My sister and I have been looking for a new nail place for a while. We’ve gone to three together that were okay, but this place was amazing and we will be coming back. The ladies were professional, kind, efficient and gentle. My sister had a finger injury and said the lady was so gentle and careful to make sure she was not uncomfortable. This place was recommended to me by my boss, and I love it!

Ive been going to this place for two years. Jenny, the nail technician, really pays attention to details. Shes very good at her job and always requests for her when I book my appointments. Shes pleasant, understands some English and very kind.However, for overall cleanliness of the place, it could use more. Its not a dirty place, not to be taken the wrong way; but the place could use some deep cleaning. Also noted when the staff has no customers, they all sit around and have snacks in front of us--this should be done in the break room. It gives the impression of an unmanaged, low-quality nail salon, in my opinion.

This place is the best! Great friendly service! They do such a quality job without rushing. Beautiful flower designs! Heaven on earth.

Shop is very clean and the interior is nice. Both me and my mom got pedicures here today and we had a great experience! The ladies who did our nails were very polite and skilled. I felt very pampered and I love my nails! My mom is trained in cosmetology, so she knows what to watch for and even she was very impressed.

My first time in Jenny took care of me and Anna took care of my mom. Everyone is kind. Everything was done quickly and with great detail. This will be my new go to nail salon!

Atmosphere was nice. Ladies were nice. Could use a little more attention to personal details. Wanted nails clipped short. Ended with longer then I like toe nails. And two very sharp corners on two different toes. My heals were not attended to as well as I was trying to say and asked but was not heard....

Ive been going there since they opened. I wont go anywhere else. Many of my friends and family now go to 10 Nails, too.

I always get the same person because she knows my feet, I get here I say van you do my feet she says YES. However somebody else did them. I paid for deluxe I did not get deluxe, no hot rock she didnt even do my cuticles. Ive been supporting this place through covid, but today is my last day. She also didnt do the karate massage sorry dont know what its called, when she pulled the wax off it was still wet becuase she removed it too soon. I swear this lady had no clue what she was doing. I guess cascade station can have my feet and nail buisness now. Bye Tina

I got a pedicure and the girl didn’t properly apply polish or file. Then she did my nails and was very rough. Hurt my hands and nails. Pulled on my hands and made disrespectful slick comments. My nail shape is definitely not square and i regret tipping

I have been going 10 Nails for over 20 years. They do an excellent job. I dont like people touching my feet, yeah Im weird, but I trust Hong!

I come here often. I’m usually very happy with their service. I loved the white set I got last time. Every now and then I’ll notice that the polish doesn’t cover the whole nail or they are slightly crooked, but you have to look closely to notice those things.

Just did my nails for the first time for my birthday. They turned out amazing. The staff was super nice and they did an amazing job. Everything was clean and professional.

I came I thought this was a whole Nother nail shop but I was pleasantly surprised I’m from Vegas and I like kind of flamboyant nails but they were super great super nice super easy and they did quickly they did both my hands and my feet at the same time so it’s very convenient I have a very clean and I think it’s a very safe here I would definitely come back again

I cannot believe it took me so long to find this little gem one block from my house! The atmosphere is relaxing with comfy chairs, water always. But, my favorite part is the attention to cleanliness! Make an appointment (or walk in) and prepare to be impressed!!

Made my nails flat wide and they dont give out individual files and caused a fungal infection under my nails.. in all my years thats never happened before..they are not safe! Been slowly having to file them down and use medicine so i dont loose my nails!!! Health hazard!!!!

Havent been in a few months but decided to treat my daughter to pedicure today and I was amazed! They did a remodel and added some services. Its so nice now! my pedicure was amazing and they offer complimentary wine, water and soda! The prices have gone up just a little bit but it was very worth it! I will be stopping in more often 😊 great job Ten Nails! Location is the one by Fred Meyer off of Grand and hwy 14.

The quality of the pedicures are a great value for the price. I’ve tried several other nail spots and none compare.

I needed a full acrylic set for a wedding I was attending while visiting in town and looked through Yelp for reviews in this area. I made the appointment a few days ahead and showed the gentleman a picture of the shape I desired (stiletto). What impressed me the most was his attention to detail and thorough filing and shaping work. He measured each finger next to one another so that every nail was equal length to its counterpart, sanded the base of the nail to create a gradual growth-look so it didnt have that bulky or thick appearance, and made sure to cover the edges with paint so you didnt see the actual acrylic nail. Very thorough and kind to top it off. That deserves 5 stars in my book.I love this place! They do a really great job every time and actually get into your cuticles which I appreciate. They are very attentive and even offer you tea and water when you arrive.

I have been getting my nails done here with Tina every two weeks for over 4 years. My daughter and her friend went today to get their nails done for homecoming. My daughter came home very upset. There was a cut on her thumb, a couple nails crooked and the length was not what she asked for. After telling the nail tech that the length was good, she then filed a lot more off making them way shorter then what she wanted. My daughter didn’t notice the length until she was done and felt bad/shy to tell the lady she needed them fixed at the time. When I got home and saw my daughters nails I was confident that we could go back and ask for them to be fixed with no issues. I was wrong. The man at the counter and the nail tech said they will not fix my daughters nails and that it was her fault the nails turned out that way. I was appalled by the way they handled this situation. I will never step foot in this salon again.Just to be clear Tina did not do my daughters nails. Tina is great and I have absolutely no complaints about her.I think this salon is under new management.

Very dirty. My arms had manicure dust all over them because there wasnt a towel laid down on the counter. The towels they used on others were very dirty. The files they used on me had already been used. My Tech also kept answering the phone & getting up to leave in the middle of my scheduled appointment, which, by the way he didnt seem to be aware of as they sent me over for just a manicure & not a full set of nails at first so I had to switch chairs. I was also charged for a full, french manicure set at $55. Thats not what I got. I was not expecting to pay that much money. Plus their credit card machine had broken down. What the hell else could possibly go wrong! I would recommend a clean sweep & better customer service.

I give one star for cleanliness. Very nice! And one star for my nail tech Julie...also very nice and speaks English. I can only give two because the PRICE was OUTRAGEOUS! 75.00 for gel manicure (no tips..just my nail) and a pedicure. My niece paid 130! What in the world makes them think that I will EVER pay darn near 100 for nails again. Thats ridiculous and I will not return or recommend.

I love this shop! I get UV gels done every few weeks and the nail techs always take care to do precise and excellent work. I can be very picky about the shape and how theyre done but Im never disappointed when I come here. It does get crowded during weekends and sometimes during lunch rushes or mid afternoons (like after school hours) so call ahead and plan accordingly!!

Absolutely in love. My nail technician . I did not feel rushed at all and he took his beautiful time and made sure I was comfortable. I recommend for acrylics and everything else. I also had the pedicure but I unfortunately did not get he name. Beautiful job as well. Will definitely come back.

One of the best experiences I have had at a nail salon and great prices. It did not smell like a nail salon, which is important to me. It was also my first time getting a gel manicure and I felt comfortable because she was able to answer my questions and explained the steps.

I have to agree that this place is a gem. I first started coming here when I lived in the neighborhood, but I STILL come here for bikini waxes whenever Im in WA. They are so friendly! Theyre not just hustling me through like at some similar salons. Really sweet ladies.They do a thorough job on waxing and nails too, of course. If by chance they do miss a spot, which happens occasionally because they are human, just point it out! They will get right on it, and you will have a gold-star waxing/nail job when you walk out.I dont know if this will last, but another plus of this spot is that they are rarely too busy! Theyre off the main street, which Im sure is the reason. If you are coming during peak hours, just call and make an appointment. Beautiful.

I have had many quality mani/pedis here. The techs are meticulous and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The place was recently remodeled and looks great. I would suggest bringing your own file since they reuse files here. I hope that practice changes in future.

Worst experience ever!! I asked for the deluxe pedicure, which includes everything. When I went to pay, i wasnt going to pay $45.00, because she did not scrape my feet or give me a hot stone massage. First they tried telling me that i said not to do the hot stone massage, then they tried telling that i didnt pay attention and she did it. Then they resorted to the the stones were too hot and she put a wash cloth over it and rested my foot on it. When did that become a massage?? Never going back, and I am telling everyone I know to avoid them and spread the word. This was my first visit there. I cant believe they argued with me for 10 minutes and had 3 different excuses.

After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give it a try. The service exceeded all my expectations and Ive never been happier with my nails. My tech not only does a great job she is very quick! I highly recommend to everyone.

Tina was my pedicure tech & did gr8 job & fast. On top of it, I asked 4 orange color on nails with jack o lantern ace on BIG toe only. I surely plan to return to her next pedicure too. First time with her.

Worst nail salon ever do you not go here my nails look terrible all different shapes and sizes when I asked her to fix them she just made them even worse so then I asked if someone else could try and fix them and she did a terrible job also and I still paid $45 for just a solid color acrylic full set. Not to mention my fingers hurt so bad because she was so rough and cut me a million times . TERRIBLE !!

I gave them a second chance. There’s a lady with lighter brown short hair and she just rushes through your nails. It’s literally so bad that you think she just doesn’t care or does it on purpose . She immediately started painting my nails after filing them and dusting them all up. When has anyone ever skipped the wash your hands step? I even asked her should I go wash my hands? And she still started painting. I had an entire hand of crooked and unevenly filed nails not even subtle, They were all complete different shapes. I’m not giving this place a third chance. It literally looked like a child had put my nails on.

They dont honor their own website prices, and when I asked about a kids pedi she said 20, then said 25.I was over charged $10 and wont be back.

Technician did an absolutely fantastic job on my nails. Great conversation and personality, did all she could to make my nails look great! Needed a new shape and she did it with ease! Beautiful salon, clean and friendly. 10/10 recommend!

My nails finally grew out and I decided to come back and give 10 Nails another try. I think the overall experience I had previously was muddled because of the phone interaction, but after giving this another chance, I am extremely pleased with the results of my nails!! Second times the charm it seems and her is great. Cant wait to come back soon!

I love love love when Donna does my nails. She listens to what I want. And when I’m not feeling creative I tell her to do whatever and she nails it every time! Pun intended. Can’t speak highly enough of her. Great place!

This is the 1st time that Ive ever given a bad review for anyone or actually went out of my way .to text bad review this is the 3rd time that this kind of thing has happened to me today at 10 nails..... I went in 10 oclock a.m. a the appointment I made a week ago and my nails need to be filled theyre in pain catching in my hair and so on but what happen is again the 3rd the person is not here ! and I said but dont you normally call up the clients and say Hey .....you know with reschedule we dont have your number is all she said we are busy now come back later so embarrassing so I just walked out I never plan on going back in that shop again because the people in their just do not have any customer service savvy at all !!!!! they dont smile they dont say hello!!! they are not polite they did good work but only sometimes!!!! I was happy it was hit-or-miss there but at this point there is one excellent employee her name is Donna she is amazing and she did my nails so I am gonna miss her terribly but good bye 10 nails with you should be ashamed of yourself.....

I honestly liked my nail technician. I was a loyal customer for 2 years. I made an appointment 3 days ahead. And when I come my technician tells me that she cannot do nails for me anymore. Without prior notice she refused to provide the service for which I pay because she doesn’t feel comfortable that I file my nails after she does it because I want them perfect and have a full right for it.I’M BEYOND DISAPOINTED!

I arrived at 6 pm and was seated within 10 minutes. I was a regular at 10 Nails because of its cleanliness. They have friendly service in an ambiance that is relaxing and enjoyable.

The pedicure was nice, but the cheap polish started to flake off immediately, something i have never experienced before.They also chatter in their native language while serving you. I dont have a problem with questioning each other, but full convos i am left out of seem rude.

This used to be a place my mom and I would frequent often, after today, we wont be back! If youre in for a pedicure with a side of covid then this is the place for you!We were enjoying our service until there was a lady who wasnt wearing her mask. She claimed that covid was not real and she has a sister who is a doctor and a nurse and that how she knows this.The staff did not ask her to leave when multiple customers stated that they were uncomfortable and felt unsafe due to her noncompliance in wearing her mask. The salon chose to service one ignorant client instead of protecting the lives of their other clients. The service here is not worth your exposure risk!

Rude! Also, did not do a good job. She cut me 4 times to where I was bleeding on 4 different spots. It says on there website that its $22 for a solar fill yet she charged me $35! When I gave her money without questioning the price she snatched the money out of my hand and walked away no thank you or anything. I read other reviews and thought it was going to be a nice place but absolutely not!

The women here are rude and always eating. This place needs to be deep cleaned.instesd of the employees spending their in between clients time sitting on their behinds eating snacks sitting right next to me.

I have tried to like this place for nearly two years, but the service provided for my nails was horrible. I always got them done with the owner, Rose. I always set an appointment and she was never on time. Sometimes she wasnt even there when I arrived. Sometimes she would tell me she forgot to write down the time of the appointment and I would need to come back tomorrow. When she did do my nails she never spoke to me, never even said hello or goodbye - nothing. The last time I was in I asked to make an appointment for two weeks and she said I need to call because she hadnt filled in the dates on her appointment book that far. She only need to write in two more days to make it happen. She is one of the rudest nail technicians I have ever had, and I have been to a lot of nail salons. To top it off, I got a fungus. I will never step foot in 10 nails again!

0 out of 5 stars. 15 years of nails, and these are by far the worst Ive had or seen! I would never recommend this salon. Tried it 3 times, 3 different technicians and all horrible! This last time I went in for a new set with a fade pink/white. Absolutely, the worst job! First she didnt listen to my requests and they are extremely short, they were not faded so she had to paint them after the powder, so they are very thick, every finger is shaped differently and now, 1 week later, the top coat is now chipping and turned all tan/brown. Oh, and she cut 3 fingers to the point of bleeding! Over priced and inexperienced! Do not go here!

We went in as a bridal party of 5. When we made the appointment we were told we would all be together which did not happen. The owner was doing my daughters nails and chastised her for not having a professional manicure in a while. Whe one of the girls question the sanitation the gal got very angry. She said they passed their test and if didn’t like it stay home and do own nails. They did not sanitize the tools, reused the “cheese graters” on heals then put right back into drawer. Used already used nail files, did not wash out pedi sinks. The owner out of all the girls was by far the worse!! Disgusting and should be fined for reusing nail files and not sanitizing the tools that could be

I have seen ignorant comments about the language barrier and how they feel customer service is lacking. More appointment slots for me.The prices have merely inched up because that is how inflation works. Double booked my manicurist so even though I had an appt. and was there first nd already being worked on, I was asked to leave and come back in an hour and a half. Finished my full and pedicure and then charged me full price for my service $110.00. The new prices here are ridiculous. When my daughter and I went 6 weeks ago it cost us that much for two fills and two pedicures.

This is not a terrible place, but it isn’t great, either. Rose did my nails, and she was friendly enough, but we didn’t talk much other than about what I wanted (full set of acrylics, coffin-shaped and matte gray). Honestly, I prefer no conversation over forced conversation, but that’s just me. I do feel like $55 was a bit much for mediocre and somewhat rushed work, but maybe I just don’t get my nails done enough to know standard pricing.

I am very fair with blonde hair. I went in to have my eyelashes dyed by Rose. She ended up waxing my eyebrows and dying them too. We spoke of a brown color. When she showed me her work in the mirror..... I saw that my eyebrows and eyelashes were as black as night. I was horrified. I have spent all night trying to change my eyebrows back with no success. She charged me 55. Dollars for all of it. I wish I had just decided not to go... I showed up earlier in the day thinking it was a walk in from the way she made it sound and she rudley snapped at me from where she was sitting saying I cant help you right now, im busy, come back after five! I should have taken that as a warning.

I had been going to just this place for my nails and eyebrows for 13 years. Now I have to find a new place. When I first started going Rose treated me okay and now she is just extremely rude. As stated below she does not speak, she rushes the job and treats people like cattle. I want to take my daughter for a pedicure today and I have no idea where to go but it will not be here. I refuse to support her business any further since she has become so rude to the people that keep her shop open. Poor service now, rude to customers and gripes at her staff in front of people, just all around a turn for the worst. Too bad.

This will be new nail place! I am so impressed!!!
