very first time today and was very impressed, I am new to the area and this us the 3rd place I have been too and this will now definitely the place I return to from here on out. I got the deluxe pedicure and a manicure and not only did they do an excellent job they took their time to do an amazing job, was not rushed at all and the pedicure and manicure massage felt so good. This is my favorite nail salon. For years I was trying to find a good place and I went here a year ago and have been a regular ever since. All my friends love it here too. They are super nice, clean and do the best job. They make your nails look nice and your feet look and feel soft. I moved away and the new salon I went to did not do the best job on my pedicure. My feet looked bad so when I visited Vancouver, I came back here. They still look perfect right now even a week later. I will continue to be a regular and come here when I visit even though I live hours away. Thanks Tiffany, Terry, and the whole team!

They were really good, but didnt tell me their was different prices because of the Polish you get. They sat some Polish sample down on table and had me pick one, so I picked a color and was not told that it would be extra money for that Polish, so I was charged $9.00 dollars more. I dont think that right,they should tell you. I asked for a full set at $25.00 dollars with 30 percent off which would of been $17.00 instead I was charged $26.00 because of the Polish I wasnt told about

LOVE their Deluxe Pedicure! Nhi (Amy) did a fantastic job on my toe nails and gave a wonderful massage. The spa is very clean and the equipment is well kept. All the staff is extremely friendly and cheerful. I would definitely go back!

Nice people however I could cry. I paid 65+ for a gel manicure, not even 2 weeks later and 3 have popped off. All my gems came off within the week. No cuticle trim. 😭😭😭 lumpy nails very noticeable!!!! How is this even allowed. I pretty much got robbed. I would post pictures but I don’t know how. Anyway VERY Disappointed

Visiting family and needed a pedicure. Called a day before for appointment for 3 people. They were ready for us and were very professional. The place was also very clean. Terry was so friendly and did an amazing job on my pedicure. I will return here each time I visit my sister!

I took my friend out for a Starbucks and found this new nail shop right next to it with promotion of 10% off for all services! We went in and give it a try and end up love the glitter bright red for my toes and French manicure and my friend got her royal blue for pedicure and manicure! We both in love with the work and a new management and the colors turned out perfectly for our 4th of July coming up! Definitely will be back again for sure 💜💜

I came here needing to get a set of awful acrylics off and a new set. The man doing mine did such an amazing job! They resembled the photo perfectly and the owner made sure I was satisfied the whole time. Definitely my new favorite place to go!

After having a horrible experience at Madison nails across the street, I came to US nails, they were fabulous, I showed a certain length and shape and that man took of my butcher nails and did a whole new set. I was very happy and satisfied with the looks, shape and overall experience in the salon. Amazing staff and relaxing experience

A co-worker told me about this place and how pleased she was with them. I took my Daughter and Grand Daughter for pedicures. It was the best I have had in a long time! I think we have found our new favorite place fir mani-pedis! They were gentle and thorough, with attention to detail. Very impressed. Nice people! Only praise from my Daughter and Grand Daughter too!

Being a hair dresser I totally understand things not going quite right, but my experience here was terrible. My nails were lumpy and didnt even have acrylic on the sides of my nails...when I went in to ask if they could be fixed(which I really hate doing because I always feel mean) Linda just told me she would file them to fix them or she could take them off which was 10$ she would wave that fee but not refund me or redo them. She was visibly irritated and her filing hurt and made them worse. I left in tears because I already felt bad for complaining about them but after showing a few friends they said I should go back in. A friend told me to go to Richards nails in orchards where he fixed them to perfection, he also informed me I wasnt crazy and that my set was really bad. It made me sad and physically hurt. They claim the owners will contact me next week....we shall see

This salon opened in February. Since its new, its really clean. I hope it stays that way! Im new to the area so have been searching for a local salon. I went to the last one in Oregon for 15 years and the same tech did my every 2-week fills and monthly pedicures all those years. I like consistency so prefer to see the same nail tech every time. The first time I went in to US Nails, I had a pedicure by Le. She did really well. A week later I went in for a fill by David. He was very gentle and did a really great job. I was very pleased. I scheduled my next fill appt for 2 weeks later with David. He did another great job. I like the acrylic on my nails to be thin and he does them just right. He also gets my nails so smooth. I think Ive found my new salon and tech. Woohoo!

Us nails 2 is not worth the money I spent, it has been 1 week since I have been there and already the gel nails that I had gotten on my hands have started to chip away, also I picked a color that I really liked because it is my birthstone and the young woman ( after speaking with the lady with the glasses in a different language because my friend wanted the same color as me) told me the color was “too light” and I should change the color. I didn’t have a back up color so I let the lady choose and she picked a sparkling red color, the color itself was nice but after spending 60+ on a mani/pedi and a week to go by and my nails start chipping I will never go back here again.

I went here with my wife and our 2 daughters. Bad customer service, always talking about us in different language thinking we don’t know. Nails were done horrible they end up breaking not long after we leave. Over charged for bad service. Recently went to do an pedicure and paint on nails horrible hurting legs, toes and feet, didn’t do heels all the way. Will never come back and not refer to our family and friends.

Had a great experience, this was my second time here. My last trip, the shellac lasted me 2 weeks till I had to go in and get it taken off! I did a shellac mani pedi this time and was in and out in under an hour!
