Always do a great job. Pedis are luxurious. My (acrylic) nails always look great, and theyre done in a short amount of time. They have at least 17 years of experience, and it shows. Fluent in English in case thats important to you

The friendly atmosphere at Karens Nails made my visit very pleasant. My hands and my feet experienced a much-needed makeover. My manicurist did a splendid job. I went there because I knew they would take good care of me.

Ive been going here for a little while and i love it. Im very picky and couldnt seem to find anyone who doesnt cause me to have ingrown toe nails within two days. Kim is Amazing! I havent had an ingrown that she hasnt been able to tackle. Thanks so much Kim for all your help. I tell everyone to go to Karens. You wont be disappointed by any means.

I just had such a wonderful experience! What a little treasure to find! Im pretty regular about getting pedicures but I rarely have my nails done because Im picky … Kim did such a wonderful job I had my pedicure we did a full set too. Theyre absolutely gorgeous and look better then my real nails ever did. Amazing. Wonderful. Beyond hospitable and so nice. I cant say enough food things. What a great find!

Service was a bit slow but the people were friendly. Unfortunately, within a week of my gel pedi, two nails had the gel peel right off.

My absolute favorite place to go for nails. Betty does my full set and my mom loves Karen. They do such a perfect job and my shape/set is perfection every time. Lasts 4 weeks if i let them go that long! Couldn’t say enough good things. Super nice, clean and average pricing! Would give 10 stars if i could!

Got my nails done earlier here today and the ladies who work here are super nice! I met Karen, her daughter and Kim. Kim was the one who did my nails which I truly love! She was nice and respectful (unlike the employees in L.A Nails at Vancouver mall) and did an amazing job on my nails! She was quick and always made sure I approved the shape and color the way she does them. Definitely going to be coming here💅🏻😍😊

The staff was very friendly, good atmosphere, but my pedicure felt rushed. They were not very detailed with doing the actual pedicure, mostly focused on painting my nails.

Kim does a decent job of shaping nails and doing fills. However she is very impatient and tries to get done quickly. In doing so she ends up getting product on your fingers too and doesnt remove it.She also does not let every layer of gel polish dry long enough because shes trying to hurry. I have never had any other salon do this. She doesnt even let the full cycle finish before applying another coat. I ended up with some tacky nail polish on the edges that wore off in a few hours from it not being cured correctly and several of my nails smudged after I left too. I have never had this happen before with gels, I get them so I dont end up with smudges!She also did a bad application job on one of my nails and it looked pretty bad and lumpy like the nail polish was too thick to go on right. She refused to fix it and made it sound like it was my fault because I had accidently bummed the tip. She didnt even fix that and caused a bigger problem by poorly apply polish to the entire nail. I will not be going back!

Kim has amazed me with her efficiency and complete care when I chose a bad color for my toenails. She did a marvelous job of matching my toenail color to my fingernail color that had been her best guess as to what would look best on me, & fit my personal preference. She had done a very good job on my manicure & pedicure so from now on Ill be requesting her for my nail care.

Got a Mani / Pedi with gel polish in under an hour. One week later they still look great! Im usually peeling off the gel by day 4, but these are surviving despite cleaning my whole house, daily dishes for a family of 5, and a ski trip!! Highly recommend, I will be returning!

I refuse to go any where else, I have been going here for 4+ years. Betty is amazing and creative. I do not even pick out my own colors or designs 90% of the time. I just let her do whatever, and always get complements.Kim and Karen are also really great. Everyone makes you feel welcomed.

Had some time to kill so i decided to check this place out and get a quick pedicure. I only asked to get my toes done without the scrub and massage since I didnt have a lot of time. The lady did a good job and followed my requests, but when it was time to pay i was handed a $38 bill for just getting my toes. I asked why so expensive and i was told that because i wanted a shellac pedicure that was extra $15. It would have been helpful to have that information when i asked about that option. Ive done it at other places and never paid so much! Will not be coming back

Mom and I went for our monthly pedicure. Karen and Kim were very friendly and welcoming . Kim took very special care of my mom whose feet are very sensitive and I could see my mom thoroughly enjoyed her pedicure. We will ne back. Thank you ladies you are awesome!

Called and asked for a fill. When I got in and they took my polish off tried to say my nails had to come off and start over. I refused to allow it and left. I have been getting my nails done every 2 weeks for 15 years and I was traveling and needed a fill, thats what I get for going new place and they talk over you in another language so you dont understand them.

They do such an awesome job!!!
