This was my first time going to a nails and I was extremely impressed. They did my nails very fast yet did such a good quality job! The place was clean and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend and will for sure be going back !

I have been going to this place for 5+yrs and it has definitely gone down hill. If you want fast and sloppy, you can get it here. There is only one good nail tech, who is not even professional. That and sudden price increases. When I say sudden, I mean that I went two weeks ago and paid the usual price for a fill and then I went today and suddenly it costs 5.00 more for length when they are the same length as last time. As for cleanliness, not once have I seen them clean/sanitize chairs in between clients.

My friend and I went here and it took about 15 minutes for them to even acknowledge that we were there. And when they did acknowledge we were there they told us to pick a color and we were looking and apparently we were looking too long because the guy who did my nails grabbed a random ring of colors and told me to sit down. Luckily I found one I liked. And then he got glue and acrylic all over my fingers and did a fast and terrible job.

I was told to try Q Nails by a few co workers and my first experience was amazing. Changed the shape, had to replace one nail, mermaid paint... yeah I was expecting a major bill BUT I was extremely surprised by how affordable it was!! They look amazing and my technician was chatty and very thorough. If the glue lasts, which it should, I will be coming back every time!!

If you want to get your nails done exactly how you wanted them to be done I suggested that you booked it with Jason or MiMi those are the only people I can trust to do a good job on my nails all the other staff are not as talented as these two. sadly today I had the worst experience with one of their staff not only my nails are lump sided, wrong designs, and he complains about he’s tired well first off you don’t tell a customer you’re tired when performing your duties on them and secondly I work very hard for my money so if I wanted something done properly with all due respect do them right an if you can’t do it right don’t over charge the customer or continue to do it. $70 is a lot of money plus you charge my little girl $40 for her pedicure and manicure 🤦🏾‍♀️ I swear if it wasn’t for my little niece I would’ve stay there longer to wait for Jason to do my nails.

Went in today to get a fill from Jason, he basically rushed me out of the chair and told me i couldn’t get the design i wanted because he didn’t have time! He then went on to say my nails was already $45.00 like i was broke or something!

This is my new place, I previously was going faithful to another nail salon, but they changed owners all of a sudden. The people who took over are AWFUL!!!!...... I pd 60 bucks 2 1/2 hrs later I left almost in tears. They looked horrible..I call Q Nails they got me right in. Unfortunately the previous place screwed up so bad, I had to start with a new set. Kenny did an amazing job!!!

I went to get my nails done here for the first time and I was really nervous because I didn’t know if I was going to like my results .... or the place but .... HONESTLY, they were really nice people and very welcoming . And the lady who did my nails her name is Jollie and she was awesome very concentrated and focus in what she was doing which I appreciate. She took her time and I loved my results so I really recommend this place if you haven’t already. !! It was a good experience for me and my favorite part was that it is so inexpensive compare to other places I’ve been to . !!!

Jason is great! I dont have artificial nails. I grow my own and then have gel manicure. Fairly priced at $30 and I always tip $5. I would say most people are pleased when they leave... Girl-Friends , family , and co-workers have all reported good results. Try it! They are decent folks!

I’ve had my nails done there once and only once because all of their tools were very dirty. There weren’t canisters of cleaning solution for their tools to be in after each use. The brushes they use to remove dust from hands during the process of acrylic nails were filthy and one was a big paint brush that looked like it’d been used for 20 years. Also, as I was in the middle of them applying my nails, two different bugs at two different times crawled across the work space. I will say that the employees are all very personable except for the manager, who did my nails WAY too fast, is very rude and was huffy with me when I told them I like them done a certain way. My nails did not look good when he was finished.

Their gel (shellac) says last for 2-3 weeks. I had mine done on a Friday later in the day and it is now the following Thursday and 5 of my nails are chipped and one of the layers of polish peeled off, the clear polish was over the edges and ended up tearing and taking part of the polish off

I used to go to hazel dell to get my nails done but tried this place out because it’s super close to my boyfriend’s house. I was not disappointed!! JASON WAS AMAZING. Jason is such a nice guy and os really good at what he does, when I say he does an amazing job it truly is amazing, I always get coffin style nails and he absolutely kills it. 10/10 would recommend! Also the pricing is way more conservative!! ❤️

They do a wonderful job! They are only using Gel at this point to speed up the process, which costs an additional $5. But, my toenails still look beautiful 2 weeks later! I may go with gel from now on.

I have been going to Q Nails for almost 3 years. I have had a variety of services and the key is to find who works best for your needs and they will drop what they are doing or will service you next. Prices are great yet tip nicely and in cash. That is a great benefit. Be present, chat with the person next to you, get off your cell, take the time to enjoy your visit and learn your clinicians name. Excellent service for me evey time I arrive!

I was quoted two different prices from their nail techs for the same design, and as Im deciding what I wanted to get the owner comes up to me telling me I need to move and if someone came through the door while I was deciding i would have to move for them. He also kept rushing me to decide and thats not cool when Im spending my money. They are very rude in there and highly unprofessional. It was your employees that quoted the prices so you should have made things right with they paying customer. I wouldnt spend a dime in thats place

My nails look so bad. first of all they didn’t give me a refund for my nails. they r all different sizes and shapes. they tried to tell me that THE NAILS is all my fault. i take responsibility for the polish being ruined but also the polish was very sloppy and everything was rushed. i would not spend ur money nor timegoing there

My nail tech was phenomenal! She was extreamly precise and super picky that my nails were perfect! The best I have ever had! The prices are low but quality and selection were stellar! They even stayed late to fit me in.

They do quality work and great prices. I once let my gel nails go without a fill for 7 weeks and didnt have a break! (The grow out was gross, but the nails still looked amazing)

I got a deluxe pedicure for 40 dollars and they were very unattentive and did a very poor quality work. I still had callous on my feet they seem to ignore you and come do 5 min of poor quality work then jump to the next person. My toe nails were still so long i had to go home and re cut them and reshape them. Looking at them close the polish wasnt even over my entire nail. Total waste of money. I will never go back there again

They only talk in their own language to each other. They dont talk to customers nor do they make your experience relaxing and enjoyable. They rush and sometimes do a horrible job blaming your own nails not their performance. Its cheap yes but, do I recommend this place or will I go back? No

**READ THIS**This is by far the worst nail job I have EVER had. And I had some terrible nails jobs people.I came in at not a busy time for gel color. It was me and another person there. I chose my color and told the lady who was working on my nails that she can’t sand them down too much, they are too thin (and small).She messed up on my finger and kept wiping it off to repaint it.***SHE USED CLIPPERS THAT WERENT SANITIZED OR NEW**I should have got up and left then.Long story short - the paint job was awful, look at the photos (on yelp) That’s AFTER THEY FIXED IT. TWICE!!!!The first time I asked her to fix it and remove some of the extra polish she simply clipped it off along with my skin.!!!!!When I asked them (at this point the rude guy takes over my hand) to fix it second time, at least remove the extra gel off my fingers, the male, based on other reviews I assume it was Kenny... or maybe not who knows. He said that I have too much cuticle (in reality the tech couldn’t handle painting around my nail and got lazy and went into the cuticle) and that my nails are too small. He said I WONT GET IT DONE BETTER ANYWHERE ELSE and when I replied that I had done it actually correct before he said I SHOULD GO BACK THERE. (And I would if it wasn’t a friend instead of a salon lol)RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. ABSOLUTELY CANNOT. PAINT. NAILS.Only nails they can paint are giant 1” nails that are big enough that even a baby can paint them nicely. The fact that I had to pay for this is borderline illegal.

They always do a great job. I get the gel polish manicure and no matter what kind of random colors I ask for they always make my nails look on point. The place is really nice looking since they recently remodeled. They have a lot of talented manicurist who do some great nail art.

Very dirty place, floor was dirty and nail tables. Rude service, “the customer is always right” doesn’t apply to them. Even though you ask them to foil your nails instead of ripping them off with another nail. Had a nail of the customer next to me hit me in my eye, and I wear GLASSES! As I left and payed them 20$ for the poor job they did, after I asked for fake nails he went on putting just powder on my natural nail. They mocked me as I left their business establishment. Never going there again. They didn’t apologize or try to make me feel better or give me any type of discount.

I love these ladies. They do a good job and at a reasonable price. However, some of their customers can be rude. Twice I have had to hear ignorant women make rude comments to the staff that were completely unnecessary. However, the staff handled it professionally and courteously, so I just tipped them more.

Stopped by today just to get old gel removed, but ended up getting a new gel mani instead because of the awesome price! The girl who did my nails took her time and made sure every single one was perfect- thank you!

Got a set of acrylic nails done here, called in advance and was quoted a $25 price, which jumped to $35 because the had to take off the remaining 7 acrylic nails I already had on. They did an obvious rush job and it was so bad, they had to reshape the jagged edges a final time while I waited for my friend to get her nails done. I do NOT recommend, quite possibly the worst or close to the worst experience Ive ever had getting acrylic nails done at a shop..

Torn. Sometimes it’s a very pleasant experience, others it’s really not. Recently I didn’t even feel like a person because I was never spoken to. They only talked to each other. wasn’t even asked which pedicure I wanted. Totally not relaxing.Looking for another place. 🙁

They took care of me right away as a walk in, and did a great job. My technician was polite and gentle, and everyone was really friendly.

This review is based off my first visit (pedicure). The store was very well maintained and clean. There is more space than the outside would have you believe. The tubs are close enough to talk to your friends but not so close as to feel awkward with a stranger. They have a comfortable couch for when you need to wait. The specialist are very gentle and took exceeding care with my friends ingrown nail. The chip reader wasnt working this time but that didnt ruin the experience. The pricing for a delux massage (calluses removal, hot stone, calf scrub, massage etc.) felt like a steal after having been to spas like Athena Day Spa. I would definitely recommend their service. They even have special seats for young children.
