I found Angela, and Megan to be totally professional, and personalized our interview our intake and the process of getting us into Passage. We enjoyed every minute of it. The move was made smoothly, the apartment was in pristine condition. There was not one complaint on anything. It has been a month now, and we have found both ladies to be extremely kind and understanding of us seniors. The application process with Passage Apartments was absolutely FANTASTIC. In my case, I was moving from out of state, and had been in contact with several different apartments over the course of 2-3 weeks prior. Let me tell you; none of them compared even somewhat to the level of efficiency, quality, and care in the service that I received from Passage Apartments. I called first thing in the morning at around 9:15 am, and Angela picked up the phone immediately, taking over 20 minutes to explain the entire application process from start to finish in an extremely clear and concise manner, whilst also answering any and all questions that I had efficiently and effectively. Through the rest of the day, Angela guided me and my Fiancé in filling out the application and paying the initial deposit, answering the phone any time we had a question, and being able to immediately respond with answers and solutions to move through the process. As a result, we went from initially contacting the apartment, to an approved application with the initial hold deposit complete in just ONE DAY. I can honestly say in my years of living in apartments that I have never seen anyone or any establishment react this quickly and effectively, and that Passage Apartments service is unparalleled. Would recommend 10/10. Excellent company with excellent people.

Passage has been stepping it up in the last several months. Good renovations, a maintenance man that serves great quality, improved amount of cleaning/pressure washing, and better control of trash management. The management has done noticeable improvement. Good work overall.

My company provides a security service for Passage. Very peaceful community. Angela (Property Manager) and the rest of her team really have it together. I can tell they really care about the residents. Part of my job is to visit the customer and see how things are going. Going to Passage is one that I look forward to.

Not only do they make this community a warm and welcoming place, their willingness to hear you out or help you with any of your apartment needs has been so appreciated. We have lived at passage going on 3 years now & have really enjoyed it . The units are very nice & updated & the property Is clean. Since Albert has taken over maintenance everything is kept extremely nice & when you need a hand he is always there to help . Angela & Megan are super wonder as well with taking care of all your needs , or concerns : ) the staff Angela, Megan & Albert have really made living here enjoyable & are the most friendly faces in any complex I have lived at & not to mention have ALWAYS gone above & beyond in assisting with things , specially during stressful times !! I truly appreciate you all so much 😊

I have lived at the Passage Apartments for almost a year. The apartments themselves are nice, and quite large. Very comfortable and has everything I need. The management staff has been nothing but helpful, at times going above and beyond to help me when I needed it. Apartment living can be stressful at times but I feel like I found a gem when it comes to The Passage.

This is an amazing place to live, we’ve been living in this apartment complex 12 years and counting, since Angela (Property Manager) and Megan (Leasing Consultant) took over this place, it has become even better, they always have an answer for my questions and a solution when I have a request, a professional team, I highly recommend this place (passage apartments) Albert, our new maintenance guy keeps everything in the complex in excellent shape, in fact, he came to my neighbor place I came out and ask him to look at my laundry door that came off track, he didn’t hesitate to come inside to look at it, he fixed it and I didn’t need to schedule an appointment, he even looked around to see what else could he fix but everything is in good shape, I was pleased with his friendliness and willingness to help, I love this place and I will renew my lease many times more one more time I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Ive lived at Passage since 2016. The current management, Angela and Megan, and Maintenance Rep, Albert, are very friendly, exceptional at resident-service, communications, and accommodation. Landscaped grounds and buildings are well maintained. Units are newly renovated, competitively priced, and with good noise insulation (unless I just have quiet neighbors). Modern amenities, clubhouse, private pool area and hot tub. HUB for package delivery and door valet for trash. Tucked away from traffic and a short walk to grocery, retail, restaurants, elementary school, and parks. Open parking.I highly recommend Passage.

I love passage apartments. They are clean, quite, and safe. The 3 main things i look for in an apartment. The management team is the best! Angela and Megan are always very friendly and respond quickly to any questions or concerns you may have when you call the office. Especially when its an emergency. My upstairs neighbors water pipe burst and was leaking into our bathroom. I called the office and Megan answered the phone and I explained to her about what was happening. She had someone at both of our apartments to fix the issue within 30 minutes. Huge stress off my shoulders. Thank you Megan!Our maintenance guy Albert is also very friendly and helpful. He always does any repair or replacement parts needed in a timely manner. The communication between the whole team and the residents is amazing and a huge plus for me.

It has its good things and its bad things, for example: the good thing is that the apartments are very spacious, but the bad thing is that for 2 years that I live here they have not been able to fix my windows, and a year ago the hood broke of the kitchen and not yet repaired, I do not have gas service and in my receipt they always charge me gas, fumigation, the water they use for irrigation and the light of the lamps outside, I clarify that I separate I have my company to which I pay electricity and apart from which I am charged for my regular water, they charge a service to collect the garbage and the garbage does not happen 3 times a week, there are more things that are bad, but the place would be incredible, if that were solved .

Small community with spacious apartments at a respectable rate. Not the newest but the management company continues to invest in the property, remodeling the units. Been a resident for 5 years and the only complaint I have is no assigned parking. Our family of 4 has trouble finding a parking spot For our 1 car when we have to compete for those spots with residents that have 2-3 cars per unit. Not the fairest arrangement but it is what it is. Have brought it up over the years and there was an attempt by management to start this process but that quickly fizzled.

Recently moved in to a 2bd 2ba while we have work done on our home. Megan and Angela were great! They were prompt in responding throughout the approval process and very helpful upon move in. Property is a little older but well kept and our daughter loves the play ground!

Our mailboxes have been down for months and then someone complained about it and the response said April 1st. Well the boxes are in and I even saw the mailman put mail in yet we still have NO keys! God forbid you get a hold of anyone in the office!Also, it’s really funny how every time there is a negative comment there suddenly is a positive one. Hmm management or management company seem to be faking comments to raise the stars! And yes, many management companies do this because people look at the reviews and their desperate to get tenants despite the fact that they are not worth the price we pay!

The apartments do nothing to help the tenants. We’ve had our mailboxes broken for 3 almost 4 months and they still have yet to fix them AND they refuse to except our mail so we are inconvenienced and having to pick up mail from the post office (which takes forever and having to stand out in the rain)! It’s ridiculous... God forbid the news owners actually fix/install new mailboxes!

This apartment complex exceeded my expectations for service and kindness. The management team went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. Maintenance has been prompt and helpful. Neighbors have been pleasant, or at the very least, quiet and courteous. This is the first place that has really felt like a community to me, even through the odd circumstances of social distancing. The apartments aren’t the newest or nicest around, but I have really enjoyed living here.

Please tell me if this isn’t weird. Never had an apartment be so insistent before I moved out. Im not even completely moved out yet and before my move out date they are trying to have their maintenance man come in to see what needs to be repaired and fixed. I told them I’m not done cleaning or taking care of the fixes yet for the walk through with the manager ya know to get as much of my deposit back. That feels like a set up because to me that’s just tells me they won’t give me my deposit. They have no business coming in until after the walk through. Especially if I’m not leaving it dirty or trashed!!!! Horrible apartments. When I did live their for a year and a half they would loose their work orders and when I’d call them about it a few weeks later (WAITING) for them to show up, they would tell me the work order never got put in😒 they remodeled the office to look pretty but the apartment and prices are not worth it. I wasn’t even allowed to have my sons emotional support animal (dog)live in my home😞no matter what documents I provided. I suggest Don’t live here!!!

The worst apartment complex. Once they have your money they stop caring and never answer the phone or are never in office. My wife was trying to move out and pay the money she owed to break the lease. No one is ever in office or answers the phone so they screw you over

Filthy. Management has changed multiple times. People here have no pride in their homes. Trash is just left everywhere and patios are used as storage. Curb appeal is -0. Parking is terrible as there are several who have their business vehicles parked in the driveway. Just drive through - its ugly and embarrassingly dirty. For the price of rent, you can get a much better managed and cared for place. Its obvious that management clearly does not care at all about the residents or the apartments. For the price there are much better places. This place does not feel safe and although management says you can not have aggressive dogs, I know of two tenants with pit bulls. I would gladly pay for a trash service so we dont have to deal with the filthy and dark trash area that is disgusting. You have to step over garbage left on the ground to place your bag in the compactor. One assigned parking space per apartment would make such a difference. I am tired of coming home after a long work day at 8pm to no parking while our neighbor with their 5 vehicles has all of the spaces. I once had to park in the neighborhood adjacent because parking was full. Car broken into twice now in this parking lot and recently a friend of mine had their car broken into while parked in front of the office while visiting in the evening. Move anywhere else.

I applied in May and was denied because of bad credit I paid 445 $45 for the application 200 for the deposit and $200 to hold the apartment while the process went through now I was supposed to get 200 of it back and its pushing the end of September and I have not seen one cent I have called the apartment complex company I have called the apartment complex manager and no one wants to help me. My advice do not apply for these apartment complexes Since the manager has no sense of customer service I will be taking them to small claims if I cant get ahold of anyone by the end of this next month

Very ineffective management. I have filled ten noise complaints over the last 5 months and the issue is still ongoing and unresolved. The window in unit J8 has been broken since August and not fixed. It now has cardboard in place of the broken window. As a result we now suspect there is mold in the walls from moisture intrusion. The compactor area is appalling on the best days, we have seen rats roaming the area from all the garbage. The grounds are dirty and trash is laying around. All of these issues are well known by management for months now and nothing has changed.

The place is awful. way too much shoddy work for what you pay. the only good thing to say about it is the location. there are lots of punk kids running around with ZERO supervision. this place hires sub-par contractors. we are constantly getting notices to take stuff off our patios and balconies so they can continue their never-ending SHODDY maintenance. There is a constant turnover of occupants so you never know who your neighbor is going to be. AWFUL I do not recommend it. you can rent a nice little house with a yard for what they charge here.

RATS - Very Frustrated Long Term Resident! For the last several months we have had issues with rats in our backyard. Management has been notified 3 times and they still keep coming back. The valet trash service is wonderful and should have helped the issues here but people just leave the trash in front of their homes at all times. I thought we werent supposed to put them out until between 6 and 8pm. There are many outdoor lights out and entryways are dark. People here just dont take any pride in their apartment homes and I am not sure why. I am counting down the months until my lease expires and have warned everyone at work not to move here when they have been looking for a complex to move into. The rent is the same as many other in the area, so find somewhere with less issues that is actually taken care of better.

Moved out at the end of July 2016 and unfortunately besides the great location -- this place has gone downhill real fast. I was a great tenant, & always paid on time. Within the 1 year of living there the owner has changed management companies twice. Trinity Properties was the best out of the other two (Greystar and Avenue 5). The turnover in tenants are high so you never know who your neighbors are. From feeling like a safe place to live, it now has a ghetto feel. Ive witnessed a bounty hunter take down a guy and beat on a car window till it broke while my toddler and I was at the playground 20 feet away. That incident may not be the managements fault but I do question the screening of tenants. Visited a friend there last week and a cop car was in the lot arresting someone -- GHETTO! Its not gated and people use the property as a drive thru from 5th street to 7th street. No assigned parking stalls so good luck finding a spot especially when people park their work cars on property. Pool was barely opened in the summer because of inexperienced maintenance. Our balcony was under construction for 6 months -- 6 MONTHS!!! They wrote me up for having my toddlers bike and scooter near the front door while other neighbors have their front doors cluttered with plants and decor. How could I put her bike and scooter on the deck when it was under construction???? They give you 24 hour notice that someone will be coming to do maintenance and then NO ONE SHOWS UP!! Then they show up the following week -- with no updated notice. The office managers never answer the phone so good luck getting a hold of them. The rental prices are not worth the value of the property service and amenities. Updated means painted cabinets and new blinds. Talked to 3 other families on the property and they all agreed they couldnt wait to move out because of poor management. A friend waited over a month just to get a mailbox key. I would like to say good things about V7 but there isnt much to say except great location.The only plus for Village on Seventh is the location. Shops and restaurants are minutes away. But if youre hoping for a beautiful and up-kept property, prompt response from management, and appropriately priced apartment -- keep looking.
