I just read another review on here claiming that the manager is extremely unprofessional and she is 100% correct. Apartments are falling apart, cheap, old materials, had wood chips in cabinets as soon as I moved in, bath tub was disgusting as well. Apartment buildings are NOT INSULATED! Thin cheap vinyl on top floor of apartments, when everyone knows there should be carpet on top floors to minimize noise. Cannot walk normal in your own home because tenants will complain about how you walk. Move here and be prepared to walk on eggshells and not be comfortable in your own home. Received several calls from manager of the property of her screaming at me in a unprofessional tone. Very weird behavior for a manager, seems extremely unstable to talk to tenants that way and not a professional manner at all. Was here for only 6 months and they took a good chunk of my deposit for damages that were already there when I moved there. I’ve had several rental experiences before and never had this much trouble before. This is a completely unbiased and professional review from someone who lived here for 6 months. PLEASE shop around, pay a few hundred extra a month for quality because you will NOT be happy here.

Yikes! I called to enquire about availability. Someone answered the phone with blaring music in the background, yelled “huh?” In response to my question, then proceeded to interrupt me when I repeated the question, stating “I’m all full right now”. When I asked about a wait list, they stated “Nah, I don’t do waitlists.” I haven’t ever experienced such a lack of care or professionalism by residential housing management, it was genuinely surprising.

While staff seems helpful and responsive, after you make it in the door any promises of remodels or upkeep go by the waste side. Manager continually belittles, gossips and annoys tenants over minor issues. Rules are enforced arbitrarily and capriciously depending on managers momentary whims. Note that this comes across as yelling at you like you are a two year old and not at all professional. The noise level is very high from apartments in the stack but side apartments are ok. Complete mold farms. I originally discounted the notes from Hun below but after being here and getting to know the manager the response makes total sense. I believe (but do not know) that the manager is responding saying they are the owner.

Apartment manager lies to look good in front of her superiors, the rooms are mold farms. They intend to let in the weirdest and craziest of people. Do not rent here you will be unhappy. Place is old and needs a wrecking ball to start over . Management needs a severemental evaluation.
