I love getting my nails done here, they always do a fantastic job with any and all designs that I ask they to do, and they always seem to squeeze me in as a walk in lol. The ladies here are all super friendly and as always, I look forward to my next visit!

Had a poor experience. All of the colors available were very old and goopy. Had three different ladies work on my nails. Just felt like I wasnt cared for and my nails did not look good.

Friendly and attentive staff. Lots of polish and gel colors to choose from. My gel polish typically lasts around 3 weeks. They do get busy.

I dropped my six-year-old daughter she loved did they did a really good job pedicure and manicure and it was for a good price my favorite part was they let me sit in massage chair next to her and that was the best massage I think Ive ever had

I was debating on what to rate this place it was my first time had an appointment the ladies were a bit sassy but later on nice, they do talk to each other more than the customer which i dont find offensive but some might. Did not get seen on time. I got regular nail polish manicure like i do sometimes but this time the same day is chipped and then the next day another one started peeling. I still dont know why if its my fault or the polish was old but ive never had that happen to me before and its not because it wasnt gel. I never get gel. Before I forget when I went to wash my hands the sinks were messy, water everywhere ,wet towels on there. It is a pretty sink though. I dont think i will come back but the lady that did my nails was nice at the end

Very friendly staff. All the loud chit chat amongst staff is a little annoying. If feel like when your getting a treatment the focus should be on the customer. Like when you are getting a massage, it should be a relaxing experience. Also the news was on... Not at all a relaxing environment w/ that on. We all need a break from that. BUT.. I asked if they could turn it to something else. And they got up and changed the channel. (I added if it was not objectable to other costomers) Thank you very much!!

Went in for first pedicure since Covid. Very clean and following all the rules to keep everyone safe. They give great pedicures.

No. Dont waste your money here. I made an appointmnt the day prior. It was my first time there. My session was stopped 4x as my tech worked on 2 other people.

I came in today at my friends recommendation & had a mixed experience. The atmosphere was nice & the girls were friendly with a good sense of humor. However, I recently sprained my thumb & have been wearing a brace. At first they tried to have me take it off, but settled on undoing one of the straps for better access to my thumb. My nail tech was less than gentle the whole time & at one point quickly jammed my thumb backwards without warning. By the end of the session I was cradling my arm in my lap. Two of my nails already look like they could use a fill, as they aren’t as close to the cuticle as the others. I would give this place another shot, but not before I’m healed.

This place is home for years! Love them all! Trang is my girl!

Lucy is the best!!!!! Finally went back to have my pedicure and manicure today with Lucy!Felt very comfortable and safe with all their safety precautions in place because of COVID! I’ll be back

Lucy and Cathy took exceptional care of my sister and myself. For me it was the best pedicure I have had in Vancouver. Loved the hot rock massage and essential oils. Cathy did great waxing my face also. The ladies here prefer appointments but the one on one attention is worth it.

This is my go to place for a pedicure. It’s always wonderful. The leg massage is the best, and the pedi lasts at least a month!

All of the ladies are sweet, very kind. Its very clean . They work very hard & do an amazing job . My nails havent ever lifted . They have a huge selection of gel colors , nail polish colors & acrylic colors. They charge the same as every other salon but they go the extra mile in great service. They deserve 10 stars.

The staff at Signature Nails is great especially Trang. I have been going there since May 2011. Sadly I will be moving out of the area and today was my last visit. Highly recommend

These ladys are the best!!! I used to only get my eyebrows done there (great place for eyebrows) and I never thought to get my nails done until today!! They were amazing. Best nail place thus far and post polish hand massage was great!! Highly recommended for nails and brows!! (:

Had the WORST manicure I could ever imagine. The lady removed shellac with the nail filer and it scratched my nails pretty bad! Looks awful ! Also she did not remove the shellac all the way, and I only asked for a good manicure without the color. The previous owner had much better service!

I shop in that center a lot and decided to give it a go for a manicure. Everyone was very sweet and friendly, the atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing. The best part was I started feeling faint so my manicurist ( Im terrible with names so I dont remember!) helped me to a couch to lay down and had me smell essential oils and rubbed peppermint essential oil into my temples and my neck and brought me water to drink and the entire time she was SO KIND. I will definitely be going back because their pedicure services look divine ❤️

I would have rated 5 stars before the ownership change, they were amazing and the environment was clean and comfortable and I always left feeling pampered. Since ownership change... they were more rough and it want as enjoyable. Still it was clean and they use great products and messages are off the hook!

They did a good job but was very quick and Polish started chipping and peeling 2 days later and had air bubbles. I also made an appointment for 3 people, got there on time,waited for 30 minutes and then only seated 2 of us. 20 minutes later, the 3rd was seated. I tried talking to them and they would act like they didnt hear me. Very rude and Definitely could use better customer service

I tried to let the gal know what shape I wanted 5x, since she kept interrupting me and starting conversations with her coworkers which was very rude. Finally, I had to take the nail file and show her, even though they have a picture of the nail forms. The lady was very rude and huffed and puffed when I picked a nail color, washed my hands, anything that was basic procedure. And if they are busy, it’s best to leave, because they do a horrible job, won’t even massage your hands or do your nails well!! Not to mention, I had to wait here for 3 hours just to get a manicure one time. Won’t be coming back.

I got my eyelashes done here and the lady put the glue so close to my eyes they burned and I could not drive away for two hours after she completed the job. They didn’t look bad at first so I paid and waited in my car until I could see again but I knew I didn’t want to go back to her. I consulted a different salon and when they looked at they they were the ones who advised that the glue was almost on my eyelid and should never be that close. They never could be cleaned or brushed through and clumped up after only a week and a half. Horrible experience

Good massage, was there for over 2 hours for a pedicure that was supposed to be 45 minutes.

This is the second time Ive gone here the only reason I came back is because the place I usually go was closed.My first experience wasnt great, my second experience EVEN WORSE!! I will never go back to this salon!!#1)I find it very rude when your getting your nails done and one lady is doing your pedi and the other is doing your mani and instead of talking to the customer and making them feel comfortable they talk to each other in Vietnamese and giggle while right in front of you, I cant understand what your saying and for all I know, your talking about me. VERY RUDE!!!#2) when you choose to get regular polish they need to take their time to allow the first layer of polish to dry before proceeding with the next layer so that it does not take forever to dry and to avoid nicks and scraps when they are finished at Signature nails they DO NOT do this, they do everything super fast and then want to move you without allowing proper dry time and when I tell them my nails are not dry they is their anything you can do to make it dry faster? they look at me in a cross manner and tell me that its because I didnt get gel.I know I didnt get gel, I didnt get it because their prices are high and fluctuate regularly this is the only salon I know that does this and to me thats not good for a returning customer, you expect something to be one price and then you come back and the price has gone up BS!!#3) I go to the nail salon to relax and unwind have some time for myself that is peaceful, I was trying to do this, when I was here and couldnt because not only was I already not having a good experience but also, because while Im sitting their waiting for my nails to dry and trying to relax the male employee that works here, takes it upon himself to start moping around the the entire place and the chair Im sitting in with a very strong smelling ammonia very rude! and not helping anyone relax and have a pleasant experience!!I would have rated this place with negative 5 stars if that were an option!! but because I have to give them at least one in order to leave a review, thats the only reason they got one from me!

At first everything was great. As time went on the owner became inattentive and wouldnt take any customers.... she would sit on her phone while multiple customers would come in and request her while she passed them off to others. Even when people had made an appointment with her directly.

I have to give 5 stars because these ladies were great. I had a really bad ingrown and was in pain, my usual nail place was closed so I found Signature on Google. I called @ 6:30pm to do a pedicure, because they still had a customer drying her nails, they said they could do mine as well. They gave me great service - Nu did my nails and she was wonderful! When she was doing my ingrown she explained what she was doing and always asked if I was okay. And when she was having trouble with my ingrown, she called her coworker who helped me. They both explained everything as they did it and was very considerate of my pain. Ive never had this kind I service and I cant wait to come here again !

We went as a group and none of us had the same experience. My sister had to have several nails fixed the next day. My cousin had to have hers removed as they filed them down so thin they hurt constantly and I only got polish and I was done last. Almost a full half an hour after every one else and all my polish floated and tipped to one side. It was terrible.

I used to love coming here. Until today when I got a pedicure with my mom and the whole entire time the employees were yelling very loudly trying to over talk each other. This went on for about 30 minutes until we actually had to say something considering the both of us were getting headaches from them border line yelling. From then on they caused pain through out the pedicured being extremely rough. We will not being coming back. EVER.

So since last year, this place has been dropping its points. Staff can be unprofessional, and do job fast, but not necessarily good... they will have people walk in, and theyll speed up (current customer) without the quality of job!

Got my nails done not even 2 weeks ago. Was told my full set was 35 and then 45, they charge for the nail files, she was in such a hurry she cut my nail bed on 4 fingers, and my acrylic nails are already lifting.. I had been here before and it was my favorite place however, it had been about a year since I had been there. But, because of this one horrible experience, Ill never return. Ill go to someone else.
