They got me in on super short because I called. I love my nails and they were really reasonably priced! I got Henry and he was very careful and detailed oriented!

I enjoyed my first visit and pedicure and Priscillas nail salon. The manicurist was professional and attentive from the moment I arrived at the salon the service was excellent. Right away I was offered a drink and a massage via their amazing chairs. Im going to be going back.

They are super clean and very friendly. I called in for a last minute appointment for my friend and I and they accommodated us quickly. To add to their professionalism and cleanliness they are also very fairly priced and creative.Danny took a photo I saw online and crafted a personalized version of that design and color matched them to my outfit and my pedicure. I was beyond impressed. Then Nia went to work providing an amazing pedicure experience and then producing the most stunning set of nails I have ever had which really brought Dannys ideas to life.Wish I lived here because I would come back! Hopefully, Ill visit again and be able to go back.This place is well worth a visit. (Fyi my photos will never do these sets justice)

Been going to this nail salon for almost two years, every 6-8 months they get a entire new crew!! Paid 150$ for a pedicure and full set, two days after getting my nails done they started breaking !! I wrapped up a sandwich for my kids a nail broke, I literally scratched my head & my nail broke, I was putting my daughter hair in a ponytail another nail broke!! I have broken 9 nails within a week and a half!! When I went to have them replaced I was told they had been done too thin!! Instead of them redoing them I was told they make them thick when I come bk for a refill, The first two nails that broke I wasn’t charged, but had to come bk that same week and have two more repaired for 15$ !! Than come bk again two days later cause another nail had broken!! For 90$ my nails should have been done correctly the first time, instead they didn’t and charged me for their mistakes!!

They always get my nail right and my eyebrows. Ive never had a complaint for them. I love mani and pedi every time. The wait is long sometimes but its worth it.

Summary: very unprofessional and rude.I usually do not like saying anything negative, but this is for others to take into account and could help others say a couple minutes and money. I went in with 1 hour and a half of time, and half an hour in I still was not getting my manicure done. I went in with a design I had liked online and when I asked one professional to see if they were able to accomplish it, they moved me with another nail technician who started by sighing and saying that is expensive (i never said anything about a price budget or that i could not pay) so i was confused, i said okay i can pay but what about another design (less gems, less colors, same look on opposite nails) to which they exclaimed thats the same thing, still expensive. So why am I being told I could not pay basically and that my design was too difficult to do. Will never be coming here again, if i could give zero stars i would.- Not to mention multiple people took my phone to look at the design while walking around the salon with it. And when I offered to still pay for their time of having me in, took my card then swiped it and returned it without saying anything as I walked out.

They did an awesome job got a super natural color loved itOnly thing from one week out my nails kept getting stuck with hair the dipping powder rose from my cuticles so it just keeps grabbing my hair there everything else awesome first time there and loved it

I came here with my daughter and had not initially intended to get my nails done. Staff were very friendly and willing to free hand paint autumn leaves on my nails so I changed my mind. They were able to work me in fairly quickly and I was quite pleased with the results and my daughter was very happy with her nails as well. Their prices are fair and their work is excellent - I highly recommend this place!

Cheap quality nails for the price. Color is left on my nails from previous color and acrylic nails are so thin one broke three days after getting the done. And just poorly done. Also didn’t get the massage part of my pedicure just a really long scrub for some reason. They were nice just their work isn’t great.

I should have learned my lesson with Priscillas Salon ive gone back a few times and its always the same feeling rushed without getting the full service i paid for, carelessly cut nails and the lack of effort for polished paint job.

My favorite nail salon ever! I live in Beaverton and will make the 45 min-1.5 hour drive to get my nails done by Henry. I won’t allow anyone else to touch my nails. Other nail techs there are also great. Prices are competitive. Love the places, highly recommend. Note: try to book an appointment because they are consistently busy.

When I lived in town a decade ago, I came here every month for a pedicure. Ive never had a better one since. I returned today and was pleased to find it was still just as good as I remember - low prices, excellent and friendly service, nice equipment and polish selection, and the best foot massages. Plus, free coffee or bottled water.

Kelly and Minh are sincerely nice people, caring and knowledgeable. My Mom and I had pedicures and the experience was magical. The foot and leg massage, the music, video and the amazing massage chairs not to mention the wine and iced coffee, all made for a very special experience. Our feet are gorgeous! We plan to go back monthly and would never go anywhere else.

I get acrylics here and they do an awesome job!! So many colors to choose from and they really take their time to make the nails look perfect. Dont feel the need to make appointments though, I once made an 11am reservation and didnt get served until almost noon.

This is the ONLY nail salon I will have put acrylics on my nails! They are do quality nails!! I have never had a nail fall off or lift from here!! I even took my 3 yr old to have her nails painted and she was treated like a princess. She was given animal crackers and some water for being good. Priscilla made me an amazing iced coffee! Best place ever!! I have been getting my nails done there since 07 and I will continue being a loyal customer.

I was very disappointed with the service yesterday. They have started to overcharge. Changing the prices every time I’m there for the same services( always increasing them of coarse) they didn’t tell me till the end. Henry has the absolute WORST customer service skills I have seen in a nail saloon and should never be put in front dealing directly with the customers. When I had a complaint about the price, he ignored me completely (when I was literally at the station next to him) and he is supposed to be a manager. When I called him out he didn’t even apologize, but just continued to be rude. I will no longer waste my money at this salon when I am treated sooo much better at others.SAME ON YOU AT PRICILLA’s***DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY FOR RUDE SERVICE ***If I could give no stars I would have.

Today, I had a very lackluster experience. The two previous appointments that I had were mediocre as well. I have been very pleased in the past, and love the iced coffee, so I thought I would give it another go. The last time I went, I reiterated three times that my nails were too long. Because I work with my hands, its hardly acceptable to have very long nails. To make matters worse, I asked in a pleading way, to not have tips put on. My nails were sufficiently long, and I didnt need tips. They ignored my request. Today, I go in for a gel pedicure, and I choose the Organic (most expensive) option for the type of service I was getting. In the description it clearly states that you will get a longer massage. My friend chose the deluxe . My toenails look ok, but the massage was maybe three minutes, if Im being generous in terms of time. My friends massage was longer than mine, and she again didnt choose the package with the extra massage. The lady did not do anything in regard to using the tools that get callouses or dry skin off of my feet. I have been traveling all summer, and doing a ton of walking. My feet are very rough on my heels, and on the side of my big toe . So now, $60 later, I feel like I still need a pedicure. I tipped $5, which is, in my opinion, a very small tip. I usually tip $20, (come on, these people are dealing with our feet) but today, I begrudgingly tipped $5. She didnt deserve it, and I wont be going back. Wasted trip, wasted money, just ok toenails, no relaxation, and worthless/brief massage. I dont recommend.

Ive been a loyal customer to Design Nail & Spa but read the reviews to Priscillas and needed to try it for myself. Thank god I did because Louis is the freaking best, they have the latest styles and trends! I paid a little more then I usually do. It it was so worth it. Hands down the best place to go to in the Vancouver area.

I scheduled a appointment the night before at 1pm. Got there at 12:45. It was busy. Well I wasn’t seen until 2:30! I walked out with a completely different style. Due to having to rush. I have very long and strong nail beds. 2 of the nails broke off 2 days simply by grabbing the handle of a grocery basket. && I traveled from Gresham. Never again will I go there.

Hands down the best place in town! Louis always keeps my nails looking seriously perfect. They always keep up on all the latest trends and techniques which I love because I always wanna try new things. Seriously try this place out you wont be disappointed 🖤

I have been coming here for over 2 years, even after learning how to do my own nails I am still going here. Danny is the most skilled and attentive nail technician I have ever found. He is always willing to honor my crazy requests or has amazing ideas of his own to offer. There is never any excess acrylic or polish or weird spots on my nails, even the one time Danny was on vacation the woman that did my nails did a great job. Sometimes they get really busy so be prepared to wait. It is well worth the wait. Like I said 2 + years, I have brought my mom and referred multiple of my friends here and they keep on going here. If you want to spend your money on a worthwhile manicure or pedicure this is the spot.

I came in for my daughters birthday to celebrate her turning 7 and Louis told me to come back and try his pedicure. I was absolutely delighted with the work he did. He made me a devoted customer again !!!! Thank you so much Louis, Im so happy. I feel all brand new !!!!

Nice staff. Clean area. Free drinks. Nails would fall off less than a week later after getting a fresh new full set. Its a no go for me now. I use to love this place but they went down hill fast! I gave three stars because of the first few things I said.

Best in town. Nail techs here are very detailed in their work. Ive been to salons where you have to spell out every step for them but at Priscillas, I can just show them a picture and theyll replicate the exact look!

I would say this is the best nail salon in Vancouver for sure. The pedicures are amazing, and they do beautiful manicures as well. Danny saw the reference picture I gave him and made it ten times better, so because of that I will probably never go anywhere else again!

When I went to Pricilla’s nail spa everyone was very nice and attentive, I was immediately sat down and even though I changed my mind a few times Danny did an amazing job and they are all very friendly there. He took his time and even helped me take a picture of my nails!! I will definitely be going back!

Called was told 20 minutes. First guy that started my nails was great but halfway he moved me to another station and left. Girl that took over didnt buff out nails on my left hand and then while my nails were drying didnt even check them just told me 5-10 minutes more, grabbed her purse and left. I left about 5:20 with poorly done nails and wont be going back.

Best place ever! I would highly recommend this place to anyone want beautiful nails for the price you pay and good service. As for me, they will have my business for life.

Got an acrylic removal here and they literally ripped them off which further damaged my nails by ripping off a layer of my nail with them. That’s not how it’s supposed to be done. Acrylics are supposed to be removed slowly and gently with acetone. But they went the quick route and filled my nail even thinner with an electric file to cover the damage.

Love them. My first time there was Saturday to get my nails and toes nails done for my birthday party and they showed me nothing but Love and they did an awesome job. I am getting so many compliments on my nails. I will only go there for now on, there service is wonderful :)

I’m pretty sceptical about trying new nail places because I hate spending a bunch of money on shellac that peels off in 2 weeks. I’m really satisfied with this place because they make sure your color is popping and it’s going on 4 weeks since I got my nails done and still no peeling.

I went for a pedicure with my sister at 3:30pm and it was horrible, the nail polish they had was very old looking. after we chose the color they were offering other people drinks And not us. after that when they painted my toe nails around 4:30pm I waited for them to dry.. Then the guy put my shoes on 5 min after I felt Gunkie in side the shoe I checked and nail polish was all up in my shoe, I had to let them know.. they redid them, waited till 5:30pm then they told me it was dry. I was driving home and the same thing happened the nail polish was not dry yet. As we waited they looked upset to me and as if we annoyed them. Very bad service Very bad product . It’s probably that they’re expired I . Horrible experience:(

Called and set up an appointment 1 hour before and they saw me immediately and did an amazing job! Made sure I liked everything he was doing and he was very quick but made sure it all looked great.

Really nice ambiance, and very good pedicure. Except for the polish job. Its messy and uneven. The polish doesnt cover the surface area of all my toenails and there are some with 1.5 coats, meaning part of the nail just has a transparent purple while the other half has an actual purple. Looks like dollar store nail polish. The end result was not worth $35. Used to love this place before the management change.

WORST SERVICE EVER. My first appointment was amazing, told him I wanted to schedule a fill at the time of service but was told to just call and schedule later. Came back for a fill and waited so long to get started that we didn’t have time to do the design I wanted. He was too busy talking and running around during my appointment time. And I never even got my punch card stamped!. Then, I call today for an appointment at 6:15, I arrive at 614 to no lights on and a closed salon.Really wanted to give them a chance because I was happy when my first appointment but now I don’t think I’ll ever be back. Why couldn’t they call and tell me they planned on closing early?! We drove 30+ mins in rush hour all the way from NE Portland for this damn appointment.

Me and my friend went to get our nails done for 4th of July, I had the nail tech Louis. He did an amazing job! I am absolutely in LOVE!!! The time and effort he put in to make sure i was happy was the icing on the cake!

They are very good at what they do. They make sure that you get your nails done right and your way. Been going there since 2008 and there place in portland before that. Just good people.

Went in Saturday an got a fill and a nail color an design it looked great got home an one of my nail design started lifting went back in Sunday and my nail tech wasnt in so I was given an appointment to come in at my choice of time and I did go back in at my time of choice and my nail tech took care of me right away I was so pleased an my nails look fabulous 😍 thank you Priscillas nails

If I could give them a zero, I would do that.I made an appointment, came there and had to wait as a normal person without an appointment.The smell is disgusting.Then, a woman was doing my nails and telling me a story, she leaves my nails, gets her phone out and showed me pictures of her friend!!!!!!!She was not focused on her work.The result is on the third day my GEL nails sliced off.I came to them, saying that I need a refund, they started to talk on their language and then told me that they do not do refunds.They screwed up and they DO NOT DO REDUNDS.

I thought Id start having my nails done, so I searched thru over 300 or more pictures and found a very detailed Paris theme. After reading several reviews online, I chose to give Priscilla a try.. WOW not only did Justin take care of me, but my nails matched the photo..
