I dont think Ive ever had such a bad nail experience. I came in for a color change on my acrylics and she rushed the entire time. She even slipped with the grinder machine and cut my hands two different times. She was rude about the fact that I didnt like my color and told me that I will like my color because she doesnt have time to fix it. At the end, I asked why my nails looked bumpy, and she told me that it doesnt look bumpy. It seems as if they treat every customer as a number and dont have pride behind the work they do. If you do end up going here, Tom seemed to be one of the better employees and was very kind. This was my first time trying out this place and it will certainly be the last.

Been going for years but not once has this happened. They did not take their time with my set and when I called back to ask if they can redo them with a simple color they said I would have to pay extra. Horrible service and I will not be coming back here to get my nails done! Very unhappy and disappointed!!

Service was good and friendly. LOTS of options for color. HOWEVER, this is not a clean place. Station was not cleaned after the last person used it. Unwashed clippers were used. Im not sure if the other tools were clean, they could have been but I didnt see it and you normally do. The salonist started scraping crud off the table with the a blade while I was sitting at it having my nails dried.

They were able to fix a terrible job a different salon had done on my nails. Very polite staff who arent pushy about add-ons or the deluxe services. The prices are much better than other salons Ive been to in the area. The only downside is a small color selection for the standard polish, but if youre the type to bring your own favorite color then its not an issue at all.

It was okay the person doing them was rushing a lot and it was a little annoying place is definitely not always clean they told me it would be 43 and turned out to be 60 they said because of the design but I’m sure a design is not 20 dollars more it was even that hard.

I was calling to schedule an appointment (new client!) and the person who picked up do not know what customer service is.. at all. Felt like he is waiting to hang up, did not try to help me with times available and literally stopped me and just said buy buy. if this is their customer service over the phone, thankful I did not schedule with them to do my nails and eyebrows.

Im so glad I discovered this gem. A little hole in the wall run by an absolutely lovely husband and wife team. My nails are always beautiful and strong. They take care to treat the filed surfaces so they are completely smooth with no rough parts to snag and cause breaks.

They treat you very well, great service , very atentive . I would highley recommend this place for your nails or hand manicure .

I just had a first-time, 1 PM appointment today at Star Nails. I was previously going to LA Nails at the mall for the past four years. I recently moved and live right next door to Star Nails. I Googled the reviews for Star Nails and was extremely impressed. I then Googled the reviews for LA Nails (a place Id been going to for the past four years) and noticed they only had a 1.8 star rating.... the entire four years I went there, and i had no idea!I do feel bad, though, as during my appointment today at Star Nails, I kept questioning what the nice man was doing. He defensively got snappy and insisted hes not doing anything different than any other nail salon. And my own defensiveness kicked in. I pulled out my phone and showed him the horrible 1.8 rating from where I was going for the past four years. I said, Look at this. Clearly they dont do the same as you, as their reviews suck and yours are good. It wasnt my fault i was nervous and was questioning what he was doing! Id watched it done the wrong way for four years straight!

Friendly; fast; great quality and service. I have been going here for over a year every two-three weeks like clockwork. I have never had a nail break/come off or the polish chip and I work with dogs daily. No matter if I walk in or call ahead the wait is never more than fifteen minutes. As long as I’m getting my nails filled I’ll be going here!

Great service, owners are really friendly and thorough. Ive had both a pedicure and manicure here now and they were both great, but I have to say the pedicure was extra good with a nice foot rub and massage chair. Sometimes very busy, but worth the wait for the great prices!

I absolutely love love love this place...the couple there is super friendly and really careful at their job. They never cut or burn and always make sure to check that each nail is done perfectly and the way I want it. I wouldnt ever trade this place for no other. I recommend this place to everyone.

Kevin and his wife are doing a great job. Ive been doing my nails with them for the past 6 years. Quality is number one for them. They are super friendly and will always do to have your needs met. Although lately when they seemed busy, they would rush and I wasnt too happy about how my nails turned out. Ive tried couple other places, and yet I have came to the conclusion that this salon does the best service. They totally deserve their 5 stars!

This is the ONLY nail salon I go to anymore. They dont charge enough for the quality of service you get! I get acrylics and its usually $20 or less depending on what I want done. The couple that owns it are super friendly, and theyre both very good at what they do. Ive tried so many other nail salons and theyre always rushed, rude, too rough with nail removal/repairs, and super expensive. I highly recommend Star Nails to anyone that gets their nails done regularly. The building is somewhat hidden which is why I feel like not too many people know about them, but theyre amazing!

I love this nail salon! They do a great job every time, never burn or cut up my fingers! Very sweet family run business. Also anything Ive ever wanted painted on my finger nails they have done, all free hand (although they do airbrush too) I Juse the the free hand painted stuff the best!

Went to this nail salon a couple weeks back to get my nails done last minute because I had my engagement Photoshoot the next day and they did such an amazing job! I have had trouble going to other salons in the past and not having my nails done with good quality, but this salon was amazing. They take their time and do a very good job. The people who work there are also very friendly. My fiancé is a mechanic and his hands are almost always black and they even gave him a manicure and I have never seen his hands so clean before. Will definitely be coming back.

HORRIBLE PLACE.SOMTHING CHANGES IT THIS MAN.he bein doing my nails for 10 years and last time I went all were missed matched shapes and when u ran both my hands down. My legs its scratched every nail left a scratch mark . He drimmmeled them down and dont file them like Im not going to feel it notice this. Wow .I had to oil up my kids and come no for him to fix and then he said it was coffen shape . Yea right no matter shape it should still be filled and smooth. Im look for new place so sad I didkle this plCw.
